NYPD Chief of Patrol John Chell says tackling the city’s migrant crime crisis has been a learning curve. Appearing on Fox News on Wednesday, the New York City police official noted the city has struggled with the intake of over 200,000 migrants in the last two years. Chell emphasized that while the majority of illegalmigrants are seeking economic opportunity and advancement, a significant portion are engaging in criminal activities, including robberies and assaults on officers.
During the interview, Fox News host Lawrence Jones asked about the task of policing communities where the backgrounds of individuals are unknown. “How difficult has it been when you’re having to police communities now where you don’t know their records?” he asked, adding: “You have no clue where they came from. Although the majority of them are law-abiding citizens, that small factor that [is] on mopeds, causing problems for you, how hard is it?”
“It’s new for us. It’s difficult because we don’t know who you are. So, we’re kind of learning as we go. Every arrest we make we don’t say, is he a migrant? But the big events, we see it,” Chell responded before continuing: ” I’ll give you a staggering stat: crimes committed on mopeds, fleeing on mopeds [have] increased about 200 percent in the last two years. It’s tremendous for us. We’ve never dealt with it.”
In addition to robberies, these illegalmigrants have perpetrated shootings and assaults on law enforcement personnel, with recent incidents occurring in high-profile locations such as Times Square. Chell claimed, however, that the officers are adapting to these new challenges and have removed approximately 41,000 mopeds from the streets, targeting gang members involved in these crimes.
The National Pulse reported that the use of mopeds by illegalmigrants serving as delivery couriers has been a growing concern in several U.S. cities. Almost all of these new couriers hail from Central and South America and lack legal work permits. Additionally, many lack driver’s licenses, as well as vehicle and liability insurance—meaning they’re operating on the streets in contravention of the law.

Rachel Morin was allegedly raped and killed by Victor Antonio Martinez Hernandez—a 23-year-old illegalimmigrant from El Salvador—along a Maryland hiking trail near her home last summer. Police have reported that Martinez Hernandez was apprehended in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
The El Salvadoran national entered the U.S. illegally four times beginning in January 2023. He evaded capture by federal authorities on his last crossing, which is believed to have occurred after February 2023. Martinez Hernandez allegedly murdered another woman in El Salvador just days prior to his first attempt to enter the United States in January 2023. He was connected to Morin’s murder by DNA evidence collected from a Los Angeles, California, home invasion in mid-2023, where a mother and her 9-year-old daughter were brutally assaulted by a man matching the illegal immigrant’s description.

Newly released U.S. Immigration and Customs Service (USCIS) data reveals nearly 80,000 Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) illegals had arrest records within the program’s first five years. Most of these so-called “Dreamers” were aged 19 to 22 at the time of arrest.
Joe Biden recently announced expanded deportation protections and job opportunities for DACA recipients on the 12th anniversary of the program instituted under the Obama-Biden administration. Critics argue that the program’s leniency towards illegals brought to the U.S. as minors, even if they have criminal histories, jeopardizes national security and public safety.
From June 2012 to October 2019, USCIS received 888,818 DACA applications and approved 765,166. An astonishing 10.38 percent of approved applications (79,398) had prior arrests. Some recipients had extensive arrest records, including 41 recipients with over ten arrests and 963 with five.
Thousands had convictions for assault, battery, drug crimes, and drunk driving. Illegal alien drivers frequently kill American citizens, including children, as The National Pulse recounts in its regular migrant crime round-ups.
Most DACA requesters with arrest records came from Mexico, El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala, Brazil, and Peru.
Biden is not only expanding deportation protections for DACA recipients. He is also offering protection from deportation and a path to citizenship for as many as half a million illegal alien spouses of U.S. citizens—a policy that will encourage sham marriages, denounced as a shameless attempt to “buy” more minority votes.
Most Americans believe Biden is intentionally “encouraging” illegal immigration to “create a permanent majority” for the Democrats over time.

