Tren de Aragua Gang Members Arrested for Connecticut Homicide.

Two Venezuelan migrants apprehended in Rensselaer, New York, are facing charges related to a murder in Stamford, Connecticut. Law enforcement identified the suspects, thought to be Tren de Aragua gang members, as Gregory Marlyn Galindez-Trias, 24, and Moises Alejandro Condollo-Urbaneja, 22.

The arrests occurred after Stamford police reported the use of a stolen credit card at Rensselaer’s Amtrak Station on October 16, 2024. The credit card was linked to Angel Samaniego, 59, who died from a gunshot to the chest in Stamford.

The suspects were near the railway station with two children, who were subsequently taken into custody by Child Protective Services. Following confirmation of their identities, Rensselaer authorities detained them, citing their connection to Samaniego’s death. Samaniego, an Ecuadorian national, was legally residing in the U.S. with a green card.

The female suspect, Galindez-Trias, reportedly expressed fear of the Tren de Aragua gang. Sources say the woman was previously detained at the U.S.-Mexico border in Fort Brown, Texas, on May 26, 2022. However, she was later released. The male suspect reportedly entered the U.S. undetected.

Charges of being fugitives from justice were filed against both suspects at the Rensselaer City Court. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) issued immigration detainers for both individuals.

Former President Donald J. Trump has promised a major crackdown on Tren de Aragua, which has gained a foothold in the U.S. under Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, if he is reelected in November.

Kamala’s ‘Dear Friend’ Sought to Downgrade Child Porn Possession.

Vice President Kamala Harris’s long-standing association with former California State Senator Mark Leno has come under scrutiny due to a controversial bill he once proposed. The former Democratic Party lawmaker—described as a “dear friend” by Harris—attempted to amend the law concerning child pornography penalties to allow an offender to possess up to 99 illegal pornographic items before felony charges could be filed.

The revelations come from former U.S. House Speaker Kevin McCarthy. At the time of Leno’s child pornography amendment, McCarthy served in the California State Assembly as the Republican leader. McCarthy recalls criticizing the bill—Assembly Bill 50—at the time, noting that a compact disc containing numerous illegal images would only count as one item under the proposed law.

The Leno-amended legislation faced significant criticism, even within Democratic circles. Pat Caddell, a Democrat pollster who served under President Jimmy Carter, labeled the proposal as excessive, questioning how it might impact public perception of the Democratic Party. An editorial in the Los Angeles Daily News condemned the Leno-amended provisions, pointing out that it created loopholes for reduced charges in child pornography cases.

Harris and Leno have maintained a professional relationship for over two decades, as indicated by their social media interactions and public accounts by other California officials and media. In 2003, Leno backed Harris in her campaign for San Francisco District Attorney, actively supporting her during campaigning events. On election night that year, Leno reportedly shared a meal with Harris.

In 2016, as Leno concluded his legislative career, Harris praised his “passionate and collaborative service” on social media. Subsequent interactions, including exchanges on X (formerly Twitter) and public appearances, further illustrate the close ties between the two California Democrats.

Family of Woman Murdered by Illegal Migrant Refutes Kamala’s Border Claims.

The family of Rachel Morin expressed strong disapproval of border czar Vice President Kamala Harris following her comments on Morin’s murder by an illegal alien. In an interview with Brett Baier on Fox News, the Democratic presidential candidate refused to apologize to the relatives of women murdered by illegals after the Biden-Harris government terminated Donald Trump era border control policies, such as ‘Remain in Mexico,’ only saying she is “sorry for [their] loss.”

Baier mentioned other cases, including those of Jocelyn Nungaray, 12, and Laken Riley, 22, who were also killed by illegal aliens. Harris claimed that Donald Trump blocked a “bipartisan” border security bill, although the bill’s usefulness in tackling illegal immigration is dubious. Patty Morin, Rachel Morin’s mother, directly refuted Harris’s remarks, stating that her daughter’s death occurred before the possible implementation of the bill in any case.

