Can Non-Citizens Register to Vote? This Evidence Says YES.

The Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) appears to have clandestinely edited instructions on its government website in the past several days. The instructions suggested that noncitizens applying for an ID privilege card could register to vote when completing their application. Despite the language used in the instructions, Virginia state law prohibits noncitizens from participating in state elections, while U.S. law prohibits noncitizens from casting ballots in federal elections.

“You may complete these forms before or during your visit to DMV. Use your full legal name on the application. Abbreviations and nicknames will not be accepted. For your convenience, you also may apply to register to vote, change your voter registration address, or indicate your desire to become an organ donor when you apply for your ID privilege card,” the Virginia DMV website’s ‘Get an Identification Privilege Card’ page read until recently.

Notably, the same page clearly states that ID privilege cards are “…a non-driving ID credential for individuals who are non-U.S. citizens and cannot meet Virginia’s legal presence requirements, making them ineligible to receive a standard or REAL ID-compliant ID card in Virginia.”

Despite the Virginia DMV’s language suggesting that noncitizens can register to vote, the Virginia Department of Elections explicitly states a “Virginia Driver Privilege card (limited-duration license, permit or special identification card)” is not an accepted form of identification for election participation.

A SERIOUS CONCERN.

Noncitizen voters have become a serious concern heading into the 2024 election. The National Pulse has previously reported that data suggests a statistically significant number of noncitizens are casting ballots illegally in federal elections. Earlier this week it was revealed that a data entry error in Oregon allowed over 300 noncitizens to be placed on state voter rolls.

Meanwhile, murky legal language has allowed noncitizens in other states to register to vote with state-issued driver’s licenses.

Harris Blames ‘Trump Abortion Ban’ for Death of Georgia Woman. But It Was Actually Abortion That Killed Her.

Kamala Harris is blaming Donald Trump for the tragic death of a Georgia woman, even though a legal abortion is what led to her death.

The details: In a social media post on her X account yesterday, Harris said Amber Thurman, who died from complications after taking an abortion pill, “should be alive today” had it not been for “Trump Abortion Bans.”

Back up: In August 2022, Amber Thurman wanted to abort her unborn twin babies. Because she lived in Georgia, where abortion is illegal after a fetal heartbeat is detected, she traveled to North Carolina for the procedure. Because she arrived late, the clinic gave her an abortion pill, Mifepristone, instead.

  • The medication did kill the babies, but part of their remains stayed in her body and caused an infection — a documented risk of this procedure.

Harris claims, “This is exactly what we feared when Roe v. Wade was struck down. In more than 20 states, Trump Abortion Bans prevent doctors from providing basic medical care.”

Reality check: Amber Thurman did not die from a lack of abortion options. She died from the side effects of those abortion procedures that Kamala wants to be made more widely available.

Trump’s role: Donald Trump never created an abortion ban and has repeatedly stated that he would not support one at the federal level, favoring individual state voters deciding their own laws.

Big picture: Kamala has made abortion the cornerstone of her presidential campaign, which is grotesque enough. Politicizing a woman’s death is just cruel.

‘White Dudes for Harris’ Launch Agonizingly Cringe Ad Under Racist ‘Beige Rainbow’ PAC.

A group called “White Dudes for Harris” has launched an agonizingly bad ad campaign promoted by the new ‘Beige Rainbow PAC.’ The ad takes racist aim at white men who support President Trump and his ‘MAGA’ movement while encouraging undecided voters to support Kamala Harris and Tim Walz. The group is expected to spend $10 million airing the ad (below) on YouTube, social media, and streaming platforms in Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.

“We’re sick of being told we’re the problem. Trump and his MAGA buddies make it worse, acting like they speak for all of us in their stupid red hats,” the narrator says before going on to allege that Harris and Walz are the real solutions for white men in America.

The racist and self-hating ‘Beige Rainbow’ moniker appears to have emerged from a July livestream event featuring Tim Walz, Pete Buttigieg, singers Josh Groban and Lance Bass, and actors Mark Hamill and Bradley Whitford.

