LAWSUIT: Swing State Commission Appoints ZERO Republican Election Inspectors in Hundreds of Precincts.

The Republican National Committee (RNC), Michigan GOP, and Wayne County Republican committees in the Wolverine State are suing the Election Commission of the City of Detroit, alleging they have violated state law by appointing a grossly disproportionate share of Democratic versus Republican election inspectors. The lawsuit states that there are no Republican poll watchers in hundreds of precincts.

State election law stipulates that election commissioners must ” appoint at least 1 election inspector from each major political party and shall appoint an equal number, as nearly as possible, of election inspectors in each election precinct from each major political party.” However, according to the RNC, the authorities in Detroit have appointed 7.5 Democrat election inspectors for every Republican. In Wayne County, 202 of 335 precincts have no Republican poll watchers at all.

The disparity does not stem from a lack of Republicans willing to act as poll watchers. Paula Gnacke-Nemeth, the then-County Chairwoman of the Wayne County Republican Party Republican, sent a list of 675 Republicans willing to serve as election inspectors to the City of Detroit Election Commission. Only 52 people from that list were appointed, out of approximately 310 Republican poll watchers in total. Meanwhile, 2,337 Democrats were appointed.

“Detroit’s failure to hire Republican poll workers is the kind of bad-faith Democrat interference that drives down faith in elections,” RNC Chairman Michael Whatley and Co-Chairwoman Lara Trump said of the situation in a joint statement.

Michigan is a crucial swing state in the upcoming contest between former President Donald J. Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris. The Biden Harris government’s support in the state has been eroded by its stance on Gaza, with many Muslims vowing they would not support Biden before he dropped out in favor of his vice president.

Supreme Court Ruling on Proof-of-Citizenship for Elections is Not a ‘Victory.’ Here’s Why…

The United States Supreme Court has only partially reinstated a proof-of-citizenship election law in Arizona. First passed in 2022, the law requires documentary proof of citizenship using state or federal registration forms when registering to vote. In a 5-to-4 decision, the Supreme Court ordered Thursday that the law’s provision mandating proof-of-citizens on state-created forms be reinstated. However, the court did not permit the enforcement of rules mandating such proof for voting in presidential elections or by mail.

Already, 40,000 individuals are believed to have registered to vote in the state using federal forms without providing proof of citizenship. During the 2020 presidential election, Arizona was decided by just over 10,000 votes.

An emergency appeal by the Republican National Committee (RNC) and Arizona state lawmakers prompted the ruling. Initially taken up by Justice Elena Kagan, the full court issued its order on Thursday—partially overturning a federal district court order blocking the proof-of-citizenship requirements. While Arizona’s legislature can continue to set rules for its state election processes, the Supreme Court barred the state from determining eligibility requirements for registration to vote in federal races.

Justices Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, and Neil Gorsuch favored fully granting the RNC‘s request. Conversely, Justices Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan, Amy Coney Barrett, and Ketanji Brown Jackson supported a complete denial.

The Republicans had urged the Supreme Court to issue the stay by Thursday. According to the secretary of state, this deadline was essential for resolving litigation that would affect Arizona‘s ballot printing. Arizona’s HB 2492 law, enacted in 2022, mandates that individuals using a federal form for voter registration must provide documentary proof of citizenship. Without such proof, they are ineligible to vote in presidential elections or by mail.

The National Pulse has reported extensively on the issue of noncitizen voters. Loopholes and conflicts between state and federal election laws have likely allowed a statistically significant number of ineligible noncitizens to register as voters in U.S. elections. A federal investigation in North Carolina revealed that noncitizens overwhelming back Democratic Party candidates.

TX AG Paxton Launches Massive Election Fraud Raids.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton (R) ordered the execution of a series of search warrants across three counties in the state as part of a two-year investigation into allegations of voter fraud and ballot harvesting. According to Paxton’s office, the raids stem from several undercover operations aimed at an organization believed to be registering noncitizens to vote.

“I am launching an investigation into reports that organizations in Texas are illegally registering noncitizens to vote,” the Texas AG said in a post on X (formerly Twitter) after announcing the raids. “Texans are deeply troubled by the possibility that organizations purporting to assist with voter registration are illegally registering noncitizens to vote in our elections,” he added.

