Canadian Arrested After Migrant Family Drowns Trying to Cross U.S. Border.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: A dual citizen of Canada and the U.S. was arrested for his role in a smuggling ring that resulted in the deaths of a family of four and his brother.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Timothy Oakes, 34, and three U.S.-based co-conspirators, Dakota Montour, Kawisiiostha Celecia Sharrow, and Janet Terrance.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The smuggling occurred in May 2023 near the St. Lawrence River on the Akwesasne Mohawk Indian Reservation.

💬KEY QUOTE: “He profited from a human smuggling operation with a singular, cold-hearted aim: making money by bringing illegal aliens into the United States, regardless of the danger to human life involved.” – Matthew R. Galeotti, Head of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division.

🎯IMPACT: Oakes faces multiple charges, and the investigation into the transnational smuggling operation continues under “Operation Take Back America.”

IN FULL

A Canadian-American dual citizen, Timothy Oakes, 34, has been arrested for his involvement in a human smuggling operation that left a family of four, including two young children, dead. According to the Justice Department, Oakes was part of a group smuggling migrants across the St. Lawrence River from Canada to New York.

Oakes routinely hosted migrants in his home on the Akwesasne Mohawk Indian Reservation, which borders the river, before transporting them across on his boat. In May 2023, he hosted a Romanian family with two small children, aged one and two, before his brother attempted to ferry them across the river, despite warnings of dangerous weather conditions, including high winds and freezing temperatures. The boat capsized, with all five drowning.

“He profited from a human smuggling operation with a singular, cold-hearted aim: making money by bringing illegal aliens into the United States, regardless of the danger to human life involved,” said Matthew R. Galeotti, Head of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division. Galeotti added, “Their greed resulted in the deaths of a mother, a father, and two small children, as well as one of the defendants’ own brothers.”

Oakes was arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) in June while attempting to cross into New York. He has been charged with conspiracy to engage in alien smuggling, four counts of alien smuggling for profit, and four counts of alien smuggling resulting in death. His three U.S.-based co-conspirators—Dakota Montour, 31, Kawisiiostha Celecia Sharrow, 43, and Janet Terrance, 45—have all pleaded guilty.

“Oakes’ arrest comes as part of our nearly two-year-long investigation into a transnational criminal organization responsible for the large-scale smuggling of aliens from Canada into the United States,” said ICE agent Erin Keegan. The investigation, which is ongoing, involves collaboration between American and Canadian agencies and is part of “Operation Take Back America,” a Justice Department initiative launched under the Trump administration to combat illegal immigration and transnational crime.

Since the start of President Donald J. Trump’s second term, illegal border crossings from Canada have plummeted as much as 95 percent, according to a report in April. President Trump has also successfully pressured Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney into introducing a Strong Borders Act in the Canadian legislature to further strengthen action on fentanyl, illegal immigration, and other U.S. priorities.

Trump DOJ Charges More Antifa Members for ICE Facility Siege.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: Four more individuals were charged in connection with criminal acts during an Antifa-led siege of a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility in South Portland.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Nadya Sofia Malinowska, David Pearl, Trenten Edward Barker, and August Dean Gordon, alongside other Antifa-affiliated individuals.

💬KEY QUOTE: “The lit flare that Barker threw was used as a heat source to ignite the materials stacked against the vehicle gate,” according to a federal affidavit.

🎯IMPACT: The siege has led to over 20 arrests, with charges ranging from arson to assault on federal officers.

IN FULL

The Department of Justice (DOJ) announced charges against four additional individuals involved in an Antifa-led siege outside a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility in South Portland, Oregon. The occupation has resulted in 17 federal charges so far.

Among those charged is Nadya Sofia Malinowska, 33, who faces three counts of failing to obey lawful orders. Malinowska, who self-identifies as transgender after changing identity in May 2023, allegedly refused to vacate federal property on three separate occasions in June. David Pearl, 35, was charged with failing to obey a lawful order and creating a disturbance after interfering with Malinowska’s arrest on June 29.

