Man Arrested for Alleged Assault on Rep. Nancy Mace at Capitol.

On December 10, Representative Nancy Mace reportedly experienced an assault at the U.S. Capitol. Capitol Police arrested James McIntyre, 33, of Illinois, following the incident. The altercation occurred in the Rayburn House Office Building, where law enforcement officers apprehended McIntyre after an investigative interview. He faces federal charges for assaulting a government official.

Mace, a vocal opponent of transgender ideology, shared details of the encounter on her X account. “I was physically accosted at the Capitol tonight by a pro-tr*ns man. One new brace for my wrist and some ice for my arm and it’ll heal just fine,” she wrote, adding: “Your tr*ns violence and threats on my life will only make me double down. FAFO.”

A Capitol Police statement confirmed the report of an assault on the congresswoman at approximately 6:00 PM. House Division officers and agents from the Threat Assessment Section responded immediately. The accused had entered the building after going through standard security procedures, as the Rayburn House Office Building was open to the public at the time.

Mace is currently pushing a bill that would bar males from female restrooms on all federal property, even if they identify as women. This infuriated many trans activists, with one male-to-female influencer posting a video expressing hope that he will encounter Mace in a women’s restroom so he can beat her to death.

REPORT: Trump to Oust Trannies from U.S. Military.

President-elect Donald J. Trump is reportedly set to implement an executive order to discharge transgender individuals serving in the U.S. military. Sources say the expected order will reverse Joe Biden’s policy that allowed trans individuals to serve openly. This move marks a continuation of Trump’s earlier stance; during his first term, he banned trans service members, citing medical costs and disruption.

The anticipated executive order is part of a broader series of directives that Trump aims to enact upon returning to office. Throughout his campaign, Trump pledged to protect American women and youth from LGBTQ ideology, with a particular focus on preventing minors from being subjected to transgender drug and hormone therapies and genital mutilation procedures and keeping biological males out of women-only spaces and sports teams.

Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) and Representative Nancy Mace (R-SC) have moved in parallel with the Trump transition team to try to ban biological males from women’s restrooms on Capitol Hill and in federal properties generally. This has incensed some in the transgender community, with an influencer who goes by ‘Venus Andromeda’ posting a video on Instagram saying he hopes to run into Mace in a women’s restroom so he can beat her to death.

WEIRD: AOC Really Wants Dudes in Her Bathroom.

Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) is publicly defending Delaware Democrat Sarah McBride, the first openly transgender person elected to the U.S. House of Representatives, while criticizing a GOP-backed effort to restrict bathroom use in Congress and on federal property to the users corresponding biological sex.

The proposal, introduced by Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC), aims to prohibit transgenders from using restrooms that do not align with their biological sex on federal property. Ocasio-Cortez condemned the proposed restrictions in an interview on Wednesday.

The New York Democrat argued that the measures lack a practical means of enforcement and would create situations where women and girls could face invasive scrutiny over their gender identity. She accused Mace and her Republican colleagues of using the issue to fundraise rather than protect individuals, urging House members to reject the measure.

“It’s disgusting and everybody, no matter how you feel on this issue, should reject it completely,” she said. “What are they doing? They’re doing this so that Nancy Mace can make a buck and send a text and fundraise off of an email.”

“They’re not doing this to protect people; they’re endangering women, they’re endangering girls of all kinds, and everybody should reject it,” Ocasio-Cortez concluded.

Mace dismissed Ocasio-Cortez’s comments, rejecting the spurious claims that the proposal endangers women.

Meanwhile, Speaker Mike Johnson has announced single-sex facilities in House office buildings and the Capitol will be restricted to those of the appropriate biological sex. McBride says he will abide by this determination.

Mace Proposes Federal Ban on Men in Women’s Facilities.

Congresswoman Nancy Mace (R-SC) has introduced new legislation aimed at restricting access to women’s facilities on federal property. The Protecting Women’s Private Spaces Act seeks to ban individuals from using single-sex facilities that do not align with their biological sex.

Rep. Mace’s proposal follows a similar resolution she introduced earlier this week. That legislation focuses on prohibiting men who identify as women from using women’s restrooms and other facilities on Capitol Hill and follows the election of Congress’s first transgender member, Rep. Sarah McBride (D-DE), formerly Tim McBride.

“I’m going to do everything I can to protect women and girls here on the Hill, but also across the nation,” Mace said of her bill. “This is a question that needs to be answered. Do women have rights or not? Are we going to allow these men to bully us into submission? And I say, no, no more. I’m done with this,” she continued, adding: “There’s no amount of bullying and threats on my life that they’ve made this week that’s going to stop me from this.”

