House Democrat Promises to Block Trump’s War on D.C. Crime.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: Democrat Maryland Rep. Jamie Raskin plans to introduce a resolution to terminate President Donald J. Trump’s emergency powers over the Washington, D.C., police force.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD), President Trump, House Democrats, D.C. Police Union, and the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC).

📍WHEN & WHERE: The resolution is expected to be introduced as early as Wednesday, with the House resuming legislative work in September.

💬KEY QUOTE: “This is Liberation Day in D.C. and we’re gonna take our capital back,” President Trump stated during a White House briefing.

🎯IMPACT: The resolution faces near-certain failure in the Republican-controlled House but could create political challenges for moderate Democrats.

IN FULL

Congressman Jamie Raskin (D-MD) is preparing to introduce a resolution to terminate President Donald J. Trump’s emergency powers over the Washington, D.C., police force. The powers invoked Monday morning, granted under the District of Columbia Home Rule Act, allow the President to assume control of the district’s law enforcement during emergencies.

Raskin, a vocal critic of Trump, told the media, “Of course, the President has a major political bone to pick with the people of Washington, D.C., who have voted 10-to-1 against him at every opportunity. So this is one more chance to exact revenge.”

President Trump invoked the Home Rule Act on Monday, citing “special conditions of an emergency nature.” The act permits federal control of D.C. police for 48 hours, extendable to 30 days with congressional notification. White House staff secretary Will Scharf confirmed that required notifications have been sent to relevant congressional committees.

Democratic leaders, including House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY), criticized the move. Jeffries claimed, “Violent crime in Washington, D.C. is at a 30-year low. Donald Trump has no basis to take over the local police department, and zero credibility on the issue of law and order.”

Meanwhile, D.C. Police Union President Gregg Pemberton supported Trump’s decision, stating, “Crime is out of control, and our officers are stretched beyond their limits.” Notably, a police commander in D.C. is currently under investigation for doctoring crime data to fake reductions.

Raskin’s resolution is unlikely to pass in the Republican-majority House.

Trump Admin Directs Banks to Monitor Antifa and Other Left-Wing Domestic Terror Groups.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), a division of the U.S. Treasury Department, has begun encouraging U.S. financial institutions to report suspected domestic terrorist activity—with an emphasis on far-left groups like Antifa.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: FinCEN, law enforcement agencies, the Trump administration, and left-wing extremist and domestic terrorist groups like Antifa

📍WHEN & WHERE: Recent efforts follow the September assassination of Turning Point USA (TPUSA) founder Charlie Kirk.

🎯IMPACT: An increased federal focus on domestic financial crimes and potential Antifa funding sources.

IN FULL

The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), a division of the U.S. Treasury Department, has begun encouraging U.S. financial institutions to report suspected domestic terrorist activity—with an emphasis on far-left groups like Antifa. In September, President Donald J. Trump designated Antifa a terrorist organization, opening the group to increased federal law enforcement scrutiny and potential financial sanctions.

FinCEN, which has a budget of approximately $190 million, is allocating additional resources to assist law enforcement investigations connected to potential left-wing domestic terrorism. The increased scrutiny comes in the wake of the September assassination of Turning Point USA (TPUSA) founder Charlie Kirk, which has amplified concerns over domestic extremist activity.

Notably, FinCEN’s mandate includes combating both international and domestic financial crimes, including terrorism financing. This mandate could prove crucial as evidence points to Antifa and similar groups comprising a global network of far-left extremists. Any unlawful financial activity identified through these efforts would be referred to the Department of Justice for further action (DOJ).

The National Pulse reported earlier this month that recorded audio allegedly captured at an Antifa workshop in the Netherlands included a  speaker discussing the use of violence in political contexts, saying, “When violence is justified is all up to you as a person, because I can tell you when I would use violence, but that is not the same for everyone.”

