⚠️ Impact: McIver faces up to 17 years in federal prison if convicted.

IN FULL:

A federal grand jury has returned a three-count indictment against Rep. LaMonica McIver (D-NJ) for allegedly obstructing Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers during an incident at a detention center in Newark, New Jersey, last month.

The indictment, issued Tuesday in Newark, accuses McIver of forcibly interfering with ICE agents on May 9 as they attempted to arrest an illegal immigrant outside Delaney Hall detention center. The charges include allegations that McIver physically shoved and resisted federal officers and impeded their efforts.

The incident occurred during what was described as a congressional oversight visit by McIver, alongside fellow Democrat New Jersey Reps. Bonnie Watson Coleman and Robert Menendez Jr. Their visit coincided with a demonstration by open-borders activists outside the facility. According to the Department of Justice (DOJ), the situation escalated when Newark Mayor Ras Baraka (D) entered a restricted area of the detention center without authorization.

The DOJ states Baraka was warned multiple times to leave the secured area, but refused. When officers attempted to arrest him, McIver and others reportedly intervened, surrounding the mayor and physically preventing officers from applying handcuffs. The indictment further alleges McIver struck and restrained federal officers during their second attempt to arrest Baraka after he was escorted outside.

“As I have stated in the past, it is my Constitutional obligation as the Chief Federal Law Enforcement Officer for New Jersey to ensure that our federal partners are protected when executing their duties,” U.S. Attorney Alina Habba said. She added, “While people are free to express their views for or against particular policies, they must not do so in a manner that endangers law enforcement and the communities those officers serve.”

If convicted on all charges, McIver could face up to 17 years in federal prison.

NYPD Detains 80 Pro-Illegal Immigrant Agitators.

PULSE POINTS:

What Happened: A large pro-illegal immigrant protest in Lower Manhattan descended into chaos, with agitators clashing with police and over 80 arrests reported.

👥 Who’s Involved: Protesters, New York City Police Department (NYPD), Brooklyn Councilwoman Shahana Hanif, Public Advocate Jumaane Williams.

📍 Where & When: Lower Manhattan, New York City, Tuesday evening, near City Hall, Foley Square, and 26 Federal Plaza.

💬 Key Quote: “Brick by brick, wall by wall, this racist system has got to fall!” – Protester chant.

⚠️ Impact: The NYPD enacted a citywide level three mobilization; over 80 arrests; tensions mirrored in other cities, including Los Angeles, Chicago, and Seattle.

IN FULL:

Lower Manhattan erupted into chaos Tuesday evening as a pro-illegal immigrant protest turned violent, leading to clashes between demonstrators and police near City Hall, Foley Square, and 26 Federal Plaza. The protest, initially planned as a rally against Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) operations, mirroring the violent demonstrations against immigration raids in Los Angeles, California, spiraled into disorder, prompting the New York City Police Department (NYPD) to enact a citywide level three mobilization.

Thousands of protesters filled the streets, chanting slogans such as “Brick by brick, wall by wall, this racist system has got to fall!” and “How do you spell racist? ICE!” Video footage shows agitators hurling objects, including metal barricades, at officers. Rioters also attempted to block federal vehicles suspected of transporting detainees, while pepper spray was deployed as police worked to regain control.

Over 80 arrests were made for disorderly conduct and related offenses, with law enforcement expecting the number to grow as reports are processed. Tensions escalated further as masked demonstrators repeatedly tried to breach police barricades, with some shouting obscenities and threats at officers.

Brooklyn Councilwoman Shahana Hanif and Public Advocate Jumaane Williams riled up the mob during the protest, sharply criticizing Mayor Eric Adams and federal immigration policies. Hanif accused Adams of “collaborating with Trump” and enabling ICE operations in the city, while Williams claimed the NYPD was allowing ICE to “kidnap” illegal aliens.

An NYPD source described the unrest as “coordinated and volatile,” noting that many protesters appeared prepared for confrontation. Clashes continued late into the night, with additional arrests reported outside City Hall and the federal courthouse.

