‘Valid ID’ Was Required For The Biden-Obama-Clinton Fundraiser in New York.

At President Joe Biden‘s fancy fundraiser in New York City, guests were made to present a valid form of photo ID to enter. Instructions received by guests note the name on their ID must match the name printed on their ticket. The identification and name-match requirements contrast with the Democrat Party’s opposition to similar requirements in U.S. elections.

Republican state lawmakers across the country have pushed for strong voter ID laws, ballot custody restrictions, and name-match requirements for years. They contend that these measures are critical to reducing instances of election fraud. The issue became especially prevalent after the 2020 presidential election when questions of ballot integrity in several states lingered. While national Democrats have dismissed Republican concerns as ‘unfounded,’ there have been several instances of Democrat politicians and activists facing prosecution for election fraud in subsequent contests since 2020.

NUMEROUS FRAUD PROSECUTIONS.

In Washington, D.C., a local Democrat elected official received a $500 fine for committing voter fraud during the 2020 election – voting in both the District of Columbia and the State of Maryland. Two New Jersey Democrats were indicted by the state’s Attorney General for multiple instances of election fraud in elections held in 2020 and 2021. Another former New Jersey Democrat party official was indicted for election fraud this past February relating to a mail-in-ballot scheme.

The results of a local run-off election for sheriff were voided by a Louisiana judge after serious evidence of the election was uncovered. Democrat Henry Whitehorn appeared to have narrowly defeated Republican Republican John Nickelson by a single vote; however, at least eleven ballots were shown to have been cast fraudulently. Whitehorn subsequently won the do-over election.

One of the most concerning instances of fraud has been the ongoing drama surrounding the mayor’s race in Bridgeport, Connecticut — which will now be held a third time after the initial two elections were voided due to fraud.

VOTERS SUPPORT ID REQUIREMENT.

Meanwhile, survey data from Pew Research shows that voters overwhelmingly support election integrity measures. A massive 81 percent of respondents said they favor requiring people to show government-issued photo identification to vote, and 82 percent said they favor requiring paper ballot backups for electronic voting machines. Seventy-two percent of those polled said they were in favor of making Election Day a national holiday, while 76 percent say early voting should be available for two weeks prior to Election Day.

This Is Trump’s Plan to End the War in Gaza and Bring Peace to the Middle East:

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: U.S. President Donald J. Trump is working on a comprehensive Middle East peace plan, with an immediate focus on ending Israel’s war in Gaza within two weeks.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: President Trump, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and leaders from Egypt, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Saudi Arabia, Syria, and other Arab nations.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The plan is being developed following the recent 12-Day War between Israel and Iran, with discussions ongoing in the United States and Israel.

🎯IMPACT: The plan aims to end Gaza hostilities, exile Hamas leadership, expand the Abraham Accords, and lay the groundwork for broader Middle East peace.

IN FULL

U.S. President Donald J. Trump is spearheading a peace initiative in the Middle East with the support of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, beginning with an end to Israel’s war in Gaza within two weeks. The plan reportedly includes multiple components aimed at stabilizing the region and fostering diplomatic relations between the Arab states and the Jewish state of Israel.

According to the Israeli newspaper, Israel Hayom, the proposal involves four Arab nations, including Egypt and the United Arab Emirates (UAE), stepping in to administer the Gaza Strip in place of Hamas. The remaining Hamas leadership would face exile, and Israeli hostages currently held would be freed. Additionally, efforts would be made to facilitate emigration for Gaza residents seeking to leave the region.

The peace plan also includes expanding the Abraham Accords to bring countries such as Syria and Saudi Arabia into formal relations with Israel. Israel would express openness to resolving Palestinian issues under a “two states” framework, contingent upon reforms by the Palestinian Authority. The United States, in turn, would recognize limited Israeli sovereignty in Judea and Samaria, in the West Bank.

This initiative follows the 12-Day War between Israel and Iran, during which U.S. forces targeted Iranian nuclear weapons sites. With Iran’s threat diminished, Israel and Arab states now appear more willing to make concessions for peace and normalize relations.

