Elected Member Suspended After Knocking Out Constituent… On Camera!

Mike Amesbury has been suspended from his party after being caught on CCTV apparently striking a constituent. Amesbury, 55, a Member of Parliament (MP) for Britain’s governing Labour Party, can be seen in footage from outside a business in Frodsham, England. In the tape, he engages in an animated conversation before delivering a punch that knocks a man off the curb. Amesbury appears to continue hitting the man once he is on the ground.

Following the release of the footage, there were immediate calls for Amesbury to resign or be barred from Parliament. A Labour Party spokesman confirmed Amesbury’s suspension pending a police investigation. Amesbury has stated that he felt threatened during the encounter, which occurred around 2:15 AM on Saturday.

Cheshire Police confirm that they have interviewed a 55-year-old man under caution and released him pending further inquiries.

Amesbury, who has been part of the Labour Party since he was 17 and became an MP in 2017, previously branded anti-immigration protestors “criminals” and “thugs” on social media. He shared a post from the Home Office, roughly equivalent to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, showing the prison terms they could expect.

Tommy Robinson Arrested on TERROR Charges for Not Giving Away His Phone PIN Code.

Independent journalist and anti-grooming gang activist Tommy Robinson has been arrested by police and remanded into custody until at least Monday, according to one of his associates. Sammy Woodhouse, a documentary maker and grooming gang victim, stated on X that Robinson had been remanded into custody after being arrested.

Media reports claim that Robinson’s arrest is due to a previous violation of Schedule 7 of the Terrorism Act as he refused to give the PIN code to his mobile device to police. He was bailed and is due to appear in court next month.

However, he was remanded in custody over another case in which he is accused of defaming a Syrian asylum seeker in his documentary film Silenced, which he released publicly on X despite being ordered not to by a British judge.

The documentary questions the story of Syrian asylum seeker Jamal Hijazi, who was allegedly attacked by classmates at a school in Huddersfield in 2018.

Robinson had questioned the narrative around the incident on social media, claiming that Hijazi was not innocent and attacked local girls before the video. Hijazi and others later sued Robinson for libel, with a court ordering him to pay £100,000 in damages and a further £500,000 in legal costs—equivalent to around $780,000 in total.

The documentary, which a judge ordered to be censored, features interviews with several local people who pushed back against the mainstream narrative regarding Hijazi.

The arrest is just the latest for Robinson. He was detained in Canada earlier this year over supposed immigration violations while on a speaking tour. A British and Irish dual national, Robinson used his Irish passport for the trip, and following his arrest, the Irish government publicly debated revoking it.

Migrant Hanged in New York Park Is Suspected Pedophile.

A man found hanged from a tree in Pelham Bay Park, New York City has been identified as a migrant and suspected pedophile. Manuel Delgado, 43, a Peruvian asylum seeker who had been in the city for less than a year, allegedly took his own life on October 9 after his family discovered his ongoing of an underage relative and reported him to the police.

Investigators had the victim, a teenage girl, call Delgado while recording their conversation. During the call, she confronted him, stating she planned to report him to the authorities. Delgado, however, chillingly suggested meeting at a familiar location, referred to as “the spot where we used to go”—a wooded area near Orchard Beach Road and Bartow Circle, sources say.

When Delgado arrived at the location, he reportedly committed suicide. Authorities found him hanging from a tree around 1:30 PM, with wounds on his forearm, neck, and midsection. A 9mm shell casing was also found near the scene, according to investigators. Delgado had previously texted his roommate, saying he had stabbed himself.

The migrant is believed to have raped his victim for years, even before the family came to the U.S., raising questions about the ability of dangerous individuals to enter the country via asylum programs.

Many illegal aliens have been charged or convicted of crimes against children under the Biden-Harris government, such as Jeovany Alfaro Lopez of El Salvador, who was booked for second-degree rape and two counts of third-degree sex offenses against children at a Maryland church.

Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris has refused to apologize to the victims of migrant pedophiles and their families for the Biden-Harris government’s termination of ‘Remain in Mexico’ and other Trump-era border policies.

Ex-Soros Prosecutor Confesses to Misusing Public Funds.