The unrest in New York is part of a broader wave of anti-ICE demonstrations taking place in Democrat-controlled cities across the United States. Similar protests have been reported in Chicago, San Francisco, and Seattle. In Los Angeles County, pro-illegal immigrant riots have entered their fifth night, leading to citywide curfews and President Donald J. Trump deploying the National Guard and U.S. Marines, to the irritation of Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom.

Almost 200 Pro-Illegal Immigrant Agitators Arrested in Downtown LA.

PULSE POINTS:

What Happened: Nearly 200 arrests were made by the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) amid violent protests and a newly imposed curfew.

👥 Who’s Involved: Mayor Karen Bass (D), LAPD, LAPD Chief Jim McDonnell, California National Guard, President Donald J. Trump, and pro-illegal immigrant rioters.

📍 Where & When: Downtown Los Angeles; curfew in effect from 8 PM to 6 AM, with arrests occurring Tuesday night.

💬 Key Quote: LAPD Chief Jim McDonnell: “If you are in the curfew zone during the restricted hours without a legal exemption, you will be arrested. If you assault an officer in any fashion, you will be arrested.”

⚠️ Impact: 197 arrests, deployment of National Guard troops, significant property damage, and tightened security measures in preparation for the World Cup.

IN FULL:

The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) arrested 197 individuals Tuesday night after declaring an unlawful assembly in downtown Los Angeles, following days of escalating disorderly protests and rioting. The arrests occurred after multiple dispersal orders were issued, which many demonstrators ignored, according to the LAPD.

Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass (D) announced a curfew covering a one-square-mile area of downtown Los Angeles, effective from 8 PM to 6 AM. Exceptions include residents, those traveling to or from work, and credentialed members of the press. The curfew is expected to remain in place for several days.

Bass attributed the unrest to “bad actors who are taking advantage of the President’s chaotic escalation,” in a statement posted on X. California Democrats regard President Donald J. Trump’s attempts to enforce federal immigration law against illegal aliens in the state as provocative.

Bass urged non-residents to avoid the area and warned that violators of the curfew would face arrest and prosecution. Bass also highlighted concerns over the city’s readiness for the World Cup, citing extensive graffiti and damage to businesses.

LAPD Chief Jim McDonnell confirmed that 130 arrests were made near Commercial Street and Alameda, with an additional 67 arrests after demonstrators blocked the 101 Freeway. Charges ranged from failure to disperse and looting to an attempted murder involving a Molotov cocktail.

“Let me be clear that this behavior of blocking freeways, city streets, and on-ramps, refusing to comply with lawful dispersal orders, and interfering with public safety operations is dangerous… and won’t be tolerated,” McDonnell stated.

The protests and riots have resulted in widespread property damage, including the destruction of 23 businesses and the torching of multiple vehicles. In response, President Trump has deployed approximately 2,100 California National Guard troops to Los Angeles, Paramount, and Compton. The America First leader has also ordered 700 U.S. Marines to help the National Guard protect federal property and personnel.

Union Linked to Migrant Riots Employs Convicted Pedophile in Leadership Position.

PULSE POINTS:

What Happened: SEIU Local 87, a chapter of a pro-Democrat labor union linked to pro-illegal immigrant protests and riots in California, hired Noelia Linares, an admitted sex offender, for a leadership role after she served jail time for child sexual abuse.

👥 Who’s Involved: Noelia Linares, SEIU Local 87, and American Accountability Foundation President Tom Jones.

📍 Where & When: San Francisco, California; Linares was hired in October 2022 after her conviction in 2018.

💬 Key Quote: “The SEIU’s decision to hire a sex offender to leadership shows just how extreme the union has become,” said AAF President Tom Jones.

⚠️ Impact: The hiring has raised questions about the union’s priorities and sparked criticism of its leadership and values.

