Timothy Pearson Eric Adams

Eric Adams Aide Hit With 2nd Sexual Harassment, Discrimination Suit.

Timothy Pearson, a top aide to New York City Mayor Eric Adams, has been accused of sexual harassment, discrimination, and retaliation in a second lawsuit filed against him on Wednesday. The legal action marks the latest controversy facing either Adams himself or a close associate.

A former New York Police Department (NYPD) inspector, Pearson, is alleged to have engaged in retaliation and discrimination against retired NYPD sergeant Michael Ferrari while the latter worked in the Mayor‘s Office of Municipal Services Assessment. Ferrari claims he was forced into early retirement and lost $2 million in salary and pension benefits due to demotion, which he alleges happened after he raised concerns about Pearson’s behavior.

HARASSMENT AND CORRUPTION.

The lawsuit — filed in the New York Supreme Court in Manhattan — follows an initial claim lodged by retired NYPD sergeant Roxanne Ludemann accusing Pearson of harassment and retaliation after she rejected his inappropriate advances last March. Ferrari does not allege receiving personal advances from Pearson but insists he witnessed his untoward conduct towards female colleagues.

According to Ferrari’s lawsuit, he was appointed by a superior to supervise Pearson’s interaction with female colleagues. His complaint points to a pervasive “hostile work environment” impacting all team members, irrespective of gender. The lawsuit also refers to Pearson’s alleged commentary regarding city contracts — particularly the discontinuation of an illegal immigrant shelter due to flooding — which, it asserts, expressed his intent to exploit such situations financially.

MAYOR ADAMS UNDER SCRUTINY.

Pearson isn’t the only New York City official accused of sexual crimes and public corruption. Mayor Eric Adams himself was accused of committing sexual assault last November. The alleged incident took place in 1993.

Adams is also the subject of two additional probes involving campaign finance schemes. The FBI is investigating his 2021 mayoral campaign over foreign donations. Meanwhile, the Democrat mayor has also been tied to a straw-donor scheme by supports hoping to gain lucrative city contracts.

Kenol Baptiste

Haitian Double Murderer Allowed into U.S. Via Biden’s CBP App.

In New York, a Haitian national, Kenol Baptiste, now faces charges for the murder of two individuals following his entry into the United States via parole, facilitated through the Biden regime’s CBP One application. The application, initially developed under the Trump administration, was massively expanded under the Biden government, allowing the regime to fast-track the parole process and allow up to 1,450 migrants per day to arrange entry processing.

Baptiste, who was arrested on April 1 in Middletown, NY, is accused of second-degree murder, first-degree manslaughter, and fourth-degree criminal weapon possession. The victims succumbed to multiple stab wounds. Baptiste was apprehended in a nearby woodland region by the police’s K9 team and subsequently detained at Orange County Jail.

Baptiste was documented to have arrived in the U.S. in July 2023 via the Paso Del Norte port of entry in El Paso, Texas. He scheduled his port entry using the CBP One app, was paroled into the U.S., and was given notice to appear in immigration court. ICE has since issued a detainer for Baptiste, requesting that he be transferred to ICE custody upon his release from jail.

Republicans have criticized the expanded use of the app, which since 2023 has enabled over 547,000 individuals to schedule appointments. Critics describe it as a ‘concierge service’ for illegal aliens. The application is not solely restricted to ports of entry but also permits up to 30,000 migrants from countries including Haiti, Cuba, Nicaragua, and Venezuela to arrive in the US directly, once parole approval is granted. Most of the illegals flown directly into the country by the Biden regime have gained entry via the app.

Last month, another Haitian illegal who entered the country under Biden’s parole program was charged with raping a 15-year-old girl in Massachusetts.

Disney Cruise Crew Arrested for Child Porn.

A Disney Cruise Line crew member, Tirso Neri, has been arrested by U.S. Border Control and Homeland Security agents under allegations of child pornography possession. Neri, 44, from the Philippines, is the third person from the Disney-owned company to face such charges this year.

The arrest was carried out following the discovery of explicit content, encompassing both photos and videos, depicting children as young as nine on his phone. The content was found by agents who examined his cabin when his ship, the Disney Dream, arrived at Port Everglades in Florida from the Bahamas.

Neri’s arrest follows an investigation that started in late December. Neri’s device held a folder bearing a minor’s name, including several explicit images and videos of her, along with a picture of her Philippines passport.

More videos were found showing a boy between 10-12 years old engaging in sexual acts with a girl aged 12-14, and another showing a naked young girl next to a man.

Neri is currently facing charges of child pornography possession and transportation at Broward Main Jail.

Disney Cruise Line has stated they no longer employ Neri.

Earlier this year, Alvin Gonzales, 49, and Amiel Trazo, 28, also from the Philippines and former Disney Dream employees, were arrested on similar charges. Dozens of Disney employees have been charged with child sex offenses in recent years.

Hasan Piker

Far Left YouTuber Tells 1.6M People to Shoot GOP Senator.

