EXC: ‘Tucker’ Publisher to Make FTC Complaint, Also Alleges Amazon Sales Chicanery.

All Seasons Press, the publisher of the ‘Tucker’ book by author Chadwick Moore, will make formal representations to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), after the book’s sales rankings appeared to be negatively affected by both Amazon and industry data firm Bookscan, The National Pulse can reveal.

Media outlets such as The Guardian, Mediaite, and pop-culture media site Uproxx were quick to peddle a false narrative, suggesting sales of the biography were far below expectations. But the biography’s publisher has explained that the numbers were incomplete, specifically pointing the finger at Amazon for questionable sales practices including:

  • Listing the book as “sold out” but then failing to report those “sales” to Bookscan;
  • E-mailing preorder customers to ask if they wanted to cancel their orders, then requiring them to go on a desktop computer, rather than a mobile app or website, to proactively confirm they still wanted the book or face automatic cancellation;
  • Fulfilling orders received after launch before customers who pre-ordered the book.

All Seasons Press also claims to have undertaken a customer survey, which found 40 percent of Amazon preorder customers had not received their copies ten days after launch. “It begs the question: is Amazon intentionally trying to sabotage Tucker sales and bestseller status?” the company asked.

BookScan only reported 3,227 copies sold in its first week, placing it 40th on its bestseller list. This indeed appears to be because Amazon did not register its week one sales to BookScan. If it had, the book would have likely placed between 5th and 7th on the bestseller’s list.

When ‘Tucker’ launched, All Seasons Press stated that over 50,000 units had been shipped to retailers – including 7,523 units sent to Amazon. When Amazon announced the pre-sale of the biography, it reached a #14 ranking among all books on Amazon and held #1 in several sub-categories. On ‘Tucker”s release date the 7,523 copies in stock at Amazon appear to have all sold out in a matter of minutes as they quickly updated the book’s retail page to say it was unavailable.

All Seasons Press told The National Pulse that they have retained counsel and intend to investigate the ranking practices of BookScan. They also said should they discover malfeasance they intend to present said findings to the Federal Trade Commission. The National Pulse reached out to Amazon for comment, but as of publication the retail giant had not responded.

state freedom caucus network

EXC – Trump Hosts Townhall With 130+ GOP Lawmakers: Talks Vaccines, 2024 Plans, & Explains The Lindsey Graham Thing.

Former President Donald Trump held a private town hall with over 130 state Freedom Caucus lawmakers on Monday August 14th, The National Pulse can exclusively reveal. The conversation was facilitated by the new State Freedom Caucus network, which now has 11 equivalents of the House Freedom Caucus across the country, with a plan for all 50 state legislatures.

On the hour-long call heard by the Pulse were some of the most conservative state legislators from South Carolina, Arizona, Illinois, and Idaho, with Trump opening the conversation by calling it “a privilege to address the State Freedom Caucus Network… a very important group of people,” before making an opening statement and going on to take questions from the participants.

The conversation began with a question about Operation Warp Speed and the vaccines, to which the former President lauded governors who allowed the public to make informed decisions for themselves, reminding the audience that he had never supported vaccine mandates. Trump also answered tough questions on his backing of Senator Lindsay Graham, explaining that the South Carolina Senator “does help me with the liberal side of the Republican Party… and even some of the liberal Democrats,” before reminding one South Carolina freedom caucus member: “[Y]ou have a little bit of a liberal bent in South Carolina, and I think its okay if we show a little bit of flexibility.”

Trump’s typical 2016-style pragmatism was on display throughout the conversation seen by The National Pulse, as he discussed ballot harvesting initiatives, future travel plans to states like Idaho, and slammed Joe Biden as a “crooked man, as crooked as a three-dollar bill!”

Some of the President’s more pointed ire was aimed at Senator Bill Cassidy (R-LA), who voted to convict him following the post-January 6th impeachment. “Cassidy’s a very bad guy,” he said, to agreement from the participants.

In closing the call, Trump discussed a recent viral video from Los Angeles, wherein a “pack of young kids,” cleared out a department store while looting in broad daylight. He used the issue as an example of how far the country had fallen under Joe Biden and his “Bidenomics” agenda.

