Dozens of names linked to the late financier Jeffrey Epstein, encompassing accusers and business affiliates, were disclosed on Wednesday, Jan. 3, pursuant to a federal judge’s ruling in December that documents from a defamation case be unsealed. While the documents did not include an explicit list of associates, it is anticipated that several names will correlate with those found on flight logs of Epstein’s private jet, often used for travel to his private Caribbean island. Records of these flights had been previously disclosed during legal proceedings or through public records requests.
The documents contain verification that Donald Trump never visited Epstein’s homes or island, as well as the claim that former President Bill Clinton, “likes them young.”

The defamation lawsuit was lodged in 2015 by Virginia Giuffre, who accused British socialite Ghislaine Maxwell of facilitating her abuse by Epstein. Maxwell was convicted in 2021 on conspiracy and trafficking charges related to her close relationship with Epstein and her decade-long involvement in the abuse of underage girls. Among the released court documents, 184 unidentified individuals or “J.Doe” are listed, some appearing twice. The disclosure of minors’ or sexual assault victims’ names was notably prohibited by the judge.
Names previously associated with Epstein, such as Britain’s Prince Andrew, were among those identified in the unsealed documents. Prince Andrew, who settled a lawsuit with Virginia Giuffre in 2022 following allegations of abuse, has expressed regret over his association with Epstein. The documents also highlighted former president Bill Clinton, whom Epstein had reportedly described as a good friend. Clinton had previously denied knowledge of Epstein’s crimes, noting that his involvement with Epstein only extended to utilize his private jet for Clinton Foundation work. Former Epstein employee Sarah Kellen, alleged to have scheduled appointments and flights with Epstein and Maxwell, was also named.
