The International Olympic Committee (IOC) has cleared two boxers, previously disqualified due to testosterone and gender eligibility tests, to compete in the women’s category at the Paris 2024 Olympics. Algeria’s Imane Khelif and Taiwan’s Lin Yu-ting are set to participate after meeting the IOC’s testing criteria.
Khelif was disqualified before a gold medal bout at the 2023 World Championships in New Delhi, India, due to elevated testosterone levels. Lin, a double world champion featherweight, was stripped of her bronze medal at the same event after failing a biochemical test for gender eligibility.
Barry McGuigan, former World Boxing Association (WBA) and lineal featherweight champion, expressed his shock on social media over the IOC’s decision to clear the athletes for competition. “It’s pathetic, men will become women to have an advantage in sport. What are the authorities doing about this? In boxing or any other combat sport it’s criminal,” he said on X (formerly Twitter).

Despite the criticism, the IOC maintains that both athletes comply with the competition’s eligibility and entry regulations and applicable medical regulations.
Mixed martial arts (MMA) has seen several transgender male-to-female competitors, including Fallon Fox, who won five of her six professional fights, several of which ended with brutal knockouts in the first round.
In 2020, the Olympics saw its first male-to-female transgender athlete qualify for the United States Olympic Marathon Trials, which they would not have qualified for if competing in the men’s division.

Technology billionaire Elon Musk says he made up his mind to “destroy the woke mind virus” after being duped into approving a son’s gender transition. The South African, who owns Tesla, SpaceX, and the X social media platform (formerly Twitter), said he was “essentially tricked into signing documents for one of my older boys, Xavier” in conversation with Canadian psychologist turned media personality Jordan Peterson.
“This is before I had really any understanding of what was going on. We had Covid going on, and so, there was a lot of confusion, and, you know, I was told Xavier might commit suicide [if he was not transitioned],” Musk said.
“Incredibly evil, and I agree with you that people that have been promoting this should go to prison,” he told Peterson. “I was tricked into doing this, and it wasn’t explained to me that puberty blockers are actually just sterilization drugs.”
“I lost my son, essentially,” Musk continued, suggesting that “deadnaming”—the supposed crime of referring to a transgender by their previous name—is so-called “because your son is dead.”
“My son Xavier is dead, killed by the woke mind virus,” he continued. “I vowed to destroy the woke mind virus after that, and we’re making some progress.”
However, X reinstated bans on “deadnaming” and “misgendering” in January, causing many to question Musk’s resolve.
Elon Musk shares how “the woke mind virus killed” his son.
He rightfully calls out puberty blockers as a “sterilisation” drug. Which they are.
He claims he was tricked into signing medical forms as doctors told him his son might “commit suicide”.

Billionaire technology mogul Elon Musk will move his SpaceX operations entirely out of California and into Texas after Governor Gavin Newsom (D-CA) announced he has signed AB1955 into law. The legislation bans schools from enacting rules that would require the notification of parents if a child identifies as transgender—effectively substituting the state for family.
“This is the final straw,” Musk said in a post on X (formerly Twitter)—the social media platform he purchased in 2022. He added: “Because of this law and the many others that preceded it, attacking both families and companies, SpaceX will now move its HQ from Hawthorne, California, to Starbase, Texas.”
Musk added, in a separate post: “I did make it clear to Governor Newsom about a year ago that laws of this nature would force families and companies to leave California to protect their children.”
Under the new law, California school districts will no longer be allowed to notify parents if their child begins using different pronouns or self-recognizes as a different gender. The law makes the state the first to bar school districts from sharing pertinent information with parents regarding their children.
Earlier this year, California’s Democrat Attorney GeneralRob Bonta issued a legal advisory to schools in the state warning that informing parents of their children’s decision to use different pronouns or change their gender—without the child’s permission—likely violated the state constitution.

