Hungary’s Prime Minister Viktor Orbán offered a simple solution to the illegal immigration crisis at a European summit on Thursday, arguing governments should simply stop letting illegal immigrants in.
Orbán’s remarks came at the European Political Community summit at Blenheim Palace, the birthplace of Sir Winston Churchill. Reporters asked him, “What more can Europe do to tackle migration?”
In response, the Hungarian leader said plainly: “Don’t let them in.”
Along with his newfound role trying to broker peace between Russia and Ukraine, Orbán is known as one of the staunchest opponents of mass migration in Europe.
In June, he commented that Germany no longer resembled the country it once was due to mass migration changing the fabric of society.
“It’s a colorful, transformed, multicultural world in which the migrants coming in are no longer guests of the country,” he said. “This is now their country too, and it’s increasingly becoming theirs.”
TRUMP.
Elsewhere, Orbán stated that a Donald Trump victory in the U.S. would be “the best news for everybody,” praising the former president as a man of peace.
Trump met with Orbán last week at Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida, with the Hungarian leader revealing afterward that the former president would be looking to broker a peace deal between Russia and Ukraine immediately after his election.
Hungary currently holds the rotating presidency of the European Union, with its presidency borrowing a turn of phrase from President Trump with the slogan “Make Europe Great Again.”

In a new low, MSNBC and Netflix news personality Alex Wagner is accusing Republican vice presidential nominee Senator J.D. Vance (R-OH) of dropping an “Easter egg of white nationalism” during his acceptance speech at the Republican National Convention. Wagner lamented that Vance’s speech “was not the same red meat, sort of blood and soil nationalism that you might hear in, I don’t know, other parallel universe Republican conventions,” suggesting she intended to smear the candidate regardless of what he said.
“I do think there were some sort of Easter eggs of white nationalism in the speech,” Wagner argued—kicking off what can only be described as an unhinged rant. She continued: “One of the things that stuck out to me was when he started talking about what America is, he said that ‘America is not just an idea, it is a group of people with a shared history and a common future.'”
She claimed that Vance‘s reference to the “plot in eastern Kentucky, where his seven or six generations of his family are buried” was a white nationalist dog whistle.
RANTING ABOUT A BURIAL PLOT.
“And I sort of understand the idea of sharing the burial plot, but it also is, it reveals someone who believes that the history that the family should inherit, and indeed the history that should be determinative in the story of the Vance family, is the history of the eastern Kentucky Vances and not the Vances from San Diego, which is where his wife is from and where her Indian parents are from,” Wagner said.
She continued: “And I just think the construction of, of this notion reveals a lot about someone who fundamentally believes in the supremacy of whiteness and masculinity, and it’s couched in a sort of halcyon, you know, revisitation of his roots, but it is actually really revealing about what he thinks matters and who America is, and that America is a place for people with his shared Western background.”
The line that Wagner found so troubling in Vance‘s speech was a recollection of a heartfelt conversation with his wife: “Honey, I come with $120,000 worth of law school debt and a cemetery plot on a mountainside in eastern Kentucky.”

No matter the disdain you have for Alex Wagner and these other unserious people, it’s not merely enough. I’d say, “shame on them,” but they obviously have none. pic.twitter.com/6tr4ci3MhP

A gap in the U.S. border wall near Otay Mountain, California, has become a focal point for illegalimmigrants still surging into the United States despite Joe Biden‘s alleged border crackdown. The unprotected stretch of the U.S. border sits about a mile and a half from the Otay Mesa port of entry. It was slated to be walled off by former President Donald J. Trump as he left office. However, the Biden government suspended construction on the border wall in early 2021.
“It has a very significant impact on operations because it’s an open area where migrants can walk right into the United States unimpeded, and when there’s an influx of migrants, they just use that instead of climbing the fence and just walk in that open area,” said National Border Patrol Council in San Diego president Manuel Bayon in a recent interview.
Bayon continued: “It was almost completed. You’re looking at possibly approximately two football fields. It’s just an open gap. It’s a beacon that here you’re allowed to cross into the United States.”
Agents describe the long stretch with no barrier to entry as “frustrating.”
Under mounting public pressure, the Biden government announced a quasi-crackdown on illegalimmigration in early June. Despite the White House’s claims that the Biden executive order aimed to end the border crisis, it actually will allow approximately 1.5 million illegalimmigrants to cross the U.S. border annually.
The National Pulse reported earlier this year that an internal memo from U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) advises San Diego sector agents to release single adult migrants from over 100 countries, with only six designated high-risk nations receiving proper scrutiny.

