What Happened: U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi issued a warning against vandalism or acts of terrorism directed at Tesla showrooms and other properties owned by Elon Musk, emphasizing strict federal enforcement against such acts.

👥 Who’s Involved: Attorney General Pam Bondi, the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), and unidentified individuals involved in Tesla-related vandalism.

📍 Where & When: Discussion took place on Fox News’s “The Ingraham Angle”; incidents reported across the country, notably in Las Vegas.

💬 Key Quote: “These people better look out… we are coming after you, and at my direction, there will be no negotiating on these people.”— AG Pam Bondi.

⚠️ Impact: Those found guilty of such acts face severe federal charges with potential prison sentences of 5 to 20 years.

IN FULL:

Attorney General Pam Bondi has issued a stern warning concerning acts of vandalism and terrorism targeting Tesla products, showrooms, and other properties belonging to Elon Musk. Speaking on Fox News Channel’s The Ingraham Angle, Bondi highlighted that federal law enforcement would aggressively pursue perpetrators, who will face severe penal consequences without options for plea agreements. In recent weeks, protestors opposed to President Donald J. Trump have targeted Tesla showrooms and the vehicles themselves as a response to Musk’s work for the America First leader.

During the show, host Laura Ingraham referenced a recent case in Las Vegas in which an individual allegedly involved in vandalism of Tesla properties was apprehended. The National Pulse reported on Thursday that Paul Kim, 36, was arrested in Las Vegas for allegedly perpetrating an arson attack on a Tesla Service Center earlier this month. Notably, Kim has self-espoused ties to the Communist Party USA and the Revolutionary Communist International—a UK-based communist faction. Additionally, several social media posts appear to link Kim to pro-Palestinian activist groups.

Bondi praised the collaborative efforts between local law enforcement and federal agencies, like the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), attributing the swift arrest to their relentless investigative efforts. “This guy thought he got away with it. So these people better look out. They better cut it out because we are coming after you, and at my direction, there will be no negotiating on these people,” Trump’s Attorney General said regarding the Las Vegas arrest. Bondi added: “We are seeking 20 years in prison.”

Expressing the urgency of enforcing stringent measures against these acts, Bondi warned those involved to cease their terroristic activities. “They are setting off bombs, the huge fires. Look what you’re seeing: huge, massive fires in residential neighborhoods and charging stations. Someone is going to get killed, a citizen is going to get killed,” Bondi said before continuing: “And these people, we are not doing any plea negotiations on them.”

Trump Touts Plan to Restore Nation’s Capital to Greatness.

PULSE POINTS:

👥 Who’s Involved: President Donald J. Trump, key government agencies, task force members, the D.C. Police Department, and the National Park Service.

📍 Where & When: Washington D.C., Executive Order signed Thursday evening.

💬 Key Quote: President Trump emphasized the capital’s need to be a source of pride and called for comprehensive improvements, stating it was currently marked by “filth and decay.”

⚠️ Impact: The initiative aims to address crime rates, bolster law enforcement, improve infrastructure, and make Washington, D.C., a symbol of national pride.

IN FULL:

President Donald J. Trump signed an Executive Order late Thursday with the objective of revitalizing Washington, D.C., positioning it as a capital that all Americans can proudly regard as their own. This move sets forth the formation of the D.C. Safe and Beautiful Task Force, comprised of members from pivotal government agencies. The group is tasked with enhancing law enforcement presence in public areas and strictly enforcing regulations related to quality-of-life crimes such as drug use, vandalism, and public demonstrations without a permit.

“As the Federal capital city, Washington, D.C., is the only city that belongs to all Americans and that all Americans can claim as theirs. As the capital city of the greatest Nation in the history of the world, it should showcase beautiful, clean, and safe public spaces,” the Executive Order states before continuing: “Its monuments, museums, and buildings should reflect and inspire awe and appreciation for our Nation’s strength, greatness, and heritage. Our citizens deserve nothing less.”

“It is the policy of the United States to make the District of Columbia safe, beautiful, and prosperous by preventing crime, punishing criminals, preserving order, protecting our revered American monuments, and promoting beautification and the preservation of our history and heritage,” Trump’s Executive Order adds.

In comments following the signing of the Executive Order, President Trump expressed discontent with the capital’s current state, describing it as tarnished by “filth and decay.” Additionally, the newly established task force will work towards apprehending and deporting potentially dangerous illegal immigrants, monitoring local immigration enforcement cooperation, and aiding the D.C. forensic crime laboratory in regaining its accreditation.

BOOSTING POLICING.