A former Democrat government attorney supported by leftist billionaire George Soros has admitted to using public funds to pay for hen private expenses, including costs linked to a personal ethics lawsuit. St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kimberly Gardner used $5,000 of public money withdrawn from the St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office to reimburse her legal costs, placing the cash in her personal bank account.

The Department of Justice (DOJ) announced the admission of guilt on Wednesday, October 23. Gardner had been forced to pay over $5,000 in costs for breaching ethics rules when she investigated former Republican Missouri Governor Eric Greitens over alleged sexual misconduct.

Gardner quickly dropped the case after a judge stated that she would have to testify and answer questions under oath from the lawyer of the former governor.

In May 2023, Garnder resigned as St. Louis Circuit Attorney, as Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey was moving to remove her for allowing over 3,000 criminal cases to go unreviewed. Homicide cases were the second highest in St. Louis history under her watch in 2020.

Earlier this year, in August, the Media Research Center (MRC) released a report claiming that George Soros and his son Alex control a large number of U.S. prosecutors through their vast donation network. According to the report, around 30 percent of the population in the United States lives under a Soros-controlled prosecutor. The MRC noted that prosecutors receiving Soros funding sign pledges to adhere to his priorities, including soft stances on illegal immigration and drug enforcement.

In many jurisdictions where Soros prosecutors hold power, crime has skyrocketed, including in San Francisco, New York, and elsewhere.

Biden-Harris Officials Knew, OVER A YEAR AGO, That Violent Tren de Aragua Was Taking Over Denver.

Federal law enforcement and immigration officials with the Biden-Harris government—along with state and local officials in Colorado—knew the violent Venezuelan gang, Tren de Aragua (TdA), intended to make Denver its headquarters in the United States in November of 2023. According to government emails obtained by Aurora, Colorado, city council member Danielle Jurinsky, the city’s police department received intelligence from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) regarding the gang’s presence and intentions in their city and nearby Denver.

“Here is the Tren De Aragua bulletin I plan on sending out department wide tomorrow. I added the intel from HSI [Homeland Security Investigations] that Sgt Bungartz received today,” wrote Aurora police officer Matthew Walters on November 16, 2023, in an email to Commander Chris Poppe. Walters continued: “I also spoke with an ICE [U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement] agent today who reached out to his intel guy, the guy got back rather quickly, and stated TdA has decided to make Denver their headquarters due to sanctuary policies and location.”

Around an hour after Walters sent the email, Commander Poppe responded, acknowledging the notice looked good: “Is there any Aurora-centric info that could be included in the bulletin? Known addresses, or hangouts, or specifics cops should be aware of?”

COLORADO COVER UP?

Jurinsky contends the email raises serious questions, such as whether the state officials in Colorado knew or were made aware of TdA’s intention to coordinate its criminal activities out of Denver. She also presses whether the mayor of Denver was aware of the gang’s intentions.

After video of alleged TdA members taking over an Aurora, Colorado, apartment complex surfaced earlier this year, Governor Jared Polis (D-CO) and other state and local officials sought to downplay the gang’s presence in the state. However, the Aurora police emails obtained by Jurinsky suggest that law enforcement was aware of and seriously concerned about TdA’s activities for at least a year.

AZ Man Arrested For Threats Toward Trump Jr. and Charlie Kirk.

A man in Arizona has been arrested by police over online threats directed at Donald Trump Jr. and political activist Charlie Kirk after the pair had attended a political rally in Tempe last week. Daniel Ashpes, 24, was arrested by police this week after replying to automated messages asking people to RSVP to the Turning Point USA rally featuring Don Jr. and Kirk, held at a local Tempe hotel.

Detectives investigated the matter after being informed that threatening messages had been sent, though police have not expanded on the messages’ content. Following his arrest, Ashpes admitted to sending the messages and was booked on charges of threatening to cause physical injury as well as using a phone to threaten others.

The case comes as the Department of Justice (DOJ) announced this week that a Philadelphia man had been arrested for threatening to skin alive a state party worker looking for poll watcher volunteers. John Pollard faces a possible five-year prison sentence for sending a text message that stated, “GONNA F*CKING FIND YOU AND SKIN YOU ALIVE AND USE YOUR SKIN FOR F*CKING TOILET PAPER, YOU F*CKING KKK*NT!”