“My office is investigating every credible report we receive regarding potential criminal activity that could compromise the integrity of our elections,” Paxton continued. “The Biden-Harris Administration has intentionally flooded our country with illegal aliens, and without proper safeguards, foreign nationals can illegally influence elections at the local, state, and national level.”

The investigation found that several nonprofit groups had set up booths outside Texas Department of Public Safety Driver License offices, ostensibly offering to register voters. However, Paxton‘s office notes that Texas already offers voter registration when citizens file applications to obtain or renew a driver’s license.

Under Texas state law, lying about one’s citizenship status when registering to vote is a crime. Violators can receive up to two years in prison and be forced to pay up to a $10,000 fine. Additionally, it is illegal to aid a noncitizen in registering to vote, and those convicted of such an action can also be sentenced to up to 20 years in prison and be required to pay a $10,000 fine.

Another Election Integrity Win Secured In Georgia Ahead of the 2024 Vote.

The Georgia State Election Board voted three to two to adopt a new rule requiring the total number of votes cast to be reconciled with the total number of voters recorded for an election. If discrepancies in the count are discovered, the issue must be investigated, and a resolution must be found before the vote can be certified.

This marks the latest in a series of victories in Georgia for election integrity activists. Under the new rule, the State Election Board must meet within several days of an election to review precinct returns. In addition, the Board will oversee the compiling of a list of all voters who participated in a given election—including a breakdown by category of those “who voted Election Day In Person, Advanced Voting, Absentee and Provisionally.” The rule also adds that the number of “unique voter IDs from each precinct shall be counted.”

According to the rule, the total number of votes cast in each precinct will then be reconciled with the total number of votes counted in the same precinct. “In any precinct in which the number of ballots exceeds the number of unique votes, the Board shall determine the method of voting in which the discrepancy exists,” the new Georgia rule reads.

If the error cannot be resolved, “the Board shall determine a method to compute the votes justly” according to state law. If fraud is discovered, the Board is required to report its findings to the relevant district attorney.

The National Pulse reported in July that the Georgia State Election Board will also require local election officials to reconcile the number of votes cast with the number of ballots counted at the end of each day of early voting.

Foreign Climate Activists Run Brazen Election Interference Scheme to Harm Trump.

A United Kingdom-based climate activist group is admittingly attempting to interfere in the 2024 U.S. presidential election on behalf of the Democratic Party, attacking former President Donald J. Trump over the much-maligned Project 2025. The Centre for Climate Reporting, founded by radical environmentalists Lawrence Carter and Tom Costello, has released a heavily edited ten-minute expose on the Heritage Foundation-housed presidential transition project featuring former Trump administration official Russ Vought and others speaking to an undercover reporter.

The Centre for Climate Reporting video uses an overly dramatic music score and ominous voice-over work to portray comments by Vought and other individuals involved in Project 2025 as evidence of a nefarious plot. However, the clandestinely shot video, in truth, offers nothing new. The comments made by Vought echo statements he has made in the past and are readily available in the public record—something the filmmakers tacitly admit by recycling clips of Vought’s appearances on programs like Stephen K. Bannon‘s War Room.

In one moment that is meant to be ‘shocking’ to viewers, Vought discusses plans to deport illegal immigrants and defund Planned Parenthood. These are two policy areas where the entirety of the Republican Party has been very vocal—and, in the case of the former, has mass public support according to election polls.

Vought, who served as the Director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) under former President Trump, is a major force behind efforts to reform the federal government’s administrative powers and end the undemocratic deep state. The former Trump official’s views and policy goals are no secret, though the Centre for Climate Reporting certainly attempts to mislead viewers on this.

FOREIGN ELECTION INTERFERENCE.

However, the UK-based environmental group could be excused for not knowing that it is common for individuals and organizations on both sides of the American political aisle to begin planning presidential transitions several months, if not years, in advance—including drafting hundreds of policy proposals. The lack of understanding of common practices in American politics, though, raises a secondary concern other than their misleading portrayal of Vought and Project 2025.

The Centre for Climate Reporting’s video is obviously meant to build on Democratic Party and progressive activists‘ attacks on Project 2025 and the Republican presidential nominee. Yet, unlike the domestic American reporting, the Centre is a foreign entity employing British and Canadian nationals who are not allowed to legally participate in U.S. elections as voters. Carter and Costello’s video certainly appears to be the sort of foreign election interference that Democrats have lambasted since 2016.