Andy Roth, the president of the State Freedom Caucus Network, told The National Pulse: “It was an honor to have President Trump speak to the State Freedom Caucus lawmakers in our Network… Our members share the President’s desire to take on the Deep State and restore our country’s greatness.” Attendees appeared to enjoy the conversation with the former President, with many lauding him for his fighting spirit, answers to tough questions, and future plans.

Undercovers in Jan 6

EXC: ‘It Was Crawling With Feds’ – Capitol Police Chief Confirms FBI, DHS Undercovers in Jan 6 Crowd.

Former Capitol Hill Police Chief Steven Sund told Tucker Carlson “there was a fair amount of law enforcement” in the January 6th crowd, in footage exclusively obtained by The National Pulse. The bombshell news follows revelations that Sund had called the events surrounding the Capitol riot “a cover up,” adding his concerns over provocateurs like Ray Epps.

Over halfway through the interview hidden by Fox News following Tucker Carlson’s firing, Sund explains that it is normal for Secret Service, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and D.C. Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) to have a few undercover assets in large crowds gathered in the nation’s capital. But the 18 or so FBI agents present, plus an estimated 20 from the Department of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) was remarkably high.

Sund stunningly reveals: “Within a few days of January 6th I had media reach out to me and say ‘Hey, you’re aware the FBI had undercovers in the crowd?’. I was like, ‘Oh no, they would have told me’. I had Steve D’Antuono, the head of the [FBI] Washington Field Office on a call the day before. Didn’t say anything to me about it… and now to see, allegedly, according to the GAO report, they had 18 operatives in the crowd? That’s a lot of operatives.”

The Capitol Hill top cop, forced out by Speaker Nancy Pelosi in the aftermath of January 6th, went on to explain that during incidents like IMF protests in 2000, and the Bush inauguration, it was commonplace for his department to have intelligence briefings with the FBI, alongside a ‘Joint Intelligence Bulletin’ (JIB).

“None of that [happened for Jan 6],” Sund explained, “No conference call.”

Tucker Carlson pressed Sund for clarification: “You think 18 is a lot for that kind of an event?”

“I think so,” replies Sund, adding that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) had 20 HSI operatives in the crowd several thousand.

“It sounds like a number of the intelligence agencies had resources in the crowd,” Sund asserts, to which Carlson responds: “In the parlance of the internet, it was crawling with feds?”

“There was a fair amount of law enforcement in the crowd,” Sund replies.

In over 30 years of service in the police, Sund says he has never seen anything like that in terms of sheer numbers of undercover operatives from across government agencies.

EXC: Chief Capitol Cop Told Tucker ‘It’s Not Crazy’ to Wonder About Ray Epps in Hidden Fox Interview.

Former Capitol Hill Police Chief Steve Sund told former Fox News host Tucker Carlson that he was not “crazy” to question the behavior of individuals present in the January 6th crowd, one of whom in particular – Ray Epps – had bragged to his friends that he “orchestrated” the entire thing, before the Democrat-run Jan 6 Committee thanked him for participating in their charade.

In never-before-seen footage published exclusively by The National Pulse, Carlson asks Sund about Epps, though without using the Arizona man’s name:

TUCKER: “So let’s go back to the role of, you said nine out of the 18 agencies in the so-called intelligence community are military, Pentagon supervised… military intel. Would they have been gathering, it sounds like they were gathering information about January 6th before it happened?”

SUND: “Well, again, for Milley and Miller, to be that concerned about, uh, about January 6th in advance, they had to be getting the intelligence from somewhere. I mean, talk about locking down Washington, D.C.? That’s a huge undertaking. Um, and again, to never, never notify me. But when you begin to sit there and wonder about…”

TUCKER: “You, you believe that they were gathering intelligence… I’m asking this because there was a very weird moment in the January 6th Committee, um, interviews and they interviewed a man who was caught on camera by a lot of people encouraging law breaking, encouraging people to to run into the Capitol to break the law… the implication was to commit violence. He has never been arrested or charged with anything. And that’s just very, very strange. You know, over 1000 people have been charged, but he has not been. And so the Committee released a statement saying we are positive he was not working with law enforcement. It seems you have to be an idiot not to assume he’s working with somebody. Why haven’t they arrested him? I mean, come on. Right. So my thought was, well, they didn’t mention military intelligence. This guy’s a veteran. Am I being crazy in wondering this?”