Political violence and threats of violence have been a major issue throughout the 2024 presidential campaign, with President Donald J. Trump being shot and one of his supporters killed at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, in July.

Another attempted assassination came in September. Ryan Routh, a Democrat donor with strong connections to Ukraine and the Ukrainian military, was arrested after camping out in a bush at the Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach, Florida, with a rifle.

As a result, Trump has halted all golfing plans until after the election. Trump’s campaign has also requested military aircraft and other support measures for enhanced protection.

Over 1100 Prisoners Released Early Due to Prison Overcrowding.

An additional 1,100 prisoners are being released early in England and Wales to address overcrowding. Offenders with sentences exceeding five years will be released after serving 40 percent of their terms. The scheme supposedly excludes those convicted of serious crimes such as violence, sex offenses, and terrorism, but some inmates involved in brutal killings have already been freed.

Labour Party Justice Secretary Shabana Mahmood shared details about the initiative on BBC Radio 4, emphasizing the supposed need for alternative punishments outside prison. “Prison has a place, but we must also improve rehabilitation,” she argued.

This comes at a time when anti-immigration protestors are being handed lengthy prison sentences for as little as shouting at police, with one such inmate, a grandfather in his sixties, recently committing suicide.

Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer’s releases form part of a wider strategy initiated after the general election to create 5,500 prison spaces by reducing time served to 40 percent, down from the already low 50 percent, which is standard for most prisoners.

The prison population has grown by approximately 4,500 annually, outpacing expansions of prison capacity. The leftist government claims it will create 14,000 new places as a long-term solution to overcrowding, but Justice Secretary Mahmood says she is also considering alternative sentencing options. “We have an opportunity now to reshape and redesign what punishment outside of a prison looks like,” she insists.

The Ministry of Justice faced criticism for errors during past early releases, with some inmates mistakenly freed or not fitted with electronic tracking devices. Concerns about public safety remain, with recall rates for breaches of release conditions reported as high as 50 percent in certain areas.

SOFT JUSTICE.

A review led by Conservative-in-name-only former Justice Secretary David Gauke will examine sentencing alternatives, with a report expected next spring. The review will consider replacing short prison sentences with community sentences.

Despite a narrative that the courts are too quick to imprison, judges are generally soft on criminals—unless they are accused of harboring anti-immigration sentiments or breaching “hate speech” laws. For instance, 80 percent of child pornography convicts are allowed to walk out of court with non-custodial sentences, including top-paid BBC star Huw Edwards.

Mahood’s claims that creating adequate prison places for convicts is impossible are also unlikely to be true. The prisons budget is relatively small—only £6.85 billion (~$8.9 billion), compared to, for instance, £15.4 billion (~$19.9 billion) given away in foreign aid.

In fact, overcrowding as a result of insufficient spending on prison places has been a policy choice for successive governments, from the Conservative administrations of 2010 to July 2024 back to the previous Labour governments of Tony Blair and Gordon Brown.

Tim Walz Grants Funds to Firm Accused of Using Child Labor.

Governor Tim Walz (D-MN), running mate of Vice President Kamala Harris, granted over $126,000 to a meat processing company accused of illegally employing childrenThe U.S. Department of Labor found JBS illegally employing at least 31 children to clean its plants overnight in work that was described as dangerous and hazardous.

In June, Minnesota’s Office of Higher Education stated it would be granting JBS of Worthington, Minnesota, $126,000 despite the plant being found to have employed 22 children in the past. The funding is supposedly to train 28 new employees.

Governor Walz expressed enthusiasm about the grant, saying, “These career growth and training opportunities allow Minnesotans to get ahead in their careers while helping businesses recruit and retain talent.”

The issue is just the latest to emerge for Governor Walz since he was announced as Kamala Harris’s running mate in August. For instance, under Walz’s leadership, Minnesota saw the largest COVID-19 fraud case in the United States, with Somalis defrauding the state of around $250 million in aid.