Two 13-year-olds have been charged with the gang rape of a 12-year-old Jewish girl in a Paris suburb. A third suspect, 12, is charged with anti-Semitic hate speech, violence, and death threats, but not rape, and has been released.
The girl was reportedly approached by the three attackers in a park near her home. They dragged her into a shed and “forced her to have anal and vaginal penetration, fellatio, while uttering death threats and anti-Semitic remarks,” according to police sources.
The gang rape is sending shockwaves through France as the nation prepares for legislative elections.
“The anti-Semitic attack and the rape of a 12-year-old child in Hauts-de-Seine revolt us,” said populist leader Marine Le Pen, whose National Rally party won the European Parliament elections in France this month.
“The explosion of anti-Semitic acts, up 300 percent compared to the first three months of 2023, must alert all French people: the stigmatization of Jews for months by the far left through the instrumentalization of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict is a real threat to civil peace,” she continued.
“Everyone should be fully aware of this on June 30 and July 7,” she added in reference to the dates of the snap election, called by President Emmanuel Macron in response to her European election win.
The French press has not disclosed the names, national origin, ethnicity, or religion of the suspects.

Climate extremists from the Just Stop Oil group have vandalized England’s Stonehenge monument with orange paint, claiming the act of desecration “builds on the legacy” of the ancient Britons who erected the stone circle.
The extremist group is using the criminal act to fundraise towards a £150,000 (~$191,000) target. The funds will go towards digital communications, media teams, safehouses, and legal defenses, among other things.
Just Stop Oil activists previously vandalized a display case containing an original copy of the Magna Carta in May, among many similar stunts. They sometimes block traffic, even preventing ambulances rushing to “life and death” emergencies from moving.
Taxpayer-funded technocrats such as United Nations (UN) Secretary-General Antonio Guterres are indirectly encouraging climate extremists, fearmongering that “climate change is here [and] it is terrifying” and that “the era of global boiling has arrived.”
They may face a harsher response than usual to their Stonehenge stunt. The megaliths and the rare lichens growing on them have state protection under the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Areas Act and endangered species legislation.
Anti-Israel activists have also been targeting British heritage in recent months, with the Palestine Action group slashing and spray-painting a 1917 portrait of Prime Minister Arthur Balfour in March.

Texas Rangers have arrested a Democrat candidate and Joe Biden appointee in Fort Bend for allegedly fabricating racist online messages addressed to himself and framing supporters of his rival. Taral Patel, the Democratic candidate for Precinct 3 Commissioner, faces Online Impersonation and Misrepresentation of Identity charges.
Rangers took Patel into custody following an investigation that began in October 2023. The inquiry started after the incumbent, Republican Commissioner Andy Meyers, urged authorities to find the origin of the racist messages Patel received.
Patel’s arrest record reveals he spent several months creating fake online profiles to impersonate Meyers’ supporters and send himself derogatory comments. Patel posted the inflammatory messages on social media in September 2023, describing the remarks as driven by “deep and misguided fear” within the GOP.
“[W]hen my Republican opponent’s supporters’ decide to hurl racist, anti-immigrant, Hinduphobic, or otherwise disgusting insults at my family, faith community, colleagues, and me – that crosses a line,” Patel wrote on Facebook, sharing screenshots of the supposed racist remarks. Patel allegedly used a photograph of an unsuspecting Fort Bend resident without consent to perpetuate the hoax.
Biden previously appointed Patel to the Office of White House Liaison and the White House Asian American Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander (WHAANHPI) Committee. Patel also worked at the Department of Justice (DOJ), ironically in the Public Integrity Section of the Criminal Division.
MAGA COUNTRY?
Bobby Eberle, the Fort Bend County Republican Chairman, compares Patel’s actions to those of disgraced actor Jussie Smollett. Smollett infamously claimed that Donald Trump supporters yelled, “This is MAGA country,” beat him, and tied a noose around his neck in Chicago. Authorities demonstrated that he orchestrated the attack with the assistance of two African men with whom he had a sexual relationship.
“Whether Republican or Democrat, such tactics should be unequivocally condemned by all who value integrity and accountability in politics,” Eberle stated. “Fort Bend County residents deserve leadership that fosters trust and sincerity rather than deceit and manipulation for political gain.”
Hate crime hoaxes have become a common feature of American politics since 2016. Yasmin Seweid pleaded guilty to fabricating a story about Trump supporters ripping her hijab off on a New York subway in 2017. In 2020, authorities arrested Trumaine Foster in Mississippi for spraying his cars with the words ‘Leave N*****s’ and ‘Trump’. In 2022, transgender activist Nikki Joly pleaded guilty to torching his own home in Jackson, Michigan, burning two German shepherd dogs and three cats alive, blaming anti-LGBTQ arsonists.
Democrat Rep. Barbara Lee recently claimed a “white guy” tried to stop her from using a Capitol elevator reserved for Congressmen, accusing her of stealing her congressional lapel pin. Skeptics cast doubt on the story, though it has not been proven false.