IN FULL:

A San Francisco chapter of the Service Employees International Union (SEIU), a labor group known for its support of Democratic campaigns which helped spark ongoing pro-illegal immigrant protests and riots in California, has come under fire after hiring a convicted sex offender to a leadership position. Noelia Linares, who now serves as a business agent at SEIU Local 87, pleaded “no contest” in 2018 to charges of child sexual abuse.

Linares’ legal troubles stem from a 2017 arrest at South San Francisco High School, where she worked as a teaching assistant for bilingual students. Authorities charged her with multiple crimes, including unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor and showing pornography to minors. Court records reveal that Linares ultimately pleaded “no contest” to two charges—sexual penetration by a foreign object and child molesting—while six other charges were dropped. She served one year in jail and completed probation in 2021.

Despite her criminal record, SEIU Local 87 hired Linares in October 2022. As a business agent, she represents the union in collective bargaining and other matters. Public records obtained by the American Accountability Foundation (AAF) confirm the hiring decision.

“The SEIU’s decision to hire a sex offender to leadership shows just how extreme the union has become,” said Tom Jones, President of the AAF. He added that the SEIU is “bankrolling radical left-wing causes and preaching ‘progressive values,’ they protect abusers.”

Linares is listed on California’s sex offender registry, and reports indicate she has been active in union activities, including participating in rallies. SEIU Local 87, which has openly opposed deportation operations and supported sanctuary city policies, has not responded to inquiries about Linares’ employment.

The SEIU, a national labor organization, has long been a significant financial backer of Democratic candidates and causes. Critics argue that Linares’s hiring reflects poorly on the union’s leadership and priorities.

Police Injured as Locals Riot Over Migrants Attempting to Rape Teen Girl.

PULSE POINTS:

What Happened: Seventeen police in the United Kingdom were injured during a second night of protests and riots following the attempted rape of a local girl, allegedly by two teenage migrants.

👥 Who’s Involved: Protestors, the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI), British Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer, two migrant sexual assault suspects, migrant residents of Ballymena.

📍 Where & When: The protests and violence began on June 9 in Ballymena, Northern Ireland, and continued on June 10.

💬 Key Quote: “It’s absolutely vital that the PSNI are given the time they need to investigate the incidents concerned rather than face mindless attacks as they seek to bring peace and order to keep people safe.” — Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer.

⚠️ Impact: Tensions between migrants and locals are increasing throughout the United Kingdom and European Union (EU), as the former account for a disproportionate share of sexual and violent crime.

IN FULL:

A total of 17 police were injured after protestors attacked officers while demonstrating against mass migration following the attmepted rape of a local girl, allegedly by two migrant teenagers. Locals in Ballymena, a town in Northern Ireland—which is part of the United Kingdom—have been protesting and rioting for days, with some targeting police and the homes of migrants in the town.

Overall, 32 people have been arrested in connection with he violence, five of them on the evening of June 10. The protests began on Monday, June 9, following the arrest of the two 14-year-old Romanian-speaking migrants, and were organized just hours before they appeared in court.

Riot officers from the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) were deployed to the town and were attacked with bricks, rocks, petrol bombs, and fireworks. In response, the PSNI deployed water cannons on the protestors. Several cars were also set ablaze, and windows of homes, allegedly belonging to migrants, were vandalized. So far, only one man, aged 29, has been charged with rioting, attempted criminal damage, and disorderly behaviour.

British Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer condemned the violence, saying, “It’s absolutely vital that the PSNI are given the time they need to investigate the incidents concerned rather than face mindless attacks as they seek to bring peace and order to keep people safe.”

UFC star Conor McGregor, campaigning for the presidency of the independent Republic of Ireland on an anti-migrant crime platform, expressed solidarity with the protestors in Northern Ireland, reposting an X (formerly Twitter) post saying, “Catholics and Protestants stand united in Ballymena tonight and have burned down the houses of migrants who raped a young Irish girl. You touch our kids, our gloves are off.”

The Republic of Ireland has also seen increasing anti-mass migration sentiment, with migrant hotels set on fire.