Walz has previously praised the state’s Somali community, arguing they contribute significantly to “cultural and demographic” changes.

Since becoming Minnesota Governor in 2019, Walz has been accused of driving thousands of families out of the state. Minnesota also has one of the highest tax rates in the country, which Walz increased during this tenure. Under the Biden-Harris regime, it has grown economically at a rate of half of the overall U.S. economy.

A 9-Year-Old Girl Was Kidnapped, Drugged, and Assaulted Outside London’s Iconic ‘Harrods.’

A man is accused of kidnapping a nine-year-old girl outside London‘s iconic Harrods department store, drugging and sexually abusing her. Robert Prussak, 57, is accused of leading the French girl away under the guise of helping her find her family before taking her to his residence and attempting to drug her with a beverage containing Benadryl.

CCTV footage reportedly captured Prussak with the girl, whom he allegedly lured by claiming he would assist in reuniting her with her parents and siblings.

The child was on holiday in London when the incident occurred. She did not speak English, which prosecutors suggest may have made her more vulnerable.

Prussak allegedly convinced her to return to his apartment, where he offered her a strange-tasting drink. Despite taking a sip, the girl declined to drink more.

Later that day, Prussak is accused of taking the girl to a nearby park, where it is alleged he assaulted her. According to the prosecution, he looked inside her trousers and kissed her on her cheeks and lips. Pleading for him to stop, the girl requested to be taken to emergency services.

After a search of over three hours, a firearms officer stationed outside the Israeli Embassy in Kensington identified the girl. Accompanied by Prussak, she was reportedly unwell and subsequently hospitalized.

Prussak denies the six charges against him, including kidnapping, sexual assault, and administering a substance with intent.

Under leftist Labour Party Mayor Sadiq Khan, London has become a haven for criminality, particularly violent crime.

Earlier this year, 334 people were arrested at the notorious Notting Hill carnival in London. Eight people were stabbed at the event, including one young woman who died as a result of her injuries.

The Central Park Five Are Suing Trump. Here’s Why.

The five men convicted but later exonerated in the Central Park Five case are filing a defamation lawsuit against former President Donald J. Trump, stemming from remarks the Republican nominee made during the recent 2024 presidential debate. During the debate, Trump said of Yusef Salaam, Raymond Santana, Kevin Richardson, Antron Brown, and Korey Wise, “They admitted, they said, they pled guilty.”

Lodged in a federal court in Pennsylvania, the lawsuit claims Trump’s remarks are defamatory towards the five men. The plaintiffs allege that Trump’s statement was untrue as the five then-teenagers never entered guilty pleas—although they did offer confessions related to the rape and near-killing of Trisha Meili, who had been jogging through Central Park in New York City on April 19, 1989. They were convicted of a range of charges, although all but Richards were cleared of attempted murder. Wise was also cleared of rape but convicted of other charges, including assault and sexual abuse.

While Trump appeared to suggest Meili was “badly hurt” and “ultimately killed,” she is still alive—expressing her unhappiness with the five receiving an eight-figure settlement in 2019.

CONVICTIONS OVERTURNED.

In 2002, the five men saw their convictions overturned after a sixth individual confessed to the rape. Matias Reyes’s confession was later confirmed by DNA evidence. New York City later settled a civil suit with the five men for $41 million in 2014.

The issue resurfaced during the debate when Kamala Harris referenced Trump’s 1989 full-page newspaper ads advocating for the death penalty for the men. Steven Cheung, a Trump campaign spokesman, dismissed the lawsuit as “frivolous” and politically motivated—Yusef Salaam is now a member of the New York City Council for the Democrats.

ATTACK DETAILS STILL MURKY.

Outside the attack on Meili, the then-teenagers had been part of a larger group of kids, estimated at 32 in total, who had set upon Central Park on the evening of April 19 and attacked numerous joggers. In an untaped confession, Salaam allegedly admitted to striking a female jogger with a lead pipe.

Despite Reyes’s confession to the crime, a subsequent report by the New York Police Department questioned whether the man was truthful in his insistence he acted alone. Doctors who treated Meili argue her injuries suggested multiple attackers.