U.S. District Court Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk, nominated to the bench by former President Donald J. Trump in 2017, is granting Texas an injunction against Joe Biden government regulations that would grant anti-discrimination protections to “gender identity.” In his ruling, Judge Kacsmaryk wrote that the rule likely violates protections already on the books for biological women. Under the new rules, biological males would be allowed to access facilities designated only for use by biological females.
The Biden government regulations, which expand protected classes under Title IX to include “sex stereotypes, sexual orientation, gender identity, and sex characteristics,” will come into effect on August 1. However, a number of state governments are successfully convincing federal judges to grant injunctions against the measure. Texas is the 15th state to block the rule from taking effect pending legal challenges.
Judge Kacsmaryk noted that the rule directly undermines the purpose of Title IX, which was to enact nondiscrimination protections for women. “The Final Rule inverts the text, history, and tradition of Title IX: the statute protects women in spaces historically reserved to men; the Final Rule inserts men into spaces reserved to women,” he wrote, adding: “The Final Rule reads sexual orientation and gender identity into Title IX’s antidiscrimination principle in violation of that statute.”
Additionally, the Trump-appointed judge noted that Biden government measure was also in contravention of Texas state law, which “protects sex separation in K–12 and higher education athletic programs.”

The U.S. Senate has rejected its first judicial nominee since Joe Biden took office. On Thursday, Magistrate Judge Sarah Netburn’s nomination to the U.S. District Court bench failed to make it out of the Senate Judiciary Committee.
Netburn’s nomination was opposed by Republican senators who found her decision to place a transgender child rapist in a women’s prison facility, despite warnings against the move by the Bureau of Prisons, to be disqualifying. The transgender convict subsequently exposed his male genitals to numerous women in the facility.
Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX), a vocal opponent of the judge‘s nomination, highlighted the incident along with others where Netburn put female inmates at risk, seemingly in an effort to push a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) agenda in sentencing.
“Every one of us, every one of us would be horrified if a loved one found out she was the cellmate of a six-foot-two man who was a serial rapist,” Sen. Cruz said.
Meanwhile, Sen. Jon Ossoff (D-GA) broke with his fellow Democrats on the Senate Judiciary Committee, siding with Republicans in the 10-11 vote to block the advancement of Netburn’s nomination to a lifetime appointment as a federal district court judge.
Transgender inmates in other women’s prisons have sexually assaulted female prisoners and even impregnated them. An inmate at the Edna Mahan Correctional Facility for Women in New Jersey filed a lawsuit last year alleging that guards had refused to take corrective action against a transgender prisoner who had sexually assaulted her.

California legislation making it a felony to solicit sex acts from minors is facing opposition from leftist activists. They argue the stronger penalties for such solicitation in Senate Bill 1414, put forward by State Senator Shannon Grove, would imprison too many pedophiles from LGBTQ and ethnic minority backgrounds.
“We are particularly concerned that the harsher penalties proposed in this bill will disproportionately impact marginalized communities, especially members of the LGBTQ community who already suffer from systematic biases within the criminal justice system, particularly when it comes to sexually-based offenses,” complained Kellie Walters, representing the Legal Services for Prisoners with Children organization, at a California State Assembly Public Safety Committee hearing.
“LGBTQ people, particularly gay and transgendered individuals, are more likely to be charged with sex offenses… For instance, LGBTQ people are nine times more likely to be charged with sodomy,” Walters said.

ETHNIC MINORITIES.
Isabella Borgeson, representing the Ella Baker Center for Human Rights organization, also complains that “harsher penalties” for pedophiles would “disproportionately impact marginalized communities.” She stressed “black and brown individuals” rather than homosexuals and transgenders.
Borgeson, wearing a mask, argued that “punitive measures” for pedophiles would “perpetuate cycles of incarceration,” recommending investment in “community-based solutions” instead.
In the past year, several high-profile LGBT activists have been linked to child abuse, including Canadian LGBTQ organization chief Sean Gravells. He was arrested on child sex abuse and pornography charges in British Columbia.
Last month, the head of the Maryland Democrat LGBT caucus, Michael Knaapen, was caught sending nude photographs and discussing rape fantasies with a person he believed to be a minor.