The speaker also details tactics reportedly used during protests, including a “fingernail tactic” intended to break through police lines. According to the recording, such tactics are said to be effective in the Netherlands because police rarely form more than one line of resistance. The speaker notes that even if participants are arrested for “pushing police away,” they are often released within hours.

Biden Judge Sentences ‘Big Balls’ Attackers to Probation, Zero Jail Time.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: A Washington, D.C. judge sentenced two teens to probation after they attacked 19-year-old Edward Coristine, a former staffer for DOGE, avoiding jail time.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Edward Coristine, two 15-year-old attackers, Joe Biden-appointed Judge Kendra Biggs, and U.S. Attorney for D.C. Jeanine Pirro.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The attack occurred on August 3 near U Street in Washington, D.C.; sentencing took place on October 15 in D.C. Superior Court.

💬KEY QUOTE: “That’s terrible. The judge should be ashamed.” – Donald Trump

🎯IMPACT: The decision has sparked criticism over leniency for juvenile offenders and raised fresh concerns about crime in the nation’s capital.

IN FULL

Washington, D.C. Superior Court judge, Kendra Biggs, sentenced two 15-year-olds to probation for their roles in an attack on Edward Coristine, a 19-year-old former Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) staffer known as “Big Balls.” The Joe Biden appointee stated that her role is to “rehabilitate,” not punish, sparking backlash over leniency.

The male defendant pleaded guilty to attempted robbery and simple assault, while the female attacker admitted to one count of simple assault for attacking another person at a gas station with pepper spray. Prosecutors dropped other charges related to the attack on Coristine as part of a plea agreement. Both teens were part of a group allegedly causing chaos along U Street in the early hours of August 3, about one mile from the White House.

President Donald J. Trump blasted the lenient decision late Wednesday, saying, “That’s terrible. The judge should be ashamed.” U.S. Attorney for D.C. Jeanine Pirro called the sentencing “shocking.”

During the attack, Coristine was beaten while his friend managed to escape by locking themselves in a car. In a social media post, Coristine condemned the “senseless crime” and noted that many of the attackers remain unprosecuted. “Think of your daughters and mothers,” he wrote on X (formerly Twitter), adding:  “The same group attacked people before and after us, breaking ribs and stomping heads.”

Judge Biggs ordered the teens to perform 90 hours of community service, avoid contact with each other, and refrain from entering cars without the owner’s permission.

Govt Shutdown Proves There’s No Point to Dept. of Education, Says Education Secretary.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: Education Secretary Linda McMahon highlighted that the ongoing government shutdown demonstrates the Department of Education is unnecessary, as schools continue to function without disruption.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Secretary Linda McMahon, President Donald J. Trump, and the Trump Administration.

📍WHEN & WHERE: During the ongoing partial government shutdown, with statements made via social media and prior executive actions earlier this year.

💬KEY QUOTE: “The Democrat government shutdown has forced agencies to evaluate what federal responsibilities are truly critical for the American people. Two weeks in, millions of American students are still going to school, teachers are getting paid, and schools are operating as normal.” – Linda McMahon

🎯IMPACT: The shutdown has called into question the necessity of the Department of Education, largely confirming President Trump’s vision to return control of education to state and local governments.

IN FULL

The Senate Democrats’ ongoing government shutdown has shown the U.S. Department of Education to be a largely unnecessary and redundant federal agency, according to Education Secretary Linda McMahon. “The Democrat government shutdown has forced agencies to evaluate what federal responsibilities are truly critical for the American people. Two weeks in, millions of American students are still going to school, teachers are getting paid, and schools are operating as normal,” McMahon stated in a post on X (formerly Twitter).

McMahon emphasized that the shutdown’s lack of disruption of local education and schools supports President Donald J. Trump‘s argument that education should be returned to the states. “It confirms what the President has said: the federal Department of Education is unnecessary, and we should return education to the states,” she added.

