Sanctuary Law Stopped Illegal Accused of Sexually Assaulting Kids Being Deported.

An illegal immigrant living in Lynn, Massachusetts, accused of multiple instances of assault and child sexual abuse, was shielded from deportation by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) due to the state’s sanctuary laws. Throughout 2022 and 2023, the Guatemalan national had numerous run-ins with law enforcement — resulting in a long list of charges against him. In November 2023, ICE finally issued a detainer against the illegal immigrant. A Massachusetts court — citing the state’s sanctuary policy — released him back into the community instead.

While it is unclear when the Guatemalan national entered the United States, his criminal history suggests he crossed the border relatively recently. On March 30, 2022, the Guatemalan man was first charged in Lynn for assault, battery, and strangulation offenses. Two days later, he was charged with reckless endangerment of a child. A state district court dismissed the charges in February of last year.

In June of 2023, the illegal immigrant was charged with compulsory insurance violation, identification infringements, and forgery, of which he was again cleared on the same day. He again faced criminal charges in early November when he was arraigned on numerous counts of child assault, including attempted rape. Additional charges — including offensive assault and battery on a child under 14 years, child rape, assault and battery, and witness intimidation — were added in February of this year. Again, those charges were eventually dismissed.

Despite interference from Massachusetts courts, ICE agents were finally able to detain the Guatemalan man at his Lynn residence. He currently remains in ICE custody, awaiting deportation.

Journalists Keep Stealing from Air Force One.

A White House staffer and a reporter recently rendezvoused to address a recurring issue of items being taken from Air Force One – the presidential plane, according to a report from POLITICO.

A problem was highlighted when the Office of the President noted that several branded items were missing from the press cabin following a trip in February. In response to the incident, an anonymous email was sent offering assistance for a “quiet return” of any items “accidentally” taken.

The individual, who took linens from the presidential plane, met with a White House representative near the Andrew Jackson statue in Lafayette Square, where the item was confidentially returned.

This petty theft seems not to be an isolated incident, as several sources have reportedly observed Air Force One being used as a source of souvenirs by the traveling press pack. Anonymous tips even identified a former major newspaper correspondent serving a dinner party on stolen Air Force One crockery.

Petty theft on official property doesn’t seem confined to the plane. The executive mansion also noted incidents in 2015 of disappearing items – some of significant value.

To discourage theft, the president of the White House Correspondents’ Association, Kelly O’Donnell, reminded reporters not to take items from the aircraft, adding that items with Air Force One logos could be purchased outside the plane. However, sources indicate that collectible items available for purchase are not comparable in quality to onboard counterparts.

Scotland’s Cops Are Giving Up on Crime, Shifting Almost All Focus to ‘Hate Speech.’

Law enforcement in Scotland, governed by the Glasgow-born Pakistani separatist Humza Yousaf, will stop investigating certain crimes to free up resources at the same time as Scottish police will begin investigating any and all “hate” incidents under new anti-free speech laws.

The scheme follows a pilot program in the city of Aberdeen and is expected to see tens of thousands fewer crimes allocated to front-line officers, with investigations never going past call center workers in some cases.

Police Scotland has not confirmed exactly which crimes it will not bother investigating, as this would give criminals a “tactical advantage,” but has previously admitted some forms of criminal damage and theft will be included.

Meanwhile, the Hate Crime Act set to come into force on April 1 will see police required to action all alleged “hate” incidents, including offensive online comments and even comedy shows.

The ill-defined legislation makes merely “stirring up hatred” a crime, with police training guidance suggesting people can be arrested for offensive statements “for example on a sign, on the internet through websites, blogs, podcasts, social media etc, either directly, or by forwarding or repeating material that originates from a third party, through printed media such as magazine publications or leaflets.”

Yousaf‘s left-separatist Scottish National Party (SNP) has admitted the Hate Crime Act will impose “additional demand” on police, resulting in a “resource implication.”

German-Based Pakistanis Arrested After Setting Own Home on Fire, Blaming ‘Nazis.’

A Pakistani family in Germany, described as “well-integrated” by their town’s leftist mayor, has been arrested for burning down their own home for insurance money. The Christmas Day arson attack was initially blamed on “far-right” extremists.

Sources indicate the family painted slogans such as “Foreigners out” on the walls of their burnt house in an attempt to divert the investigation. German politicians, including members of the Greens and the Left party, initially rallied in support of the family and against “Nazis,” holding candlelit vigils and denouncing racism.

