Judge Enforces Subpoena Against ActBlue, Advancing Fundraising Probe Against Dems.

A Wisconsin court decision is placing increasing scrutiny on ActBlue, a prominent Democratic fundraising platform. Waukesha County Circuit Court Judge Brad D. Schimel approved a subpoena directed at ActBlue, demanding explanations concerning GOP consultant Mark Block’s claims about unauthorized donations using his email identity. This legal action is part of a broader investigation coordinated by Congress and 19 state attorneys general.

Judge Schimel rejected ActBlue’s objections, which claimed compliance with the subpoena was overly burdensome. The court granted Block and his legal team from the America First Policy Institute (AFPI) permission to pursue discovery, aiming to uncover potential fraud tied to the unauthorized donations from his old email address linked to various liberal campaigns.

ActBlue’s efforts to resist the subpoena, primarily on behalf of a purported contributor known as Bernard Cain, were unsuccessful. Judge Schimel highlighted that ActBlue operates as a contribution conduit, emphasizing the need for transparency in this case.

“Something is not right,” Judge Schimel declared when approving the subpoena. He continued: “There may be an element of fraud, or maybe it is innocent. Plaintiff has set forth enough in their complaint and in support of their subpoena to demonstrate that there may be something here.”

Block initiated legal action this fall, alleging that his identity was part of a broader conspiracy exploiting the ActBlue platform under civil racketeering laws. This case aligns with findings from the House Administration Committee, which identified numerous suspicious transactions on the platform. These transactions seemingly involved donors who lacked the financial capacity for such contributions.

Meanwhile, the investigation has gained momentum, expanding to 19 states. ActBlue has consistently denied any wrongdoing.

Additionally, House investigators have issued a subpoena to ActBlue amid broader inquiries into possible illicit foreign funding. The Treasury Department’s detection system flagged hundreds of suspicious activity reports related to the platform, prompting further legislative scrutiny.

The Illegal Muslim Migrant Who Murdered a Jew Appears to Have Committed Suicide in Jail.

Sidi Mohamed Abdallahi, the 22-year-old Mauritanian national who was held on charges related to a shooting incident in Chicago, was found dead in his jail cell in what authorities describe as an “apparent suicide attempt by hanging.” The Cook County Sheriff’s Office reported that staff discovered Abdallahi unresponsive during a routine check at the facility’s medical unit. Emergency measures were implemented, and he was transported to a hospital but was subsequently declared deceased.

On October 26, Abdallahi allegedly shot a Jewish man en route to a synagogue in Chicago. The incident escalated when law enforcement and first responders arrived on the scene, and Abdallahi reportedly opened fire, shouting “Allahu Akbar” during the exchange. Although Abdallahi sustained injuries in the firefight, responding officers escaped without harm. An ambulance from the Chicago Fire Department was hit during the gunfire exchange.

Prosecutors had argued that Abdallahi was involved in a broader plan targeting several Jewish institutions, including schools and community centers. Evidence suggesting he had mapped out these locations was presented in court.

Following the shooting incident, Abdallahi was initially hospitalized due to his injuries but was later transferred to jail custody. Despite the current designation of suicide, the Illinois State Police Public Integrity Task Force is set to carry out an independent inquiry into his death. While authorities have ruled out foul play, the investigation continues to ensure all circumstances are thoroughly examined.

MSNBC Says Joe Biden Should Pardon Himself and Jack Smith Next.

MSNBC is pushing President Joe Biden to pardon himself and Department of Justice (DOJ) special counsel Jack Smith—along with his team of attorneys—in the wake of the 82-year-old Democrat deciding to pardon his son, Hunter Biden. The network, late Sunday after Biden announced the pardoning of his son, featured former Watergate prosecutor Jill Wine-Banks, who argued Biden should use his pardon power to protect DOJ officials who pursued the federal government lawfare campaign against President-elect Donald J. Trump.

“I’m relieved and thrilled that he did it; this was one of the cases that called out for clemency. Hunter Biden, first of all, would not ever be prosecuted for the gun crime, but for his last name,” Wine-Banks claimed when asked for her reaction by MSNBC host Jonathan Capehart. However, the former Watergate prosecutor went further, urging Biden to  “…issue preemptive pardons to all of those people threatened by the injustice of what will become the Department of Justice in the Trump administration.”

“That includes Jack Smith and all of his staff, many Department of Justice lawyers, it includes President Biden himself, although we don’t know that anyone can legally pardon themselves,” Wine-Banks continued, concluding: “He will need a pardon because he is going to be harassed and charged for no crimes whatsoever. Donald Trump has promised that.”

There are widespread suspicions that President Biden’s pardoning of his son, Hunter, may just be the first in a series of grants of legal clemency for members of his family and individuals who’ve served in his government. Along with special counsel Jack Smith, Biden may also move to pardon any cabinet officials or former officials, like Dr. Anthony Fauci, who the incoming Trump White House could move to investigate.