Consequently, efforts to support the D.C. Metro Police Department (MPD) are integral to the initiative, with plans to bolster the recruitment and retention of officers. Additional emphasis is placed on deterring crime through stricter pre-trial detention practices and expediting concealed carry permits for qualified citizens. The D.C. Metro system will focus on reducing fare evasion and associated offenses.

Furthermore, a beautification program is set forth, concentrating on refurbishing and maintaining federal monuments, statues, memorials, and other essential public spaces in Washington, D.C. Additionally, the National Park Service (NPS) will undertake the clearing of homeless encampments and graffiti from federal lands.

Washington, D.C., has been plagued by high crime rates, with violent and property crimes rising significantly in 2023. Although some data showed minor reductions in crime in 2024, the rate still represents a significant increase from earlier this decade.

👥 Who’s Involved: Paul Kim, a 36-year-old cinematographer who appears to have ties to pro-Palestinian and pro-Communist activism.

📍 Where & When: Las Vegas, at the Tesla Collision Center on March 18.

💬 Key Quote: “This case has been worked around the clock,” Assistant Sheriff Dori Koren said.

⚠️ Impact: Paul Kim faces both state and federal charges, with significant law enforcement resources dedicated to the investigation.

IN FULL:

Las Vegas police have arrested a cinematographer, 36-year-old Paul Kim, on charges related to a violent incident at a Tesla facility in the city earlier this month. Kim is accused of using Molotov cocktails and a firearm in an attack at Las Vegas’s  Tesla Collision Center. Following a police investigation, Kim was apprehended and now faces multiple felony charges, including arson and possessing an explosive device, according to Clark County jail records.

Assistant Sheriff Dori Koren revealed on Thursday that the suspect was identified after fleeing in a Black Honda Elantra, making it possible for authorities to locate and detain him successfully. “This case has been worked around the clock,” Koren stated, highlighting the collaborative effort between local law enforcement and the FBI.

Sheriff Kevin McMahill emphasized the role of technology in the investigation, noting that cameras, drones, and license plate readers were instrumental in tracking and resolving the case. FBI Special Agent Spencer Evans, who manages the Las Vegas field office, noted the federal charges Kim faces over the attack. “For individuals who are contemplating similar attacks, there’s nothing courageous or noble about firebombing private property and terrorizing your local community,” Evans commented.

Kim allegedly attacked the facility at approximately 2:45 AM on March 18. The suspect reportedly fired three rounds into Tesla vehicles in what officials described as a targeted assault. Authorities have recovered numerous firearms and parts from their search, including rifles, a shotgun, and a handgun.

The Las Vegas Sheriff’s Department notes that Kim’s social media presence appears to link him to the Communist Party USA and the Revolutionary Communist International. Additionally, several social media posts appear to link Kim to pro-Palestinian activist groups.

Family members have expressed shock at the news of his arrest, with Kim’s brother, Andrew Kim, declining to comment beyond acknowledging his surprise. This incident follows a series of violent actions against properties connected with Tesla CEO Elon Musk. Law enforcement officials urge the public that participating in similar activities may lead to severe legal consequences.

The Valdosta Police Department detained Gonzalez on March 14 after investigations uncovered his alleged involvement in a series of sexual crimes. DC’s Sanctuary City Status is Now Hanging by a Thread.

The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee approved a bill on Wednesday to dismantle sanctuary city laws in Washington, D.C. The proposed legislation—called the District of Columbia Federal Immigration Compliance Act (H.R.2056)—would prevent the D.C. city government from maintaining policies that limit interactions with federal immigration authorities.

“As our nation’s capital, Washington D.C. should be the safest, most ‘America First’ city in the United States, and Congress has the Constitutional authority to end the city’s sanctuary status. My bill is a small step towards returning Washington DC to We, the People,” Representative Clay Higgins (R-LA)—the bill’s sponsor—said.

If enacted, this bill would bar D.C. officials from restricting the exchange of information regarding individuals’ citizenship or immigration status with federal, state, and local governments. It also mandates cooperation with Department of Homeland Security (DHS) requests to detain incarcerated immigrants.

State and local sanctuary laws have been a hindrance to federal immigration authorities, with Massachusetts being an especially infamous example. Often, violent illegal immigrants arrested and charged by local law enforcement are released on bail by far-left judges before federal agents U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) can execute detainer orders and take custody of the individual. This leaves ICE agents having to subsequently spend time and resources tracking down the released illegal immigrant criminal and undertaking an operation aimed at their capture.

Trump Announces Capture of ‘Major’ MS-13 Leader.

Federal authorities have apprehended a 24-year-old individual, identified as a prominent member of the MS-13 gang, during an operation in Woodbridge, Virginia. The FBI announced the arrest on Thursday, though the suspect’s name remains undisclosed.

