What We Know About Austin Mass Shooter Ndiaga Diagne.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: Authorities are investigating a mass shooting at Buford’s Backyard Beer Garden in Austin, Texas, which left three people dead and more than a dozen injured.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: The gunman, identified as 53-year-old Ndiaga Diagne, was shot and killed by police. Victims include Savitha Shan, Ryder Harrington, and Jorge Pedersen.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The shooting occurred early Sunday at a crowded bar in Austin’s busy nightlife district.

💬KEY QUOTE: “Any declarations on what led to that motive would be premature, right? We want to make sure we have our facts 100 percent correct.” – Alex Doran, FBI Special Agent

🎯IMPACT: Investigators are treating the incident as a potential act of terrorism.

IN FULL

Law enforcement has released new information about the perpetrator of Sunday’s mass shooting at Buford’s Backyard Beer Garden in Austin, Texas. Ndiaga Diagne, a 53-year-old naturalized immigrant originally from Senegal, has been officially confirmed as the gunman. Notably, while law enforcement still has not stated that the shooting was an act of terrorism, photos of Diagne’s corpse that have circulated on social media reveal he was wearing a “Property of Allah” hooded sweatshirt and an Iranian flag t-shirt underneath.

The attack left three people dead—Savitha Shan, 21, Ryder Harrington, 19, and Jorge Pedersen, 30—and injured over a dozen others. Meanwhile, Austin Police Chief Lisa Davis confirmed that Diagne legally acquired the firearms used in the attack in San Antonio several years ago.

Authorities also acknowledged they are now investigating the shooting as a possible act of terrorism, but Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Special Agent Alex Doran claims that it is too early to determine a motive. “Any declarations on what led to that motive would be premature, right? We want to make sure we have our facts 100 percent correct,” he stated.

After Diagne opened fire early Sunday morning, officers responded to reports of the shooting in just 57 seconds, confronting the gunman, who was armed with both a handgun and a rifle. Law enforcement engaged and killed Diagne at the scene.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has confirmed that Diagne entered the United States on March 13, 2002, on a B-2 tourist visa. He became a lawful permanent resident in 2006 after marrying an American citizen and was naturalized in April of 2013.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The attack occurred on Bridge Road in the Pakistani-Muslim majority Alum Rock area of Birmingham on March 3, around 12:06 PM.

💬KEY QUOTE: “We understand how deeply distressing and concerning this incident is and we will have extra officers in the area to offer reassurance to the community,” said Detective Superintendent James Munro.

🎯IMPACT: The incident has left people shaken, with heightened police presence and appeals for information.

IN FULL

Authorities and medical teams arrived at the scene of a knife attack on Bridge Road in the Alum Rock neighborhood of Birmingham, England, on Tuesday morning. The attack occurred close to a primary (elementary) school and a church in the area, where Pakistani Muslims are the majority and white people are less than ten percent of the population and occasionally targeted with threatening graffiti. Police have detained a 32-year-old male suspect.

Eyewitness accounts suggest that a bystander tried to stop the assault by driving a vehicle into the perpetrator while he “repeatedly stabbed at his victim.” One injured person was observed on the ground in the road while police administered CPR.

After the assault, the alleged attacker escaped into a nearby apartment building. Some observers reported hearing sounds of gunfire coming from inside the structure, with footage provided to British media showing police officers with firearms moving into the location.

The West Midlands Police force stated: “We’ve arrested a man after another man was stabbed in Alum Rock this afternoon. Firearms officers were deployed to the incident as part of our response.”

Detective Superintendent James Munro added “We believe this to be a contained incident with a man in custody. We are reviewing CCTV footage and speaking to a number of people in the area.”

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: Abdul Jalloh, charged in the murder of Stephanie Minter in Fairfax County, Virginia, is now confirmed to be an illegal immigrant from Sierra Leone.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Abdul Jalloh, a 32-year-old migrant from Sierra Leone, 41-year-old victim Stephanie Minter, and Democrat state officials, including George Soros-backed prosecutor Steve Descano.

📍WHEN & WHERE: Last Monday night at a bus stop in Fairfax County, Virginia.

💬KEY QUOTE: “We are calling on Virginia Governor Abigail Spanberger and Virginia’s sanctuary politicians to commit to not releasing this murderer and violent career criminal from their jail without notifying ICE.” — DHS Deputy Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis

🎯IMPACT: Laura Birnbaum, the chief of staff for Fairfax County Commonwealth’s Attorney Steve Descano, admitted on Friday that Jalloh was a well-known threat to the public, but the prosecutor’s office never made any serious moves to send him to prison, claiming that they had trouble securing witnesses.

IN FULL

The man now charged with the stabbing murder of Stephanie Minter in Fairfax County, Virginia, is an illegal immigrant from Sierra Leone. Abdul Jalloh, 32, has been charged with the brutal murder of 41-year-old Minter, who was found dead at a bus stop in Fairfax County, Virginia, last Monday night.