Meanwhile, House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) has instituted a rule requiring those using single-sex facilities in the House office buildings and the Capitol—including bathrooms and locker rooms, only access those that are aligned with their biological sex.

THREATS AGAINST MACE.

Earlier this week, The National Pulse reported that transgender influencer ‘Venus Andromeda’ threatened to kill Mace after she announced her bill to ban biological men from women’s restrooms on Capitol Hill.

“Congresswoman Nancy Mace, I hope that one day I do find you in that women’s bathroom and I grab your ratty-looking f***king hair and drag your face down to the floor while I repeatedly bash it in until the blood’s everywhere and you’re dead,” he raged in a video posted to social media.

From ‘Women’ to ‘Birthing Persons’ to… ‘Vaginally Presenting?!’

An ongoing legal fight in Washington State over whether men are allowed into a women’s nude spa has produced a new, politically correct term for biological males. “People who are not vaginally presenting” was used by an attorney to describe individuals with biological male genitalia—rather than simply recognizing them as a ‘male’ or ‘man.’

Currently before the federal Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the case Olympus Spa v. Armstrong stems from a ruling by the Washington State Human Rights Commission, which found that Haven Wilvich, a man, was unlawfully barred from entering the traditional Korean spa. The spa owners implemented a “female-only policy” as patrons are allowed to enter the spa in the nude, though they did make an accommodation for post-operative transgender ‘females.’ Olympus Spa argues that the rule is “essential for the safety, legal protection, and well-being of our customers.”

The Ninth Circuit appears split on whether Olympus Spa has the right to bar men from its establishment, with one of the appellate judges likening the policy to a ‘whites-only’ policy. “If you have a law that says ‘white applicants only,’ this is ‘biological women entrance only.’ It seems to me they’re quite parallel there,” Judge M. Margaret McKeown argued during a hearing on Monday. “And you can’t have ‘white people only’ come into my restaurant, and then you say, ‘Well, no, we have a religious, spiritual nature to our restaurant, and when you get there, we serve you special food.’ This seems quite different.”

Insect Attack by Militant Trannies Disrupts ‘LGB Alliance’ Conference.

Militant transgender activists released insects to disrupt a conference of lesbians, gays, and bisexuals who are critical of transgender ideology, leading to the evacuation of the event venue. Security detained several individuals following an incident at the UK LGB Alliance conference in London on Friday, October 11.

The event, featuring transgender critical gay and lesbian speakers, was disrupted by a group of activists who released insects in the venue. Authorities responded quickly, and conference attendees were temporarily relocated to the lobby.

Four individuals linked to the disruption were taken into custody, though it is suspected that several others evaded capture. Though not all of the attackers are confirmed to be transgender, several activists seemed to present themselves as such.

The LGB Alliance, a charity focused on supporting gay, lesbian, and bisexual individuals, without transgenderism stealing focus, organized the ‘Our Lives! Our Future!’ conference where the attack took place.

Attacks on those opposed to transgender ideology are no longer uncommon in the Western world. For instance, in France, pro-trans activists set off an explosive device in Lyon to disrupt a talk by feminist and trans-critical activist Marguerite Stern in September.

In the United States, radical transgenders like Audrey Hale in Tennesee have gone further. Hale murdered six people, most of them children, at a Christian school in 2023.

Another transgender attempted a mass shooting at a church in Houston earlier this year.

Students Plan Walkout Over Trans Athletes in Girls’ Sports.

High school students across New York are organizing a statewide walkout on October 24 to protest the inclusion of transgender athletes in girls’ sports. The Coalition to Protect Kids is spearheading the ‘Walk Off for Fairness Day’ event. The Catholic Church and conservative groups have also announced their support for it.

The demonstration comes amid debate over Proposition 1 on the November ballot. This measure, known as the Equal Rights Amendment, would codify abortion into the New York State Constitution but also includes language that could allow male-born athletes identifying as females to participate in girls’ and women’s sports, disadvantaging female athletes.

Ayesha Kreutz, spokeswoman for The Coalition to Protect Kids, emphasizes that ‘Walk Off for Fairness Day’ offers a platform for young women to voice their concerns. According to Kreutz, many female athletes feel pressured to remain silent on the issue.

New York Republican Party chairman Ed Cox states that Prop 1 would undermine Title IX protections. He notes it could potentially impact scholarships and opportunities for female athletes.

The walkout comes just months after a judge in Virginia ruled that a transgender male could join the girls’ tennis team at a school in the state after a local school district attempted to prevent them.