Aside from being misleading foreign-produced propaganda, the Centre for Climate Reporting’s undercover video appears to be something the group can present to donors in an attempt to boost their funding. The high production value and media push—including coverage by CNN—have all the hallmarks of a work product meant to court American progressive financial backers.

Harris Deceives Voters with Manipulated News Headlines.

Kamala Harris‘s campaign was caught manipulating news headlines and paying to promote the altered stories as search advertisements on Google.

How do Google Search ads work? They appear at the top of the page when someone searches for specific keywords related to the advertiser’s ad.

The details: Since August 3, the Harris campaign has created dozens of these search ads, with headlines that look like they come from CNN, CBS News, NPR, USA Today, and many others.

The ads link to real articles from the news outlets, but the headlines are manipulated to appear as endorsements of Harris and her policies.

Cut to the chase: They want to trick voters into thinking these ads are real headlines. They have “sponsorship” labels but they’re easy to miss.

One example: A manipulated headline from The Independent reads: “VP Harris Protects Democracy – Trump Defends Jan 6 Comments” and the article description reads: “Kamala Harris will protect voting rights for all Americans.”

Another reads: “Harris Will Lower Health Costs” and the article description reads: “Kamala Harris will lower the cost of high-quality affordable health care.”

Is Trump running these shady ads? No. Google’s ad transparency center confirms this.

Is this allowed? Google’s terms of service do allow these types of ads to run on their platform and argue that because it says “Sponsored,” they’re easily distinguished from real results.

Big picture: Google is the same platform that was caught suppressing searches about Donald Trump’s attempted assassination just two weeks ago. Make no mistake—if the Trump campaign ran similar ads, they would find a problem with them.

Are Americans Worried About Illegals Voting? Here’s What the Data Says…

Americans are increasingly concerned about noncitizen voters illegally casting ballots in federal elections. New data from Rasmussen Reports indicates that 55 percent of American voters believe it is likely that noncitizens influence election results where they live. The polling data suggests that noncitizen voters are beginning to receive attention among the electorate after being dismissed by the corporate media for years.

The Rasmussen Reports poll also reveals an overwhelming number of American voters oppose allowing noncitizens to cast ballots in U.S. elections. A total of 85 percent of those polled said that only U.S. citizens should be allowed to vote. Just 11 percent said noncitizens should be legally able to cast ballots. These trends were present regardless of political affiliation, with 87 percent of Republicans, 81 percent of Democrats, and 86 percent of unaffiliated voters all saying that only American citizens should be legally allowed to vote.

IMPACT OF NONCITIZEN VOTES.

Corporate media outlets like the Associated Press have attempted to dismiss concerns about the election impacts noncitizen voters could make. However, evidence continues to mount, showing that noncitizens are not just voting but doing so in numbers that could prove pivotal in deciding the outcome of tight electoral contests.

The National Pulse has previously reported that election data shows a statistically significant number of noncitizens acknowledge participating in past U.S. elections. Additionally, the prosecution of noncitizen voters in North Carolina reveals that they illegally cast ballots by a ratio of three to one in favor of Democratic Party candidates. A federal investigation in the state found that some noncitizens were only allowed to register to vote by election workers after determining they’d likely support Democrats on the ballot.

Noncitizens have been able to cast ballots due to state governments granting driver’s licenses to legal and illegal immigrants. Additionally, the lack of proof of citizenship requirements in state and federal elections means that noncitizens can easily slip past the minor barriers intended to ensure only citizens cast votes.

NYT Makes Stunning Election Admission Over Biden-Harris Migration Policy.

The Joe BidenKamala Harris government is handing U.S. citizenship to migrants at the fastest rate in a decade. Thousands of foreigners are becoming U.S. citizens each week, with The New York Times stressing these foreign-born citizens “are looking forward to voting in November.”

Xiao Wang, the foreign-born chief executive of the Boundless Immigration organization, told the NYT the “surge in naturalization efficiency isn’t just about clearing backlogs; it’s potentially reshaping the electorate, merely months before a pivotal election.”