Jalloh, who illegally entered the United States in 2012, has an extensive criminal history with over 30 arrests. His charges have included rape, malicious wounding, assault, drug possession, identity theft, and more, but charges against him were frequently dropped by the office of George Soros-backed prosecutor Steve Descano. In 2020, a judge issued a final order of removal against Jalloh, but he was not deported due to limitations on returning him to Sierra Leone.

Laura Birnbaum, the chief of staff for Fairfax County Commonwealth’s Attorney Steve Descano, admitted on Friday that Jalloh was a well-known threat to the public, but the prosecutor’s office never made any serious moves to send him to prison, claiming that they had trouble securing witnesses.

Meanwhile, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is pushing Virginia Governor Abigail Spanberger (D) to ensure that state law enforcement cooperates with federal immigration authorities, especially regarding Jollah. Spanberger recently signed an executive order ending cooperation between local law enforcement and federal immigration officials.

Deputy Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis stated, “We are calling on Virginia Governor Abigail Spanberger and Virginia’s sanctuary politicians to commit to not releasing this murderer and violent career criminal from their jail without notifying ICE.” She added, “This heinous criminal is a perfect example of why we need cooperation from sanctuary jurisdictions and the importance of third-country removals for the safety of the American people.”

Afghan Migrant Jailed for Raping Woman Within Weeks of Arrival.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: An Afghan migrant who arrived in the United Kingdom on a small boat in June 2022 was convicted of raping a vulnerable woman in Southampton, England, the following month.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Musafar Hotak, 25, the victim, and the Southampton Crown Court.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The crime occurred in Southampton in July 2022, with the trial concluding almost four years later.

💬KEY QUOTE: “What happened to me destroyed my life in ways I never thought possible. I didn’t just feel violated, I felt erased,” said Hotak’s victim.

🎯IMPACT: Hotak was sentenced to 10 years in prison, with the Home Office considering deportation. The victim continues to face severe psychological trauma.

IN FULL

Musafar Hotak, a 25-year-old migrant from Afghanistan, has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for the rape and sexual assault of a vulnerable woman in Southampton, England. The attack occurred in July 2022, just one month after Hotak arrived in the United Kingdom on a small boat.

The victim, who had been intoxicated and was asked to leave a local bar, was followed by Hotak. A voicemail recorded on her phone captured her telling him to stop. She later woke up in Hotak’s home, where he assaulted and raped her despite her pleas. DNA evidence confirmed the crime.

During the trial at Southampton Crown Court, the victim shared the devastating impact the attack had on her life. “What happened to me destroyed my life in ways I never thought possible. I didn’t just feel violated, I felt erased,” she said, adding that the trauma led to self-harm and an attempt to take her own life.

Regardless, Judge Gary Lucie sentenced Hotak to a mere 10-year prison term, with an additional four years subject to license conditions following his release. Hotak was also placed on the sex offenders’ register and given an indefinite restraining order to prevent him from contacting the victim.

Britain’s Home Office, roughly equivalent to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, will now consider whether to deport Hotak following his sentence—although many violent criminals and secual predators from countries like Afghanistan are able to overturn deportation orders by appealing against removal on human rights grounds.

THIRTY Now Charged by DOJ in Don Lemon Church Storming Case.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: A superseding indictment was returned in the Don Lemon Minnesota church storming case, resulting in 30 further arrests.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Former CNN host Don Lemon, radical black activist Nekima Levy Armstrong, and other arrestees.

📍WHEN & WHERE: February 27, 2026; St. Paul, Minnesota.

💬KEY QUOTE: “[I] can’t tell you what is going to happen, but you’re going to watch it live unfold here on The Don Lemon Show.” – Don Lemon

🎯IMPACT: Several suspects, including Don Lemon, have been charged with federal offenses related to civil rights violations.

IN FULL

A superseding indictment was handed down on Friday resulting in 30 more individuals—involved in the storming of Cities Church in St. Paul, Minnesota, last month—being arrested and charged with violations of the FACE Act and other federal laws by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ). The National Pulse previously reported that former CNN host Don Lemon, along with radical black activist Nekima Levy Armstrong who organized the violent protest, were charged earlier this month—with both pleading not guilty.

Initially, Twin Cities NBC affiliate KARE 11 has confirmed the existence of the superseding indictment and nine arrests. However, Attorney General Pam Bondi later clarified in a statement posted to X (formerly Twitter) that 30 individuals have been arrested. “Today, [the DOJ] unsealed an indictment charging 30 more people who took part in the attack on Cities Church in Minnesota,” Bondi wrote, adding, “At my direction, federal agents have already arrested 25 of them, with more to come throughout the day.” The suspects are expected to be arraigned in federal court in St. Paul at some point on Friday afternoon.

