The text of Dominion Voting Systems’ $1,300,000,000 lawsuit against My Pillow CEO Mike Lindell has been released. The 115-page document uses the term roughly 30 times and insists Lindell “sells the lie to this day because the lie sells pillows.” Read:
Missouri led a group of 17 states in support of a Texas Supreme Court lawsuit aimed at delaying the appointment of presidential electors from fraud-rich states including Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin. The December 9th brief reiterates the argument outlined in the Texas suit, emphasizing how state officials acted unconstitutionally when their judiciaries or executive branches tampered with elections laws, including the promotion of universal mail-in ballots. Texas and the additional 18 states instead argue that only state legislatures can legislate the appointment of electors. “The integrity of our elections is of critical importance to maintaining our republic, both today
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a lawsuit against Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin in the United States Supreme Court. According to Paxton’s December 8th press release: The four states exploited the COVID-19 pandemic to justify ignoring federal and state election laws and unlawfully enacting last-minute changes, thus skewing the results of the 2020 General Election. The battleground states flooded their people with unlawful ballot applications and ballots while ignoring statutory requirements as to how they were received, evaluated and counted. “Trust in the integrity of our election processes is sacrosanct and binds our citizenry and the States in this

Read the Trump campaign’s lawsuit against Pennsylvania’s Secretary of State and several county election boards. The 105-page report, filed in the critical swing state of Pennsylvania, represents the Trump campaign’s effort to ensure all legal votes are counted – and illegal ballots aren’t. “American citizens deserve fair elections. Every legal – not illegal – vote should be counted. And no government power, be it state or federal, may deny American citizens the right to observe the process by which votes are cast, processed, and tabulated. We must protect our democracy with complete transparency,” the suit begins. READ MORE: Trump Lawsuit

The individual in question, Marc Elias, is currently engaged in 28 lawsuits across 15 states aimed at combatting President Trump’s alleged attempts at voter suppression. In reality, however, his organization appears to function as part of Democrat’s broader network aimed at securing a victory for Democratic Presidential candidate Joe Biden by interfering with the electoral process. Missouri’s attorney general announced a lawsuit against the Chinese Communist Party government, the Associated Press reported Tuesday: The lawsuit, filed in the U.S. District Court for Eastern Missouri, alleges Chinese officials are “responsible for the enormous death, suffering, and economic losses they inflicted on the world, including Missourians.” “COVID-19 has done irreparable damage to countries across the globe, causing sickness, death, economic disruption, and human suffering. In Missouri, the impact of the virus is very real – thousands have been infected and many have died, families have been separated from dying loved ones, small businesses are shuttering their doors, and
