Dr. Ben Carson, the most dignified of candidates, endorses Donald Trump, the least dignified man on the national stage:
“He’s actually a very intelligent man who cares deeply about America,” Carson said at a press conference at the Mar-a-Lago club in Palm Beach, Forida. “There’s two different Donald Trumps. There’s the one you see on stage and the one that’s very cerebral, sits there and considers things very carefully.”
Dr. Carson promised we would start seeing more of that second Donald Trump, the one who doesn’t say disgusting things.
Here’s the thing, Dr. Carson: If Hillary and the Democrats attack Trump, I have a pretty strong feeling the first Trump will be back on the stage. He’s the one our children see, Dr. Carson.
You’ve disappointed a lot of admirers today.