SUND: “No, no, you’re not [crazy]. I actually write about that person in the book. It raises concern for me, uh, his involvement. Uh, and the fact that we, we haven’t learned more. Matter of fact, I think the January 6th committee thanked him for his candor.”

In response to Joe Rogan recently discussing Epps, the Arizona man’s legal team – which includes Democrat-and-Dominion-linked lawyers – said: “The fact that people like Joe Rogan continue to propagate the lie that Ray Epps participated in a false flag operation to instigate the January 6th riots demonstrates the widespread and lasting harm that Fox News has done to Ray. Without Fox’s and Tucker Carlson’s lies, Ray would be unknown and unassailed, running his wedding venue business with his wife and enjoying the ranch he and Robyn built. Instead, Ray continues to face the destructive consequences of Fox’s decision to target him with falsehoods. Joe Rogan’s comments are just the most recent proof of the perpetual damage inflicted by Fox.”

Tucker Jan 6

EXCLUSIVE: Capitol Police Chief Called Jan 6 Events ‘A Cover Up’ in Tucker Carlson Interview HIDDEN By Fox News.

Former Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund told then-Fox News host Tucker Carlson that events surrounding the January 6th riots at the U.S. Capitol appear to have been a “cover up,” in never-seen-before footage published exclusively by The National Pulse.

In the hour-long interview, Sund laments the behaviors of then House Speaker Nancy Pelosi as well as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Milley, who he says had intelligence to suggest problems on Capitol Hill, which they failed to communicate with Sund and his cops on the ground.

“If I was allowed to do my job as the chief we wouldn’t be here, this didn’t have to happen,” Sund begins, around 19 minutes into the conversation, during which he describes himself as “pissed off” about being “lambasted in public” over the events. Sund has written a book, Courage Under Fire, about his experiences.

Having served as a police officer for over 30 years, including taking over as Chief of the United States Capitol Police in 2019, Sund explains the events leading up to January 6th, including prior to the incident at the Capitol itself, and the aftermath, appeared to be a “cover up.”

“Everything appears to be a cover up,” says the decorated police chief, explaining that most things to do with his department were political, specifically because he reported to politicians including then Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi.

“Like I said, I’m not a conspiracy theorist,” Sund explains, “…but when you look at the information and intelligence they had, the military had, it’s all watered down. I’m not getting intelligence, I’m denied any support from National Guard in advance. I’m denied National Guard while we’re under attack, for 71 minutes…”

The full interview has thus far been hidden from the public at the behest of Rupert Murdoch’s increasingly left-wing Fox News channel, which unceremoniously fired its prime time host Tucker Carlson allegedly as part of a private settlement with Dominion Voting Systems.

“It sounds like they were hiding the intelligence,” Carlson quizzed, to which Sund stunningly responds: “Could there possibly be actually… they kind of wanted something to happen? It’s not a far stretch to begin to think that. It’s sad when you start putting everything together and thinking about the way this played out… what was their end goal?”

The next portion of the interview, featuring a stunning conversation about Capitol riot “orchestrator” Ray Epps, will be released on TheNationalPulse.com on Thursday morning.

desantis kerner

EXC: DeSantis Hired Radical Left, Open Border, Anti-Gun, LGBT & Abortion Activist.

Ron DeSantis appointed the radically pro-lockdown, Never-Trump Democrat, Dave Kerner as Interim Executive Director of Florida’s Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles in January this year, ignoring a petition by more than one thousand Floridians who opposed the appointment on the grounds that his policies contravened freedom in the sunshine state, The National Pulse can reveal.

Kerner, 39, is a former Democratic Member of the Florida House of Representatives with a radical legislative record, including voting to force churches to perform same-sex marriage ceremonies, voting against a bill to ban Floridian taxpayer money from funding abortions, voting against a bill to allow local law enforcement to detain illegal migrants, and even voting in favor of a bill allowing illegal immigrants to practice law in Florida.

Kerner and COVID.

Kerner acquired a reputation during the COVID-19 pandemic, keeping Palm Beach County closed longer than most others in his capacity as Palm Beach County Commissioner and Mayor. He was responsible for installing armed law enforcement officers, known as the “COVID Education and Compliance Team (CECT),” to enforce restrictions on more than a million Palm Beach County residents, claiming, “[t]here are bad actors in this community.”

