Trump Leads Biden in ANOTHER National Poll, While DeSantis Sinks to Just 7%

Donald Trump is leading Joe Biden in another national poll, by 52 percent to 48 percent, as the elderly Democrat’s approval rating plummets to an almost 20-year low. Trump also dominates the GOP primary field, with a 59-point lead over Nimarata ‘Nikki’ Haley and a 65-point lead over Ron DeSantis.

According to the new poll, the 45th President enjoys the support of 72 percent of GOP primary voters from January 16th to January 15th. Haley is in a distant second place, at 13 percent. DeSantis, once considered Trump’s most credible rival, is in single digits at just seven percent.

Trump’s lead over Biden among independents is even stronger than his overall lead, at 46 percent support versus 35 percent.

When third-party candidates are included, Trump’s advantage over Biden shrinks only slightly, from four to three points.

Democrat-turned-independent candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. leads among the also-rans, on 11 percent, while far-left candidates Jill Stein and Cornel West each pick up two percent.

DeSantis Press Sec Attacks Trump for Being In ‘Basement’ While Ex Prez Attends Melania’s Mother’s Funeral.

Jeremy Redfern, press secretary for Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, has baselessly accused former President Donald Trump of hiding in a “basement” instead of being on the presidential campaign trail. Trump, the presumptive Republican presidential nominee, was in Florida earlier today to attend the funeral of his mother-in-law Amalija Knavs, having delivered two speeches in New Hampshire this week already and appearing twice in court in Manhattan. Trump speaks again Friday night in Concord, NH.

In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Redfern wrote: “Current location of presidential candidates not named Ron DeSantis – Nikki Haley: Basement Donald Trump: Basement Joe Biden: Basement.” The post was a predictably tone-deaf attempt to score political points for Redfern’s boss, DeSantis.

Redfern, who serves in the Office of the Florida Governor, is not employed by the DeSantis presidential campaign. The political nature of his X post, written at 9:15 am ET, questions whether the state government employee was campaigning on the Florida taxpayer’s dime.

Florida law stipulates that “an employee of the state or any political subdivision may not participate in any political campaign for an elective office while on duty… Any person violating the provisions of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.”

Users on X criticized Redfern’s vile post — including Jason Miller, a senior advisor to Trump, who noted the former President was at the funeral with his wife Melania and family at the time. Political consultant Alex Bruesewitz called Redfern “vile” and “a scumbag.”

The former First Lady memorialized her late mother at the Episcopal Church of Bethesda-by-the-Sea in Palm Beach, Florida. “Her nurturing spirit had no limits, creating a legacy that will last for generations,” said Melania Trump on Thursday morning. “She was my dear friend, an irreplaceable treasure, a gift bestowed upon me by the universe. And for that, I am entirely grateful. Rest in peace, my beloved mommy.”

Biden Campaign Plans Rallies, Op-Eds, TV Ads to Demand Mass Murder of American Babies.

The Joe Biden campaign plans to put abortion “at the forefront of its reelection campaign,” vowing to “restore” Roe v. Wade and the “reproductive freedom” to kill unborn children with few or no restrictions.

Pro-abortion television and digital ads are planned for around January 22nd, the anniversary the Roe‘s ruling in 1973. Rallies featuring the President, the Vice President, and their spouses are also planned.

“Trump directly paved the way for Republican extremists across the country to enact draconian bans that are hurting women and threatening doctors,” said Biden-Harris campaign manager Julie Chavez Rodriguez, acknowledging Trump should be credited for the pro-life advances since Roe v. Wade was overturned. Within six months of Roe being overturned, an estimated 32,000 babies’ lives had been saved by Trump and the Supreme Court Justices’ actions.

Trump has long argued that Democrats, rather than Republicans, are the extremists on abortion, condemning state lawmakers for having “cheered with delight upon the passage of legislation that would allow a baby to be ripped from the mother’s womb moments before birth” during one of his State of the Union speeches.

Washington D.C., Colorado, New Jersey, New Mexico, Oregon, and Vermont, all run by Democrats, allow abortion up to birth, along with Republican-run Alaska.

Family of Woman Slain By Illegal Alien Sues Biden Govt for $100 Million.

The family of Kayla Hamilton, a 20-year-old who was brutally murdered by an illegal alien in 2022, is filing a $100 million lawsuit against the Biden government, asserting that their immigration enforcement policies are partially responsible for the murder. Hamilton’s family plans to name the Departments of Homeland Security and Health and Human Services as defendants.

“We bring this landmark lawsuit in honor of Kayla to get answers on how this catastrophic failure occurred and help prevent another senseless murder,” said Brian Claypool, the lawyer for Hamilton’s mother, Tammy Nobles. “The killer had been arrested in El Salvador in 2020 for being associated with an illicit gang. All DHS had to do was make one phone call to verify this and Kayla would be alive,” Claypool said.