Former Joe Biden regime official Sam Brinton has avoided jail time after pleading guilty to misdemeanor petit larceny in a plea deal announced last week in Arlington General District Court. Brinton, formerly a highly-paid nuclear official at the Department of Energy, initially faced felony charges that could have resulted in a 20-year sentence.
Brinton admits to stealing luggage belonging to Tanzanian fashion designer Asya Khamsin six years ago at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. As part of a plea agreement, the non-binary Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence “abbess” will participate in an adult diversion program, which includes mental health treatment, writing an apology letter to Khamsin, and 50 hours of community service. The charges were reduced from grand larceny.
This is the third time the drag queen has avoided incarceration for stealing women’s luggage for their underwear and other clothing while on government business.
In a related civil case filed in Montgomery County, Maryland, Brinton has reached a settlement with Khamsin, agreeing to an undisclosed financial payment and issuing a personal apology.
Brinton was arrested in May of last year as a “fugitive from justice,” months after The National Pulse exposed the “gender non-binary” former official as a luggage thief and a defender of “rentboy.com,” a site that was raided by authorities over illegal prostitution claims.

Rose Montoya, atransgender TikTok personality whom Joe Biden invited to the White House, faces accusations of sexually assaulting multiple people. Montoya, a biological male who exposed his mock breasts at a White House Pride event, allegedly abused at least five individuals over several years.
Jesse Diamond, a biologically female transman, and pornographer known online as TransMuscleBear, recounted her experience with Montoya on social media. Diamond, who was recovering from a transgender mutilation surgery at the time, posted screenshots of an email purportedly sent by Montoya. It contains an apology, stating, “I broke your trust and violated you,” and “I’m sorry I forced myself on you.”
Montoya’s purported apology shows guilt-tripping directed at Diamond. He claims he thought the biological woman was “triggered by me simply having a phallus” and laments that this “caused me so much pain and dysphoria.”
TRAUMA.
Diamond claims the abuse was persistent, lasting nearly a year, and traumatic. “I attempted to end my life on more than one occasion due to how depressed I was from the trauma,” Diamond shared. She said she avoided intimacy for almost two years after her third transgender surgery as a result of the alleged abuse.
Diamond indicates that there are at least four other victims and stresses the severity of her own experiences. “I was incapable of walking the first 10+ times that she [sic] r*ped me,” Diamond wrote. “I couldn’t run away if I tried & I couldn’t afford to stay anywhere else.” She also revealed that Montoya attempted to obtain a restraining order to silence her but was denied by a judge.
Diamond urges viewers to ask Montoya to take accountability rather than issue threats. In the email excerpts Diamond shares, Montoya appears to admit to the assaults and express regret.
Diamond emphasizes that she will present Montoya’s confession in court if necessary.