Earlier this year, President Trump signed an Executive Order aimed at dismantling the Department of Education. Despite fearmongering by Democrats, Trump assured that “the department’s useful functions [such as] Pell Grants, Title I funding, resources for children with disabilities and special needs, will be preserved, fully preserved.” He noted these functions would be shifted to other agencies while the department itself would be shut down.

McMahon also highlighted that no education funding is impacted by the reduction in force (RIF) and that the clean continuing resolution (CR) supported by the Trump Administration would ensure states and schools receive the necessary funding to support students, including those in special education programs.

Mehdi Hasan Defends Police Ban on Israeli Jews Attending Soccer Game.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: Fans of an Israeli soccer team were banned from attending a game in Birmingham, England, as police believe they cannot stop local Muslims from attacking them. Former MSNBC host Mehdi Hasan is defending the ban, branding the Israelis racist.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Israeli soccer fans, Muslims in Birmingham, and Mehdi Hasan.

📍WHEN & WHERE: October 16, 2025, on social media.

💬KEY QUOTE: “Israeli racist football hooligans ≠ ‘Jewish people’. It’s insane how many people need this to be told to them in this day and age.” – Mehdi Hasan

🎯IMPACT: The ban has sparked widespread backlash, with public figures including Reform Party leader Nigel Farage saying it “takes racial discrimination to a whole new level.”

IN FULL

Fans of the Israeli soccer team Maccabi Tel Aviv have been banned from attending a game in Birmingham, England, because local police believe they cannot prevent local Muslims from attacking them. While most people are condemning the move as a de facto ban on Jews attending the game to appease violent Muslims, former MSNBC host Mehdi Hasan is defending it.

Hasan argued on social media that it is, in fact, the Maccabi Tel Aviv fans who are “Israeli racist football hooligans,” adding that it is “insane” to suggest the ban is effectively anti-Semitic. He claims that, somehow, it is actually the people upset by the ban who are the real anti-Semites, because they are equating Israelis to Jews.

“The dishonest desperation by (often non-Jewish) supporters of Israel to make every incident involving Israel or Israelis about Jews and antisemitism will in the long-run only hurt the Jewish community and the fight against actual antisemitism,” he claimed.

Notably, Hasan has in the past characterized Jews—and all non-Muslims—as “cattle” who “live their lives as animals” in sermons at a British mosque.

Foreign Labor Addicted Chamber of Commerce Sues Trump Over New H-1B Visa Fee.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: The U.S. Chamber of Commerce filed a lawsuit challenging President Donald J. Trump’s $100,000 fee on new H-1B visas for foreign workers.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: The U.S. Chamber of Commerce, President Trump, and businesses using H-1B migrants.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The lawsuit was filed on Thursday in a federal court in Washington, D.C.

💬KEY QUOTE: “Many members of the U.S. Chamber are bracing for the need to scale back or entirely walk away from the H-1B program, to the detriment of their investors, customers, and their own existing employees,” the Chamber stated in the lawsuit.

🎯IMPACT: The fee, proposed by the Trump White House, is aimed at discouraging rampant H-1B visa program fraud and abuse that undermines the employment and wages of native-born American workers.

IN FULL

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce, a major globalist lobbying entity representing 300,000 corporate interests, filed a lawsuit on Thursday against President Donald J. Trump’s $100,000 fee on new H-1B visas. The fee, introduced through an Executive Order in September, applies to new applicants selected in the annual H-1B visa lottery starting in March.

The Chamber—which supports mass immigration and flooding the labor market with cheap foreign workers—argues that the fee exceeds the President’s authority and disrupts the visa system established by Congress. The H-1B program, which is intended to allow U.S. employers to hire foreign workers in certain fields, is particularly abused by technology companies—including companies like Cognizant, Infosys, and other H-1 B “mills” that essentially outsource American jobs to foreign contractors.

Currently, employers sponsoring H-1B workers typically pay between $2,000 and $5,000 in fees. The Chamber stated that the new fee would force businesses to either increase labor costs dramatically—a euphemism for paying fair wages to American citizens—or reduce hiring of foreign workers.