“Our family and others affected by crimes related to illegal immigration need solutions, not apologies,” she said. “The [Biden-Harris government’s] rollback on border policies allowed these crimes to happen.”

Rachel Morin’s body was found last year along a Maryland hiking trail, a day after she disappeared. Victor Martinez Hernandez, a migrant from El Salvador, has been charged with her murder and rape. His background includes accusations related to a murder in El Salvador and an attack on a mother and her child in Los Angeles in early 2023.

BACKGROUND.

Earlier this year, Biden-Harris Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas rejected responsibility for Rachel Morin’s murder, despite the DHS failing to stop Martinez Hernandez from entering the country after he had already entered illegally four times.

Patty Morin was among the mothers of migrant murder victims who spoke alongside President Donald J. Trump in Arizona in August to share their stories near the U.S.-Mexico border.

The Biden-Harris regime’s failed border policies have allowed millions of illegals into the United States, including over 13,000 convicted murderers.

Letters Threaten Trump Supporters, Their Families, and Their Pets.

Residents in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, report receiving threatening letters in the mail, some with a replica of a Donald Trump campaign letterhead, cautioning against voting for Trump. The letters start with a cordial salutation but swiftly devolve into menacing language.

“Your candidate is a felon, rapist, desecrator, an immoral flawed man. He is a major reason violence us [sic] up, remember January 6th and Charlottesville?” the letter seen by The Post Millennial rails.

“By supporting him, you are declaring your public support for a disregard of the law, civil discourse and unity. You are indicating your hatred for minorities, immigrants, foreigners, women, education, the rights of your fellow citizens, the rights of women to make decisions over their own healthcare needs. Oh and yes a hatred for Taylor Swift,” it continues, threatening: “[W]e know where you live, you are in the data base [sic]. In the dead of a cold winters night, this year, or next and beyond, there is no knowing what may happen. Your property, your family, may be impacted, your cat may get shot. And more.”

“Your vote for this guy is seen as treading on my rights. You tread on me at your peril, motherf***er,” it concludes, adding, “We look forward to visiting in future.”

Janet, a resident of Penn Valley, disclosed her receipt of one such letter. She submitted a police report to the Lower Merion Police, but they indicated that an investigation would not progress due to a lack of video evidence.

Additional letters were received by other homeowners in the area, some directly in mailboxes without postage, according to sources contacted by The Post Millennial.

FBI Quietly Alters Crime Data, Confirming Spike in Murder, Rape, and Robbery Under Biden-Harris.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has revised its crime statistics for 2022, now reporting a 4.5 percent rise in violent crime for that year under the Biden-Harris government, contrary to its earlier claim of a 2.1 percent decrease. The updated figures include significant increases in the rates of murders, rapes, robberies, and aggravated assaults, amounting to 80,029 more violent crimes compared to 2021.

Even more concerning is that the FBI only briefly mentions the revisions in a discreet update to the data on its website, stating: “The 2022 violent crime rate has been updated for inclusion in CIUS, 2023.” Meanwhile, the top federal law enforcement agency has made no effort to update the public regarding the changes—the new numbers were not included in its September 2024 press release announcing last year’s crime statistics.

Critics and researchers have expressed concern over the lack of transparency surrounding these adjustments. Carl Moody, a crime specialist at the College of William and Mary, highlighted that changes of this magnitude had not been observed in past FBI reports. The FBI’s silence on the corrections has raised doubts about the dependability of its data, including its 2023 crime numbers.

‘CRIMINAL’ MISINFORMATION.

Democratic officials, including President Joe Biden, had used the original, unrevised report to assert a decrease in crime due to the government’s policies. On June 11, 2024, Biden referenced the data to claim a significant reduction in crime under his and Vice President Kamala Harris’s leadership. However, skepticism about the report’s accuracy emerged as critics noted the absence of data from numerous police precincts.

