Three Guatemalan illegal aliens have been charged with kidnapping and repeatedly sexually assaulting a woman. Palm Beach County Sheriff Ric Bradshaw criticized the Biden regime for “jeopardizing” American citizens following the arrest of Marcos Felipe Ramirez, 31, Darniel Ordónez Jimenez, 30, and Andres Felipe Morales, 29.
Bradshaw explained during a press conference on Wednesday that the trio have been charged with a string of serious offenses, including sexual battery, false imprisonment, and conspiracy to commit these crimes. These violent acts occurred in Lake Worth on March 11, when they allegedly kidnapped the woman in a pick-up truck, assaulting her twice before she was able to escape and seek help.
“For them to be in this country, for them to be able to commit these types of crimes is unconscionable,” Bradshaw said, adding that the Biden regime “has put the American people in jeopardy.”
“This is the same thing we saw where the student was killed by the person that was here illegally,” Bradshaw remarked, referring to the murder of Laken Riley, a Georgia nursing student who was targeted while jogging on the University of Georgia’s campus.
The suspect arrested for Riley’s murder is Jose Ibarra, a Venezuelan illegal who was at large despite a previous arrest for shoplifting and skipping a court appearance.
Sheriff Bradshaw also said his “intelligence section, [working] very closely with the FBI, has also identified that the most dangerous gangs in the world are now in Miami from Venezuela. They make MS-13 look like school kids.”

Ervin Jeovany Alfaro Lopez, a 33-year-old illegalalien from El Salvador, has been charged with over 20 counts of sex offenses involving minors in Maryland. He was in the country posing as a church teacher despite having been deported on two previous occasions.
Charges against Alfaro Lopez include second-degree rape and two counts of third-degree sex offenses. Police began the investigation in May after a victim came forward. Later, three additional victims reported similar cases of abuse. Aged six to 12 years old, they said the abuse often happened when they were praying with closed eyes. One of them was the daughter of the church pastor.
Alfaro Lopez has a record of repeated illegal entries into the U.S., according to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). He first unlawfully entered the U.S. in March 2015, being charged and deported by September 2018. He was re-arrested in the U.S. in January 2019, leaving voluntarily in April 2019. In March 2020, after illegal re-entry, he was again caught and deported.
The time of his latest entry into the United States is unclear. ICE issued an immigration detainer against him when he was arrested for the church abuse, but the Montgomery County Detention Center ignored the order and released him from custody on August 11.

Liberal cities and states are increasingly looking to private residences to accommodate the illegal alien invasion as resources dwindle.
Denver is begging local rental property owners to house migrants as the city reduces migrant services to decrease a nearly $60 million budget deficit.
New York City’s Mayor Eric Adams has also suggested that migrants occupy private residences. “It is my vision to take the next step to these faith-based locales and then move to a private residence,” he said in June. “We can take that $4.2 billion, or $4.3 billion maybe now, that we potentially have to spend, and we can put it back in the pockets of everyday New Yorkers.”
In Illinois, a proposal was put forth earlier this year that would allow residents to volunteer their homes for migrant families in response to the growing divide on the immigration issue. The proposal, however, was declined, with Naperville’s city council ruling that such measures would fall under the purview of state or federal authorities.
Massachusetts has also appealed to its residents. Lt. Gov. Kim Driscoll encouraged those with extra space in their homes to consider accommodating displaced families, reflecting Governor Maura Healey’s request to extend a “helping hand.”
Michigan requested its residents’ assistance in February. Under the state’s refugee support initiative, volunteers would be expected to support refugees for at least 90 days in various ways, from airport reception and initial housing supply to school enrollment and employment assistance.
These efforts reveal the simple truth that America lacks the infrastructure and resources to adequately deal with the massive influx of migrants that has resulted from Biden’s mishandling of the crisis at the U.S.-Mexico border. In addition to the severe strain on local resources, these “newcomers” are also bringing with them an increase in serious crimes.

Police in Sadiq Khan’s London are hunting a man named Abdullahi Mohamed following an “extremely violent” machete attack outside the capital’s Deptford Islamic Centre.
“Mohamed is fully aware that police are trying to locate him for this offence,” said a Metropolitan Police spokesman.
“Anyone who knows him or has information on his whereabouts should contact us. This was an extremely violent attack, using a large machete, and Mohamed is believed to be dangerous,” the spokesman added.
The victim was hospitalized but is reportedly not in life-threatening condition. Police have not released any information on the victim’s ethnicity or background, saying only that he is in his twenties and they do not believe the attack on him was a hatecrime.
Machete attacks are becoming increasingly common in Britain’s multicultural capital, with a three-man brawl with the long blades in broad daylight being caught on camera late last month.
The share of London’s population classified as ‘White British’ was recorded as just 36.8 percent in the 2021 Census — down from 44.9 percent a decade earlier.