“Many members of the U.S. Chamber are bracing for the need to scale back or entirely walk away from the H-1B program, to the detriment of their investors, customers, and their own existing employees,” the Chamber said in its filing in a federal court in Washington, D.C, on Thursday. The Trump White House has not yet responded to the lawsuit.

Data analysis by The National Pulse has revealed that industries and companies relying on cheap, foreign labor supplied by the H1-B visa program have grossly undercounted the number of visa holders admitted to the United States each year and its impact on the wages of native-born Americans.

Those supporting cheap, foreign labor visas insist the United States abides by the statutory cap of 65,000 H1-B visas awarded through a lottery system each year—and an additional 20,000 visas reserved for immigrants with advanced secondary degrees created through the 2004 Omnibus. That means, statutorily, 85,000 H1-B visas can theoretically be granted to foreign workers each year. However, according to the U.S. federal government’s mandated reports to Congress, this number is significantly higher.

BREAKING: John Bolton Indicted.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: A federal grand jury has indicted John Bolton on charges of mishandling classified information.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Former National Security Adviser John Bolton.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The indictment was issued on Thursday, October 16, 2025.

🎯IMPACT: Bolton could face up to 10 years in prison for each count if convicted.

IN FULL

A federal grand jury has indicted John Bolton, who served as National Security Adviser under President Donald J. Trump during his first term but became one of the America First leader’s most venomous critics after he was fired. The war hawk faces charges of mishandling classified information.

The 26-page sealed indictment includes 18 federal counts—likely pertaining to the Espionage Act—accuses Bolton of using a personal AOL e-mail account to send sensitive national security documents. The allegations state that Bolton knowingly transmitted materials related to foreign policy matters while communicating with external contacts after his tenure at the White House ended.

If found guilty, Bolton could face a sentence of up to 10 years in prison for each count of unauthorized transmission of classified material, though other charges under the Espionage Act could carry even more serious sentences.

Antifa Members Charged as Terrorists for the First Time After Anti-ICE Sniper Attack.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: A federal grand jury indicted two alleged Antifa members on terrorism-related charges for attacking a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility in Texas.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Cameron Arnold, Zachary Evetts, and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Director Kash Patel.

📍WHEN & WHERE: July 4, 2025, at the Prairieland Detention Center in Alvarado, Texas.

💬KEY QUOTE: “First time ever: the FBI arrested Antifa-aligned anarchist violent extremists and terrorism charges have been brought for the July 4 Prairieland ICE attack in Texas. Under President Trump’s new authorities we’ve made 20+ arrests.” – FBI Director Kash Patel.

🎯IMPACT: The charges are the first Antifa-related terrorism charges, with over 20 arrests tied to the case.

IN FULL

Two men, Cameron Arnold and Zachary Evetts, have been indicted by a federal grand jury in connection with a violent July 4 attack on a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility in Alvarado, Texas. The charges include providing material support for terrorism and attempted murder of federal officers. It is the first time terrorism charges have been brought against alleged Antifa members.

According to the indictment, Arnold, Evetts, and others orchestrated an armed assault on the Prairieland Detention Center. The group allegedly used fireworks to lure officers outside the facility before opening fire on them. FBI Director Kash Patel described the incident as a “planned and coordinated terrorist attack.”

“First time ever: the FBI arrested Antifa-aligned anarchist violent extremists and terrorism charges have been brought for the July 4 Prairieland ICE attack in Texas. Under President Trump’s new authorities we’ve made 20+ arrests,” he said on X.

Court records and public reports state that on the night of the attack, a group of ten to 12 individuals dressed in black tactical gear ignited fireworks and spray-painted anti-ICE messages such as “ICE pig” and “traitor” on vehicles and buildings. Once officers responded, gunfire erupted. One officer from the Alvarado Police Department was shot in the neck from a concealed position in nearby woods. Another assailant reportedly fired 20 to 30 rounds at unarmed ICE staff.

