❓WHAT HAPPENED: Pro-Hamas activists broke into a Scottish aerospace factory, damaging machinery and spray-painting slogans.
👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Masked activists, Police Scotland, and aerospace firm Bruntons Aero Products.
📍WHEN & WHERE: Shortly after midnight on January 1, 2026, at Bruntons Aero Products in Musselburgh, Scotland.
💬KEY QUOTE: “Treason and terrorism… all rolled into one.” – Baroness Foster
🎯IMPACT: Police investigations are ongoing, and the site has faced repeated activism linked to Israel’s conflict with Hamas.
Masked pro-Hamas vandals attacked the Bruntons Aero Products site in Musselburgh, Scotland, shortly after midnight on New Year’s Day. The factory, which supplies parts to defense companies Leonardo and BAE Systems, was targeted due to alleged links to Israel and production of components used in the F-35 fighter jet.
Footage shared online showed the activists, wearing keffiyehs, smashing servers and damaging Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines with hammers. Slogans such as “There is only one way this ends” and “Drop Leonardo” were spray-painted on equipment, and fire extinguishers were emptied into machinery.
Yesterday, Scottish pro Palestine thugs have vandalised Bruntons Aero Products factory near Edinburgh. They claimed it’s linked to laser targeting systems for F35 jets and military equipment used by Israel.

A Police Scotland spokesman confirmed the vandalism incident, stating: “Around 12.35 AM on Thursday, January 1, 2026, officers received a report of a break-in and damage at a premises on Eskmills Road, Musselburgh. Inquiries are ongoing.” No group has officially claimed responsibility, though online speculation points to an “autonomous group.” Given the slogans used and attire of the vandals, the group appears almost certainly aligned with far-left movements supportive of Hamas in Palestine.
Baroness Foster, a Conservative peer in the House of Lords, reacted to the footage on X (formerly Twitter), describing the incident as “Treason and terrorism… all rolled into one.”
Notably, the Bruntons Aero Products site has faced repeated vandalism and blockades from activists critical of its alleged involvement in producing components for military use by the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF). However, Leonardo, whose Edinburgh facility has been a frequent target of pro-Hamas demonstrators, stated that it does not directly supply equipment to Israel. Previous incidents included a van being driven into a factory fence and protesters blocking entrances.