Trenten Edward Barker, 34, has been charged with felony arson and depredation against federal property. According to a federal affidavit, Barker was seen constructing a barricade and later igniting it with a flare near the ICE building, causing over $4,000 in damages. Barker was arrested after resisting initially but ultimately complied. “The lit flare that Barker threw was used as a heat source to ignite the materials stacked against the vehicle gate,” the federal affidavit reads.

August Dean Gordon, 31, has been accused of assaulting five federal officers during his arrest on June 29. Gordon allegedly physically attacked officers, including by kicking and grabbing them violently, leaving one officer injured. Gordon also faces charges of willful depredation of government property.

Violent incidents during the Portland siege included arson, assaults on federal officers, and attempts to blind federal officers with high-powered lasers. The ICE facility remains a focal point of Antifa‘s ongoing demonstrations.

An Anti-Trump, Pro-Trans Pride Organizer Just Got 24 Years for Raping a 12-Year-Old Boy.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: Stephen Ireland, co-founder of “Pride in Surrey,” was sentenced to 24 years in prison for raping a 12-year-old boy after meeting him on a gay hook-up app.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Stephen Ireland, 41, and his co-defendant David Sutton, 27, were both convicted of multiple sexual offences against children.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The crimes occurred on April 19, 2024, at Ireland’s apartment in Addlestone, England. Sentencing took place at Guildford Crown Court on October 2024.

💬KEY QUOTE: “Stephen Ireland, who targeted me with endless abuse on here because I oppose the chemical castration of children and the removal of protected spaces for women and girls, has just been sentenced… for child rape.” — J.K. Rowling.

🎯IMPACT: Ireland and Sutton were found guilty of a string of sexual offences.

IN FULL

Stephen Ireland, co-founder of England’s “Pride in Surrey” LGBT organization, has been sentenced to 24 years in prison for raping a 12-year-old boy he met on gay hook-up app Grindr. His co-defendant, David Sutton, was sentenced to four-and-a-half years for separate offences, including making and distributing indecent images of children. Notably, Ireland was a prolific social media users, regularly chastising supporters of U.S. President Donald J. Trump and so-called trans-exclusionary radical feminist (TERF) author J.K. Rowling for opposing child sex changes.

The crimes took place in Addlestone, Surrey, on April 19, 2024, after Ireland invited the boy—referred to in court as “Child A”—to his apartment. Child A, who had been reported missing, told police that Ireland and Sutton engaged in sexual activities with him, played pornography on a laptop, and provided him with a bong containing methamphetamine.

Judge Patricia Lees, presiding over the case at Guildford Crown Court, noted that Ireland “took advantage” of a vulnerable child. The court heard that Ireland supposedly believed the boy was 17 at first but later learned he was younger and chose to proceed regardless, telling the boy, “OK—we just have to keep it a secret.”

Further evidence revealed that Ireland and Sutton exchanged messages about the boy after the encounter, with Ireland describing the child as a “14-year-old baby” and sending Sutton a photo of him. The pair also discussed plans to procure another underage boy for Sutton’s birthday in 2022. Judge Lees condemned their actions, stating, “You definitely supported one another in your perversions.”

Ireland was convicted of multiple charges, including rape, causing a child under 13 to engage in sexual activity, and possession of indecent images of children. Sutton was found guilty of voyeurism and perverting the course of justice. Both men attempted to destroy evidence by deleting material from their phones after being released on police bail.

Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling, regularly berated by Ireland on social media, noted that the pedophile “targeted me with endless abuse on here because I oppose the chemical castration of children and the removal of protected spaces for women and girls” prior to his upcoming imprisonment “for child rape.”

Ireland has previously referred to Trump voters as “not inclusive and accepting of all… trans exclusionary, racist and narrow minded,” and said another Pride organizer who disagreed with him on transgenderism was “not what Pride stands for.”

BREAKING: Diddy Found NOT GUILTY of Most Serious Charges.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: Sean “Diddy” Combs has been found not guilty of three out of the five charges against him in a federal sex-trafficking trial, including the most serious racketeering and sex trafficking allegations.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Sean Combs, Combs’s former girlfriend Casandra “Cassie” Ventura, Jane (pseudonym), Judge Arun Subramanian, Prosecutor Maurene Comey.