The Zambia-born First Minister of Wales, Vaughan Gething, is resigning. With the Labour politician’s elevation in March, every national leader in Great Britain was an ethnic minority. Now, all of them have gone.
Humza Yousaf, First Minister of Scotland, was the first to lose office. The Pakistani-heritage Muslim resigned as leader of the left-separatist Scottish National Party (SNP) in April. He had been facing a no-confidence vote after breaking a coalition agreement with the Greens, who propped up his anti-free speech administration in the Scottish government—roughly equivalent to a U.S. state government.
Unlike Scotland and Wales, England lacks a devolved government, with the British central government administering its domestic affairs. Until July 5, the British government was led by Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, an Indian-heritage Hindu. He has been replaced by Labour’s Sir Keir Starmer after leading the Conservatives into their worst-ever general election defeat.
Neither Yousaf, Sunak, nor Gething became national leaders after winning at the ballot box; all of them were installed by their parties between elections.
Yousaf’s leftist party has replaced him with John Swinney. Like Starmer, he is a white man in his sixties. Gething’s replacement is yet to be determined, but another white man is the favorite to replace him: Jeremy Miles.

The population of England and Wales has seen its most substantial annual increase in 75 years. According to Office for National Statistics (ONS) figures released on July 15, the increase was driven by a surge of over one million arrivals from overseas in the span of a year. The ONS also highlighted the fact the British nations saw their lowest number of births since 2002.
According to the data, between mid-2022 and mid-2023, an additional 610,000 people were added to the combined population of England and Wales, bringing their total population to 60.9 million. Scotland and Northern Ireland, the United Kingdom’s other constituent Home Nations, keep separate statistics.
Natural population change among existing residents in England and Wales nearly balanced out, with only 400 more births than deaths.
While London recorded higher levels of inward migration compared to other regions, an exodus of the hyper-diverse capital’s existing residents to other parts of England and Wales slowed its overall growth rate to 0.9 percent.
This population increase is the highest since 1948, when there was a surge in overseas soldiers returning after World War II and a baby boom.
Britain’s new Labourgovernment has already scrapped plans to transfer boat migrants to Rwanda, which has been followed by an uptick in illegal immigration.
Deputy Prime Minister Angela Rayner has stated that the leftist government will spread asylum seekers across the country.

City officials in Springfield, Ohio, are voicing concerns over the local housing crisis, exacerbated by a rise in the number of illegalimmigrants who have flooded the locality under Joe Biden. City Manager Bryan Heck has reached out to U.S. Senators Tim Scott (R-SC) and Sherrod Brown (D-OH) for federal assistance as the situation continues to strain resources.
Sen. Brown is the chairman of the Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs. Tim Scott is the committee’s ranking Republican member.
Heck mentioned in his letter that the population surge, mainly driven by illegalimmigration, has overwhelmed Springfield’s capacity to provide adequate housing. “Springfield’s Haitian population has increased to 15,000 – 20,000 over the last four years in a community of just under 60,000 previous residents,” Heck wrote. This significant growth is challenging the city’s ability to meet its residents’ housing demands.
During a Senate Banking Committee hearing on Tuesday, Sen. J.D. Vance (R-OH) highlighted this issue by presenting Heck’s letter. Vance pointed out that Springfield’s struggle to build 5,000 new housing units, a considerable effort for a town of approximately 55,000 people, is compounded by additional pressures on hospital and school services. “This immigration problem,” Vance stated, “is having very real human consequences.”
Since January 2021, an estimated 16.8 million illegalimmigrants have entered the United States, originating from over 150 countries. This influx is contributing to housing shortages and elevated costs nationwide.
Springfield’s plea for federal aid underscores the broader challenges faced by communities distant from border areas, often left dealing with the unexpected demands of increased illegalimmigration.