Donald Trump warned last month that the illegal immigration crisis under Joe Biden was creating a “new category of crime… migrant crime, and it’s going to be worse than any other form of crime.”
A review by The National Pulse of just seven days of news coverage appeared to vindicate the former president, uncovering multiple examples of severe offenses. Now, a second review, covering the last seven days, shows this was no outlier:
A FAMILY DESTROYED.
In Missouri, a Venezuelan illegal alien, Endrina Bracho, was charged with first-degree involuntary manslaughter, second-degree assault, first-degree child endangerment, and driving without a license after smashing into a family of three while driving 35 miles over the speed limit on the wrong side of the road.
Travis Wolfe, 12, died in early March after clinging to life for a few months following the December crash. His parents also suffered significant injuries, including a broken sternum, broken ribs, and broken ribs.
Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey noted the, “tragic loss of 12-year-old Travis Wolfe is yet another painful reminder of the devastating consequences of lax border enforcement,” warning that illegal aliens can “come to our country, kill our children and continue the cycle because Biden refuses to hold them accountable.”
ONE OF MANY.
On March 11, the Boston Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) unit of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) reported having a Colombian illegal convicted of “indecent assault and battery on a person over 14” — a crime which earned him only one year of probation – in custody pending removal proceedings.
“This Colombian sex offender not only broke our immigration laws; he victimized a Massachusetts resident,” said an ICE spokesman.
The agency noted that the unnamed 44-year-old was just one of 275 “noncitizen sex offenders” detained during an operation running from February 5 to February 16. They said that ERO had detained fully 73,822 noncitizens with criminal histories in fiscal year 2023, including 4,390 with charges or convictions for sexual offenses and 1,713 with charges or convictions for homicide.
‘SAME THING AS LAKEN RILEY.’
Palm Beach County Sheriff Ric Bradshaw reported the arrest of three Guatemalan illegals for abducting a woman from a public park and sexually assaulting her repeatedly.
“For them to be in this country, for them to be able to commit these types of crimes is unconscionable,” Bradshaw said, accusing Joe Biden of having “put the American people in jeopardy.”
“This is the same thing we saw where the student was killed by the person that was here illegally,” Bradshaw added, referring to the murder of Laken Riley.
A FUGITIVE KILLER.
It was reported on Thursday that a Honduran wanted for murder in his home country had been apprehended in Rhode Island.
The unnamed illegal first crossed the southern border in January 2021 but deported under Trump-era controls Biden has now abolished.
He crossed against later the same year, avoiding border officials entirely and becoming one of the hundreds of thousands of annual “gotaways.”
He did not leave his past behind him in Honduras, either, having been arrested for felony assault with a weapon in 2023 and domestic violence in 2024. Incredibly, a judge ignored an ICE detainer against the illegal and released him into the community, with ICE having to track him down and take him back into custody.
REPEAT OFFENDER.
Salvadoran illegal Jeovany Alfaro Lopez was booked for second-degree rape and two counts of third-degree sex offenses against children at a Maryland church.
Posing as a church teacher, his victims — who were as young as six and included the church pastor — said he sometimes attacked them while they were at prayer with their eyes closed.
He was in the country despite having two previous deportations and one voluntary exit from the United States, with the authorities currently having no idea when he made his latest unlawful entry.
Despite his record, he was also freed by the Montgomery County Detention Center on August 11, in defiance of an ICE detainer.
‘ISIS TIES.’
Finally, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) director Christopher Wray admitted to the Senate Intelligence Committee that a migrant-smuggling network linked to the Islamic State terror group is operating on the southern border.
“I want to be a little bit careful how far I can go in open session, but there is a particular network that, where some of the overseas facilitators of the smuggling network have ISIS ties that we’re very concerned about,” Wray revealed.
He admitted the FBI was dealing with “a wide array of very dangerous threats that emanate from the border,” including violent fentanyl-dealing gangs.

The Department of Defense has been warned of a potential “maritime mass migration” from Haiti to South Florida due to the deteriorating conditions in the Caribbean nation.
In her recent testimony, Rebecca Zimmerman, Assistant Secretary of Defense for Homeland Defense and Hemispheric Affairs, addressed these concerns at a House Armed Services Committee hearing. Representative Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.) posed crucial questions about the fine line between Haiti and a failed state, highlighting the disastrous implications on Florida from a possible surge of Haitian migrants due to gang-related violence and governmental instability in Haiti.
“At the moment, we have not yet seen large numbers, what we would characterize as maritime mass migration,” Zimmerman said. “We are alert to that possibility. I think you’re right that the driving conditions in Haiti could very well press more people. We recently approved some additional assistance we could provide to the Coast Guard.”
Zimmerman’s promise of “some additional assistance” to the Coast Guard is unlikely to assuage potential Haitian mass migration concerns.
“Haiti is facing a crisis of Biblical Proportions,” Rep. Maria Salazar (R-Fla.), Chair of the House Subcommittee on Western Hemisphere, said. “With gangs overrunning the country, we need to contain this crisis before it overflows to the rest of the Western Hemisphere. Republicans are asking for a clear plan and accountability for the use of U.S resources. We want to see the crisis in Haiti come to an end immediately but need to do it responsibly.”