Researchers argue that the stealthily added and contradicting FBI numbers call into question the reliability of crime data as a measure of actual crime rates, pointing to nonreporting as a significant issue. For example, the National Crime Victimization Survey (NCVS) indicated a 4.1 percent increase in reported violent crime for 2023, conflicting with both earlier and revised FBI data. Concerningly, the NCVS numbers suggest there has been a 55 percent rise in violent crime since Joe Biden and Kamala Harris took office in 2021.

Compounding these concerns, independent experts emphasize the importance of distinguishing between reported and unreported crime rates in public discussions, as the FBI’s data reflects only reported incidents. The agency’s opaque extrapolation methods and reliance on varying data sources further complicate the picture.

Border Patrol Union Endorses Trump.

The Border Patrol Union, which represents 16,000 U.S Border Patrol agents, has officially endorsed President Donald J. Trump in the 2024 election. “On behalf of the 16,000 men and women represented by the National Border Patrol Council, we strongly support and endorse Donald J. Trump for President of the United States,” the union wrote on X on Monday, after announcing their endorsement at a Trump rally on Sunday.

Border Patrol Council President Paul Perez spoke at the Trump rally in Arizona, saying, “If we allow border czar Harris to win this election, every city, every community in this great country, is going to go to hell.”

“The untold millions of people, unvetted, who she has allowed into this country that are committing murders, rapes, robberies, burglaries, and every other crime will continue to put our country in peril. Only one man can fix that, and that is Donald J. Trump,” he added.

Under border czar Harris, millions of illegals have flooded into the United States, with a recent Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency (ICE) report indicating that over 13,000 convicted murderers have been allowed into the country.

Border Patrol officials have previously criticized Harris, including former Chief Patrol official for the San Diego Sector, Aaron Heitke, who says that the Biden-Harris regime prevented him from notifying the public about a surge of potential terrorists entering the U.S.

Others have noted that despite being the border czar, Harris showed little interest in visiting the border, refusing to reply to invitations from border states in 2021.

Prior to becoming Vice President, Harris compared ICE to the Klu Klux Klan (KKK), and her running mate Tim Walz stated he would invest in a “ladder factory” if Trump finished the border wall.

Cops Nab Global Gay Child Porn Kingpin.

Police have announced the arrest of a dual Czech-American national identified as one of the world’s leading distributors of homosexual child pornography. This arrest by the Czech authorities comes after a comprehensive investigation involving both the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Cooperation (Europol). The suspect once ranked among the top three global distributors of such material.

The arrest followed a year-long operation by local law enforcement in collaboration with international partners. The FBI tracked the suspect’s activities for nearly a decade, but Europol’s efforts confirmed his identity. Czech investigators gained access to a substantial amount of encrypted data, which played a crucial role in the case.

According to Czech police, the defendant “mainly distributed content created by others and gave advice about ways to sexually abuse underage boys or to distribute child sexual abuse content on the dark web.” He is now in pre-trial detention and faces up to eight years in prison if convicted.

This announcement coincides with similar actions in Germany, where authorities have detained six men accused of managing a dark web platform dedicated to child pornography. The German suspects, aged 43 to 69, are suspected of being the principal operators of a site with hundreds of thousands of users. North Rhine-Westphalia’s Minister of Interior, Herbert Reul, described the scale of the case as “dizzyingly big.”

Insect Attack by Militant Trannies Disrupts ‘LGB Alliance’ Conference.

Militant transgender activists released insects to disrupt a conference of lesbians, gays, and bisexuals who are critical of transgender ideology, leading to the evacuation of the event venue. Security detained several individuals following an incident at the UK LGB Alliance conference in London on Friday, October 11.

The event, featuring transgender critical gay and lesbian speakers, was disrupted by a group of activists who released insects in the venue. Authorities responded quickly, and conference attendees were temporarily relocated to the lobby.

Four individuals linked to the disruption were taken into custody, though it is suspected that several others evaded capture. Though not all of the attackers are confirmed to be transgender, several activists seemed to present themselves as such.