ICE Nets 130 Iranians in a Week.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrested 130 Iranian nationals in the past week as part of a nationwide crackdown on individuals considered potential security threats.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: ICE, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and Iranian nationals, including individuals with alleged ties to terrorist organizations like the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and Hezbollah.

📍WHEN & WHERE: Nationwide arrests over the last seven days; additional arrests occurred earlier this month in nine major U.S. cities.

💬KEY QUOTE: “670 Iranian nationals are currently being held in ICE detention facilities nationwide.” – Reporter Bill Melugin.

🎯IMPACT: Federal agencies have heightened surveillance of possible sleeper cells, while DHS issued a national terrorism advisory warning of increased risks from foreign actors.

IN FULL

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) reportedly arrested 130 Iranian nationals across the country within the last week as part of an intensified initiative to locate and detain individuals considered potential security threats following U.S. strikes on Iran’s nuclear facilities. It is currently believed that a total of 670 Iranian nationals are being held in ICE detention facilities nationwide.

According to multiple federal sources, the arrests are part of a broader national effort to identify and detain potential security threats after President Donald J. Trump ordered successful military strikes decimating Iran’s nuclear weapons program. This follows an earlier wave of arrests announced this week, during which 11 Iranian foreign nationals were detained in a 48-hour span across nine major U.S. cities.

Among those detained was Mehran Makari Sahel, arrested near St. Paul, Minnesota. Sahel is alleged to be a former member of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), a designated terrorist organization by the U.S., and reportedly admitted ties to Hezbollah. Another individual, Yousef Mehridehno, who had been living illegally in the U.S. for eight years and was placed on the Terror Watchlist in February, was apprehended in Mississippi. Additionally, Ribvar Karmi, an Iranian sniper who served in the Islamic Republic’s military from 2018 to 2021, was arrested in northern Alabama carrying an Islamic Republic of Iran Army identification card.

In addition to individuals with alleged terror ties, other Iranian nationals arrested during the sweep reportedly had criminal convictions ranging from grand larceny to firearm possession. Federal law enforcement agencies, including the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), have ramped up surveillance of possible Iranian sleeper cells operating in the United States amid these developments.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has issued a national terrorism advisory in response, warning of increased risks from foreign terrorist actors and their affiliates. Tensions remain high between the U.S. and Iran, with the Iranian regime issuing repeated threats since the 2020 killing of Qasem Soleimani, the IRGC’s top general, by a U.S. drone strike.

ActBlue Officials Are Being Subpoenaed Amid Fraud Investigation.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: House Republicans issued subpoenas to two current and former ActBlue officials over alleged fraud on the Democrats’ largest fundraising platform.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: An unnamed ActBlue senior workflow specialist, former Vice President of Customer Service Alyssa Twomey, and House GOP committee leaders James Comer, Jim Jordan, and Bryan Steil.

📍WHEN & WHERE: Subpoenas were issued on Wednesday, June 25, 2025. Testimonies are scheduled for July 14 and July 23.

💬KEY QUOTE: “Congress has a specific interest in ensuring that bad actors, including foreign actors, cannot make fraudulent or illegal political donations through online fundraising platforms,” GOP leaders stated.

🎯IMPACT: The investigation highlights concerns over ActBlue’s security practices and potential foreign influence in U.S. elections.

IN FULL

House Republicans have issued subpoenas to two current and former ActBlue officials in connection with alleged widespread fraud on the Democratic Party’s largest online fundraising platform. Subpoenas were sent to an unnamed current ActBlue senior workflow specialist and former Vice President of Customer Service, Alyssa Twomey.

The letters, signed by House committee chairman James Comer (R-KY), Jim Jordan (R-OH), and Bryan Steil (R-WI), follow a Justice Department (DOJ) investigation initiated under an Executive Order signed by President Donald J. Trump. The order mandated a DOJ report on the allegations within 180 days.

Attorney Danny Onorato, representing the ActBlue employees, requested a delay in interviews until the DOJ completes its probe. However, House Republicans rejected the request, stating, “Many congressional investigations have occurred in parallel to Executive Branch investigations of the same or related matters.”

