Following the latest horrifying trend of unabashed abortion promoting, a bill has been introduced in Vermont to ban all restrictions on abortions. The bill, which has been co-sponsored by 90 members of the Vermont state House of Representatives, proposes “to recognize as a fundamental right the freedom of reproductive choice and to prohibit public entities from interfering with or restricting the right of an individual to terminate the individual’s pregnancy.” ‘Public entity’ is defined within the bill as all three branches of government, any agency or subdivision of the state government, all municipal governments, and any appointed official.