The arrests stem from a group of anti-ICE agitators—led by Levy Armstrong and accompanied and allegedly aided by Lemon—who stormed a worship service at Cities Church on January 18, 2026. A pastor at the church was the target of the demonstration, with protestors asserting the man worked for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). In his livestream prior to the storming, Lemon referred to the operation as “secret” and stated, “[I] can’t tell you what is going to happen, but you’re going to watch it live unfold here on the Don Lemon Show.”

During the storming, the anti-ICE agitators can be seen on video blocking aisles and menacing parishioners. The public fallout from the incident even drove Governor Tim Walz (D-MN) to distance himself from the protestors, with his office stating at the time, “The Governor has repeatedly and unequivocally urged protesters to do so peacefully. While people have a right to speak out, he in no way supports interrupting a place of worship.”

Woman Stabbed to Death Near George Washington’s Mount Vernon Home, Suspect ‘Abdul Jalloh’ Had LONG Arrest Record, Set Free by Soros-Backed DA.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: A woman was found stabbed to death at a bus stop on Richmond Highway; the suspect, Abdul Jollah, has an extensive criminal record, but has frequently had charges against him dropped by George Soros-backed prosecutors.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Victim Stephanie Minter, suspect Abdul Jalloh, Democrat prosecutor Steve Descano, and liberal plutocrat George Soros.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The murder occurred on Monday evening near George Washington’s Mount Vernon home.

💬KEY QUOTE: “It’s like a tragedy. It’s a public area. There’s kids around here.” – Local witness

🎯IMPACT: The community is on edge, and detectives continue to investigate.

IN FULL

Homeless 32-year-old Abdul Jalloh has been charged with murder in the fatal, seemingly random stabbing of 41-year-old Stephanie Minter at a bus stop along Richmond Highway in Fairfax County, Virginia. Jalloh was apprehended after an employee at a nearby store recognized him from law enforcement notifications and alerted officials, leading to his initial detention for a separate theft offense.

Jalloh has a long record of criminal activity, including several instances of assault, theft, and a serious felony charge for malicious wounding from 2025. However, prosecutors have repeatedly dropped or failed to pursue charges against him in prior cases, leaving him free despite the evident danger he presented to the public.

The Fairfax County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office is led by “rogue prosecutor” Steve Descano, a Democrat whose rise to office was funded in large part by groups bankrolled by liberal plutocrat George Soros, along with many other leftist prosecutors.

Descano previously dropped charges against violent career criminal Gerald Brevard III, who was facing decades in prison, in 2021, leaving him at liberty to carry out a deadly shooting spree less than a year later. His office is also accused of pressuring the victim of a 39-year-old pedophile, Ryan Duarte, into helping get him a plea deal, in a traumatizing process that included forcing her to recount her abuse “with Duarte sitting only a foot away” from her.

Churchill Statue Vandalized with ‘Free Palestine,’ ‘Zionist War Criminal’ Graffiti.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: A statue of Sir Winston Churchill in Parliament Square was defaced with graffiti branding him a “Zionist war criminal” alongside other phrases such as “Globalise the Intifada!” and “Free Palestine”.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: A 38-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of racially aggravated criminal damage. The Dutch group Free the Filton 24 claimed responsibility for the act.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The incident occurred in the early hours of Friday, February 27, at Parliament Square in Westminster, central London.

💬KEY QUOTE: “This is a disgraceful desecration of the statue of Britain’s greatest wartime leader,” said Zia Yusuf, for Nigel Farage’s Reform Party.

🎯IMPACT: The statue’s vandalization, seemingly by a foreign national, underlines the growing disregard for Britain’s heritage in its increasingly hyper-diverse capital city.

IN FULL

Early on Friday morning, the statue of wartime Prime Minister Sir Winston Churchill in London’s Parliament Square was vandalized with graffiti phrases including “Zionist War Criminal”, “Globalise the Intifada”, and “Free Palestine.” The Metropolitan Police arrested a 38-year-old man on suspicion of racially aggravated criminal damage shortly after the incident was reported at 4:00 AM.

Officers arrived at the scene within two minutes. The statue was subsequently cordoned off and cleaned later that morning. A Dutch group called Free the Filton 24 claimed responsibility, posting a video on Instagram that appeared to show a man identified as Olax Outis defacing the statue.

This is not the first time the wartime prime minister’s statue has been targeted. During the Black Lives Matter disorder in 2020, it was regularly vandalized by agitators, often with accusations of racism. Other statues in Parliament Square were also targeted, including one depicting Abraham Lincoln.

The 12-foot monument, created by Ivor Roberts-Jones and unveiled in 1973 by Lady Churchill, is one of 12 statues in Parliament Square. It commemorates Churchill’s leadership during World War II and serves as a symbol of British history and values—which are being treated with increasing disregard in London, a hyper-diverse city where only an estimated 36.8 percent of the population is White British.