📍WHEN & WHERE: July 2025, Southern District of New York.

🎯IMPACT: Combs still faces prison time after being found guilty of two Mann Act violations.

IN FULL

A federal jury in the Southern District of New York found Sean “Diddy” Combs, a.k.a. Puff Daddy, not guilty of the most serious charges against him in a federal sex-trafficking trial. The verdict was delivered Wednesday after jurors had recessed the day prior without reaching consensus on the most severe charge.

Combs was acquitted of count one, racketeering conspiracy, and also found not guilty of the sex trafficking of former girlfriend Casandra “Cassie” Ventura and another victim identified by the pseudonym “Jane.” However, he was convicted of two counts of violating the Mann Act, which prohibits the transportation of individuals across state or international borders for the purpose of prostitution, debauchery, or other “immoral purposes,” in relation to the two women.

Judge Arun Subramanian, a Biden appointee, heard arguments on Combs’ detention status after the verdict. Combs’s attorney, Marc Agnifilo, argued that since the racketeering and sex trafficking charges did not hold, his client should be released to home detention in Miami and offered a $1 million bond. Combs has been in federal custody for nearly a year.

However, federal prosecutor Maurene Comey, daughter of controversial former Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Director James Comey, countered that Combs should remain jailed until sentencing for the Mann Act violations. She said the government would pursue the 20-year maximum sentence for these.

Trump Orders Revocation of Naturalized Criminals’ U.S. Citizenship.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: The Department of Justice (DOJ) issued a directive urging U.S. Attorneys to prioritize the denaturalization of foreign-born criminals to address crime and national security threats.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: President Donald J. Trump, Assistant Attorney General Brett Shumate, and U.S. Attorneys.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The memo was issued in June 2025 and applies nationwide.

💬KEY QUOTE: “The Department of Justice may institute civil proceedings to revoke a person’s United States citizenship if an individual either ‘illegally procured’ naturalization or procured naturalization by ‘concealment of a material fact or by willful misrepresentation.’” – Brett Shumate

🎯IMPACT: The directive aims to deport migrants who pose a threat to national security, combat financial fraud, and target those involved in crimes such as human trafficking and gang activity, even if they have acquired U.S. citizenship.

IN FULL

The Department of Justice (DOJ) has issued a memo directing U.S. Attorneys to “prioritize and maximally pursue denaturalization proceedings” as part of the Trump administration’s efforts to combat crime and protect national security. The memo, signed by Assistant Attorney General Brett Shumate, outlines categories of individuals who should be targeted for denaturalization, including those tied to terrorism, espionage, or the unlawful export of sensitive goods and technology.

Shumate emphasized the importance of these proceedings in a written statement, noting, “The benefits of civil denaturalization include the government’s ability to revoke the citizenship of individuals who engaged in the commission of war crimes, extrajudicial killings, or other serious human rights abuses; to remove naturalized criminals, gang members, or, indeed, any individuals convicted of crimes who pose an ongoing threat to the United States; and to prevent convicted terrorists from returning to U.S. soil or traveling internationally on a U.S. passport.”

The memo also directs U.S. Attorneys to pursue cases against migrants who committed financial fraud against the United States, including Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan fraud and Medicare/Medicaid fraud, as well as those involved in violent crimes, human trafficking, and sex offenses. It further calls for action against migrants with criminal gangs, transnational criminal organizations, and drug cartels.

Two days after the memo was issued, the Justice Department announced it had successfully secured the denaturalization of a convicted distributor of child sexual abuse material.

Shumate has instructed the Civil Division of the Justice Department to “prioritize and maximally pursue denaturalization proceedings in all cases permitted by law and supported by the evidence.”

Germany Wants to Prosecute a Woman Over Emojis.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: A German woman faces a €1,800 (~$2,120) fine for reacting with ‘thumbs up’ emojis to a social media post about a 15-year-old killing a rapist migrant. Prosecutors claim her emojis endorsed vigilantism.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: A 64-year-old woman from Lohfelden, Hesse, and the Kassel public prosecutor’s office.