Authorities say the eight-hour blaze in Wächtersbach, near Frankfurt, caused €350,000 (~$380,000) in damages. Police focused their inquiries on the 47-year-old head of the family after discovering he had fresh burns on his arm despite claiming to be away from home at the time of the incident.

The populist, anti-mass migration Alternative for Germany (AfD) party has complained the political establishment used allegations that the “far right” was responsible for the fire as “a welcome opportunity to inflict hatred and agitation on our party and our voters,” calling it “a slap in the face.”

“Almost reflexively, the [Social Democrats], the Left, and the Greens classified this crime as politically motivated,” they added.

Every Democrat Senator Voted to Block The Laken Riley Act.

Senate Democrats have voted down the Laken Riley Act, which would have required U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to arrest and detain illegal aliens responsible for thefts, burglary, larceny, or shoplifting until their deportation from the United States. They have also blocked moves to stop cities from becoming “sanctuaries” for illegals who face deportation, blocked efforts to stop the federal government from flying hundreds of thousands of migrants into undisclosed locations, and voted against ending fast past entry for illegals via the CBP One app.

“The biggest story in Congress should be that every Senate Dem just voted against the Laken Riley Act, ending sanctuary cities, ending Biden’s secret migrant flights, [and] ending fast pass entry for illegals via [the Customs and Border Protection] phone app,” commented Stephen Miller, a senior advisor to Donald Trump.

House Republicans passed the Laken Riley bill in response to the killing of Laken Riley, a young nursing student whose alleged murderer is a Venezuelan illegal who was at large despite having been arrested for shoplifting and skipping court.

One-hundred and seventy House Democrats also voted against the Laken Riley Act.

Following a violent breach of the border by a migrant mob last week, Joe Biden claimed Trump, rather than his own government or party, was responsible for the illegal immigration crisis.

Repeat Offender Pedo Drag Queen Arrested for Sexual Offenses with Children.

Drag queen Dwight Evan Chisolm — a registered sex offender with a significant history of crimes involving minors — has been arrested again in Brown County, Wisconsin. He is presently facing eight charges, including a two-count accusation of engaging in sexual activities with a minor.

According to the Brown County Jail’s intake record, the accusations include felony charges for child enticement and indecent exposure, plus three counts of misdemeanor sexual assault involving a child aged 16 or over. Chisolm has also been accused of three additional counts of misdemeanor indecent exposure associated with alleged incidents involving minors.

Prior brushes with the law saw the drag queen arrested in May 2023 while allegedly working with children at a dance studio. Prosecutors had charged him with illicitly engaging with children as a convicted sex offender and twice violating bail conditions.

Chisolm, who performs as “Sno Wight,” was also convicted in 2019 of child enticement and an episode of sexual intercourse with a 17-year-old boy.

Earlier, in 2011, Chisolm was charged with sexual assault on a minor and sentenced to three years in prison. Between 2017 and 2019, he successfully disappeared from law enforcement’s radar, failing to comply with statutory check-in requirements.

82-Year-Old Woman Threatens YMCA with Legal Action After Ban for Confronting Trans ‘Woman’ Leering at Girls.

An 82-year-old woman from Port Townsend, Washington, is threatening her local YMCA with a lawsuit after it banned her from confronting a transgender ‘woman’ in the women’s locker room. Julie Jaman says she approached the individual, later identified as ‘Clementine’ Adams, after noticing his attention directed towards young girls. Her ensuing query about Adams’s biological sex resulted in accusations of discrimination.

“I was showering in the women’s dressing room when I saw a man wearing a woman’s swimsuit watching little girls undress. I was obligated to speak up and ask for help,” Jaman said. “Since that moment, I have suffered mob-like attacks, public humiliation, and widespread mendacious reporting,” she continued.

The Center for American Liberty, representing Jaman, has called for an exhaustive investigation. The group’s CEO, Harmeet Dhillon, insists the YMCA and the city are tarnishing Jaman’s reputation through a devious smear campaign, causing significant emotional distress.

Jaman visited the police station to report the incident. Instead, she allegedly became the subject of an investigation based on reports from the YMCA.

The Center for American Liberty emphasizes that the primary concern should be the potential risk to minors. The organization has urged the city and YMCA to rescind Jaman’s ban, apologize, and provide financial compensation or else risk legal action. Dhillon’s letter warns that unwavering stances on transgender ‘rights’ should not overlook probable dangers posed to children in private spaces.

