EXC: 57% of Democrats Want Congress to Refuse Certification if Trump Wins.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – A stunning 57 percent of likely Democrat voters have told pollster Rasmussen Reports that Congress should refuse to certify the result of the 2024 election in the event of a Donald Trump victory, The National Pulse can exclusively reveal.

The poll, sponsored by The National Pulse, asked a statistically representative 912 U.S. likely voters: “Some Democrats in Congress have said that if Trump wins this year’s election, they will vote against certifying the election results because of Trump’s role in the January 6, 2021, Capitol riots. Do you support or oppose Democrats refusing to certify the election results if Trump wins?”

Almost two-thirds of self-identified “liberals” said they wanted Democrats to refuse certification, despite the left and corporate media meltdown over 2020’s electoral certification objections by Republicans. Black Americans also appear to favor the move, with 59 percent backing the recently mooted idea of blocking a second Trump term via Congress.

Republicans are overwhelmingly opposed to the idea, though 35 percent of all U.S. likely voters appear to support the proposed effort.

Only 24 percent of Democrats in the same survey said Republicans should have objected to the 2020 results if they believed they were fraudulent.

In the same poll, respondents were asked, “The Supreme Court recently decided that states cannot prohibit Donald Trump from appearing on election ballots. Do you agree or disagree with the Supreme Court’s decision?”

Sixty-one percent said they support the Supreme Court’s decision, with 34 percent disagreeing.

EXC – Trump to Tell Georgia Rally: ‘Laken Riley Would Be Alive Without Biden’s Open Border.’

President Donald J. Trump will savage Joe Biden over his immigration record this evening at a rally in Rome, Georgia, The National Pulse can reveal. The 45th President will also meet with the late Laken Riley’s parents ahead of the event.

“Two nights ago, we all heard Crooked Joe’s angry, dark, hate-filled rant of a State of the Union Address,” Trump is expected to say before going on to lambast the 46th President over his border policies, which are landing Americans dead.

“By far the most disgraceful part of Joe Biden’s divisive and angry speech was his horrendous gaslighting on the border invasion. Every day, Joe Biden is deliberately releasing gang members and military-aged men into our communities by the thousands—knowing full well that his policies will cost countless innocent lives,” Trump will say.

“One of those lives was a 22-year-old nursing student here in Georgia, Laken Riley. From the time she was in the first grade, Laken’s dream was to spend her life caring for others. She was the brightest light in every room—and she was the whole world to her parents and her sister. Then, the unthinkable happened. 16 days ago, Laken went out for a morning jog, and never came back. An illegal alien criminal who Joe Biden intentionally released into our country has been arrested and charged for her savage murder.

“Joe Biden has no remorse, no regret, no empathy, no compassion, and worst of all, he has no intention of stopping the deadly invasion that stole precious Laken’s beautiful American life.

“Laken Riley would be alive today if Joe Biden had not willfully and maliciously eviscerated the borders of the United States and set loose thousands of dangerous criminals into our country.”

Trump will also use the event to endorse one of his loyal staff members who is now running for Congress.

Trump, who will also attend the South Carolina primary results party today, will also declare November 5th, “judgement day” for “the liars, cheaters, fraudsters, censors, and imposters who have commandeered our government.”

“Just imagine it…With 4 more years of Biden…China will dominate us not just economically, but militarily,” Trump will say, in a speech that is expected to broadly focus on what another Biden term would portend for America, while drawing a line under the distraction of Nikki Haley’s failed primary challenge.

EXCLUSIVE: Fani Willis’s GA Attorney Donated to Anti-Trump ‘Lincoln Project.’

Attorney Anna Cross, who is representing Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis and prosecutor Nathan Wade on behalf of the State of Georgia, is a prolific donor to Democrat candidates and donated to the viciously anti-Trump ‘Lincoln Project,’ the National Pulse can reveal.

The Lincoln Project – a controversial group recently mired in scandal – is dedicated to attacking former President Donald Trump and his policy agenda. Willis and Wade — who had a previously undisclosed affair — currently face disqualification from the Georgia RICO prosecution of Trump and around a dozen others for allegedly interfering in the 2020 presidential election.

Anna Cross, a private appellate attorney who was also appointed as a special prosecutor on the RICO case, has consistently contributed to national Democrat campaigns and recently made substantial donations to Georgia’s Democrat Senators, Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock, as well as President Joe Biden.