Biologically male athletes have routinely demonstrated advantages when playing against females, including at this year’s Summer Olympics, when the women’s 145-pound boxing gold medal was won by a person who previously failed gender tests.

CBS Refuses to Air Ads Critiquing Trans Surgeries.

Paramount Global-owned CBS refused to air political advertisements criticizing Democratic nominee Kamala Harris for supporting the use of taxpayer money for children’s transgender medical procedures. CatholicVote is airing the ads in Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin—but CBS is refusing to carry them.

“CBS and Paramount have been particularly aggressive in pushing transgenderism in mass media, so why would they be afraid to discuss what that means in reality for everyday families whose kids are receiving their pro-transgender messaging?” remarked CatholicVote President Brian Burch. “Either CBS is covering for Kamala Harris, or they are too scared to tell the truth about what’s happening,” he added.

The CatholicVote ads note Harris’s support for transitioning children and Medicaid data suggesting that, in Pennsylvania, $16.7 million in taxpayer funding has gone towards transgender mutilation surgeries for minors from 2015 to 2022. These include 97 double breast amputations and 14 hysterectomies performed on minor girls. The ads for Michigan, Nevada, and Wisconsin list similar details for their respective states.

Harris is presenting as a moderate Democrat for her snap run at the presidency. However, she previously positioned herself on the extreme left of the party regarding trans issues. For instance, she has bragged about securing taxpayer-funded trans treatments for prisoners during her career as a state-level politician in California. Harris also committed to taxpayer-funded surgeries for criminals and illegal aliens in government detention nationwide during her failed attempt to secure the Democratic nomination for the 2020 election.

Trans Migrant Granted Refugee Status Despite Pedophilia Conviction.

An Algerian migrant, referred to as Medhi F., has been granted refugee status in France despite a past conviction for the sexual assault of a minor. Medhi F., who identifies as transgender, had been sentenced in 2019 to four years in prison for the crime against a 15-year-old.

In 2020, Medhi sought asylum with the French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons (OFPRA), arguing that returning to Algeria would result in persecution due to his transgender identity. OFPRA rejected the application, but Medhi appealed the decision to France’s National Court of Asylum (CNDA). In 2023, the CNDA overturned OFPRA’s decision, claiming Medhi no longer posed a threat to society despite being a convicted pedophile.

OFPRA escalated the matter to France’s Council of State, but it upheld the CNDA’s ruling in July, declaring that being a convicted pedophile provides insufficient grounds to refuse or revoke refugee status by itself.

Former President Donald J. Trump has frequently lamented that “France is no longer France” and is warning against the U.S. following its path as a society ahead of the November elections.

“We’ve seen what happened when Europe opened its doors to jihad. Look at Paris, look at London; they’re no longer recognizable,” he said in May, adding, “We can’t let that happen to our country.”

Christian School Assistant Fired For Critiquing LGBT Curriculum.

Kristie Higgs, a former pastoral assistant at a nominally Christian school in Fairford, England, has initiated a Court of Appeal challenge in London against her dismissal. In 2019, the Farmor’s School, run by the Archbishops’ Council of the Church of England, terminated Higgs for gross misconduct after she shared Facebook posts criticizing the introduction of LGBTQ relationship education at her son’s school.

In a 2018 post decrying “brainwashing” in schools, Higgs criticized government moves to make “Relationships and Sex Education mandatory,” warning that “children will be taught that all relationships are equally valid and ‘normal,’ so that same-sex marriage is exactly the same as traditional marriage and that gender is a matter of choice, not biology so that it’s up to them what sex they are.”

Higgs said this would mean that “expressing and teaching fundamental Christian beliefs, relating to the creation of men and women and marriage will in practice become forbidden—because they conflict with the new morality and are seen as indoctrination into unacceptable religious bigotry.”

She further said this would mean that “freedom of belief will be destroyed, with freedom of speech permitted only for those who toe the party line!” The school responded by firing her.

CHRISTIANS SILENCED.

In 2020, an Employment Tribunal upheld the dismissal, which she challenged as infringing on freedom of religion and expression. In 2023, an Employment Appeal Tribunal ruled her case had not been appropriately handled. Still, it referred it back to the lower tribunal for a fresh determination instead of ruling definitively in her favor, prompting her to take the matter to the Court of Appeal.

“This is not just about me. It cannot be right that so many Christians are losing their jobs or facing discipline for sharing biblical truth, our Christian beliefs,” she said outside the Royal Courts of Justice on Wednesday. “I am not alone to be treated this way. Many of the others… have faced similar consequences,” she added.