Biden’s dwindlingsupport amongst Black male voters is becoming a pressing issue for his re-election campaign. Unlike other demographics within the Democratic coalition, Black men comprise a critical voter base in crucial battleground states like Georgia.
According to Roger House, professor emeritus of American Studies at Emerson College, Biden’s abandonment of working-class economics in favor of mass immigration and other progressive policy priorities is at the root of the collapse in support. House contends Biden’s policy agenda has been captured by the likes of Vice President Kamala Harris and the more progressive elements of the Congressional Black Caucus, who are out of touch with the needs of the working class.
“Biden’s reluctance to crusade for working-class men is mind-boggling,” House wrote in the Daily Beast, adding: “One suspects it stems from the priorities of a coterie of upper-class Black confidants, like Vice President Kamala Harris, who tend to keep the constituency at arm’s length.”
House says he believes Georgia’s upcoming presidential primary will be telling for Biden. He predicts the Democrat incumbent will experience a similar underperformance among Black men as the Stacey Abrams gubernatorial campaign did in 2022. Abrams, House contents, listened to consultants who convinced her that criminal justice reform was the vote-moving issue for Black men. Meanwhile, her opponent, Governor Brian Kemp, focused on “pocketbook” issues — drawing support from working-class white and Black men. Kemp easily won the election with 53.4 percent of the vote to Abrams’s 45.9 percent.

The Department of Justice has imposed a policy requiring immigrationjudges to seek department approval before speaking with the media or the general public. An organization representing the interests of immigration judges says the move effectively prevents them from voicing their opinions publicly amidst a surge of 3 million unresolved cases.
According to the orders given by Chief Immigration Judge Sheila McNulty, the judges, who are part of the National Association of Immigration Judges (NAIJ), must first receive authorization from the DOJ before expressing their views. The gag-order-like policy for immigration judges does not appear to have any precedent under prior presidential administrations.
The instruction comes at a point when immigration services are being inundated by an invasion of illegal immigrants at the US southern border. Before the new policy, the NAIJ — represented under the umbrella of the International Federation of Professional and Technical Engineers union — had been publicly raising the alarm regarding the overwhelmed immigration system. Federation president Matt Biggs criticized the DOJ order for curtailing the free speech of his union membership.
With the border crisisunabetted by the Biden government, the immigration case backlog continues to worsen. Each of the 682 immigration judges in December had a caseload of around 4,500. The Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse at Syracuse University stated that judges can conclude approximately 750 cases annually.
In a public statement, Judge Mimi Tsankov, who presides over the NAIJ, attributed a share of the blame for the increasing backlog to the Department of Justice’s ineffective leadership and intrusive intervention in the immigration court system. The case backlog has soared from just over half a million in September 2016 to 3 million in November 2023 — with the number of cases continuing to grow.

The Chicago Department of Public Health has reported three more measles cases at a migrant shelter, raising the city’s total to five this year. All three patients reside at the shelter, including two adults in stable condition and a younger child now in good condition. In response to the outbreak, local authorities advised school-age residents at the shelter to stay home while their vaccination status is confirmed.
Vaccination teams were placed at the migrant shelter, and over 900 residents were vaccinated over the weekend. Those with potential exposure to the virus who have only recently been vaccinated or haven’t been vaccinated have been instructed to quarantine. Despite these measures, some residents left the shelter.
Chicago’s first measles diagnosis of the year, announced last Thursday, doesn’t appear to be connected to the other cases. Responding to the rising measles incidents, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is sending an expert team to support disease control efforts in Chicago.
The US has recorded 45 cases so far this year, and US cases are projected to surpass 2023’s total. The recent uptick in global measles cases has been partially attributed to lower vaccine coverage. However, measles outbreaks in the US may be connected directly to the ongoing bordercrisis.
In August 2023, doctors warned that migrants crossing the US-Mexico border illegally were bringing with them measles, among other diseases. In January, authorities warned of potential measles exposure at Dulles and Reagan airports, and in February, Ohio health officials warned of possible measles exposure at Cincinnati airport.
