If I were a betting man, which I am, I would bet on Fiorina for the nomination ahead of Trump. Fiorina had very, very low name ID and very high favorable/unfavorables. And as more people get to know her, the favorable ratings are climbing steadily without any of the commensurate negative feelings that Trump is engendering. So, I think that Fiorina has enormous upside and is just being introduced and being introduced in a way that has voters liking her.