Far-left YouTube personality Hasan Piker appears to be encouraging his social media followers to shoot Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR). In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Piker — who is also known as ‘HasanAbi’ — responded to calls by Cotton for the average American to stand up to pro-Hamas demonstrators who block bridges and road traffic with an image of an improvised gun which at least 1.6 million people have viewed.

Threatening a Member of Congress is considered a felony under federal law. Offenders are often charged under 18 U.S. Code § 875 (c), which states: “Whoever transmits in interstate or foreign commerce any communication containing any threat to kidnap any person or any threat to injure the person of another, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.”

Piker, a Turkish-American, has a history of engaging in radical politics and making threats against those he deems his political enemies. The former producer for the progressive internet show The Young TurksPiker attacked Rep. Dan Crenshaw (R-TX) — who lost an eye while serving in Afghanistan — during a Twitch stream in 2019.

“What the fuck is wrong with this dude? Didn’t he go to war and like literally lose his eye because some mujahideen, a brave fucking soldier fucked his eye hole with their dick?” Piker ranted to his viewers. He followed up his comments on Crenshaw, declaring: “America deserved 9/11.”

Despite being a self-described ‘leftist’ and ‘democratic socialist,’ Piker has lived a life of comfort and luxury. His lucrative social media enterprises on YouTube and Twitch have bolstered his family’s wealth, allowing Piker to purchase a $2.7 million mansion in West Hollywood, California, in 2021. Piker is the nephew of the founder of The Young Turks show and radical progressive activist Cenk Uygur.

Trump Visits Harlem, Crowd Chants ‘Four More Years!’

On Tuesday, former President Donald Trump stepped away from his criminal trial to visit Hamilton Heights bodega worker Jose Alba. Alba had been charged with murder after defending himself against Austin Simon, an ex-convict who jumped the counter in his store back in July 2022. The charges were brought by Alvin Bragg, the Democrat district attorney currently prosecuting Trump in Manhattan.

During his visit to the bodega, Trump was greeted with enthusiastic support. Crowds sang The Star-Spangled Banner and chanted “four more years!” Trump promised them that a new administration was “going to be saving America” after the presidential elections in November.

Alba’s aborted prosecution, which earned public backlash after security footage indicated he acted in self-defense, has given weight to Trump’s campaigning against the Democrats’ harsh attitude towards the law-abiding and leniency towards lawbreakers.

“There’s no crime,” Trump said of Bragg’s case against him. “You know where the crime is? In the bodegas where they come and rob them every week. Alvin Bragg does nothing. He goes after guys like Trump who did nothing wrong,”

During his visit, Trump expressed his fondness for New York City and said his campaign would be “making a big play” for its traditionally Democrat-voting state in November.

“I love this city, and it’s gone so bad in the last three years, four years, and we’re going to straighten New York out,” he promised.

Adam Hetke

Man Claiming To Be Transgender ‘Vampire’ Convicted of Sexual Assault.

Adam Hetke, a transgender sex offender also known as Sabrina and a slew of other aliases, faces another conviction after a Wisconsin jury found him guilty of two counts of sexual assault. A biological male, the self-described transgender female ‘vampire’ was found to be mentally fit to stand trial earlier this month.

According to prosecutors, last July, the 35-year-old Hetke followed a mentally disabled 16-year-old girl home from a gas station before sexually assaulting her. Upon his arrest, he was charged with first-degree sexual assault by threatening the use of a dangerous weapon and second-degree sexual assault of a mentally ill victim.

Hetke, who was released from prison for other sex crimes just a year prior, committed the assault while also under investigation for the alleged murder of Vydale Thompson-Moody, a 28-year-old man also with a mental disability. The registered sex offender is accused of strangling Thompson-Moody with an electrical cord.

A tentative homicide charge against Hetke was filed in Milwaukee in 2021, although the homicide investigation was considered to be ongoing. This resulted in the sex offender being released from custody. According to his roommates, Hetke confessed to the murder of Thompson and claimed to police he was “possessed by a demon.”

Since his most recent conviction, Hetke now faces a first-degree murder charge for the death of Thompson. The trial is slated to begin in June.

Patrice Runner

‘Psychic’ Canadian Conned 1.3M Americans Out Of $175,000,000.

Patrice Runner, a Canadian fraudster, was sentenced on Monday to 10 years in prison for defrauding over $175 million from an estimated 1.3 million Americans. For two decades, Runner posed as a ‘psychic’ who would promise financial success and personal happiness if his marks sent him money through the mail.

“Patrice Runner’s extravagant lifestyle, borne on the backs of millions of older and vulnerable Americans, has come to an end,”  U.S. postal inspector Chris Nielsen said. Responding to the 10-year sentence handed down in the Eastern District of New York, Nielsen said he believed it to be an “appropriate punishment.”

An American jury convicted Runner last June of 14 counts, including conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud. The jury also found the conman guilty of eight additional counts of mail fraud, four counts of wire fraud, and conspiracy to commit money laundering.