While it is not unusual for attorneys like Cross, who are active in state politics, to make partisan contributions, they do typically tend to avoid supporting highly partisan non-profit groups such as ‘Indivisible Action.’ Cross, who served for over 20 years as a prosecutor in the Metro-Atlanta area, also gave to the far-left non-profit, which oversees around 3,000 local groups dedicated to “extricat[ing] Trump from his 2024 election bid.”

Outside Cross’s political giving, her husband has also served as the Chief Senior Assistant District Attorney for Fulton County since 2008, raising further concerns regarding conflicts of interest. Anna and Lance Cross appear to have deep professional and personal ties to District Attorney Willis and a partisan interest in ensuring Donald Trump is not returned to the White House in November.

Under my leadership, you had virtually no inflation, and there was no such thing as Joe Biden’s “shrinkflation.”

Labeling the current situation as an “affordability crisis,” this “MAGANOMICS” address marks a tone shift for the campaign, with the Biden regime having previously attempted to use the term with a negative connotation. New York Young Republicans File Amicus Brief Against Insurrection Hoaxsters Moving to Keep Trump Off Ballot.

The increasingly influential New York Young Republican Club (NYYRC) will file an amicus brief to the U.S. Supreme Court on Thursday, opposing the moves across several U.S. states to keep President Donald J. Trump off the ballot for the 2024 election.

Gavin Wax, the club’s President, told The National Pulse exclusively: “Activist judges in the Colorado Supreme Court engaged in an unprecedented contortion of the English language to satisfy their political ends. Our amicus brief demonstrates that the authors of the Fourteenth Amendment narrowly tailored the scope of its restrictions. The Colorado Supreme Court’s unprecedented action relies on modern and colloquial usages of precise verbiage, showing how desperate they are to satisfy leftwing activists at the expense of justice.”

The brief, which can be read in full here, asserts:

…someday, perhaps sooner than President Trump’s political opponents may realize, their misguided interpretation of the Insurrection Clause will work against them. Armed with a weaponized Insurrection Clause, partisan officials (Democrat and Republican alike), particularly in states overwhelmingly controlled by a single party, will find so-called evidence to disqualify despised political opponents from the ballot for having “engaged in insurrection” against the United States, and this process will be repeated ad infinitum.

Lawyer Ed Paltzik told The National Pulse: “President Trump’s political opponents have come to a conclusion that terrifies them: if the 2024 election is conducted fairly, he will win and return to the White House. This would bring their Marxist, America-last, woke agenda to a screeching halt. They will try anything – including misuse of the Insurrection Clause. We are honored and proud to team with Gavin Wax, the New York Young Republican Club, and the National Constitutional Law Union on this amicus brief supporting President Trump.”

National Constitutional Law Union’s John Pierce added: “The attempts to keep Donald Trump off the ballot under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment are a brazen and outrageous attack on the Constitution. The weaponization of our legal system must stop, and the NCLU intends to stop it. We are honored to file this amicus brief in support of President Trump, working alongside the amazing leadership team at the NYYRC. The American People will decide who the 47th President is, not leftist judges and unelected bureaucrats.”

EXC DATA: 2/3rds of Americans Say ‘Invasion’ is Accurate Term to Describe Biden’s Border Crisis.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Sixty-five percent, or almost a full two thirds of Americans say it is “very accurate” or “somewhat accurate” to describe the Biden-made crisis at the U.S. border as an “invasion” of the United States. The data comes as part of new Rasmussen Reports polling of likely U.S. voters, sponsored by The National Pulse.

Asked, “How accurate is it to describe the current situation with migrants at the border with Mexico as an “invasion” of the United States?” just 31 percent said it was not accurate. The numbers are even more stark when broken down into constituent voting groups.

  • 70 percent of 18-39 year olds described “invasion” as accurate, with just 27 percent in disagreement;
  • 74 percent of Black Americans described “invasion” as accurate, with 60 percent of whites, and 73 percent “other” agreeing;
  • 55 percent of Democrats described “invasion” as accurate, with 80 percent of Republicans, and 60 percent “other” agreeing;
  • Just 27 percent of self-identifying “liberals” described “invasion” as accurate, with 77 percent of conservatives and 60 percent of moderates in agreement.