Jaman’s ordeal highlights the increasing concerns about the risks posed to child safety by the transgender movement.

People-Smuggler Transported Migrants Into U.S. Through Sewer Pipes.

People-smuggler Kevin Noe Campos Villa has confessed to sending seven illegal aliens into the United States from Mexico via sewer pipes.

The 20-year-old Tijuana, Mexico native entered a guilty plea in federal court for his “services,” for which he charged $6,000.

Border Patrol agents intercepted Campos Villa and three migrants near the San Ysidro Port of Entry in January 2022, two miles from their subterranean crossing point. Court records reveal two of the migrants voiced fear for their lives during the dangerous crossing, lacking the swimming skills necessary to navigate the river’s currents.

Drownings account for the majority of migrant deaths worldwide.

The maze of underground sewer pipes that spans the U.S.-Mexico border is supposed to be closed off with grates to deter smugglers like Campos Villa. They are occasionally opened following heavy rainfalls to improve water flow, however.

“This is an important reminder that safety is of little concern to transnational criminal organizations,” warned Chief Patrol Agent Patricia McGurk-Daniel following the conviction.

DATA: Illegal Crossings Surge Unabated In 2024.

U.S. border control is facing increasing challenges under the Biden government as the number of illegal immigrants crossing the border continues to surge. At the start of the 2024 fiscal year, crossings soared to 988,900 individuals between October and December. The record start to the year follows an already record 2.4 million illegal immigrant encounters at the southern border in fiscal year 2023. The number of encounters has drastically increased from approximately 1.7 million in 2021.

Data released by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) reveals a significant increase in the annualized rate of illegal immigrant arrests compared to numbers from February 2023 and 2022. The most recent reports disclose 5,616 arrests, exceeding 3,030 arrests and 2,424 arrests recorded in February 2023 and 2022, respectively.

Ira Mehlman, spokesperson for the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR), argues that undocumented citizens face higher crime rates due to the absence of a rigorous vetting process. “All of these things result in people losing their lives because the government isn’t doing its job,” Mehlman told Newsweek in a recent interview, adding: “Sanctuary policies are compounding the danger of being presented. If they were properly implemented, Laken Riley would still be alive today.”

Republican lawmakers at the state and federal levels are pushing to allow local law enforcement to detain and arrest illegal immigrants when encountered. Additionally, some states, like Texas, are even attempting to enact their own deportation process for illegals caught in their jurisdiction.

The Supreme Court recently ruled 6-3 to temporarily allow Texas state officers to arrest, detain, and remove individuals presumed to be in the US illegally — pending a final judgment later this year. However, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals was allowed to issue a new order staying the Texas law.

Judge Orders FBI to Produce Transgender School Shooter Audrey Hale’s Manifesto.

A federal judge in Tennesee has ordered the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to surrender documents which include the ‘manifesto’ of transgender school shooter Audrey Elizabeth Hale. Ms. Hale, who adopted the name Aiden, perpetrated a mass shooting at the Covenant Christian School in Nashville in March 2023.

Federal officials have resisted releasing Hale’s manifesto, citing potential interference with enforcement proceedings. The Tennessee Star newspaper’s parent company took legal action against the FBI after denying its request for public records under the Freedom of Information Act. “The public has an urgent right to know why this tragedy happened,” the newspaper’s lawyers said in the federal complaint.

Judge Aleta Trauger of the Middle District of Tennessee rejected the FBI’s request for dismissal. The judge, instead, ordered the FBI to produce the requested documents for her review. The FBI has not offered a response to the judge’s order.

Official confirmation of the contents of Hale’s manifesto has yet to be made public, despite the shooting having occurred nearly one year ago. In November 2023, a leaked copy of the shooter’s alleged manifesto circulated on social media, with Hale appearing to vow to kill “privileged white kids” at “private schools.” Tennessee police sources at the time confirmed the authenticity of the leaked document.

The National Police Association has also filed a lawsuit seeking the release of documents related to Hale’s crimes. They have stated they are concerned with the FBI’s delays in releasing the information to the public.

Victims of Hale’s shooting included three adults, Mike Hill, Cynthia Peak, and Katherine Koonce, and three children, Hallie Scruggs, Evelyn Dieckhaus, and William Kinney.
