Marc Elias, who has represented several high-profile Democrats including Vice President Kamala Harris, filed a legal complaint that alleged voting machines “misread hundreds if not thousands of valid votes” in a New York congressional race. Elias represented incumbent Democrat Anthony Brindisi, who’s trailing Republican Claudia Tenney by less than 125 votes in the state’s 22nd district. In a February 1st legal filing, Elias’s Perkins Coie law firm argued that “substantial errors and irregularities” plagued the election and cited differences in hand-counted ballots and machine-counted ballots. “In this case, there is reason to believe that voting tabulation machines misread hundreds if not thousands of valid
Michigan is conducting a two-week risk-limiting audit using over 18,000 randomly drawn ballots from across the state. On January 12th, Michigan’s Department of State live-streamed the rolling of 20, 10-sided dice used to generate numbers that correspond to ballots from all of Michigan’s counties. Republican and Democratic Clerks will now review the nearly 20,000 ballots selected from the system explained above, including a hand-review of paper ballots to determine “whether they match the machine-tabulated results.” READ MORE HERE.
Project Veritas has released new audio from activists who confess to registering thousands of people at one address – their office – in order to illegally cast a vote in Georgia. The news comes one day before the Georgia Senate election run-off, and just hours after local state authorities attempted to ensure the public that their votes were fairly and equally counted. Under Georgia law, a person must be “Registered as an elector in the manner prescribed by law,” and “A resident of this state and of the county or municipality in which he or she seeks to vote.” Registering
An analysis of ballot transfer forms from Cobb County reveals that 78 percent of the more than 89,000 absentee ballots from drop box locations, required to be “immediately transported” to the county registrar according to Emergency Rule of the State Election Board for Absentee Voting, took more than one hour to be transferred to election officials. State Election Board Emergency Rule 183-1-14-0.8-.14 relative to securing absentee ballot drop boxes was adopted by the State Election Board at the July 1, 2020, meeting. In addition to other prescriptive requirements for securing the absentee ballot drop boxes, which were placed at 16 locations throughout
The establishment keeps claiming there’s “no evidence of widespread fraud” in the 2020 presidential election. That was never entirely accurate, but now it’s a whopper of Clintonian proportions. Over the course of an extensive press conference, the Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society introduced three whistleblowers who together painted a comprehensive and interlocking picture of illegality and malfeasance involving hundreds of thousands of ballots being prepared, curated, and moved across state lines. The first whistleblower was Gregory Stenstrom, a Navy veteran and computer scientist who served as a Republican poll watcher in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, just outside of Philadelphia.
Video footage from Georgia reveals suitcases stuffed with ballots being hidden underneath a table, only pulled out when supervisors instructed poll workers to leave the room. Despite orders for poll watchers to depart the counting facility, four individuals stayed behind to pull the suitcases out from underneath the table and continued counting the contents inside. The video, according to the individual explaining the footage during the Georgia Senate Judiciary subcommittee election hearing, shows that the same person who hid the four suitcases ordered poll watchers to leave “under the pretense that we’re going to stop counting.” “What are these ballots
The Amistad Project has gathered whistleblowers and sworn declarations revealing over one million potentially fraudulent swing-state ballots, including completed ballots getting shipped across state lines, postal service workers being told to prioritize Biden mail, and officials tampering with Dominion systems to prevent an audit. In total, over 300,000 ballots are at issue in Arizona, 548,000 in Michigan, 204,000 in Georgia, and over 121,000 in Pennsylvania. “The declarations state that unlawful actions by state and local election officials in swing states, and possibly U.S. Postal Service officials,” the Amistad Project noted. The evidence details “the failure of election officials in blue
The Trump campaign has this morning filed a lawsuit in Wisconsin alleging a number of election offenses that impact up to 221,000 ballots. The campaign reported this morning: President Donald J. Trump’s re-election campaign filed a lawsuit to the Wisconsin Supreme Court following the campaign’s requested recount to uncover fraud and abuse that irrefutably altered the outcome of this election. Today’s suit includes four cases with clear evidence of unlawfulness, such as illegally altering absentee ballot envelopes, counting ballots that had no required application, overlooking unlawful claims of indefinite confinement, and holding illegal voting events called Democracy in the Park. These unlawful actions affected no less
