…I think the Obama presidency was a presidency of personality over the rule of law. I think it was a place in which Obama decided that his policies driven by his personal popularity were primary. I think Trump is a continuation of that phenomenon. And I think that the criminalization of the political process has been happening for a number of years now going back to the indictment of Tom DeLay and other things which took what was normally political disagreements and attempted to criminalize them. So I think all of those elements are true, but I think in Hillary’s case, what she did with top security material, if it were done by any other political actor, there would be no question that she would be referred for indictment and be indicted. And I think that that reality is something that is being discounted to zero in this campaign, and I don’t think that it is a zero possibility that the FBI refers her for indictment.