Hamilton was raped and strangled with a phone cord by the illegal alien who had unlawfully entered the United States in March 2022. The alien — who had an MS-13 tattoo and was later confirmed to be affiliated with the international criminal group — was apprehended but deemed an Unaccompanied Child (UC) and released into the population.

Hamilton’s mother testified in front of the House Judiciary Committee last year, “If we had stricter border policies, my daughter would be alive today… I am her voice now, and I am going to fight with everything I have to get her story told.”

WATCH: Melania Trump Delivers Heartfelt Eulogy At Mother’s Funeral.

Former First Lady Melania Trump delivered the eulogy at her mother Amalija Knavs‘s funeral on Thursday, with President Donald J. Trump also in attendance at the Episcopal Church of Bethesda-by-the-Sea in Palm Beach, Florida.

“Her nurturing spirit had no limits, creating a legacy that will last for generations,” said the former First Lady. “She showered her grandson Barron with affection, illuminating his world with love, tender care, and unwavering devotion.”

“She embodied the best mother, wife, grandmother, mother-in-law. A true beacon of love and luxury in our lives,” Mrs. Trump said.

Noting her late mother’s beauty and “impeccable” style sense, Mrs. Trump stressed that “it’s not just her appearance that set her apart. It’s her unwavering dedication and hard work that truly made her exceptional. Like a string that holds everything together, she balanced the demands of motherhood with grace and poise.”

“She was my dear friend, an irreplaceable treasure, a gift bestowed upon me by the universe. And for that, I am entirely grateful. Rest in peace, my beloved mommy.”

President Trump had requested a postponement of his current defamation trial in New York to attend the funeral, but Judge Lewis Kaplan denied his request without rationale.

New Hampshire AG: DNC Engaged In Unlawful Voter Suppression.

The Democratic National Committee (DNC) received a cease-and-desist order from New Hampshire Attorney General John Formella’s office in response to alleged violations of the state’s voter suppression laws.

On January 5, the DNC’s Rules and Bylaws Committee submitted a letter to the New Hampshire Democratic Party (NHDP) ordering it to comply with DNC guidance to “take steps to educate the public that January 23rd” — New Hampshire’s Democratic presidential primary — “is a non-binding presidential preference event and is meaningless and the NHDP and presidential candidates should take all steps possible not to participate.”

“Regardless of whether the DNC refuses to award delegates to the party’s national convention based on the results of the January 23, 2024, New Hampshire Democratic Presidential Primary Election, that election is not ‘meaningless.’ Your statements to the contrary are false, deceptive, and misleading,” Assistant Attorney General Brendan O’Donnell wrote in the cease-and-desist letter.

“Telling the public or any person qualified to register to vote or vote in New Hampshire that the [aforementioned election] is ‘meaningless,’ or soliciting NHDP or any other party to make such statements, constitutes an attempt to prevent or deter another person from voting or registering to vote based on fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, or spurious grounds or information,” O’Donnell continued.

The DNC’s demands are designed to bolster the revised primary calendar it released last year, which put South Carolina’s primary before New Hampshire’s, a decision made ostensibly to give minority voters greater representation in the primary process, but which many observers note also gives Biden an advantage.

New York Young Republicans File Amicus Brief Against Insurrection Hoaxsters Moving to Keep Trump Off Ballot.

The increasingly influential New York Young Republican Club (NYYRC) will file an amicus brief to the U.S. Supreme Court on Thursday, opposing the moves across several U.S. states to keep President Donald J. Trump off the ballot for the 2024 election.

Gavin Wax, the club’s President, told The National Pulse exclusively: “Activist judges in the Colorado Supreme Court engaged in an unprecedented contortion of the English language to satisfy their political ends. Our amicus brief demonstrates that the authors of the Fourteenth Amendment narrowly tailored the scope of its restrictions. The Colorado Supreme Court’s unprecedented action relies on modern and colloquial usages of precise verbiage, showing how desperate they are to satisfy leftwing activists at the expense of justice.”

The brief, which can be read in full here, asserts:

…someday, perhaps sooner than President Trump’s political opponents may realize, their misguided interpretation of the Insurrection Clause will work against them. Armed with a weaponized Insurrection Clause, partisan officials (Democrat and Republican alike), particularly in states overwhelmingly controlled by a single party, will find so-called evidence to disqualify despised political opponents from the ballot for having “engaged in insurrection” against the United States, and this process will be repeated ad infinitum.

Lawyer Ed Paltzik told The National Pulse: “President Trump’s political opponents have come to a conclusion that terrifies them: if the 2024 election is conducted fairly, he will win and return to the White House. This would bring their Marxist, America-last, woke agenda to a screeching halt. They will try anything – including misuse of the Insurrection Clause. We are honored and proud to team with Gavin Wax, the New York Young Republican Club, and the National Constitutional Law Union on this amicus brief supporting President Trump.”