Approximately 85,000 children who crossed the U.S. border as unaccompanied minors are missing after being placed with sponsors. Government whistleblowers shared this information with a Senate panel on Tuesday. They said that children are often placed with individuals who are not their relatives and provided evidence of abuse and trafficking.
Tara Lee Rodas, a whistleblower with a 20-year federal career, described her experiences at the Pomona Fairplex Emergency Intake Site, where she served as Deputy to the Director of the Federal Case Management Team.
One case involved a 16-year-old Guatemalan girl named Carmen, who was placed with a man claiming to be her brother but who subsequently posted child pornography online.
Rodas also stated that gangs like MS-13 are involved in child placement. Despite warnings, authorities retaliated against her rather than investigate her claims.
Whistleblower Deborah White alleges that sponsors are rarely vetted face-to-face and fake documents are pervasive.
“Children were not going to their parents. Children were being trafficked with billions of taxpayer dollars by a contractor failing to vet sponsors and process children safely, with government officials complicit in it,” she said.
The oversight of sponsors by the Department of Human Services involved minimal follow-up, typically limited to a single phone call 30 days post-placement. By that time, many children could no longer be contacted.
Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra maintains that no children have gone missing from HHS custody; however, whistleblowers clarified that this claim was technically accurate only until transportation companies delivered the children to their sponsors. The children often went missing shortly thereafter.

Nevada’s Latino voters comprise nearly 20 percent of the crucial swing state’s electorate, making them an essential demographic for any presidential campaign wanting to win the state this November. For Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, however, concerns over the economy, illegalimmigration, inflation, and Biden’s health have seen their support among the state’s Latino voters plummet.
Speaking with The Washington Post, Nevada‘s Latino and Hispanic voters aired their frustrations with Biden and the Democratic Party. They expressed frustration with the cost of everyday goods, job competition with illegalimmigrants, public safety, and disillusionment that Biden will fulfill his campaign promises.
“I’m an immigrant, and I see that Democrats have been promising us immigration reform for years, and at the end of the day, we’re being ignored,” David Mungia, who works at a Nevada hospital, said in an interview. He added: “I want someone to earn my vote. Right now, I think Trump could offer us more than Biden.”
While some Democrats are looking to replace Biden with Harris at the top of the presidential ticket following the incumbent’s disastrous June 27 debate performance, she also struggles to appeal to Nevada’s Latinos. “I support us girls, and I would love to see a woman run the country, but I don’t think it’s gonna happen,” said Isabella Bello, a 21-year-old nursing student who revealed she’s voting for former President Donald J. Trump.
“She’s been on [Biden’s] side all this time and nothing was done on her side either as vice president. I think people want change for our country, and she isn’t that,” Bello added.
Recent polling has shown nearly two-thirds of Latinos support Trump’s plan to deport illegal aliens. Meanwhile, data shows that Latino and Hispanic voters overwhelmingly disapprove of Biden‘s handling of the U.S. border crisis.

New York City hotel bosses have raked in over a billion dollars converting their premises into migrant shelters so far. Mayor Eric Adams‘s city government expends an average of $156 per room per night on accommodation for illegal aliens, with some rooms costing more than $300 per night. Since the onset of the crisis, the city’s total spending on the migrant influx has reached approximately $4.88 billion, with $1.98 billion expended on housing illegals.
Internal documents indicate that about 80 percent of these shelters are motels or inns. However, the city has also made contracts with larger hotels, including a $5.13 million-per-month deal with the Row NYC hotel in Midtown Manhattan and a $2 million-per-month agreement with the Crowne Plaza JFK in South Jamaica, Queens.
Some shelter deals benefit foreign states, with the Roosevelt Hotel in Manhattan, now a processing center and temporary shelter for illegals, belonging to the Pakistani government.
In September, officials extended a contract with the Hotel Association of New York City (HANYC) for three years for $1.3 billion. Another deal, valued at $76.69 million, was signed in January to provide shelter across 15 hotels in Brooklyn, Queens, and the Bronx through July.
Several hotels used to house migrants are luxury accommodations, such as the Hotel Le Jolie in the Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn and the Square Hotel on Broadway.
Local business owners are expressing concerns about the negative impact of these shelters, which often hostcriminals and repel the public, on their own businesses. Some fear they will have to close due to lost revenue.
Other Democrat-run states have been dealing with similar issues. In Massachusetts, whistleblowers describe how migrants are not only getting free hotel rooms but also free tablets, toys, healthcare, and more.