Rose Montoya, atransgender TikTok personality whom Joe Biden invited to the White House, faces accusations of sexually assaulting multiple people. Montoya, a biological male who exposed his mock breasts at a White House Pride event, allegedly abused at least five individuals over several years.
Jesse Diamond, a biologically female transman, and pornographer known online as TransMuscleBear, recounted her experience with Montoya on social media. Diamond, who was recovering from a transgender mutilation surgery at the time, posted screenshots of an email purportedly sent by Montoya. It contains an apology, stating, “I broke your trust and violated you,” and “I’m sorry I forced myself on you.”
Montoya’s purported apology shows guilt-tripping directed at Diamond. He claims he thought the biological woman was “triggered by me simply having a phallus” and laments that this “caused me so much pain and dysphoria.”
TRAUMA.
Diamond claims the abuse was persistent, lasting nearly a year, and traumatic. “I attempted to end my life on more than one occasion due to how depressed I was from the trauma,” Diamond shared. She said she avoided intimacy for almost two years after her third transgender surgery as a result of the alleged abuse.
Diamond indicates that there are at least four other victims and stresses the severity of her own experiences. “I was incapable of walking the first 10+ times that she [sic] r*ped me,” Diamond wrote. “I couldn’t run away if I tried & I couldn’t afford to stay anywhere else.” She also revealed that Montoya attempted to obtain a restraining order to silence her but was denied by a judge.
Diamond urges viewers to ask Montoya to take accountability rather than issue threats. In the email excerpts Diamond shares, Montoya appears to admit to the assaults and express regret.
Diamond emphasizes that she will present Montoya’s confession in court if necessary.

Police shot a male migrant dead following a series of violent knife attacks on Friday evening. The 27-year-old suspect, identified as an Afghan national, initially attacked another Afghan, aged 23, in Wolmirstedt—a German town approximately 80 miles west of Berlin—using a “knife-like object,” resulting in the younger migrant’s death.
Subsequently, the Afghan targeted a group of soccer fans watching the opening game of the Euro 2024 tournament between Germany and Scotland. During the attack in the yard of a private residence, the migrant injured three German men, two of them seriously.
The Afghan also tried to attack officers responding to the incident, resulting in his fatal shooting. The Interior Ministry in Saxony-Anhalt, the German federal state encompassing Wolmirstedt, has announced an increased police presence across the region.
Authorities have yet to reveal the motive behind the attacks. At the end of May, another Afghan in the German city of Mannheim stabbed multiple people at an anti-Islamization rally, killing a police officer. Days later, a man caught vandalizing posters for the anti-mass migration Alternative for Germany (AfD) party stabbed an AfD candidate who confronted him.
The AfD placed second in the recent European Parliament elections, ahead of the governing Social Democrats and their coalition partners.
Germany’s Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA) released data this year showing that foreigners, who make up just 14.6 percent of the population, are implicated in 58.5 percent of all violent crimes in the country.