Donald Trump reached out to the Libertarian Party conference at the weekend, urging them to lend him their votes to stop Joe Biden, Marxism, and communism, saying: “It’s time to be winners.” The former president won over many at the conference with a pledge to commute the sentence of Silk Road founder Ross Ulbricht. After the conference, the party leadership may have driven more Libertarian voters into Trump’s arms by selecting former Barack Obama and John Kerry supporter Chase Oliver as their nominee instead.
A review of Oliver’s social media history shows he holds several extreme left-wing views.
IMMIGRATION.
Oliver supports fully open borders or “free immigration.”
“Economic freedom demands the unrestricted movement of human as well as financial capital across national borders,” he declared in 2021, reiterating in 2023 that “If you support free markets, you should support freeimmigration.”
Economic freedom demands the unrestricted movement of human as well as financial capital across national borders.
Despite Libertarians’ traditional stance against big central government, Oliver supports the federal government imposing abortion “until the point of viability” in all 50 states.
“Viability” is a slippery standard, generally set at 24 to 26 or occasionally 28 weeks, although premature babies have survived as early as 21 weeks and a day.
DRAG QUEEN STORYTIME.
As an LGBTQ activist, Oliver has posted frequently about attending Pride and drag events. “I actually went to a ‘drag queen storytime’ event in Rome GA, [Marjorie Taylor Greene’s] district in NW Georgia,” he posted in 2022. “You know what I saw? Nothing controversial[.] A person in a big brightly colored costume reading a book about how people are special and unique and that’s a good thing,” he suggested.
“I went to a Pride event featuring a Drag Queen Storytime [a]nd there was no ‘grooming’ or sexualization. Just happy kids hearing a story about rainbows,” he claimed in another post.
He has also compared drag queens to Barney the Dinosaur and the Sesame Street Muppets, arguing they are “basically no different.”
TRANSITIONING KIDS.
Oliver does not believe children should be protected from social or medical gender transitions, saying he opposes taking “decisions away from parents, doctors, and patients.”
He has regularly claimed minors are never or at least seldom subject to transgender mutilation surgeries, which he terms “gender-affirming care,” but he is not opposed to them, saying: “At the end of the day, keep the state out.”
Oliver identifies as a “cisgender” gay man and Christian, claiming God “designed” him to be homosexual.
I trust the parents of trans/non binary people and their doctors more than I trust the state and it's bureaucracy.
Listen to actual parents and kids and doctors, not those who seek to use the power of the state to have their will be done.
Oliver is against “banning trans girls” — i.e., biological males — from competing against girls in school sports, calling this “big government.”
“It’s a shame and will harm the small number of trans athletes,” he complains.
Oliver has also claimed a “gender non-binary” child was “beaten to death in the girl’s bathroom” during an argument on X (formerly Twitter), telling his interlocutor, “maybe get your facts straight before commenting” on the case.
He was referring to Nex Benedict, who was not killed in the restroom fight nor from injuries resulting from it.
VAX MANDATES.
Despite being “vaccinated and boosted,” Oliver says state vaccine mandates are “wrong.” He supports corporate vaccine mandates, however, arguing bosses should have the right to fire unvaccinated workers and deny service to unvaccinated customers.
He has also advocated for at least some state support for corporate vaccine mandates, arguing governors should not be “giving unemployment benefits to people who decided to quit rather than abide by private businesses… requesting workers be vaccinated or tested regularly.”
CHINA FIRST.
Like many Libertarian ideologues, Oliver opposes protecting American workers from unfair competition with sweatshop economies, including explicitly anti-Libertarian states such as Communist China.
“[A] a tariff is a tax on all consumers and raises prices that we all pay,” he insisted in one pro-China rant, branding Trump — a billionaire business tycoon — a “failed businessman” and “economically illiterate.”
He believes all tariffs on imports should be removed, even from countries that impose their own tariffs against America.
WAR CRIMINAL TRUMP?
At the Libertarian convention, a highly agitated Oliver told National Pulse reporter Will Upton that Trump is a “war criminal” who engages in “authoritarian rhetoric.”
In fact, Trump is the first U.S. President since the 1970s not to lead the country into any new wars. He has also argued consistently for de-escalation and a peace deal to end the Ukraine war, while Oliver has argued for allowing American citizens to travel to Ukraine to join the conflict “unfettered” while permitting unlimited Ukrainian, Iranian, Yemeni, and even Russian asylum immigration to the U.S.

During an appearance on Fox News, liberal broadcaster Bill Maher compared transgenderism to a “TikTok challenge that got out of hand.” Maher stressed that being liberal is not the same as being “woke” and argued that the United States is now an “outlier” on the issue, “doubling down” as European countries move away from practices like prescribing puberty blockers to children.
“Is there such a thing as trans? Of course, there are sometimes people who are, let’s just say there’s a mix up at the factory and you don’t feel in your head the way you do in your body, but some of this is also just a TikTok challenge that got out of hand,” Maher said.
“Liberalism is not the same thing as woke, woke they would like to think they’re an extension of liberalism, they’re not, I’m an old school liberal, it’s very often the opposite,” observed Maher. “And [the woke] think they’re going so far in the right direction, and it actually turns out that they’re in the wrong direction, and they’ve actually reversed it,” he said.
“Most of the countries in Europe now — England, the Scandinavian countries… they’ve all reversed themselves on this. They don’t do the puberty blockers anymore, they don’t do this stuff,” Maher continued. “America is just doubling down on this stuff, so we are the outlier country on this stuff.”
Maher’s comments highlight a growing division within the left, underscoring debates between traditional liberalism and what is often termed as “woke progressivism.” This schism is playing out while other Western nations are reevaluating practices related to gender transitions among minors, leaving the U.S. increasingly isolated in its current approach.
Bill Maher makes an excellent distinction between the true definition of “liberalism” and the new era of the modern Left, otherwise known as “woke”.
You might not like Maher, but this kind of rhetoric coming from him does significantly more damage than a conservative voice.