The injured officer was hospitalized. Authorities recovered AR-style rifles, tactical radios, body armor, spray paint, and a van loaded with additional firearms and equipment. Investigators also found protest flyers and flags with slogans like “fight ICE terror with class war” and “resist fascism, fight oligarchy.”

In total, 15 to 17 individuals have been charged in connection with the assault, which officials say was carefully planned. The charges carry significant penalties, including attempted murder of federal officers and discharging a firearm during a crime of violence, both of which carry sentences ranging from 10 years to life in prison.

Federal officials have linked the attack to a broader rise in violence against ICE personnel. In a separate incident in September, a sniper-style attack targeted another ICE facility in Dallas, accidentally killing two detainees before the gunman took his own life. Investigators say that the attacker had studied facility blueprints and past political assassinations.

In response to the growing trend, President Trump has formally declared Antifa a terrorist organization. Attorney General Pam Bondi reiterated the administration’s position, stating that such acts will be prosecuted as terrorism under federal law.

Top UK Soccer Team Bans Jewish Fans Because Local Muslims Are Too Violent.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: West Midlands Police classified an upcoming Aston Villa FC soccer game in Birmingham, England, as “high risk” after assessing public safety concerns, essentially banning Jewish fans from attending because of threats from local Muslims.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: West Midlands Police, Birmingham City Council, Aston Villa FC, Maccabi Tel Aviv, Birmingham Muslims, and Jewish soccer fans.

📍WHEN & WHERE: Previous incidents occurred during the 2024 Europa League match in Amsterdam, in the Netherlands; the upcoming game is in Birmingham on Thursday, November 6.

💬KEY QUOTE: “This decision is based on current intelligence and previous incidents, including violent clashes and hate crime offences.” – West Midlands Police spokesman

🎯IMPACT: Maccabi Tel Aviv supporters, a predominantly Jewish demographic, are prohibited from attending the game to mitigate risks to public safety.

IN FULL

West Midlands Police has classified an upcoming Aston Villa FC soccer game in Birmingham, England, as “high risk” following a “thorough assessment” of public safety concerns. The decision bans fans of Villa’s opponent, Maccabi Tel Aviv—a predominantly Jewish demographic—from attending the match to mitigate risks to public safety. According to the West Midlands Police, the decision was made after considering current intelligence and previous incidents of violence and hate crimes, as well as threats from local Muslims.

A spokesman for the police stated, “This decision is based on current intelligence and previous incidents, including violent clashes and hate crime offences that occurred during the 2024 Europa League match between Ajax and Maccabi Tel Aviv in Amsterdam.” The November 2024 match in Amsterdam, in the Netherlands, saw violence break out, leading to arrests. Amsterdam officials described the events as a “toxic combination of antisemitism, hooliganism, and anger” over the war in Gaza and other Middle Eastern conflicts.

Birmingham City Council issued a safety certificate for the upcoming game, but West Midlands Police has voiced its support for prohibiting away supporters from attending. “Based on our professional judgement, we believe this measure will help mitigate risks to public safety,” the spokesman added.

Protests over the war in Gaza have occurred at various sporting events, including during Israel’s national team matches in recent World Cup qualifiers.

The National Pulse reported in February 2024 that parts of Birmingham have become “no-go zones,” according to then-Member of Parliament (MP) Paul Scully. No-go zones are predominantly a phenomenon in European nations that have experienced significant migration from Muslim nations. However, Raheem Kassam, Editor-in-Chief of The National Pulse, has previously covered their emergence in the United States in a 2017 book on the subject.

ICE Just Arrested ANOTHER Illegal Immigrant Police Officer.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) says U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has arrested an illegal immigrant in the Hanover Park suburb of Chicago, Illinois, who was serving as a sworn police officer.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: DHS, ICE, the Hanover Park Police Department, and Radule Bojovic.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The arrest was announced on October 16, 2025.