National Constitutional Law Union’s John Pierce added: “The attempts to keep Donald Trump off the ballot under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment are a brazen and outrageous attack on the Constitution. The weaponization of our legal system must stop, and the NCLU intends to stop it. We are honored to file this amicus brief in support of President Trump, working alongside the amazing leadership team at the NYYRC. The American People will decide who the 47th President is, not leftist judges and unelected bureaucrats.”

FAA Wants to Hire Individuals With ‘Severe Intellectual and Psychiatric Disabilities’ Amidst Increased Concerns Over Airline Safety.

Under a federal ‘Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion’ (DEI) initiative, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is looking to ensure a portion of new hires include individuals with severe intellectual and psychiatric disabilities. The FAA employs around 45,000 federal workers who regulate American aviation safety standards and oversee air traffic controllers.

“Targeted disabilities are those disabilities that the Federal government, as a matter of policy, has identified for special emphasis in recruitment and hiring,” the FAA states on their government website, adding: “They include hearing, vision, missing extremities, partial paralysis, complete paralysis, epilepsy, severe intellectual disability, psychiatric disability and dwarfism.”

The DEI initiative raises concerns about the agency’s ability to ensure air travel safety in the United States. Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg — whose Department of Transportation oversees the FAA — has come under increasing scrutiny due to perceived lapses in flight consistency and safety. Thousands of flights have been canceled over the past several days following weather disruptions and the grounding of Boeing’s 737 Max airliner over door-plug safety concerns.

A series of safety incidents involving Boeing aircraft have caused increased fears over flying in the U.S. Most recently, a Boeing 737 Max 9 plane operated by Alaska Airlines experienced a door plug blowing out shortly after takeoff, leaving the cabin and passengers exposed to the outside elements. The aircraft safely turned around and landed, with only minor injuries reported.

In adopting the DEI initiative, neither Secretary Buttigieg nor FAA leadership have explained how increased diversity – including individuals who may suffer from mental instability or cognitive deficiencies – will increase airline production and safety.

ChatGPT Will Send Users to Election Site Run By RINO Who Said There Was No 2020 Election Fraud.

OpenAI will direct ChatGPT users to the website “CanIVote.org” — run by the National Association of Secretaries of State (NASS) — to curb what they believe will be attempts to abuse the AI chat tool in the lead-up to the 2024 presidential election. NASS, an umbrella ‘non-partisan’ organization for state government’s Secretaries of State — is run by the Republican Kansas Secretary of State, Scott Schwab. Despite evidence of irregularities, Schwab insisted there was no indication of fraud during the 2020 presidential election.

During the 2022 primary election, Schwab came under fire from his Republican primary challenger, Mike Brown, for numerous administrative errors, including printing duplicated ballots. Mistakes like duplicate ballots and errors with voting machines continue to undermine confidence in U.S. elections.

The move by OpenAI — whose valuation may climb to $80 billion, making it the third most valuable start-up in the world — raises concerns about the amount of influence and control the company could exercise over U.S. and global elections. Numerous corporations use their powerful ChatGPT tool to power everything from ChatBots to contention generation to computer coding.

Concerns over doctored images and communications have led OpenAI to enact an authenticity program in which digital credentials will be set by third-party AI firms that will label pictures created by the DALL-E 3 image generator. However, there are no safeguards to prevent abuse by the watchdogs themselves.

Polling from late 2023 indicates a majority of Americans are concerned that the 2024 election will be impacted by cheating. Last year, a coding error flipped votes between candidates in a Pennsylvania judicial race. Also of concern is the admission by election officials that voting machines won’t be federally certified in time for the 2024 election.

Canadian LGBTQ Org Chief Arrested on Child Sex Abuse, Porn Charges.

Sean Gravells, president of the Canadian LGBTQ pride organization North Peace Pride Society (NPPS), was arrested last month on charges that include sexual exploitation of a minor under 16 years old and possession and distribution of child pornography. Gravells, an outspoken LGBT activist, allegedly committed these crimes in and around Fort St. John, B.C., located northeast of Vancouver. The exploitation charges were filed on December 29, 2023, with child pornography charges being filed on December 31, 2023.

Following his arrest, the NPPS swiftly removed Gravells from his role as president. In a statement released on their Facebook page, the society stated that despite sponsoring youth events, Gravells was never directly involved with children — even though the group routinely sponsors youth events. Gravells previously directed “teen pride nights” at the Fort St. John Library.

Gravells is the latest in a growing list of prominent LGBTQ activists arrested for crimes against or involving children. Just a week before Gravells’ arrest, Kendall Stephen, a well-known transgender female (biological male) activist, was taken into custody in Philadelphia on charges related to the rape of two young boys. Similarly, a gay activist couple from Georgia was arrested early in 2023 for molesting their two adopted boys and pimping them out to a pedophile ring. Also last year, Oregon-based teacher and activist Kelsey Boren, who “mentored” an 11-year-old drag queen, was convicted on child pornography charges.

These cases have added to the concern that the LGBTQ movement is, intentionally or not, widely supporting efforts to groom children for exploitation by promoting things like pro-LGBTQ school curriculums and drag queen events.