“What a variety of whiteness we have here,” said Whitford during the stream. “It’s like a rainbow of beige.”

Mystery Illness Blinds Rallygoers Who Sat Near Trump in Tuscon, Arizona.

Supporters of former President Donald J. Trump have been stricken with a mystery illness after attending a rally in Tuscon, Arizona. Multiple rallygoers who were seated behind the America First leader last Thursday were left with eye injuries, with one reporting that medical staff suspected she had been sprayed with something.

“As soon as we left and we stepped outside, my eyes were burning,” said rallygoer Mayra Rodriguez, speaking to local media. “The emergency room staff, from the triage nurse to the PA [Physicians Assistant], asked, ‘Are you sure you didn’t get sprayed with something? Your symptoms look like you got sprayed with something,'” she recalled. Investigators from News 4 Tucson said she was “nearly blind” when they spoke to her on Friday.

“It was all focused on my eyes; my eyes were red like hell, you know?” said another rallygoer, who asked to remain anonymous. His sister also reported eye issues, a runny nose, a flushed face, and a burning sensation on her neck.

“The Trump campaign has been collecting information,” a spokesman for the former president said of the incident, adding: “We remain committed to the countless patriots that attend our high-energy, high-impact rallies across the country.”

The U.S. Secret Service (USSS), which has allowed gunmen to come within a few hundred yards of President Trump in Florida and Pennsylvania in recent weeks, claims to have no knowledge of the situation or any potential threat to the GOP candidate.

Trump to Visit Catholic Shrine.

Former President Donald J. Trump is scheduled to visit one of the most important Catholic shrines for the Polish-American community on the same day as Polish President Andrzej Duda. Trump is scheduled to visit the National Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, this weekend, likely on September 22.

Established in 1955, the shrine has a noted history of significant visitors. Polish Cardinal Karol Wojtyla, later known as Pope St. John Paul II, visited the site in 1969 and 1976. President Ronald Reagan also visited the Shrine, as did George H.W. Bush as a Republican presidential primary candidate in 1980.

Tradition holds that St. Luke the Evangelist painted the image of Our Lady of Czestochowa, and St. Helen found it in Jerusalem in the 4th century. The painting eventually found its way to Poland in 1382.

Trump’s decision to visit comes after his 2020 trip to the St. John Paul II National Shrine in Washington, D.C., which occurred shortly before he signed an executive order expanding international religious freedom support.

In a recent display of his affinity for the Catholic faith, Trump posted an image of Our Lady of Guadalupe on his social media accounts. The post was intended to mark the Catholic feast of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary. While Trump himself is not Catholic, his wife, Melania Trump, is openly Roman Catholic.

The former Republican President enjoys broad support from several Catholic organizations, particularly pro-life Catholics. Earlier this month, the Trump campaign announced the “Catholics for Trump” coalition, which is committed to religious liberty and family values.

Pope Francis, meanwhile, also weighed in on the upcoming election, calling for Catholics to pick the “lesser evil” between a candidate who kicks out migrants and one who “kills babies.”

BREAKING: Iran Sent Hacked Trump Documents to Biden, Harris.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is acknowledging that Iranian hackers sent confidential Trump campaign documents and materials to individuals associated with the 81-year-old Democrat incumbent Joe Biden’s re-election campaign. While the information the Biden campaign associates received was supposedly unsolicited, the revelations raise further concerns about Iran’s efforts to target former President Trump’s bid to retake the White House in November.

In August, former President Donald Trump’s campaign reported a hacking incident involving some of its high-level communications. The campaign attributed the breach to “foreign sources hostile to the United States” and referred to a recent Microsoft report on a hacking attempt by Iranian actors targeting a high-ranking official within a presidential campaign. It was later confirmed that Iranian agents were behind the hack.

After the Trump campaign announcement, POLITICO revealed that it had received emails from an anonymous source containing internal documents from Trump’s operation after a senior, unnamed campaign official fell victim to a phishing scam.

