Georgia GOP Says Fulton County is Violating State Ballot Drop Box Law.

The Georgia Republican Party is alleging Fulton County election officials are keeping certain voter centers open in predominantly Democratic-heavy areas over the weekend to accept absentee ballots in what they say violates Georgia law. In a statement issued late Friday night, the Georgia GOP announced they have filed a lawsuit against Fulton County for violating state election law, which restricts the use of ballot drop boxes after the early voting period ends.

“It has come to our attention that Fulton County election officials are planning to open four election offices this weekend “to accommodate voters seeking to hand-return their absentee ballots,” the Georgia GOP says, continuing: “This is a blatant violation of Georgia law, subsection (d) of Code Section 21-5-385. O.C.G.A § 21-2-382 which states ‘all drop boxes shall be closed when the advance voting period ends.’ This must be stopped immediately and those willfully breaking Georgia law should be held accountable.”

“Fulton County’s patently illegal acts give us no choice but to immediately file suit,” the state Republican Party adds.

Georgia state election mandates an early voting period beginning on “the fourth Monday immediately prior to each primary or election” and ending ” on the Friday immediately prior to each primary, election, or runoff.” However, voters are allowed to mail or hand in absentee ballots at any point “before the day of the primary or election.”

The Georgia GOP’s complaint appears to be contingent on the concern that Fulton County voter centers are acting as ballot drop boxes in all but name and that local election officials are using conflicting statutes to unlawfully extend the early voting period beyond its legally mandated conclusion.

Foreign Interference: EU Green Parties Demand Jill Stein Stands Down (She Can’t).

The European Greens have joined Democrats in pressuring Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein to withdraw from the race and endorse Vice President Kamala Harris, arguing her campaign could help former President Donald J. Trump reclaim the White House. Stein remains steadfast in her bid, arguing that the Democrats are beholden to corporate interests—and in any case, removing her name from ballots is impossible at this juncture.

The European Greens, a coalition of Green parties across Europe, allege that “Donald Trump has promised that if he becomes President again, he will extend abortion bans, deny members of the LGBTQIA+ community their rights, and deport migrants en masse.”

“Europe needs Kamala Harris as President of the United States, to be a reliable partner and to take the urgent, decisive action needed on the climate crisis, and to bring about a just and sustainable peace in the Middle East,” they plead, adding: “Right now, the race for the White House is too close for comfort. We call on Jill Stein to withdraw from the race and endorse Kamala Harris for the presidency of the United States.”

However, the U.S. Green Party was previously removed from the global Green network, which includes the European Greens, over “serious policy differences,” particularly on Russia and Ukraine.

2016.

Stein’s 2016 campaign is contentious among leftists, as her votes in swing states exceeded Trump’s margin of victory. Democrats, wary of a repeat, have launched their first-ever negative campaign against a third-party candidate, placing billboards in swing states reading: “Jill Stein Helped Trump Once. Don’t Let Her Do It Again.”

With Stein polling around one percent nationally, the Democrats fear she could cost them close races by siphoning off leftist votes. Stein remains undeterred, calling for voters to “fight for the greater good” rather than choosing a “lesser evil.”

Several Arab American and Muslim groups have endorsed Stein, seeking to punish the Democrats in general and Harris in particular for their foreign policy stances. Stein has said of these initiatives, “I myself do not speak in terms of defeating one candidate, but I really understand for the communities that are being savaged by Kamala Harris right now and Biden—I totally understand why their prime directive right now is to clarify that this comes with a price to pay.”

Nevada Election Guru Has a Warning for Democrats.

Early vote data in Nevada suggests the state is slipping away from Democrats and could likely be won by President Donald J. Trump on November 5. The state’s top elections and political analyst Jon Ralston—himself a partisan Democrat—is warning that in prior presidential years, the question has always been whether Republicans can overcome the Democratic Party’s early vote firewall. However, he notes that this year, the question has been reversed.

“This year is different in many ways, but most obviously in that for the first time in The Reid Machine Era (2008 and forward), the Republicans are the ones banking votes in a presidential year, establishing a firewall to try to fend off a Democratic comeback and put themselves in the best position since [George W. Bush] won the state in 2004,” Ralston writes, adding: “So the analysis is the opposite of what it usually is: Can the Dems overcome the deficit and what would that look like in the models?”

The Nevada elections guru contends that while Democrats did see some positive news regarding vote totals in Clark County earlier this week, and they do typically surge votes in the final two days of early voting, it may be too little, too late.

“My gut and the data/history tell me it could be close,” Ralston says, adding: “But I tend to agree with GOP operative Jeremy Hughes, who posits that if the final GOP ballot lead gets much over 25,000, big trouble for Dems in trying to turn around this battleship.”

According to Nevada state election data, the Republican Party currently holds an eight percent statewide turnout edge, with a nearly ten percent edge in crucial Clark Couty. The Democrat firewall in the county is just at 8,600 in Clark.