Hunter Biden Allegedly Owes This Family $300k in Back Rent.

Shaun Maguire, a partner at Sequoia Capital, claims Hunter Biden owes his family $300,000 for unpaid rent on a property in Venice, California. In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Maguire states Hunter Biden lived at the residence between 2019 and 2020 and did not pay the monthly rent of $25,000. The allegations emerged shortly after Joe Biden announced a pardon for his son, covering various crimes over 11 years.

Maguire’s posts on X questioned whether the pardon affects the allegedly unpaid rent. He sarcastically thanked President Biden, asking, “So what happens to the $300k+ in back pay rent that Hunter Biden owes my family from 2019-2020? Is that pardoned now?”

The partner at Sequoia Capital went on to explain that Hunter Biden attempted to pay the rent with “art made from his own feces” and called President Biden’s son an “Absolute sh*t bag.”

While President Biden’s essentially blanket pardon for his son covers federal crimes, no presidential pardon can excuse civil crimes or penalties. Any non-criminal civil claims against Hunter Biden remain viable, including the alleged back-rent owed to Maguire’s family.

The pardon is one of the most far-reaching to be issued in decades, comparable to then-President Gerald Ford’s pardoning of former President Richard Nixon. When President Biden issued the pardon late Sunday evening, the broad language left many political observers stunned. It included any “offenses against the United States” Hunter Biden has or may have committed over an 11-year period—suggesting there may be other crimes that President Biden is aware his son has committed but are not publicly known.

AZ Man Faces Charges for Threatening Donald Trump and Family.

An Arizona man, Manuel Tamayo-Torres, has been detained following accusations of threatening President-elect Donald J. Trump and his family while wielding a rifle in online videos. As detailed in court documents from Arizona, Tamayo-Torres is alleged to have uploaded videos almost daily, making a bizarre and unfounded series of allegations against the President-elect and his family. Concerningly, one video is believed to have been recorded at a Trump rally held at the Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale on August 23.

The documents reference “Individual 1,” describing this person as a former president and current President-elect rather than directly naming Trump. In a Facebook video dated November 13, Tamayo-Torres is seen displaying a white AR-15-style rifle with a 30-round magazine, issuing a challenging but unclear threat, according to the documents. He is quoted as referring to “Individual 1” and mentioning a scenario involving pursuit after gunfire.

On November 21, another video allegedly showed Tamayo-Torres threatening that Trump’s entire family would die. The documents further reveal his derogatory remarks about Trump’s background and a declaration of intent to cause harm if given the opportunity.

Tamayo-Torres was apprehended in Southern California on Monday. His legal representative has not provided any public comment. The charges against him include one count of making threats against the President-elect and four counts of providing false statements during a firearm purchase. The court documents note that Tamayo-Torres has a criminal history, with a felony assault conviction in 2003 resulting in a five-year imprisonment in California. In addition, he received a protective order from his ex-wife last year, according to the filings.

‘YOU GOT A LIOCENSE FOR THAT PLASTIC!?’ – UK Man Jailed for 5 Years for 3D-Printing Gun Parts.

A British man has been sentenced to over five years in prison after using a 3D printer to manufacture a workable firearm and possessing ammunition for it. Jordan Brown, a 25-year-old man from a small village near Blackpool, was sentenced to five years and two months in prison after Lancashire police discovered the 3D-printed firearm in his home.

According to local media reports, the firearm was created using a mix of 3D-printed materials and other materials, and ammunition was also found inside it. Detective Sergeant Vicki Speak of Lancashire Police stated, “The weapon was tested and found to be viable. Despite being manufactured with parts from a 3D printer, the harm which the weapon could cause was catastrophic.”

While 3D printers can manufacture most of a firearm’s components, viable weapons still require metal firing pins and other components to work reliably.

It remains unclear what motivated Brown, who pled guilty to the charges. His case comes just months after another British man was arrested for several terror offenses.

Jacob Graham, a 19-year-old admirer of American philosopher-terrorist Theodore “Ted” Kaczynski, a.k.a. the Unabomber, was convicted in Manchester in February for various acts, including preparation for a terrorist act and possession of information for terrorist purposes.

British Preschool Principal Arrested in DC Over Disturbing Video Request.

A British-born teacher who heads an expensive preschool has been arrested in a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) sting operation after allegedly trying to solicit pornographic material involving a child. James Stewart Carroll, 55, appeared in court on Tuesday to face charges of attempted coercion and enticement of a minor. He could be sentenced to up to 10 years in prison.

Carroll has been at the helm of the National Child Research Center, an institution requiring an annual fee of tens of thousands of dollars, since 2018. The FBI began investigating Carroll in September after being alerted by Discord staff over illicit activities.