Internal records cited in the subpoenas suggest ActBlue relaxed security standards during the 2024 campaign season, including not requiring credit card verification codes. A report from the House Oversight and Administration Committee found nearly 1,900 fraudulent transactions and 237 prepaid cards linked to foreign IP addresses during a two-month span in 2024.

ActBlue responded by calling the investigations politically motivated, stating, “The Trump administration and GOP’s targeting of ActBlue is part of their brazen attack on democracy in America.”

Twomey is scheduled to testify on July 23, and the senior workflow specialist on July 14.

This NATO Country Has Voted NO to Ukraine Joining the EU.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: An overwhelming majority of Hungarians have voted against admitting Ukraine to the European Union (EU) in a government-conducted national consultation.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, and EU leaders.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The consultation results were announced in June 2025, with discussions taking place during an EU summit in Brussels.

💬KEY QUOTE: “The problem is the war, if we were to integrate Ukraine into the EU, we would integrate the war.” — Prime Minister Viktor Orbán.

🎯IMPACT: Hungary’s firm stance means Ukraine’s accession to the European Union—which includes certain NATO-style mutual defense obligations for members—is likely to be impossible for the time being.

IN FULL

Hungary, led by Trump ally Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, is maintaining its stance to veto Ukraine‘s bid to join the European Union (EU). This decision follows the results of a government-conducted national consultation in which 95 percent of voters opposed Ukraine’s accession. Orbán announced his intention to hold the consultation in March, as part of his broader campaign against Ukraine’s EU membership.

The Hungarian government employed a wide-reaching campaign, including billboards and flyers, to sway public opinion against Ukraine’s accession to the EU. Speaking at the EU summit in Brussels, Belgium, on Thursday, Orbán reiterated his position, stating, “The problem is the war; if we were to integrate Ukraine into the EU, we would integrate the war.”

The European Union treaties include mutual defense obligations, which are less firm than those for NATO members but still liable to draw the bloc into direct conflict with Russia on Ukraine’s behalf. This could potentially pull the U.S. into a war with Russia, too, with most EU members also being NATO members.

Tensions between Hungary and Ukraine have escalated in recent months, fueled by allegations of a Hungarian spy network in Ukraine’s Zakarpattia (Transcarpathia) region, which has a significant ethnic Hungarian population that has long been subject to certain repressive measures by Kiev, angering the Hungarian government.

The European Commission has assessed that Ukraine and Moldova are substantively ready to begin negotiations on EU membership, but the Hungarian veto threat could render these redundant. Moldova, like Ukraine, has geopolitical problems, including the breakaway “Soviet” territory of Transnistria, where an unknown number of Russian troops are currently stationed.

DOJ Urged to Investigate Whether Zohran Mamdani Should Lose Citizenship for Concealing Terror Support.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: Rep. Andy Ogles (R-TN) has formally requested that the Department of Justice (DOJ) investigate New York City mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani (D) for possible denaturalization over alleged past support for terrorism-linked individuals.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Rep. Andy Ogles, Zohran Kwame Mamdani, U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi, the Department of Justice, and the Holy Land Foundation

📍WHEN & WHERE: Washington, D.C., June 26, 2025

💬KEY QUOTE: “If Mr. Mamdani concealed relevant associations, that concealment may constitute a material misrepresentation sufficient to support denaturalization under federal law.” – Rep. Andy Ogles

🎯IMPACT: The DOJ could initiate denaturalization proceedings, placing Mamdani’s U.S. citizenship and mayoral candidacy under legal and political threat.

IN FULL

Congressman Andy Ogles (R-TN) has formally requested that the U.S. Department of Justice investigate Zohran Kwame Mamdani, the Democrats’ New York City mayoral candidate, for potential denaturalization under 8 U.S.C. § 1451(a). The letter, dated June 26, 2025, accuses Mamdani of having possibly obtained his U.S. citizenship through “willful misrepresentation or concealment of material support for terrorism.”