AZ Must Hand Over List of Voters Who Lack Proof of Citizenship, Rules Judge.

A state judge has ruled that Arizona Secretary of State Adrian Fontes (D) must produce a complete list of over 218,000 registered voters who failed to provide proof of citizenship. According to the order issued by a judge at the Superior Court of Arizona for Maricopa County, Fontes must produce the list by Monday, November 4.

Fontes is now required to release the voter registration data to America First Legal, the plaintiff in the case.

Earlier this month, The National Pulse reported that the Arizona Secretary of State’s office acknowledged it had discovered over 218,000 individuals on its voter rolls who lacked proof of citizenship at the time of registration. The discrepancy was attributed to data coding issues involving driver’s license information between the Arizona Department of Transportation’s Motor Vehicle Division and the state voter registration databases.

The massive voter registration error was first identified last month when approximately 97,000 voters were found to be listed as full-ballot voters without providing the required citizenship documentation for state elections. Arizona requires those registering to vote in state-level elections to provide documentary proof of citizenship (DPOC). Consequently, if a voter cannot provide the required information, they’re designated as only being allowed to cast a federal election ballot.

According to the state investigation into the database issue, approximately 79,000 registered Republicans and 61,000 Democrats are impacted. An additional 76,000 voters who are registered under other political parties are also affected.

The potentially erroneous registrations have raised serious concerns about both noncitizen voters casting ballots and legal voters impacted by the error being denied their right to vote. America First Legal’s court win will help ensure public transparency regarding the state’s voter roll database error in the critical battleground state of Arizona.

Newly Registered Women Dominate Early Voting in PA, But Men Are Flooding It in AZ.

As of October 30, nearly 60 million Americans have already voted in the presidential election. There has been a notable influx of new voters in the vital swing states of Pennsylvania and Arizona from demographics that favor Vice Kamala Harris and former President Donald J. Trump, respectively.

In Pennsylvania, data indicates an increase in newly registered female Democratic voters. This trend could influence the election’s outcome. To date, Pennsylvania has seen over 100,000 new voters participate early. Conversely, in Arizona, the emergence of new male Republican voters is prominent, with early voting numbers already surpassing the 2020 margin of just 10,457 votes.

New voters who didn’t participate in 2020 are pivotal, as they may alter the landscape compared to the previous election. While the specific choices of these voters remain unknown, those who register as Democrats likely lean towards Harris, while Republican registrants likely lean towards Trump.

In North Carolina and Nevada, the largest category among new voters is those unaffiliated with any party. Their choices could significantly impact the election.

As new voter participation already exceeds previous election margins in several swing states, such individuals are set to play a decisive role in a closely contested electoral landscape.

FACT CHECK: Kamala Claims 100k Attended Her DC Rally… It Was Less Than Half That.

Vice President Kamala Harris is falsely claiming her Tuesday rally in Washington, D.C., drew 100,000 attendees. According to law enforcement, the total number screened for entry for the event—which took place in The Ellipse Park just outside the White House—was just 40,000 people.

A Harris campaign permit for the park only cited 20,000 attendees; however, it is believed that number was increased just days before the campaign rally. In addition to the 40,000 individuals screened for entry into The Ellipse Park, law enforcement estimates there could have been upwards of 20,000 individuals outside the event on the slope near the Washington Monument.

Even with the non-screened attendees, Harris overestimates the crowd by almost half. Meanwhile, the Harris campaign officially estimates attendees to be about 75,0000—still well short of Harris’s 100,000 claim.

While Harris sought to use the pageantry and backdrop of The Ellipse rally to make her closing case for the presidency, it was her boss, the 81-year-old incumbent Joe Biden, who stole the news cycle. Just moments after the rally and a few hundred yards away, Biden held a video call for the Harris campaign in the White House with the far-left Voto Latino group.

During the call, Biden—now infamously—referred to Americans who support President Donald J. Trump as “garbage.” In the immediate aftermath, the White House communications team attempted to manipulate a transcript of the video call—exacerbating the scandal and potentially committing a federal crime.

Election Officials Confirm Voting Machine Flipped Vote from Trump to Kamala.

A video showing a Kentucky electronic ballot machine malfunctioning and only allowing a voter to cast a vote for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz is authentic, the county clerk confirms. Many on social media and the corporate media initially questioned whether the footage was staged. However, Laurel County Clerk Tony Brown—in a post on Facebook—acknowledges the machine was flipping votes from Donald J. Trump to Harris.

“The Attorney General’s office has been to the vote center to check the device that has been shown across social media today. In full disclosure, after several minutes of attempting to recreate the scenario, it did occur,” Brown wrote. He added: “This was accomplished by hitting some area in between the boxes. After that we tried for several minutes to do it again and could not.”