💬KEY QUOTE: “Radule Bojovic violated our nation’s laws and was living ILLEGALLY in the United States for 10 years—what kind of police department gives criminal illegal aliens badges and guns?” — DHS Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs Tricia McLaughlin

🎯IMPACT: This is the second armed police officer arrested for being an illegal immigrant this year.

IN FULL

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) says U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has arrested an illegal immigrant in the Hanover Park suburb of Chicago, Illinois, who was serving as a sworn police officer. According to DHS, Radule Bojovic—a Montenegrin national who overstayed a 2015 tourist visa—was “encountered during a targeted enforcement action” as part of ICE’s “Midway Blitz” operation.

Notably, a sworn police officer is a law enforcement professional who has taken an oath to uphold the law and is empowered to enforce it, including carrying a firearm and making arrests. This status is granted after completing a law enforcement academy and is confirmed through a “swearing-in” ceremony, during which they take an oath to support the Constitution and perform their duties. Federal law bars illegal immigrants—and most nonimmigrant visa holders—from owning firearms.

The Hanover Park Police Department announced in an August social media post that Bojovic had joined the force after graduating from the Suburban Law Enforcement Academy. At the academy, Bojovic completed “an intensive 15 weeks of field training and evaluation as he continues preparing to serve the Hanover Park community.”

“Radule Bojovic violated our nation’s laws and was living ILLEGALLY in the United States for 10 years—what kind of police department gives criminal illegal aliens badges and guns? It’s a felony for aliens to even possess a firearm. A law enforcement officer who is actively breaking the law,” DHS Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs Tricia McLaughlin said in a statement following the arrest.

The National Pulse reported in July that an illegal immigrant had been arrested after his attempt to unlawfully purchase a firearm was flagged by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF). Shockingly, Jon Luke Evans—a Jamaican national—was employed as a police officer in Maine when he attempted the gun purchase.

In late September, ICE agents also apprehended Dr. Ian Andre Roberts, the Superintendent of Des Moines Public Schools, after he was identified as an illegal alien from Guyana with a history of weapons-related charges. Notably, he was also registered to vote.

The American ‘Swastika’ Flag in GOP Office Looks Like a Set-Up.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: A junior staffer in the office of Rep. Dave Taylor (R-OH) displayed an American flag with a swastika embedded in it during a Zoom call. Emerging evidence suggests the staffer is the victim of an elaborate set-up.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Rep. Dave Taylor (R-OH), his legislative correspondent, and Rep. Bryan Steil (R-WI).

📍WHEN & WHERE: October 2025, during a Zoom call from Taylor’s Capitol Hill office.

💬KEY QUOTE: “No Hill staffer would knowingly put that up in their office,” a longtime Hill veteran said.

🎯IMPACT: An investigation has been opened by the Committee on House Administration and the U.S. Capitol Police.

IN FULL

Controversy surrounding Rep. Dave Taylor (R-OH) erupted when a leftist X (formerly Twitter) account, The Rooster, posted about a Zoom call showing that a staffer in Taylor’s office appeared to have an American flag with a swastika embedded in it. However, mounting evidence suggests the staffer was set up, with the incident prompting an investigation by the Committee on House Administration, led by Rep. Bryan Steil (R-WI).

Sources indicate that the flag, which appeared to have a swastika incorporated into its red stripes, appears normal in person. The swastika is not visible to the naked eye and only appears in video and photographs as a kind of “optical illusion.”

An insider revealed that similar flags were distributed to various Congressional offices earlier in the year. The origins of these flags are currently unknown, but the distribution may have been part of a covert operation or a deliberate attempt to embarrass Republican lawmakers.

The investigation is ongoing, and the U.S. Capitol Police are also involved. The situation highlights how quickly accusations can spread on social media, often without thorough verification. A member of the House Admin Committee remarked, “This saga shows how legacy corporate media tries to blow up conservatives without asking any questions.”