Several members of the Biden-Harris government—including Kamala Harris’ 2024 running mate, Governor Tim Walz (D-MN)—have been accused of having concerning ties to the Iranian regime. During his tenure in Congress, Walz received a 100 percent rating from the National Iranian American Council (NIAC)—better known as the Iran lobby. Additionally, Kamala Harris’ national security advisor, Philip H. Gordon, is allegedly connected to an Iranian influence operation that has also involved the Bidne-Harris government’s disgraced special envoy to Iran, Robert Malley.

Meanwhile, Iran has been implicated in a plot to assassinate former President Donald J. Trump and other officials who served in his administration, employing the services of a Pakistani national to recruit individuals in the United States to carry out the attacks.

Biden-Harris DOJ is Trying to Intimidate Election Officials from Cleaning Up Voter Roles.

The Biden-Harris Department of Justice (DOJ) is issuing new guidelines for state and local election officials regarding who can be removed from voter rolls. However, a former DOJ attorney says the move is tantamount to political intimidation and discourages election officials from effectively ensuring only eligible voters cast ballots.

“This is what I perceive as an attempt by the Department of Justice and Civil Rights Division to intimidate state and local jurisdictions and state and local election officials from doing their jobs,” said Gene Hamilton—a former attorney with the Departments of Justice and Homeland Security—in a recent interview. Hamilton, who now serves as the executive director and senior counsel for America First Legal, added: “What they’re trying to do is they’re trying to chill people from actually doing the very things that are common sense.”

LAST MINUTE GUIDANCE.

On September 9, the DOJ quietly released guidance directed at state and local election workers that emphasized the purging of “voting rolls must be accomplished in compliance with federal law and in a nondiscriminatory manner.” Prior to any election, states are supposed to review their lists of eligible voters, ensuring they’re up to date and any ineligible individuals are removed.

“Ensuring that every eligible voter is able to [vote] and have that vote counted is a critical aspect of sustaining a robust democracy, and it is a top priority for the Justice Department,” Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke of the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division said in a statement justifying the updated guidance. She added: “As we approach Election Day, it is important that states adhere to all aspects of federal law that safeguard the rights of eligible voters to remain on the active voter lists and to vote free from discrimination and intimidation.”

THREAT TO ELECTION INTEGRITY.

While the DOJ claims the guidance does not prohibit states from removing ineligible voters, including noncitizens or those who have committed voter fraud, Hamilton contends that it may still discourage states and local authorities from determining who is an eligible voter. The updated DOJ rules also bar states from removing voters from rolls within 90 days of an upcoming federal election.

In Georgia, it is estimated that as many as 47,000 noncitizens may be registered to vote after journalists revealed that 14 percent of the noncitizens they had spoken to claimed they were registered. The National Pulse reported earlier this year that 49 states are providing voter registration forms to noncitizens, who are overwhelmingly registered as Democrats.

Some states have taken action on the issue, with Texas removing a million ineligible voters from its rolls this year.

Will Upton contributed to this report.

41% of Americans at Peak Stress.

Newly released data finds that growing financial concerns and heightened political animosity are significantly affecting Americans’ stress levels. The study by Talker Research found that 41 percent of respondents say they’re currently facing the highest stress levels this year.

The survey of 2,000 American adults notes the average person experiences intense stress episodes approximately 156 times annually, equating to about three times per week. Additionally, Americans report experiencing brain fog as frequently as stress headaches, also around three times weekly. Despite these high-stress levels, 45 percent of respondents indicated they have never taken a mental health or sick day from work due to stress.

When comparing stress levels to past years, 38 percent of participants believe 2024 has been more stressful than 2023 yet less stressful than 2022 and preceding years. Financial issues (35 percent), the economy (28 percent), physical health (25 percent), the upcoming presidential election (20 percent), and various global issues (19 percent) were identified as primary sources of stress.

Economic and personal financial concerns are a top issue for Americans heading into November’s presidential election. The National Pulse reported in August that the Biden-Harris government’s Bureau of Labor Statistics acknowledged nearly one million fewer jobs were added to the economy over the last year than they had previously claimed. Rampant inflation, kicked off by the Biden-Harris government’s spending policies, has also caused increased financial strain on Americans. Over the last three-and-a-half years, the prices of everyday goods have seen marked rises, forcing consumers to cut back on necessary staples such as food.