Brown stressed that the machine shown in the video is meant to mark ballots and that users must make their selection by pressing their finger fully in the box next to the candidate’s name on the screen. If that isn’t done, the error observed in the video can occur. The Laurel County Clerk notes that the machine was pulled from use and set facedown at the voting center until it could be examined by officials from the Kentucky Attorney General’s office.

“There were no claims of any issues with the device prior, and none since it went back into service,” Brown said, continuing: “The voter who posted the video did cast her ballot which she said was correct.”

Brown added: “I hate that this has occurred here in Laurel County. We strive to have accurate, secure and safe elections that we are proud to provide to our citizens.”

Globalist British Mag Backs Harris.

The Economist has endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris in the 2024 presidential election. The magazine follows another British outlet, The Guardian, in throwing its weight behind the Democratic candidate, as U.S. outlets, including The Washington Post, the Los Angeles Times, and USA Today, opt out of making endorsements despite backing Joe Biden in 2020.

However, the endorsement is far from glowing. It notes, “It is hard to imagine Ms. Harris being a stellar president, though people can surprise you.” It says only that, unlike Trump, they cannot imagine her bringing about a “catastrophe.”

John Prideaux, the U.S. editor at The Economist, has defended the magazine’s partisan stance, arguing, “We don’t think being independent and being opinionated are in conflict with each other. Reporters have strong views on the subjects they cover because they’re experts. It’s odd to pretend they don’t.”

There may be ulterior motives for the British news outlet’s involvement in the U.S. election. The Washington Post and LA Times have seen walkouts over their owners’ instructions not to endorse, and the former has also suffered an exodus of digital subscribers.

However, when the far-left Guardian stepped in to endorse Harris, it claimed in a fundraising email that it was—in contrast to The Post and the LA Times—taking a “fearless” stand by doing so, raking around $2 million in the space of a week.

WATCH: Dems Fail to Build Blue Firewall Ahead of Polling Day.

The National Pulse’s Editor-in-Chief, Raheem Kassam, joined recently freed former Trump White House Chief Strategist Stephen K. Bannon on War Room to explain how the Democrats have failed to build a strong enough firewall in the three Rust Belt battleground states.

Despite some concerns regarding an uptick in Democrat-identifying female voters in Pennsylvania, Kassam breaks down voter data showing that Democrats are falling short of the early vote margins they need to hold off Donald J. Trump’s expected Election Day voter surge.

“It comes down to how a lot of the data is coming out right now—a lot of what we expect, a lot of what the graphs are showing us,” Kassas tells Bannon, noting at least one area of concern: “What the data shows us, as far as their voter file data that is coming out, is that in Pennsylvania they claim about double the number of female Democrats—new voters specifically—are voting than, say, female Republicans.”

“The numbers amongst men… pretty much the same,” Kassam adds. Despite the boost from new female voters, however, the Democrat early vote numbers already banked in Pennsylvania appear to be falling short of the margins they need to overcome the usual Republican turnout on the actual day of the election.

In other battleground states, the numbers for Trump are much better—especially in the Sun Belt states of Arizona and Nevada: “The numbers, however, flip completely on their head when you go to a state like Arizona. What they’re showing us in Arizona is that male Republicans are outstripping male Democrats by about two to one and that the female numbers are about parity,” Kassam says.

While the female low-propensity voter data in Pennsylvania should concern the Trump campaign, a strong push of the Republican base vote heading into election day could still see Trump win the state. The state’s early vote has predominantly been older, leaving a significant segment of younger voters yet to turn out or vote. This means Democrats may still face a base turnout crisis in the must-win swing state.

Election Observers EJECTED If They Refuse to Wear COVID Mask.

A county in Washington State has refused to allow election observers to monitor the election process unless they wear COVID-19 masks despite the state repealing mask mandates over two years ago. Officials in Island County, Washington, are reportedly demanding observers wear masks. Auditor Sheilah Crider refused to let observers in after claiming that half of the staff were COVID-19 positive in August.

Despite her claims, Crider has allegedly been unable to prove to local reporters that the election office was the source of the COVID-19 infections.

Earlier this week, Island County Republicans sent a cease-and-desist letter to the Auditor calling for Crider to end the mask mandate, which they have claimed is illegal. Mask mandates were largely ended in Washington state in March 2022 except in select locations, such as long-term care homes and healthcare. But those mandates were also rescinded the following year, in 2023.

ELECTION INTEGRITY.

Election integrity remains one of the most important issues ahead of next week’s presidential election, making observers especially important. Hundreds of election officials sounded the alarm over election integrity in several key swing states, including concerns about ballot counting and chain of custody of votes.

Despite the concerns, anti-Trump officials like Georgia  Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger have raised millions of dollars to thwart attempts to bolster election integrity efforts.

Democrats have also sued to halt election integrity efforts in Georgia. In August, both the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and the Georgia Democratic Party announced a lawsuit to halt a ruling requiring the total number of votes cast to match those counted before election results are certified.