The arrest was described by Attorney General Pam Bondi as a successful and secure operation. She stated, “They executed a clean, safe operation and the bad guy is in custody.” She further emphasized the significance of the arrest, noting, “We got one of the worst of the worst of the MS-13 off the streets this morning.” Bondi expressed that both Virginia and the nation are now safer as a result.

President Donald Trump acknowledged the operation on his platform, TRUTH Social, complimenting those involved. “Great job by Pam Bondi, @FBIDirectorKash, Tom HOMAN, and Kristi N, on the capture of MS13 leader – A big deal!” he wrote.

The operation demonstrates ongoing efforts by federal authorities to combat gang activities and secure community safety. MS-13, also known as Mara Salvatrucha, is considered one of the most dangerous and notorious criminal organizations, known for its involvement in various violent crimes across the United States. This arrest marks a significant step in addressing the threat posed by the gang.

No further details have been released about the suspect or the circumstances surrounding the arrest.

Judge Spares Pedo Pakistani From Deportation Because He’s an Alcoholic.

A judge has stopped the deportation of a Pakistani migrant from Britain, despite a conviction for sexually assaulting an underage girl, because he is an alcoholic. The migrant had attacked the young girl after his release from prison, where he had served time for other sexual crimes.

While serving just a year in prison for the sex attack, the migrant appealed a deportation order, arguing that he would experience inhumane treatment if sent back to Pakistan, where alcohol is largely illegal. He claimed that his alcoholism would disadvantage him and that he would not be able to seek treatment for it in the Muslim-majority country.

The judge agreed with the migrant’s arguments, which also cited Pakistan’s prison conditions, noting that it would breach his supposed rights under the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR), enforced by the supranational European Court of Human Rights, which Britain did not leave after Brexit.

The migrant also argued that he has a child in Britain—which could have seen him avoid deportation per his “right to a family life”—but the court noted he and the child had not communicated since 2020.

The case is just the latest example of dangerous foreign criminals being allowed to remain in the United Kingdom due to the country’s adherence to the ECHR. Reform Party leader Nigel Farage has called for Britain to leave the ECHR to deport criminal migrants. In his first speech in the House of Commons last July, he called for a referendum on the subject.

Soft Sentences for Migrants Who Gang Raped Preteen Girl.

A gang of up to 17 migrants, most of them supposedly minors, brutally raped a 12-year-old European girl and passed her around as a “trophy,” even filming some of the abuse. The young Austrian girl was repeatedly subjected to sex attacks over a period of several months from February to June of 2023 in Vienna, according to police.

The sex attacks took place in a variety of locations, from apartments to parking garages and other places across the Austrian capital. Police announced they were investigating the group of migrants on March 1 of this year, stating they come from several countries, including Afghanistan, Turkey, Syria, Bulgaria, Serbia, and Italy.

Two of the suspects are below the age of 14, the age of criminal liability, while 12 are between 14 and 18. An Austrian court has already convicted the 18-year-old “boyfriend” of the girl, an Afghan, who was supposedly 15 at the time of the abuse.

The Afghan, named Wais, is also said to have impregnated the victim, made her get an abortion, and used explicit footage of her to blackmail her. He claimed at his trial that he thought their relationship was fine because he was also a minor. The judge in the case sentenced the teenager to just 15 months of probation and a small fine.

Another suspect, a 16-year-old Syrian, also attempted to blackmail the girl with pornographic footage of her and allegedly raped her in a railway station. He was later acquitted after claiming he did not know the victim was 12 at the time.

This State Is Releasing Illegal Alien Rapists.

A review by CBS News discovered that Massachusetts has been releasing illegal aliens charged with violent crimes—including child rape—from courts and jails on low bail without allowing Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) the opportunity to intervene.

The details: The review of the ICE press releases conducted by CBS Boston found:

  • An illegal from Guatemala charged with three counts of aggravated child rape was released on $7,500 bail.
  • Another Guatemalan illegal was charged with aggravated child rape and released on $7,500 bail.
  • A Honduran illegal accused of attempted rape and armed robbery walked free on $0 bail.
  • Two child rape suspects in Worcester County were released on $500 bail.

Making matters worse: ICE issued a detainer in the first three instances mentioned above but was ignored.

The lawMassachusetts, per a 2017 court ruling, prohibits holding individuals solely on ICE detainers. And when judges set bail, they cannot use immigration status as a factor.

Good newsThis month, ICE and federal law enforcement apprehended 370 illegals in Massachusetts during an operation targeting organized crime, gangs, and other egregious offenders.

The last word goes to Border Czar Tom Homan, who last month took aim at Boston Police Commissioner Michael Cox for releasing violent illegals into the community, saying:

  • “You’re not a police commissioner. Take that badge off your chest. Put it in the desk drawer.”