💬KEY QUOTE: “You were aware that in this way you publicly approved of an intentional killing by way of unauthorized vigilantism.” – Kassel prosecutor’s penalty order

🎯IMPACT: The case underscores Germany’s increasingly draconian policing of online speech, raising concerns about freedom of expression.

IN FULL

A German woman faces prosecution and a fine equivalent to around $2,120 for reacting with emojis to a social media post. The case highlights how even the most minimal forms of digital expression are now being scrutinized under Germany’s draconian anti-speech regime.

The 64-year-old from Lohfelden, Hesse, found herself under investigation after responding with three thumbs-up emojis beneath a post on X (formerly Twitter). The original post reported on a 15-year-old Swedish girl who had killed the migrant man who raped her, and included the comment, “Does he now have 77 virgins?”

According to the Kassel public prosecutor’s office, the woman’s emoji reaction amounted to endorsing the killing and expressing satisfaction that it had targeted a migrant. Months after her October 26 interaction, she received a formal penalty notice, ordering her to pay 60 daily rates of $35 each.

The penalty order, parts of which the woman has shared publicly, alleges: “You agreed with this post as a user (…) by clicking ‘thumbs up’ three times. You were aware that in this way you publicly approved of an intentional killing by way of unauthorized vigilantism, and you were particularly pleased that this vigilantism was perpetrated against a migrant.” Authorities also complain the “77 virgins” remark was intended to ridicule the dead rapist. This interpretation of her emoji use, entirely shaped by the prosecutor’s reading of intent, reflects a growing trend of criminalizing expressions of opinion online in Germany and Europe more generally.

The woman retains the right to appeal, and if she does, the case will proceed to a full trial. Germany’s crackdown on digital speech has seen several such incidents in recent years. Authorities have increasingly targeted individuals for online posts deemed offensive, including under Section 188 of the Criminal Code, which prohibits insults against politicians. One notable case involved a police search of a retiree’s home after he shared a meme labeling then-Economy Minister Robert Habeck a “Schwachkopf,” or “moron.”

This Illegal Immigrant Soccer Coach Is Accused of Pedophilia and Killing a Teen Boy.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: A 13-year-old boy, Oscar Omar Hernandez, was allegedly murdered by his illegal immigrant soccer coach, Mario Edgardo Garcia-Aquino, before his body was dumped in a ditch.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Oscar Omar Hernandez, 13, and Mario Edgardo Garcia-Aquino, 43, an illegal immigrant from El Salvador.

📍WHEN & WHERE: Hernandez was last seen alive on March 28, 2025, in Sun Valley, California. His body was discovered on April 2 in Ventura County.

💬KEY QUOTE: “His soccer coach made soccer jerseys. He had taken other soccer teammates to help him, and that’s why my brother went.” – Alejandra Hernandez, sister of the victim.

🎯IMPACT: Garcia-Aquino faces charges of murder with special circumstances and additional charges related to the alleged sexual abuse of minors.

IN FULL

Oscar Omar Hernandez, a 13-year-old boy from Sun Valley, California, was allegedly murdered by his soccer coach, Mario Edgardo Garcia-Aquino, an illegal immigrant from El Salvador. Hernandez’s body was discovered on April 2, 2025, in Ventura County, days after his family reported him missing. The Ventura County Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed the cause of death late last week to be acute alcohol poisoning.

Garcia-Aquino, 43, had been under investigation for two other alleged sexual assaults and was charged with murder in April. Prosecutors allege the murder occurred during the commission or attempted commission of lewd acts with a child, making him eligible for the death penalty. Hernandez’s family stated that the boy had been dropped off at a railway station to assist Garcia-Aquino with making soccer jerseys in Lancaster.

According to Hernandez’s sister, Alejandra, the coach had taken other teammates to help him with similar tasks in the past. “His soccer coach made soccer jerseys. He had taken other soccer teammates to help him, and that’s why my brother went,” Alejandra Hernandez said. On the night of the disappearance, Garcia-Aquino answered a call from the family, claiming that Hernandez was unable to speak because his hands were full of paint. The coach later told the family he had dropped the boy off, but Hernandez never returned home.