The anti-mass migration protests in Northern Ireland are just the latest in Europe and come after similar protests and riots in mainland Great Britain last year, after a migration-background teenager, Axel Rudakubana, stabbed three children to death in Southport, England, and wounded several others.

Top LA Official’s Daughters Arrested in Riots, Allegedly Assaulted Police.

PULSE POINTS:

What Happened: The twin daughters of a top Los Angeles city official have been arrested for allegedly assaulting law enforcement during the violent pro-illegal immigration riots in the city.

👥 Who’s Involved: Lucia Aguilar Cole, Antonia Aguilar Cole, Rick Cole, Los Angeles rioters, the Los Angeles County Sheriff, and Los Angeles City Councilwoman Ysabel Jurado.

📍 Where & When: The two women were arrested late Sunday evening and are being held on $50,000 bail.

💬 Key Quote: “I’ve just seen pictures of my two daughters on a curb in downtown Los Angeles in handcuffs,” Rick Cole said. “So I’m going to be figuring out where they are so I can go bail them out.”

⚠️ Impact: The arrest of the two women is illustrative of how radical even well-connected far-left public officials have become, and that the riots may have the tacit approval of Democratic officials.

IN FULL:

The twin daughters of a top Los Angeles city official were taken into custody for allegedly assaulting a law enforcement officer with a deadly weapon during the violent pro-illegal immigrant riots in the city. Lucia Aguilar Cole, the Community Growth and Economic Innovation Deputy for the Los Angeles City Council, along with her twin sister, Antonia Aguilar Cole, both 26, were arrested Sunday night.

Their father is Rick Cole, who currently serves as the Deputy Los Angeles City Controller, is a former Deputy Mayor of Los Angeles, the former Mayor of Pasadena, and sits on the Pasadena City Council.

According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff, the two women were among the protestors throwing rocks from a bridge spanning the 101 Freeway, striking police and vehicles below. At the moment, it is unclear whether the two women are being charged in relation to the rocks hurled at police or for other actions.

“I’ve just seen pictures of my two daughters on a curb in downtown Los Angeles in handcuffs,” Rick Cole told a crowd of demonstrators in Los Angeles on Sunday, adding: “So I’m going to be figuring out where they are so I can go bail them out.”

On Monday, Lucia Aguilar Cole, who uses “they/them” pronouns, was placed on unpaid leave from her role as a staffer with L.A. City Council member Ysabel Jurado. “The allegations are deeply concerning and I take them very seriously,” Councilwoman Jurado said. She added: “While I respect the individual’s right to due process, I hold my team to the highest standards of conduct.”

Jurado herself has drawn controversy for her anti-police statements. During a 2024 campaign event, the far-left city councilwoman responded to a question about abolishing the police, stating: “What’s the rap verse? F**k the police, that’s how I see them.”

Both Lucia and Antonia Aguilar Cole, as of Monday, remained in custody and were being held on $50,000 bail.

👥 Who’s Involved: Elpidio Reyna, a 40-year-old based in Compton; U.S. Attorney Bill Essayli; Attorney General Pam Bondi; FBI; National Guard.

📍 Where & When: Paramount, Los Angeles County, California; June 7-8.

💬 Key Quote: “Elpidio Reyna can run, but he can’t hide… a brazen attack caught on film,” said U.S. Attorney Bill Essayli.

⚠️ Impact: Reyna faces up to eight years in prison if convicted; FBI offers $50,000 reward for information leading to his capture; National Guard and U.S. Marines deployed to address ongoing unrest.

IN FULL:

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has identified Elpidio Reyna, a 40-year-old Compton resident, as the rioter seen on video throwing rocks into the windshields of federal officers’ cars during pro-illegal immigrant riots in Los Angeles, California, over the weekend.

According to U.S. Attorney Bill Essayli, Reyna was recorded hurling rocks at federal vehicles in Paramount, injuring one officer and damaging government property. Despite being identified, Reyna remains at large, with the FBI now offering a $50,000 reward for information leading to his arrest.