The LGB Alliance, a charity focused on supporting gay, lesbian, and bisexual individuals, without transgenderism stealing focus, organized the ‘Our Lives! Our Future!’ conference where the attack took place.

Attacks on those opposed to transgender ideology are no longer uncommon in the Western world. For instance, in France, pro-trans activists set off an explosive device in Lyon to disrupt a talk by feminist and trans-critical activist Marguerite Stern in September.

In the United States, radical transgenders like Audrey Hale in Tennesee have gone further. Hale murdered six people, most of them children, at a Christian school in 2023.

Another transgender attempted a mass shooting at a church in Houston earlier this year.

REPORT: AZ Senate Candidate’s Drug Trafficking Father Arrested for Punching Landlady.

Representative Ruben Gallego (D-AZ), the 2024 Democratic Party nominee for U.S. Senate in Arizona, is facing increasing scrutiny over his Mexican father’s criminal behavior, both past and present. Jose Angel Marinelarena was arrested on March 3, 2024, for battery after assaulting his landlady in Chicago, Illinois. Additionally, Gallego admitted last week that his father is a “convicted drug dealer.”

According to an arrest report obtained by investigative journalist Laura Loomer, Jose Angel Marinelarena punched Edyta Jagas twice in the face this past Spring after the woman confronted him over unpaid rent. Additionally, the 69-year-old Marinelarena, a Mexican immigrant, has a prior conviction for drug trafficking with alleged ties to the violent Juarez cartel in Mexico. Gallego claims that he has no relationship with his father.

Gallego’s Republican opponent, Kari Lake, has repeatedly blasted the Democratic Congressman for his support for the Biden-Harris government’s open borders policies. In addition, Lake has raised Marinelarena’s ties to the Mexican drug cartels, suggesting Gallego and his father’s relationship might not be as distant as the Congressman suggests.

“We need to be calling out what [Gallego] is about. I want to confront the cartels… I want to end the cartels,” Lake said at a news conference last Saturday. “He will never confront the cartels; he is controlled by them. He has close family members who are drug traffickers.”

Polling in the Arizona Senate election shows a tight race. The latest survey has Gallego narrowly leading with 50 percent of the vote to Lake’s 46 percent. Meanwhile, President Donald J. Trump has consistently led Vice President Kamala Harris in the state—raising concerns among Democrats that Trump’s coattails could be enough to secure a win for Lake as well.

Pro-Hamas Protestors Vandalize Congressman’s Office for a Second Time.

Pro-Hamas protestors have vandalized the district office of a New York Congressman for the second time in a matter of weeks. The Manhattan office of Representative Adriano Espaillat (D-NY) had its windows and facade covered in red paint, and the glass in its front door broken. “Free Gaza” graffiti was spray painted on the sidewalk in front of the Democrat Congressman’s office.

Rep. Espaillat has been an outspoken advocate in Congress for the return of the hostages taken from Israel by Hamas during the Islamic terror group’s barbaric October 7, 2023 attacks against the Jewish state. As anti-Israel and pro-Hamas protests have broken out across New York City over the past several nights, the Congressman’s office has become one of several focal points for the pro-Hamas activists as its windows feature posters of the remaining hostages being held by the terrorist group.

OCTOBER 7.

Yesterday, the New York Democrat joined other state and national lawmakers for a memorial service in Central Park, marking the one-year anniversary of the October 7 Hamas attacks. Several lawmakers who attended the event have subsequently been targeted on social media by accounts like AIPAC Tracker, which claims: “Adriano Espaillat has blood on his hands.”

The National Pulse reported in April that Espaillat, a vocal advocate for the Biden-Harris government’s open border policies, first came to the United States from the Dominican Republic as an illegal alien with his parents, overstaying tourist visas and living in the country illegally for around a year before securing a green card.

Following President Donald J. Trump’s visit to a Harlem bodega, Espaillat attacked the Republican presidential nominee on X (formerly Twitter), claiming Trump had no business in his district. However, photos from the event show residents flocking to the corner store to see the Republican candidate.