In addition, elevated interest rates and mass illegal immigration have fueled a housing crisis across the nation, with many Americans finding themselves unable to afford their rent or mortgage.

BREAKING: Teamsters Refuse to Endorse a Prez Candidate for 1st Time in 28 Years – Members Overwhelmingly Back Trump.

The powerful International Brotherhood of Teamsters union is announcing it will not be endorsing a presidential candidate ahead of the 2024 election in November. The decision is a significant blow to the Democratic Party’s nominee, Kamala Harris, who has struggled to appeal to rank-and-file union members across the country.

Former President Donald J. Trump, the 2024 Republican nominee, has made a significant effort to reach out to rank-and-file union members, focusing especially on using tariffs to combat foreign nations that seek to undercut U.S. manufacturing.

The National Pulse reported that Trump had a productive meeting with the union in January of this year, resulting in its president, Sean O’Brien, addressing the Republican National Convention for the first time in July. O’Brien has also heaped praise on the Republican vice presidential nominee, Senator J.D. Vance (R-OH).

Before the union’s decision, the Teamsters released polling results among its rank-and-file members showing they break for former President Trump by nearly 60 percent over the Democratic Party nominee, Kamala Harris.

Teamster members polled electronically say they support Trump by 59.6 percent to Harris’s 34 percent. An additional 6.4 percent say they’re supporting another candidate. Among those surveyed over the telephone, 58 percent support Trump, while just 31 percent support Harris. Meanwhile, five percent say they support another candidate.

ImageImage

Curiously, a survey of Teamster members conducted before Joe Biden announced he would not seek re-election shows a much closer race between Trump and the 81-year-old Democrat. Members backed Biden by 44.3 percent to Trump’s 36.3 percent. An additional 5.6 percent said they were voting for Robert F. Kennedy Jr., while 1.7 percent indicated they backed third-party candidate Cornel West.

The last time the Teamsters Union endorsed a Republican presidential candidate was George H.W. Bush in 1988.

Hillary Wants Americans Spreading Pro-Trump ‘Propaganda’ to Be ‘Criminally Charged.’

Hillary Clinton is suggesting American citizens should be “criminally charged” for repeating so-called Russian propaganda “boosting Trump.” Kamala Harris‘s running mate, Tim Walz, has similarly claimed the First Amendment does not apply to alleged “misinformation.” The comments suggest free speech could be under threat if the Democrats win in November.

“I think it’s important to indict the Russians, just as Mulluer indicted a lot of Russians who were engaged in direct election interference and boosting Trump back in 2016,” the failed Democratic presidential candidate told Rachel Maddow.

“But I also think there are Americans who are engaged in this kind of propaganda. And whether they should be civilly or even in some cases criminally charged, [that] is something that would be a better deterrence, because the Russians are unlikely, except in a very few cases, to ever stand trial in the United States,” she said.

Clinton appeared to be referencing two alleged Russian shell companies—Concord Management and Concord Consulting—which the Department of Justice (DOJ) charged following Muller’s flawed investigation. However, these charges were dropped once the firms began defending themselves in court.

WALZ.

Clinton’s comments echo those of Tim Walz, the controversial Governor of Minnesota and running mate to Kamala Harris.

“There’s no guarantee to free speech on misinformation or hate speech, and especially around our democracy,” the Democrat said in December 2022.

Walz displayed similarly authoritarian attitudes during the COVID-19 pandemic, taking a hands-off approach towards Black Lives Matter rioters but having the National Guard shoot paintballs at suburban women standing outside their front doors to enforce curfews.

Harris, too, during her run at the Democrats’ 2020 nomination, threatened government action against social media platforms that do not censor content to her liking, saying: “If you profit off of hate, if you act as a megaphone for misinformation or cyber warfare, if you don’t police your platforms, we are going to hold you accountable.”