“Elpidio Reyna can run, but he can’t hide. He threw rocks at federal officers leaving a command post in Paramount on Saturday, a brazen attack caught on film and that could have resulted in deaths,” Essayli stated in a post on X. Reyna faces charges of assault on a federal officer, which carries a potential prison sentence of up to eight years if convicted.

Attorney General Pam Bondi confirmed that a search warrant was executed at Reyna’s residence and announced that he would soon be added to the FBI’s Most Wanted list. “He has been identified by the great police work by the FBI,” Bondi said, adding, “If you assault a police officer, if you rob a store, if you loot, if you spit on police officers, we’re coming after you.”

The incident is part of broader unrest that erupted following Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) operations in Los Angeles, which targeted illegal aliens convicted of serious offenses, including sex crimes, murder, and weapons charges. In response to escalating violence, President Donald J. Trump authorized the deployment of 2,000 National Guard troops and hundreds of U.S. Marines to Los Angeles.

On Truth Social, Trump warned against disrespect toward law enforcement, stating, “IF THEY SPIT, WE WILL HIT, and I promise you they will be hit harder than they have ever been hit before. Such disrespect will not be tolerated!”

Law enforcement has already made dozens of arrests in Los Angeles and San Francisco, with charges ranging from vandalism to assaulting police officers.

Woman Filmed Distributing Face Shields, Tactical Gear to LA Rioters.

PULSE POINTS:

What Happened: A mystery woman was filmed distributing tactical gear to rioters in Los Angeles, California, during pro-illegal immigrant demonstrations which escalated into riots.

👥 Who’s Involved: The unidentified woman, masked individuals, rioters, law enforcement, President Donald J. Trump, California Governor Gavin Newsom (D).

📍 Where & When: Downtown Los Angeles, amidst four days of unrest in the city.

⚠️ Impact: The distribution of tactical gear to rioters suggests a level of organization in the pro-illegal immigrant riots in California, which have caused widespread destruction and led to disputes between the state and federal government.

IN FULL:

A mystery woman was captured on video handing out tactical gear, including gas masks and riot shields, to rioters in downtown Los Angeles, California, during pro-illegal immigrant demonstrations. The incident occurred near federal buildings as National Guard troops were stationed nearby.

“Bionic Shield” full-face protective gear could be seen being distributed from a pickup truck by the heavyset woman, who appeared to be accompanied by a group of masked agitators. It remains unclear if they are tied to any specific organization as of the time of publication.

Witnesses reported scenes of chaos, with rioters defacing property, burning rubber, and preparing for confrontations with police after U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detained a number of illegal aliens, including a gang member convicted of a mass shooting at a high school graduation party. The riots saw vehicles torched, rocks thrown at law enforcement, and businesses looted.

President Donald J. Trump has deployed the National Guard and U.S. Marines to Los Angeles to protect federal property and personnel, marking a rare instance of federal troops being activated without a governor’s request. California Governor Gavin Newsom condemned the move, calling it an overreach of federal authority and filing a lawsuit against the administration.

Trump Admin: California Democrats Are Engaged in ‘Insurrection.’

PULSE POINTS:

❓ What Happened: White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy Stephen Miller accused California Democrats of engaging in “insurrection” for pressuring President Donald J. Trump to pull U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) from Los Angeles to quell pro-illegal immigrant riots.

👥 Who’s Involved: Stephen Miller, Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass, Governor Gavin Newsom, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and President Donald J. Trump.

📍 Where & When: Comments made on June 10, 2025, in response to events in Los Angeles, California.

💬 Key Quote: “This is the definition of insurrection. LA and CA leadership demand the right to illegally import unlimited foreigners into America, to control America’s entire immigration policy by fiat—and if they are not so permitted they will allow mobs to target ICE with impunity,” Miller said, responding to comments by Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass.