The news comes after months of border turmoil, heralded by the Biden government’s refusal to police America’s national perimeter. Indeed, between the “pull factors” of Democrat “sanctuary cities”, the federal government’s facilitation of the invasion, and Republican governors shipping migrants around the nation for free, more Americans than ever are concerned about the situation.

Asked, “Is border security a vital national security interest for the United States these days?” 70 percent said yes while 17 percent said no. Asked if the situation was a “crisis,” 72 percent said yes while one in five said no. The poll was conducted Jan 2-4 2024, and surveyed 1,044 U.S. Likely voters.

PREVIEW: Trump to Declare His Campaign ‘A Righteous Crusade to Liberate Our Republic’.

President Donald J. Trump is set to turn the issue of “American democracy” against the Democrats and Joe Biden during a speech today in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, declaring his campaign a “righteous crusade to liberate our republic from Biden“.

Recent polling has revealed that single issue voters are primarily motivated by two key themes in 2024: abortion and the state of America’s democratic institutions. As a result, Trump will declare:

“For decades, you watched as a corrupt political class in our nation’s capital looted your money, trampled your dignity, and pushed their radical agenda into every aspect of your lives. But in 2016, you voted to stand up to those liars, losers, crooks, and creeps—and you elected an outsider as president to put America First.”

Additionally, the 45th President is expected to state: “I promise you this: if you put me back in the White House, their reign will be over, and America will be a free nation once again,” before going on to spell out the weaponization of American government against anyone who disagrees with the regime and its policies.

“They want to control your speech. They want to control your social media. They want to control what car you drive, what dishwasher you have—they want to control you,” Trump will tell crowds in the Hawkeye State.

“Just this week, Biden’s Homeland Security secretary even admitted that they are weaponizing Artificial Intelligence to target American citizens for political speech. When I am reelected, I will cancel Biden’s Artificial Intelligence Executive Order—and ban the use of A.I. to censor the speech of American citizens on Day One.”

Trump will also urge Iowa Republicans to commit to caucus for him, with the Iowa caucuses fewer than 50 days away.

EXCLUSIVE: Ex Trump Chief of Staff Mark Meadows Blasts Wire Wearing, FBI Informant Claims as ‘Ridiculous’.

Former President Trump Chief of Staff Mark Meadows has blasted bizarre new allegations that he wore a wire whilst working in the White House and acted as an informant against Trump for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in comments provided exclusively to The National Pulse.

The allegations that Meadows had voluntarily worn a listening device and acted as a federal informant were first made on X (formerly Twitter), with a claim the information was corroborated through anonymous Congressional sources:

“BREAKING: Allegedly Mark Meadows worked for the FBI as an informant and wore a wire to record all conversations with President Trump, while he was the Chief of Staff to him… This is not only unconstitutional, but it’s criminal. This is the government we live with. It’s up to us to change that.”

But Meadows explicitly blasted the claims in a brief comment to The National Pulse, stating: “Thanks for checking. It is ridiculous, it is 100 percent NOT TRUE!!”

Speculation as to the accuracy of the claim regarding Meadows quickly spread across social media late Thursday. Ben Williamson, a longtime spokesman for Meadows, also denied the accusation stating: “This crap is ridiculous it’s straight out of the twilight zone.”

Just two days ago ABC News published a now disputed report that Meadows was actively cooperating with special prosecutor Jack Smith and his Department of Justice investigators. Meadows’s lawyer George Terwilliger, however, told CBS News: “I told ABC that their story was largely inaccurate. People will have to judge for themselves the decision to run it anyway.”

Even if the ABC News report were accurate, Meadows’s testimony given to – and likely leaked by the Department of Justice – doesn’t appear to help Smith’s prosecution in any significant way. According to the report, Meadows told investigators that Trump never indicated to him that he believed anything other than the 2020 presidential election was stolen. A key charge in Smith’s Washington, D.C. prosecution of the former President is reliant on the accusation that Trump knew he had lost the election and defrauded the United States by claiming it was stolen.

Meadows indicated to the Pulse that he is unsure as to why these rumors are being spread at this time, though some have speculated that authorities are fuelling such talk to try and drive a wedge between him and President Trump, and to try and lure Trump into “intimidating” Meadows to further fuel partisan gag orders in court.