Garcia-Aquino also faces charges stemming from an alleged sexual assault of a 16-year-old boy in Palmdale in February 2022. In that case, he reportedly befriended a family and allowed their son to stay at his residence, where the alleged assault occurred. Additionally, Los Angeles Police Department investigations have linked him to another child sexual abuse case from 2022.

Despite Gacia-Aquino being an illegal immigrant, a number of corporate media outlets have attempted to portray him simply as a “youth soccer coach.” This mirrors similar attempts to obfuscate criminal allegations against fellow Salvadoran illegal immigrant Kilmar Abrego Garcia—an alleged MS-13 gang member, domestic abuser, and human trafficker—who was described at the time of arrest earlier this year as simply a “Maryland man” or a “Maryland father.”

Garcia-Aquino pleaded not guilty to the murder charges, including the special circumstances allegation, on June 18. He is scheduled to appear in court again in August.

El Salvador Wants to Deport Gang Members to France. Here’s Why…

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: El Salvador’s President Nayib Bukele has said he is willing to deport gang members and illegal aliens incarcerated in his country’s Center for the Confinement of Terrorism (CECOT) super-prison to France, after a Paris Fashion Week show paid tribute to its inmates.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: President Bukele, designer Willy Chavarria, models at the Paris Fashion Week.

📍WHEN & WHERE: June 2025, during Paris Fashion Week in France.

💬KEY QUOTE: “We’re ready to ship them all to Paris whenever we get the green light from the French government.” – Nayib Bukele

🎯IMPACT: The controversy highlights the growing focus on and disdain for Bukele, who has bucked the increasingly soft Western approach to criminal justice in favor of mass incarceration—and taken El Salvador from being one of the most dangerous countries in the western hemisphere to one of the safest in the process.

IN FULL

El Salvador’s President Nayib Bukele issued a sharp response after a Paris Fashion Week show appeared to criticize his administration’s treatment of inmates at the Center for the Confinement of Terrorism (CECOT) super-prison, which recently began accepting illegal aliens from the U.S. Bukele accused the show of “glorifying criminals” and said he was ready to send CECOT inmates to France.

The controversy began when designer Willy Chavarria showcased a collection featuring models wearing white T-shirts and shorts resembling prison uniforms. The models reenacted scenes reminiscent of images from CECOT, where inmates are often shown kneeling with their heads bowed. Chavarria’s show, in collaboration with the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), also featured political messaging, including invitations styled like immigration summons.

Bukele responded on X, saying, “We’re ready to ship them all to Paris whenever we get the green light from the French government.” In a follow-up post, he shared a video of an American woman crying after being constantly harassed in Paris, captioning it, “This is the result of glorifying criminals in Paris. He who spares the wolf sacrifices the sheep.”

CECOT houses thousands of gang members, including those from MS-13 and the 18th Street Gang. Bukele often promotes the facility as part of his successful crackdown on the gang violence that has plagued El Salvador for years, while liberals who favor a soft-on-crime “restorative justice” approach have long railed against it. This antipathy increased in the West after Bukele offered to host illegal aliens in the U.S. and potentially even U.S. criminals at the facility.

‘Anti-Natalist’ Fertility Clinic Bomber’s Accomplice Kills Himself in Prison.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: Daniel Jongyon Park, accused of aiding an “anti-natalist,” “anti-pro-life” extremist who bombed a fertility clinic, died after reportedly jumping from a high balcony inside a prison facility.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Daniel Jongyon Park, Guy Edward Bartkus, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) officials, and Attorney General Pam Bondi.

📍WHEN & WHERE: Park died in custody on June 24; the bombing occurred on May 17 at the American Reproductive Centers fertility clinic in Palm Springs, California.

💬KEY QUOTE: “Bringing chaos and violence to a facility that exists to help women and mothers is a particularly cruel, disgusting crime that strikes at the very heart of our shared humanity.” – Attorney General Pam Bondi.