In his scheme, the conman would fraudulently pose as famous psychics Maria Duval and Patrick Guerin. Letters sent to his targets would claim they could “achieve great wealth and happiness with the psychic’s assistance, in exchange for payment of a fee.” The Department of Justice (DOJ) said Runner and his co-conspirators sent tens of thousands of such letters weekly.

The DOJ said in a press release announcing the sentencing decision that “some victims made dozens of payments in response to the fraudulent letters, losing thousands of dollars.”

United States government officials had Runner — who possesses both Canadian and French citizenship — extradited after his arrest in Ibiza, Spain, in 2020. Addressing the charges, the Runner claimed he did nothing illegal. “Maybe it’s not moral, maybe it’s bullshit,” he said, adding: “But it doesn’t mean it’s fraud.”

Atlantic City Mayor Marty Small

Dem Mayor Charged With Abusing Teen Daughter.

Atlantic City Mayor Marty Small (D) and his wife, La’Quetta Small, have been charged with child endangerment, assault, and making terroristic threats. On Monday, the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office reported the couple stands accused of physically and emotionally abusing their teenage daughter. Prosecutors allege the incidents occurred between December 2023 and January 2024.

The prominent New Jersey Democrat allegedly beat his daughter with a broom to the point of rendering her unconscious. He is additionally accused of inflicting bruising through repeated punches and threatening to throw her down a staircase. La’Quetta Small — the city’s superintendent of schools — has been accused of striking her daughter with a belt and dragging her by her hair.

“PRIVATE FAMILY ISSUE.”

During a news conference earlier this month, Small claimed the police search was related to a “private family issue.” The Democrat mayor downplayed any criminal concerns. He told the press, “if I wasn’t Mayor Marty Small or she [his wife] wasn’t the superintendent, you wouldn’t hear of this.”

“There’s no corruption. We don’t have Atlantic City Housing Authority money in our house,” Mayor Small said during the press conference, apparently attempting to deflect from rumors the police search involved accusations of child abuse. He continued: “We don’t have city of Atlantic City money in our house. I didn’t steal anything. My wife didn’t bring Atlantic City Board of Education money to our house, as alleged.”

ACCUSATIONS OF ELECTION FRAUD.

Small was appointed mayor in 2019 after former Mayor Frank Gilliam resigned. Gilliam had pleaded guilty to wire fraud in a scheme to steal $86,000 from a youth basketball team. Small was charged with election fraud in 2006 and 2011; however, the charges were eventually dropped in both instances.

National Guard at Border

Illegal Escapes Across Border Into Mexico After Stabbing 2 People and Being Shot by National Guard.

A National Guardsman from Indiana shot an illegal immigrant who stabbed two individuals on the U.S. side of the border in El Paso, Texas, on Sunday. Both stabbing victims were treated for non-life-threatening injuries. The illegal immigrant was able to escape across the U.S. southern border, making it back into Mexico before he was apprehended.

Border Patrol announced the incident through a memo stating: “On April 14, 2024, at approximately 13:10 hours, [Border Patrol] was notified by Army Personnel that a migrant was seen stabbing another migrant south of the C-wire, by the river’s edge.”

“According to Army Personnel and DPS Trooper, a National Guardsman shot a subject, who subsequently went back south to Mexico. TX Department of Public Safety Trooper (TX DPS) was contacted, and EMS was contacted. As per agents, two subjects (suspected UNCs) sustained non-life threatening injuries,” the memo continued.

Responding to the incident, the Indiana National Guard said in a statement, “The Indiana National Guard is aware of the incident that happened Sunday, April 14. We support and care for our soldiers and airmen who are supporting Operation Lone Star.”

The rise of violence at the border appears to be a growing trend amidst inadequate security measures under the Biden regime. Last month, another border incident culminated in illegal immigrants instigating a riot, assaulting Border Patrol officers, and demolishing a border barrier.

Additionally, the lack of border enforcement by the Biden government has allowed criminal activity to thrive. The National Pulse has extensively covered the increasing encounters Border Patrol has had with alleged pedophiles, human traffickers, drug smugglers, gang members, and murders attempting to cross the border into the United States.

‘Rust’ Armorer Gets 18 Months in Prison, Alec Baldwin’s Trial Approaches.

Hannah Guttierez-Reed, the head armorer on the set of the Alec Baldwin film Rust, was sentenced on Monday to 18 months in prison for the 2021 fatal on-set shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins by Alec Baldwin. Gutierrez-Reed was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in March.

However, Guttierez-Reed may not be the only individual who faces a jail sentence over Hutchins’s death. Baldwin, who was the star of the film and its co-producer, was indicted — for a second time — for involuntary manslaughter by a grand jury in January. His trial is set for July 10.

Baldwin stands accused of killing Hutchins either through negligence or “total disregard or indifference” for safety on set. Gutierrez-Reed’s attorney argued that the armorer was being set up as a scapegoat and that Baldwin was truly responsible for Hutchins’s death.

“It was not in the script for Mr Baldwin to point the weapon,” defense attorney Jason Bowles said during trial. “She didn’t know that Mr. Baldwin was going to do what he did.”