Citing a June 21 New York Post article, Ogles noted Mamdani, who was born in Uganda, has rapped lyrics praising the Holy Land Foundation—an organization convicted in 2008 for providing material support to Hamas, a designated terrorist group. Mamdani had rapped, “Free the Holy Land Five / My guys,” which Ogles says raises serious concerns about sympathies that should have been disclosed during Mamdani’s naturalization process.

Mamdani, as well as being an avowed socialist who supports far-left policies including abolishing prisons and defunding the police, is a member of Shia Islam’s extreme “Twelver” sect, which holds that a 1,200-year-old prophet is hidden among us, ready to emerge and spread Islam worldwide.

“There is credible evidence that Mr. Mamdani concealed material information or made material misrepresentations sufficient to support denaturalization,” Ogles wrote, arguing that praising terrorists could warrant legal scrutiny under current naturalization laws. The GOP lawmaker emphasized the need to investigate whether Mamdani had undisclosed affiliations or supported designated terrorist organizations before receiving citizenship.

Ogles also referenced Mamdani’s recent refusal to denounce calls to “Globalize the Intifada,” describing this as a troubling pattern that “warrants formal scrutiny.”

“The federal government must uphold public trust by ensuring that citizenship is not granted under false pretenses,” the letter concluded. Ogles called on Attorney General Pam Bondi to determine whether Mamdani’s conduct before naturalization warrants federal action.

Trump Terminates Biden-Era Program Promoting DEI to Kids.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) under Secretary Kristi Noem ended a costly program promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in schools.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: DHS Secretary Kristi Noem, the Biden government, and various far-left organizations contracted under the program.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The program was terminated during the Trump administration, following its implementation under President Biden.

💬KEY QUOTE: “This program was not only wasteful, it was also using public money to support an openly partisan and political organization.” – Tricia McLaughlin, DHS assistant secretary

🎯IMPACT: The termination of the program is projected to save DHS over $1.5 million and signals a shift from DEI-focused policies.

IN FULL

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) have ended a multimillion-dollar program initially intended to help students prevent terror and violence in their communities. The program, known as Invent2Prevent, was repurposed by the former Biden regime to focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and LGBT ideology in schools, often via partisan nonpartisans.

Tricia McLaughlin, DHS assistant secretary, said, “This program was not only wasteful, it was also using public money to support an openly partisan and political organization. Politicized NGOs like Eradicate Hate have been siphoning away taxpayer dollars for far too long. We are ending the grift.”

The DHS estimates that cutting the program will save more than $1.5 million. The Invent2Prevent website now displays a banner indicating the content is archived and may not reflect current policies.

The Biden regime’s push for DEI policies extended across the private and public sectors, including an executive order signed on his first day in office titled “Advancing Equity and Racial Justice Through the Federal Government.” However, DEI policies became a focal point in the 2024 presidential campaign, with then-candidate Donald J. Trump criticizing them as part of the woke agenda.

President Trump signed an executive order on January 20, 2025, titled “Ending Radical And Wasteful Government DEI Programs And Preferencing.” The order called for the termination of discriminatory programs, prompting companies like Amazon and Goldman Sachs to follow suit in scrapping DEI-related initiatives. Trump also issued a memorandum in March to remove DEI from the Foreign Service, emphasizing a merit-based approach throughout the government.

Trump Is Suing This State’s Entire Federal Judiciary for Obstructing Deportations.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: The Trump Department of Justice (DOJ) has filed a lawsuit against Maryland’s federal judiciary over an order that temporarily halts deportations of illegal immigrants who file legal challenges.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: The DOJ, Maryland’s federal judges, Chief Judge George Russell, Judge Paula Xinis, and Governor Wes Moore (D).

📍WHEN & WHERE: The lawsuit was filed recently in response to a federal court order in Maryland.

💬KEY QUOTE: “This is just the latest action by [Attorney General Pam Bondi’s] DOJ to rein in unlawful judicial overreach.” – DOJ spokesman Chad Gilmartin.

🎯IMPACT: The legal battle highlights growing tensions between the executive branch and the judiciary over immigration enforcement and judicial activism.