CECT – which Kerner says was cleared by DeSantis’s office itself – visited cinemas and went door-to-door visiting restaurants to intimidate residents, with Kerner boasting his force “go out almost every night or every day.” One local restaurant manager said Kerner’s actions made it “extremely hard to run a business.”

As a result of his Stasi-like record, Floridians petitioned DeSantis not to appoint him to his latest post as Executive Director of Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles due to his “actions of supporting and enforcing harsh COVID mandates and shutdowns resulted in policies that harmed Floridians under his leadership.”

Despite the public concern, DeSantis approved Kerner and boasted over his nomination in January 2023, ostensibly in exchange for the Democrat’s endorsement in his gubernatorial election against Charlie Crist last November.

Kerner’s claimed that he “worked daily” with DeSantis’s office is reminiscent of the Governor’s real record on COVID, which included allowing “Florida’s Fauci” – Dr. Alina Alonso – to run roughshod over her residents without being fired.

DeSantis’s heavily revised record on COVID collapses upon even basic scrutiny, which is why his campaign has sought to muddy the waters of the COVID-19 task force, Operation Warp Speed, and President Trump’s role during the pandemic.

EXC: Bannon & Kushner Reconcile Over ‘Sound of Freedom’ Movie at Bedminster.

BEDMINSTER, New Jersey – The Sound of Freedom movie, highlighting the scourge of child sex trafficking, has brought audiences together across America, and media haters together on the internet. Now, it appears the film has reunified two unlikely figures in previously sworn enemies: Jared Kushner and Stephen K. Bannon.

The son-in-law of the 45th President of the United States and his former Chief Strategist grew quickly estranged in the Trump White House, with the former accusing the latter of leaking, and the latter blasting back against Kushner’s New York liberal instincts in government.

But the pair accidentally found each other at the Trump National Golf Club Bedminster on Wednesday night, as President Trump screened the Sound of Freedom movie for his club members, as well as an inner circle of influencers, writers, and reporters, including The National Pulse.

“This movie can unite the country. It’s already united Jared, Ivanka, Kellyanne and Steve Bannon,” joked the War Room host from the stage last night, in a nod to how fractious it became between the four in the White House.

Donald Trump himself has already ruled out a return to the administration for members of his family, telling Fox News’s Bret Baier, “that’s enough for the family,” before adding, “It’s too painful for the family, my family has been through hell.”

Both Jared and his wife Ivanka Trump were in attendance for the special screening of Sound of Freedom on Wednesday night, as were top MAGA-world officials and influencers such as Susie Wiles, Boris Epshteyn, Jason Miller, Chris La Civita, Karli Bonne, Jack Posobiec, Paul Ingrassia, Tanya Posobiec, Olivia Ingrassia, J.R. Ron DeSantis Hosts D.C. Fundraiser at Dominion’s Lawyer’s Office.

Would-be GOP nominee Ron DeSantis is hosting a fundraiser at the offices of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, one of the top D.C. lobbying firms who served as lawyers for Dominion Voting Systems, and count amongst their top directors Rep. Nancy Pelosi’s former chief of staff.

The event will take place on June 23rd, in Suite 1200 at 1155 F Street NW – otherwise known as the offices of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, which also famously dropped the Republican National Committee as a client in a lawsuit against the Democrat Party’s Jan 6 Committee.

One of the key names on the invite is Marc Lampkin, a lobbyist for the firm with links to the Chinese Communist Party, as well as Big Pharma and the puberty blocker industry.

Critically, Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck boasts of representing Dominion Voting Systems, stating on its website:

“Dominion Voting Systems, a provider of voting technology in 28 states, faced baseless allegations of fraud in the 2020 election. They needed a defense team with not only a strong reputation but the ability to manage the lawsuit while maintaining a nonpartisan stance. Dominion turned to Brownstein. Our team secured a quick dismissal. The federal judge subsequently awarded attorneys fees and costs to the defendants and imposed sanctions on the plaintiffs’ attorneys who brought the frivolous and politically motivated lawsuit purportedly on behalf of all registered voters. This comprehensive resolution was not only crucial in maintaining Dominion’s ability to support elections and rebuking threats against its employees, but also in correcting misinformation propagated to the general public.”