🎯IMPACT: The explosion destroyed the clinic, injured people, and highlighted the potential risks of domestic terrorism and extreme “anti-pro-life” ideology.

IN FULL

Daniel Jongyon Park, the alleged accomplice of the Palm Springs fertility bomber, reportedly died by suicide after jumping from a high balcony inside a prison facility. Park, who was accused of supplying chemicals to the Palm Springs fertility clinic bomber, Guy Edward Bartkus, was found unresponsive and later pronounced dead at a hospital on June 24.

Bartkus died in the initial May 17 explosion outside the American Reproductive Centers fertility clinic in California. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) investigated the incident as an intentional act of terrorism, motivated by extreme “pro-mortalism, anti-natalism, and anti-pro-life ideology.”

Authorities said Park shipped 180 pounds of ammonium nitrate to Bartkus in January and another 90 pounds just days before the explosion.

The blast destroyed much of the clinic and shattered nearby windows. However, no embryos were harmed. Park, 33, was arrested on June 3 at JFK Airport and faced up to 15 years in federal prison for providing material support to Bartkus. The FBI’s Akil Davis said investigators found “an explosive recipe that was similar to the Oklahoma City bombing” in Park’s home.

Attorney General Pam Bondi, in a statement following Park’s arrest, said, “This defendant is charged with facilitating the horrific attack on a fertility center in California. Bringing chaos and violence to a facility that exists to help women and mothers is a particularly cruel, disgusting crime that strikes at the very heart of our shared humanity.”

“I just wanted to say, your god definitely doesn’t exist, but if he did, I’d choose satan over your evil god. Did you ever think that maybe the bible is just slander against satan, and that satan just realized what a f***ing creep your god is?” Bartkus said in his written manifesto.

Another Washington Post Journalist Has Been Arrested for Child Porn.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: Thomas Pham LeGro, a Pulitzer Prize-winning video journalist with The Washington Post, has been arrested and charged by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) with possession of child pornography.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Thomas Pham LeGro, U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro, the DOJ, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).

📍WHEN & WHERE: LeGro was arrested on Thursday, June 26, and appeared in federal court on Friday, June 27, 2025.

💬KEY QUOTE: The FBI found on LeGro’s work laptop a folder with “11 videos depicting child sexual abuse material.”

🎯IMPACT: LeGro is just the latest Washington Post employee to be charged with possession of child pornography. Earlier this year, the newspaper’s anti-Trump cartoonist, Darrin Bell, was also arrested on child porn allegations.

IN FULL

A Pulitzer Prize-winning video journalist with The Washington Post has been arrested and charged by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) with possession of child pornography. Thomas Pham LeGro appeared on Friday in a U.S. District Court after the charges were announced by U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro.

The Washington Post journalist, who serves as the Jeff Bezos-owned newspaper’s Deputy Director of Video, was taken into custody by Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) agents on Thursday, June 26, following a raid on his residence. Inside LeGro’s home, the FBI found a work laptop which—upon examination—was discovered to contain a folder with “11 videos depicting child sexual abuse material.” Additionally, “agents observed what appeared to be fractured pieces of a hard drive in the hallway outside the room where LeGro’s work laptop was found.”

Notably, LeGro was part of a team of journalists at The Washington Post that won a Pulitzer Prize in 2018 for their coverage of the U.S. Senate race in Alabama, which saw former state Supreme Court Justice and Republican candidate Roy Moore accused of sexually assaulting several women when they were underage. Moore denied the sexual assault allegations, though he acknowledged he may have dated teenagers when he was in his late twenties and early thirties.

This is not the first Washington Post journalist to face allegations of concerning behavior regarding legal minors. Disgraced former WaPo reporter Taylor Lorenz is also accused of inappropriately interacting with teenagers on social media, often featuring them in her stories. In January of this year, the newspaper’s anti-Trump cartoonist, Darrin Bell, was also arrested on child porn allegations. Investigators discovered 134 videos of child sex abuse material (CSAM) on an account Bell is linked to, along with AI-generated child pornography.