IN FULL

The Department of Justice (DOJ) under the Trump administration has filed a lawsuit against Maryland’s federal judges, challenging an order that prevents the deportation of illegal immigrants for at least one day after they file legal challenges to their detention. The lawsuit specifically targets Chief Judge George Russell’s directive, which grants a temporary stay of deportation to detainees who claim wrongful detention.

Chad Gilmartin, spokesman for Attorney General Pam Bondi, stated on X, “This is just the latest action by [Attorney General Pam Bondi’s] DOJ to rein in unlawful judicial overreach.” The legal dispute underscores the administration’s broader efforts to assert control over immigration policy and push back against judicial interference.

The Maryland federal court recently became a focal point in immigration debates when Kilmar Abrego Garcia, an El Salvadoran national, was deported and later returned to the U.S. following a Supreme Court order. Abrego Garcia now faces charges of unlawfully trafficking illegal immigrants. Judge Paula Xinis, overseeing his case, is considering sanctions against government officials for initially refusing to release him from custody.

The Justice Department argues that such judicial orders represent an “unlawful, antidemocratic” use of power to restrain the executive branch. “A sense of frustration and a desire for greater convenience do not give defendants license to flout the law,” DOJ attorneys wrote in their filing. “Nor does their status within the judicial branch.”

The lawsuit has drawn criticism from Maryland’s Democratic Governor, Wes Moore, who called it “a transparent effort to intimidate judges and usurp the power of the courts.”

Trump Is Restricting Classified Intel to Congress Following Iran Leak.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: President Donald J. Trump plans to limit sending classified information to Congress following a leak of an early intelligence assessment on the Iran bombing damage.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: President Trump, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), and Congressional Democrats.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The leaked DIA report surfaced late Monday, with media reports following on Tuesday. Trump spoke on Wednesday in the Netherlands.

💬KEY QUOTE: “Several key Iranian nuclear facilities were destroyed and would have to be rebuilt over the course of years,” stated Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) director John Ratcliffe.

🎯IMPACT: The administration plans to restrict classified information sharing on CAPNET, citing concerns over leaks.

IN FULL

President Donald J. Trump intends to limit the sharing of classified information with Congress after an early Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) assessment on the Iran bombing damage was leaked. The “low-confidence” report, shared on CAPNET—a system used by Congress to access classified information—late Monday, suggested that U.S. strikes on Iranian nuclear sites on Saturday had only set back Iran’s nuclear program by a few months. It also suggested that much of Iran’s enriched uranium had been moved before the strikes.

Notably, CNN’s Natasha Bertrand, a journalist notorious for laundering stories for partisan actors within the intelligence community and a key figure in the Hunter Biden laptop coverup and Russiagate hoax, reported a portion of the assessment on Tuesday.

On Wednesday, President Trump dismissed the leaked intelligence as “very inconclusive” while speaking in The Hague alongside NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth also addressed the leaked report, calling it “preliminary” and “low-confidence,” adding, “This is a political motive here.” The Defense Secretary stated that the Pentagon has initiated a criminal investigation into the leaked top-secret report.

Consequently, the administration plans to restrict postings on CAPNET. “Go figure: Almost as soon as we put the information on CAPNET, it leaks,” an administration source stated. “There’s no reason to do this again.”

Despite the preliminary DIA assessment, more thorough reports from the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and Israeli intelligence indicate that Iran’s nuclear sites suffered extensive damage. “Several key Iranian nuclear facilities were destroyed and would have to be rebuilt over the course of years,” stated CIA director John Ratcliffe. This assessment is backed by additional analysis from the United Nations’ International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).

Supreme Court: States Can Deny Planned Parenthood Medicaid Funds.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: The Supreme Court ruled in favor of South Carolina’s effort to block Medicaid funding for Planned Parenthood clinics.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: South Carolina Governor Henry McMaster, Planned Parenthood South Atlantic, Medicaid patients, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The case stems from a 2018 executive order in South Carolina, with the Supreme Court issuing its ruling on June 26, 2025.

🎯IMPACT: The decision could pave the way for a number of state governments to bar Planned Parenthood from qualifying for Medicaid funding, delivering a significant financial blow to the abortion provider.