Dominion first retained the firm in 2019, with Nadeem Elshami – Pelosi’s former chief of staff – listed as one of the specific lobbyists. Dominion’s six figure annual payments for representation continue to this day.

In February, DeSantis hosted Dominion lawyer Libby Locke for a panel discussion about defamation in Hialeah Gardens, Florida.

Defiant Trump in Georgia: ‘We Will Finish What We Started.”

COLUMBUS, Georgia — Former President Donald Trump will speak in Georgia this afternoon, and is expected to announcement a raft of policy positions and declare: “On November 5th, 2024, we are going to stand up to the corrupt political establishment, we are going to evict a totally corrupt Joe Biden from the White House, and we are going to FINISH what we started!”

Described by aides as “defiant” in his demeanor today, the 45th President took off from Newark, New Jersey around 11:30am on Saturday, travelling with Georgia representative Marjorie Taylor Greene as well as his closest aides and advisors.

He landed to crowds of supporters, walking the line, shaking hands, as fans chanted “four more years!” as well as “we love you.” The streets outside the airport were also lined with supporters as the ex-POTUS’s motorcade travelled to the GOP convention.

In expected remarks that can be shared by The National Pulse, Trump is expected to say: “It’s no coincidence they indicted me the VERY SAME DAY it was revealed that the FBI hid explosive evidence that Joe Biden took a $5 million illegal bribe from Ukraine.”

His speech will also foretell of the probability of a third world war, unless he is able to negotiate a truce between Ukraine and Russia.

“Before I even arrive at the Oval Office, shortly after I win the presidency, I will have the horrible war between Russia and Ukraine settled. It will be done within 24 hours. I am the only candidate who can make this promise: I will prevent World War Three. Without me, it will happen.”

Trump will also fire at the Chinese Communist Party and Joe Biden, stating: “To save our economy from Joe Biden’s inflation catastrophe and economic disaster, I will deliver tax cuts, energy price cuts, and interest rate cuts the likes of which you have never seen before.”

Trump will also state: “I will immediately sign a new executive order to cut federal funding for any school pushing Critical Race Theory, transgender insanity, and other inappropriate racial, sexual, or political content on our children.”

He will conclude: “If you took the five worst presidents in the history of the United States, and added them up, they would not have done near the destruction to our country as Joe Biden and the Biden administration have done.”

“The Silent Majority is rising—and under our leadership, the Forgotten Man and Woman Will Be Forgotten No Longer!”

EXC: DeSantis LOSES Support Post Launch, Trump Adds 13 Points in Head-to-Head.

Ron DeSantis starts off the week with yet more bad news for his campaign, as the first Rasmussen Reports head-to-head since his glitch-ridden campaign launch shows the Florida Governor actually losing support.

A like-for-like study released by Rasmussen on Monday morning reveals DeSantis’s February 2023 numbers at 32 percent with likely Republican voters, whereas he slips to 30 percent in the latest, May poll.

And while the Florida Governor’s slippage is with Rasmussen’s three point margin of error, former President Donald Trump’s massive spike in support is definitely not. The 45th President rose a whopping 13 points in comparison to February, and since DeSantis’s campaign launch. He now stands at 58 percent, versus 45 percent just three months ago.

Amongst all likely voters – including Democrats and independents – DeSantis was actually slightly leading Trump before his announcement (30% vs 26%). In the latest poll, however, Trump has taken the lead, even increasing his appeal amongst Democrat voters. The numbers now stand at 34 percent to Trump and 33 percent to DeSantis.

Curiously, the Florida Governor’s biggest strides appear to be with self-identified liberal voters, per Rasmussen, though he still is unable to beat Joe Biden in a head-to-head in the same data set. Additionally, only around 60 percent of Trump voters say they would vote for DeSantis in a general election, raising questions over the Florida man’s ability to bring ‘MAGA’ voters into his coalition, were he to defeat Donald Trump in a primary.

The news comes after a few weeks of turmoil in Tallahassee, where DeSantis’s campaign is based. A few ago, his chief strategist Jeff Roe removed his long-time advisor Phil Cox. Since then, his surrogates have been in open online warfare against Trump supporters, to strikingly little avail.