Wang, whose organization helps migrants to naturalize, employing former State Department Deputy Visa Chief and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Immigration Services Officer Erik Finch to do so, brags, “Every citizenship application could be a vote that decides Senate seats or even the presidency.”

Roughly 3.3 million foreigners have been naturalized under the Biden-Harris government so far. States with high numbers of voting-age naturalized citizens, such as Georgia, Arizona, Nevada, and Pennsylvania, are essential for candidates Donald Trump and Kamala Harris in their electoral strategies.

The NYT quotes naturalized migrants who say they were processed in less than six months, while the Trump administration took around ten months due to “heightened scrutiny” of applicants and pandemic-related delays.

SWINGING THE ELECTION.

A recent survey indicates some 81.4 percent of naturalized migrants will “definitely” vote in the 2024 election, and another 14.5 percent “probably” will. Naturalized Latino, African, and Asian migrants all skew Democratic.

Even non-naturalized immigrants, legal and illegal, could have an impact on the election, with poor vetting meaning many are registering to vote despite not being eligible to do so.

Considering only illegal immigration, most Americans believe Biden and Harris have allowed it to grow out of control in the belief it will create a “permanent majority” for the Democratic Party over time. Projections suggest that, by the end of its term, the Biden-Harris government will have seen illegal immigration equivalent to all legal immigration through Ellis Island from 1892 to 1954.

BREAKING: Smartmatic President Indicted on Bribery, Money Laundering Election Scheme.

A federal grand jury in the Southern District of Florida has indicted three executives of election voting machine and service provider Smartmatic, as well as a former Chairman of the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) of the Philippines. The men, including Smartmatic’s own President, Roger Pinate, stand accused of facilitating at least $1 million in bribes.

These bribes were reportedly made to secure and maintain business related to the provision of voting machines and election services for the 2016 Philippines elections and to ensure the release of value-added tax payments.

The co-conspirators allegedly funded the bribes by over-invoicing the cost per voting machine, thereby creating a slush fund. To hide these corrupt payments, they used coded language and created fraudulent contracts and sham loan agreements. They then supposedly laundered the proceeds through bank accounts in Asia, Europe, and the United States, including Florida.

Pinate and Vasquez face charges of one count each of conspiracy to violate the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and one substantive count of the FCPA. Additionally, Pinate, Vasquez, Bautista, and Elie Moreno, a dual citizen of Venezuela and Israel, are each charged with conspiracy to commit money laundering and three counts of international laundering of monetary instruments. If convicted, Pinate and Vasquez could each receive up to five years in prison for the FCPA charges, while all four defendants face up to 20 years for each count of money laundering.

The announcement came from Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General Nicole M. Argentieri of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division, U.S. Attorney Markenzy Lapointe for the Southern District of Florida, along with Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Miami and IRS Criminal Investigation (IRS CI) Miami. The HSI’s El Dorado Task Force Miami and IRS CI Miami are investigating, with prosecutions led by attorneys from the Criminal Division’s Fraud Section and the Southern District of Florida.

Smartmatic is currently involved in litigation against Fox News, and their services are used in Los Angeles, London, Belgium, Argentina, and the Phillipines.

FLASHBACK: Kamala Running Mate Tim Walz Signed Law Giving 80,000 Illegals Driver’s Licenses.

In March of 2023, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, Kamala Harris‘ vice presidential pick, signed legislation allowing for as many as 80,000 illegal aliens to obtain driver’s licenses in his state. The legislation is not the only benefit directed toward illegal aliens by Gov. Walz, as he also signed laws that grant illegals free healthcare and tuition for colleges in the state.

Walz has also claimed that local law enforcement in his state has no responsibility to enforce immigration laws, arguing: “The role of law enforcement is to enforce state and local laws, not federal immigration laws, and I strongly believe that they should not do so,” in 2018.

Giving illegal aliens driver’s licenses, a form of government-issued ID, raises concerns that they may be able to register to vote. In at least 49 states, non-citizens were supplied with voter registration forms without needing to show proof of citizenship as voter registrations take place at the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) in many states.

Non-citizens have been voting in U.S. elections unlawfully due to poor vetting, and the overwhelming majority vote for the Democrats, by as much as a three-to-one ratio.

In Washington, D.C., when the local government allowed non-citizens to vote in their local elections, just five percent registered as Republican.
