Democratic Vice Presidential candidate Kamala Harris had contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19 and has opted to suspend travel for two days, 12 fewer than the Center for Disease Control recommendation of 14 days.
The Center for Disease Control (CDC) suggests that if someone has been “within six feet of someone who has COVID-10 for a total of 15 minutes or more” they ought to “stay home for 14 days.”
No media furor or attention has been directed towards the Biden-Harris campaign over the decision; in contrast, the Trump campaign has repeatedly been slammed for allegedly violating the same protocols.