⚠️ Impact: Miller’s comments offer insight into the Trump administration’s evolving stance on the situation in California, with potential for President Trump to invoke the Insurrection Act.

IN FULL:

White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy and Homeland Security Advisor Stephen Miller has accused California Democrats of engaging in a de facto “insurrection” against the federal government, by pressuring President Donald J. Trump to withdraw U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) from Los Angeles to stop violent riots.

Miller was responding to comments by Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass, who insisted that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) raids—which have netted dangerous criminals including pedophiles and a murderer who shot up a high school graduation party—”need to stop.”

“[The raids] should not be happening in our city; it is not warranted, and… the only thing it does is contribute to chaos. This was chaos that was started at Washington, D.C.,” she said, insisting: “On Thursday, the city was peaceful, on Friday, it was not, because of the intervention of the federal government.”

Miller characterized Bass’s remarks as an “explicit” threat, saying she was “effectively saying the mob violence is caused by the mere presence of ICE in the city and the violence against ICE will not stop unless federal law enforcement is withdrawn from the city.”

“This is the definition of insurrection,” Miller said, explaining: “LA and CA leadership demand the right to illegally import unlimited foreigners into America, to control America’s entire immigration policy by fiat—and if they are not so permitted they will allow mobs to target ICE with impunity.”

“Los Angeles and California are demanding the nullification of the election results, of federal law, of national sovereignty, and of the bedrock constitutional command of one national government,” he added.

Governor Gavin Newsom has expressed similar sentiments to Bass, insisting California “didn’t have a problem until Trump got involved.”

Miller has also responded to the Governor, saying his state has become “a criminal sanctuary for millions of illegal alien invaders, cartel killers, foreign terrorists, transnational gangs and insurrectionist mobs.”

After Border Czar Tom Homan warned that anyone obstructing ICE in California, including state politicians, would face federal charges, Newsom dared the Trump official to arrest him. Asked about Newsom’s remarks, President Trump suggested he would arrest the Governor in Homan’s position, and that Newsom would enjoy “the publicity.”

WATCH: Delusional Dem Rep Insists ‘There Was No Violence’ in LA.

PULSE POINTS:

❓ What Happened: Representative Maxine Waters (D-CA) denied there has been any violence in Los Angeles, California, despite riots resulting in injuries and property damage during pro-illegal immigrant demonstrations.

👥 Who’s Involved: Rep. Maxine Waters, the National Guard, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and President Donald J. Trump.

📍 Where & When: Los Angeles, California, in June 2025.

💬 Key Quote: “There was no violence! I was on the street, I know,” Waters insisted.

⚠️ Impact: Waters’s denial further undercuts the Democrats’ credibility on law and order, with social media being flooded with ample evidence of significant violence and disorder.

IN FULL:

Representative Maxine Waters (D-CA) has insisted there has not, in fact, been any violence in Los Angeles, California, despite injuries to law enforcement officers and widespread property destruction across four days of pro-illegal immigrant riots and disorderly protests.

“Nobody was shot, nobody was killed. Get it in your head!” the 86-year-old Democrat declared during a press conference. “Don’t think that, somehow, because they called out the National Guard, there was violence. There was no violence! I was on the street, I know,” she insisted, adding, “So, first of all, get it straight, and don’t just rely on what you’ve been told on the few incidents that you saw.”

Video footage of incidents uploaded to social media include a large rock being thrown into the windshield of a moving police cruiser from a substantial height, and footage of an officer on foot being struck so hard in the head by a rock that his helmet was knocked off. Buildings have been extensively vandalized in several locations, and some business premises looted. A number of vehicles have also been torched, including Google’s self-driving Waymo taxis, with their damaged electric batteries presenting a toxic threat.

Waters has been present on the streets during the protests, at one point baiting and heckling National Guard troops deployed by President Donald J. Trump to protect U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) personnel from rioters.

“What are you all going to do? Are you going to shoot some kids?” she demands in a recording of the incident. “Are you going to shoot an elected official? If you shoot me, you better shoot straight.”