Using the username “CircumcisedLondonGay,” he allegedly uploaded an image depicting two minors, resulting in further investigation. Federal authorities traced Carroll’s online activities back to his residence, enabling them to initiate contact with him through an undercover FBI agent.

Throughout conversations on Discord, Carroll reportedly expressed a specific interest in boys aged between eight and 12. Subsequently, pretending to be a separated father, the FBI agent prompted Carroll to request specific videos of abuse, culminating in his arrest.

Carroll’s arrest comes just months after a Canadian LGBTQ pride group leader was also arrested for possession and distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

The head of the Maryland LGBT Democrats was also exposed in a sting operation this year by child predator hunter Alex Rosen. Democrat Michael Knaapen allegedly expressed a desire to rape a child.

Portland Settles for $400K with Antifa Extremist Over 2020 Riot Arrest.

A Portland man is poised to receive a $400,000 settlement from the city following his arrest during a 2020 protest. Dustin Brandon Ferreira, 40, known as “Wheels,” claims he experienced excessive force by police during a demonstration in north Portland. The protest, which was part of a larger series of anti-police demonstrations in the city, saw Ferreira taken into custody on charges that were later dismissed, according to court records.

Ferreira, who uses a wheelchair due to brittle bone disease, alleges that former police Sgt. Justin Damerville used excessive force during the arrest process. The civil suit claims Damerville kicked Ferreira’s wheelchair, forcefully spun it around, and detained him with zip ties. Ferreira argues his arrest was unjust as he did not comply with dispersal orders due to his physical constraints.

Former Sgt. Damerville, in court declarations, maintained that Ferreira was arrested for refusing to comply with several dispersal orders issued after the assembly was declared unlawful. The charges initially brought against Ferreira, including second-degree disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer, were dropped a day later by Multnomah County District Attorney Mike Schmidt, who had declined to pursue numerous similar protest-related cases. Schmidt is one of many far-left district attorneys whose campaigns have been backed by radical progressive billionaire George Soros.

Jason Kafoury, Ferreira’s attorney, filed the complaint citing state laws safeguarding vulnerable individuals, suggesting the potential for tripled damages if misconduct is proven. Kafoury indicated this might contribute to the substantial settlement expected from the city, which is slated for a City Council vote this week.

The Portland city attorney’s office stated the city has paid over $3 million in settlements relating to police actions during the 2020 protests.

Suspected Tren de Aragua Member Robs Bragg Prosecutor in Her Building.

An illegal alien associated with the notorious Tren de Aragua gang was arrested in New York after robbing the apartment of a local Manhattan prosecutor. The suspect, identified as 25-year-old Brandon Simosa, is accused of breaking into the apartment of a Manhattan prosecutor, stealing her belongings, and committing a lewd act. The incident occurred at approximately 2 AM on Sunday, November 17, near 44th Street and Ninth Avenue.

The New York Police Department reports that Simosa followed a 38-year-old woman into her building, where he demanded money and seized credit cards and a cell phone from her bag. The victim, an employee of Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s office, has not been named.

Police allege the illegal performed a lewd act before fleeing the scene. He was captured on Tuesday evening near a former hotel repurposed as a migrant shelter. Despite frequenting the area, authorities identified him as homeless at the time of his arrest.

Simosa is charged with several offenses, including sexually motivated robbery and burglary, grand larceny, possession of stolen property, and drug-related charges.

Law enforcement sources have linked the Row and other shelters in New York City to Tren de Aragua, a notorious gang originally established in Venezuelan prisons. Police attribute a spate of robberies in New York City, particularly those targeting women, to the group’s presence.

Tren de Aragua has been seen operating across the United States under the Biden-Harris regime, taking over apartment buildings in Colorado and extorting the residents for money.

Members of the gang have also been linked to murders in the United States, including a killing in Connecticut and the murder of Laken Riley.

BREAKING: Jose Ibarra Found Guilty of Murdering Laken Riley.

Venezuelan national Jose Ibarra has been found guilty on all ten counts—including malice murder, felony murder, and kidnapping—for the death of 22-year-old Georgia nursing student Laken Riley. The next step in his trial will be sentencing for his crime.

Ibarra waived a jury trial, with his defense team opting instead for a judge to render a verdict in the case. That judge handed down a unanimous guilty verdict on Wednesday. The National Pulse reported on Tuesday that during testimony, it was revealed that Ibarra and others were flown from New York City to Georgia on so-called ‘humanitarian’ flights paid for by the Biden-Harris government.

The Venezuelan illegal immigrant—who is suspected of having ties to the violent gang Tren de Aragua—murdered American citizen Laken Riley on February 22, 2024, as she jogged on dirt trails on the University of Georgia campus in Athens. At the start of his trial, Ibarra pleaded not guilty to the crimes. His attorneys attempt to implicate his brother—to no avail—as the perpetrator instead.

Ibarra faces the possibility of life in prison with no parole.