While Joe Biden’s poor debate performance and mental decline are dominating the news, the migrant crime epidemic Donald Trump warned against in February continues apace.
CHICK-FIL-A SHOOTER.
Authorities have charged Oved Bernardo Mendoza Argueta, 37, with capital murder for allegedly shooting and killing two workers at a Chick-fil-A in Texas.
The El Salvadoran told authorities he crossed the U.S. border unlawfully, but he did not specify the time or place of entry. Mendoza Argueta states he is married and has a child who is a U.S. citizen. This puts him in a category of illegal alien Joe Biden says he will protect from deportation.
The shootings took in the Dallas suburb of Irving and claimed the lives of Brayan Godoy, a 31-year-old father of four, and Patricia Portillo, a 49-year-old grandmother.
WAR CRIMINALS.
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has been straining its resources to locate and arrest 11 foreigners who “fraudulently entered the United States in an attempt to escape justice” for violating human rights in their homelands.
According to ICE, these include:
Three people from Central America implicated in a variety of human rights violations against civilians and political opponents, including extrajudicial killings, enforced disappearances, intelligence gathering for violent regimes and attacks against civilian infrastructure.
Three people from Africa implicated in extrajudicial killings, rape, recruiting child soldiers and committing atrocities on behalf of governments in addition to supporting persecutor groups.
One person from Asia who admitted to targeting women for forced abortions and sterilizations, as well as physically abducting women while working on behalf of the ruling political party.
Two former members of paramilitary groups — one in Asia, another in the Caribbean — known to have committed serious human rights violations through violent repression and arresting people without cause and extorting civilians by use of force.
Two people from the Caucasus who admitted to organizing violent clashes with opposing political factions and targeting religious minorities for abuse.
ICE required the support of the Human Rights Violators and War Crimes Center of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) for the operation, showcasing the burden of dealing with the world’s war criminals and human rights abusers being in the U.S. thanks to lax immigration controls.
HONDURAN PEDOPHILE.
Honduran illegal Junior Manuel Dubon Benitez, 18, has been charged with sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl in Iowa. Benitez is charged with sexual abuse in the second degree, according to Iowa court documents.
Dubon Benitez entered the U.S. illegally via Hidalgo, Texas, in April 2022.
HONDURAN HUMAN TRAFFICKER.
Another Honduran, Dora Patricia Flores Canales, has been deported for “aggravated human trafficking in the form of commercial sexual exploitation.”
ICE suggested the foreign fugitive posed “a significant threat to our nation.”
DOMINICAN DRUG TRAFFICKER.
Dominican illegal Jose Abel Polanco-Ramirez, 23, has been detained by ICE after being charged with “trafficking cocaine, distribution of cocaine, possession of cocaine and carrying a dangerous weapon” in Massachusetts.
“Jose Abel Polanco-Ramirez is charged with peddling poison while carrying a deadly weapon on the streets of our Massachusetts community,” said an ICE spokesman. ICE also noted they issued a detainer against Polanco-Ramirez after he was initially charged, but local authorities ignored them and let the illegal loose among the public again.
WANTED CHILD RAPIST.
Also in Massachusetts, ICE detained an unnamed Ecuadorian illegal who first entered the U.S. in 2021. He has been wanted in Ecuador for the rape of a minor and invasion of privacy since at least May 2023.
“This Ecuadorian fugitive is facing some very serious charges, but instead of facing the justice system, he fled and attempted to take refuge in Massachusetts,” said an ICE spokesman, adding that the illegal “posed a significant threat to the children of our communities.”
CONNECTICUT KILLER.
Manuel Fernando Alejandor-Martinez, 23, has been taken into custody by ICE following a conviction for manslaughter in Connecticut.
The Guatemalan illegal, who killed a Connecticut resident while driving an uninsured vehicle, had been released to a halfway house by the Connecticut Department of Corrections in August 2023 in defiance of an ICE detainer.
“We have a new category of crime. It’s called migrant crime, and it’s going to be worse than any other form of crime,” @realDonaldTrump told Laura Ingraham. pic.twitter.com/FrdQLSFKPB
