Trump To Ban US Exports To Nearly 100 Chinese Communist Party-linked Tech Firms

The Trump administration is set to ban exports to nearly 100 Chinese aerospace and technology companies with ties to the Chinese Communist Party’s military.

The 89 firms would no longer be allowed to receive U.S. exports, according to a report from Reuters. Among the companies listed are Commercial Aircraft Corp. of China Ltd., or Comac, and Aviation Industry Corp. of China Ltd.

The move, if implemented, would follow a host of bans issued by the Trump administration towards firms with ties to the Chinese Communist Party.