IN FULL

The Supreme Court has ruled that South Carolina has the authority to block Medicaid funding for Planned Parenthood clinics, siding with the state in Medina v. Planned Parenthood South Atlantic. Medicaid and government grants comprise a significant portion of Planned Parenthood’s funding, meaning the ruling likely signifies a substantial financial blow to the nation’s largest abortion provider.

South Carolina Governor Henry McMaster (R) signed an executive order in 2018 directing the removal of abortion clinics, including Planned Parenthood South Atlantic, from the Medicaid provider list. McMaster argued that public health dollars directed to Planned Parenthood effectively subsidized abortions. Federal law already prohibits Medicaid funds from being used for abortions except under limited circumstances.

Planned Parenthood South Atlantic contended that the issue was not about abortion but about access to general healthcare services, including contraception, cancer screenings, and STI testing. The organization operates just two clinics in South Carolina. The abortion provider argued that blocking Medicaid funding could significantly impact patients’ access to “care.”

The Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals previously ruled in favor of Planned Parenthood, stating that Medicaid patients could sue to protect their individual right to choose a qualified provider. However, the Supreme Court found that the lower court misinterpreted precedent and that it “permits private plaintiffs to sue for violations of federal spending-power statutes only in ‘atypical’ situations, Talevski, 599 U. S., at 183, where the provision in question ‘clear[ly]’ and ‘unambiguous[ly]’ confers an individual ‘right.'”

WATCH: Rogan Shuts Down Bernie’s Climate Change Propaganda.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: Joe Rogan challenged Senator Bernie Sanders’s claims about climate change during an appearance on Rogan’s podcast.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Joe Rogan, host of The Joe Rogan Experience, and Senator Bernie Sanders (I-VT).

📍WHEN & WHERE: June 2025, during an episode of The Joe Rogan Experience podcast.

💬KEY QUOTE: “The reality is that the Earth’s temperature has never been static, right? We can both agree on that. It’s always been up and down.” – Joe Rogan.

🎯IMPACT: Rogan used data to counter Sanders’ claims, sparking debate over the interpretation of climate change statistics.

IN FULL

Joe Rogan clashed with Senator Bernie Sanders (I-VT) during an episode of The Joe Rogan Experience podcast on Tuesday, disputing the 83-year-old socialist’s assertion that the Earth is experiencing unprecedented warming due to climate change. Sanders claimed, “I think the last ten years have been the warmest on record,” while advocating for green energy initiatives.

Rogan countered, “The reality is that the Earth’s temperature has never been static, right? We can both agree on that. It’s always been up and down. There’s been ice ages and heat waves. And then, The Washington Post looked at it… Essentially, they found that we’re in a cooling period.”

Rogan referenced a Washington Post article that reported the hottest temperature in Earth’s history occurred nearly 100 million years ago, with an average of 96.8 degrees Fahrenheit. This contrasts sharply with the 2023 average of 58.86 degrees Fahrenheit. Rogan added, “This was, like, a very inconvenient discovery. But they had to report the data, and kudos to them for doing that.”

Sanders, appearing unprepared to address Rogan’s points, responded, “Well, I’m not sure. I didn’t read that article, but—but the scientists who are out there—I think—” before Rogan interrupted, pointing out the financial incentives tied to climate change narratives. “There’s a lot of money involved in this, this whole climate change emergency issue. And there’s a lot of control,” Rogan said.

While Sanders pivoted to discussing China’s carbon footprint and the global nature of climate change, he provided no examples to support his claims of increasing extreme weather disturbances. “All I can tell you is that we are, in my view, going to see more extreme weather disturbances in the coming years than we have ever. We’re seeing them right now,” he claimed.

While Sanders largely shares the same views as Democrats on climate change, he has come into conflict with the party after claiming Democrats have abandoned their traditional working-class base. Last November, the DNC attacked Sanders, calling his comments “straight up BS.” Earlier this year, in March, Sanders even praised President Donald J. Trump for his border policies and for cracking down on the smuggling of the deadly drug fentanyl.