GANGS MAP.
On Friday, reporters published a map showing the explosion of transnational criminal organizations across the U.S., fueled by the illegal immigration crisis.
The map shows the brutal Tren de Aragua gang, which first emerged in the prisons of Venezuela, operating in cities including Chicago, Miami, and New York. It shows ultra-violent Mexican cartels, in particular the Sinaloa and Jalisco cartels, operating in all 50 states. It even reveals that Chinese Triads are running extensive drug farms run by de facto slaves in states as far from the southern border as Washington and Maine. The crime syndicate has links to “hundreds” of properties in the Pine Tree State.
The extent of the crime map provides firm evidence for Trump’s warning that “every state is a border state” now.
Jose Medina-Hernandez is charged with mowing down Nancy Richmond, an 88-year-old grandmother-of-five, and her daughter Crystal Brunn, 63, in Shelby Township, Michigan.
The National Pulse has covered many examples of illegals, often intoxicated, killing Americans on the roads, including children. Medina-Hernandez’s case stands out as he had reportedly been issued a driver’s license despite the fact that “Michigan law requires an individual be ‘legally present’ to be issued a standard driver’s license.”
“It’s extremely alarming to think Secretary Benson may be unlawfully issuing licenses to illegal immigrants,” commented Republican State Senator Joseph Bellino.
Republicans are concerned about illegals obtaining documents allowing them to vote in U.S. elections, despite the fact this is technically illegal, due to similar weaknesses in the vetting process for registering to vote.
PICKPOCKETING EPIDEMIC.
New York is suffering a huge wave of pickpocketing, with the New York Police Department (NYPD) logging 781 complaints so far in 2024. This is a substantial increase on the 650 pickpocketing complaints they had received by the same time last year–and still underestimates the true scale of the epidemic, with many victims feeling that reporting pickpocketing is a waste of time.
Raymond Kelly, former Police Commissioner of New York City, complained, “There are no consequences for virtually anything these days,” adding that migrants are “augmenting” the crime wave.
Democrat district attorneys such as Manhattan’s Alvin Bragg, responsible for Donald Trump’s sham conviction, seem uninterested in deterring genuine criminals, downgrading over half of the felonies presented to him by police to misdemeanors.
INFILTRATORS.
U.S. Customs and Immigration Enforcement (ICE) and the Joint Terrorism Task Force of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) arrested eight Islamic State terrorists in cities as far-flung as Los Angeles, Philadelphia, and New York City.
The jihadists all hail from Tajikistan, the home country of the ISIS terrorists responsible for the March terror attack at Crocus Hall, near Moscow, that left over 140 Russians dead. The FBI and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) warned in May that the U.S. is at risk of a similar attack.
One of the Tajiks arrested in the U.S. had been at large for at least six months. U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) initially detained all of them but later released them. Authorities discovered their terror links afterward, highlighting the dangers of allowing illegal aliens to remain free for years while their asylum claims are processed.
TRAFFICKED DAUGHTER.
Elia Antonio and Juan Carlos Rocha Mejia are facing multiple pedophilia charges; the former for “knowingly attempt to provide or transport a child”—his 12-year-old daughter—”for the purpose of commercial sex act,” the latter for first-degree child sex assault, child enticement, false imprisonment, and strangulation and suffocation.
Antonio reportedly told his daughter to “wear something nice” before she was blindfolded, tied up, and abused in Oakfield, Wisconsin. She later escaped to a nearby home, where they called the police.
FOXES GUARDING THE HENHOUSE.
Illegal immigration and drug smuggling are big business for cartels and so-called “coyote” people-smugglers—so big that organized criminals are increasingly able to pay off U.S. officials.
A jury has convicted former CBP officer Leonard Darnell George of receiving bribes, conspiracy to import drugs, and migrant smuggling. He allowed at least 19 cars packed with hundreds of pounds of methamphetamine, heroin, and fentanyl, as well as illegal aliens, through the San Ysidro Port of Entry near San Diego, California, over a period of six months.
George received a minimum of $13,000 for each vehicle he waved through. He blew much of the money on motorbikes, jewelry, and “showering” strippers with money at the Hong Kong Gentleman’s Club in Tijuana, Mexico.