Hillary Dodges Epstein Questions, Points to Musk Email About ‘Wild’ Island Party.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: Hillary Clinton testified in a closed-door session regarding her connections to deceased pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, during which she accused Republicans of shielding President Donald J. Trump and referenced Elon Musk’s past email exchanges with Epstein.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Hillary Clinton, Jeffrey Epstein, Elon Musk, House Oversight Committee members, and Representative Lauren Boebert (R-CO).

📍WHEN & WHERE: February 26, 2026, at the Chappaqua Performing Arts Center in Westchester County, New York.

💬KEY QUOTE: “You have compelled me to testify, fully aware that I have no knowledge that would assist your investigation, in order to distract attention from President Trump’s actions and to cover them up despite legitimate calls for answers.” – Hillary Clinton

🎯IMPACT: Clinton’s testimony reignited scrutiny over Jeffrey Epstein’s connections to powerful figures, including allegations involving Donald Trump and Elon Musk, while raising questions about the committee’s investigative priorities.

IN FULL

Hillary Clinton appeared before the House Oversight Committee on Thursday to testify about her connections to Jeffrey Epstein. The closed-door session, held at the Chappaqua Performing Arts Center near her home in New York, saw Clinton repeatedly denying she had ever met Epstein, who supported the Clinton Foundation and lent it the use of his private jet, in person, while attempting to deflect allegations on others.

During the closed-door deposition, the former First Lady and wife of Epstein associate Bill Clinton, attempted to derail the questioning by pointing to an email exchange from 2012 in which Elon Musk asked Epstein about when to attend the “wildest party” on his private island. The National Pulse previously reported that in a November 25, 2012, email, Musk replied to a question from Epstein about how many people he planned to bring to the island, writing: “Probably just Talulah and me. What day/night will be the wildest party on =our [sic] island?” At that time, Musk was married to British actress Talulah Riley.

In a 2019 interview, Musk described Epstein as “obviously a creep” and said he repeatedly declined invitations to visit Epstein’s properties. However, the recently released Department of Justice (DOJ) files revealed cordial exchanges between the two men, including references to a potential SpaceX tour.

Clinton also accused Republicans of using the investigation to shield President J. Donald Trump, stating, “You have compelled me to testify, fully aware that I have no knowledge that would assist your investigation, in order to distract attention from President Trump’s actions and to cover them up despite legitimate calls for answers.”

Notably, the session was briefly disrupted when Representative Lauren Boebert (R-CO) took a photograph of Clinton, which was subsequently leaked online. Attorneys for Clinton demanded that the proceedings be halted, but the deposition resumed within an hour.

The Clintons initially resisted the subpoena to testify but agreed after being threatened with contempt charges. The committee, led by Republican lawmakers, has indicated it will release deposition videos and transcripts following legal review. Bill Clinton is expected to testify on Friday, with flight logs and photographs linking him to Epstein’s travels and multiple events.

💬KEY QUOTE: “Our thoughts and prayers remain with the victim’s family, friends, and all those impacted by this tragic act of violence.” – Pawtucket Mayor Donald Grebien

🎯IMPACT: The National Pulse previously reported that Robert Dorgan had a history of family conflicts tied to his gender identity.

IN FULL

Gerald “Gerry” Dorgan, 75, has died after being critically injured in a mass shooting at the Dennis M. Lynch Arena in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. The shooting, carried out by his transgender ex-son-in-law, Robert Dorgan, targeted Gerald’s family members during a youth hockey game on February 16, 2026.

The attack also claimed the lives of Gerald’s daughter, Rhonda Dorgan, 52, and grandson, Aidan Dorgan, 23. Two others, Linda Dorgan—Gerald’s wife—and Thomas Geruso remain hospitalized in serious but stable condition. Robert Dorgan, a male-to-female transgender who also went by the names Roberta Esposito and Roberta Dorgano, was reportedly targeting his family and died by suicide after being subdued by bystanders.

Pawtucket Mayor Donald Grebien (D) expressed his condolences, saying, “Our thoughts and prayers remain with the victim’s family, friends, and all those impacted by this tragic act of violence.” Police confirmed the motive stemmed from a family dispute. The National Pulse previously reported that Robert Dorgan had a history of family conflicts tied to his gender identity. In 2020, he reported to North Providence police that he had undergone gender reassignment surgery, after which Gerald Dorgan demanded he leave the family home and used a derogatory term for transgenders. According to his daughter, Amanda Wallace-Hubbard, Robert Dorgan had a “vendetta” against his family.

Bystanders, including Michael Black, played a critical role in stopping the shooter. Black managed to jam the gun’s chamber with his hand and tackled Dorgan with assistance from others. Despite their efforts, Dorgan retrieved a second firearm and took his own life.
