Judge Facing Trump Impeachment Call for Blocking Deportations Will Preside Over Signal Case.

A new lawsuit aimed at President Donald J. Trump’s administration has landed on the desk of Judge James Boasberg, who previously blocked the America First leader’s efforts to deport Venezuelan gangsters to El Salvador using the Alien Enemies Act. The case, filed Wednesday by American Oversight, accuses Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and other top officials of breaking federal records laws by discussing Houthi attack strategies in a Signal group chat.

Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA) has urged the Barack Obama-appointed Boasberg to step aside, as his past rulings reveal a clear bias against Trump’s team. “It’s no coincidence Boasberg got this case,” Issa said, doubting the judge would recuse himself but arguing it would be the right move for the court’s credibility.

President Trump has called for Boasberg’s impeachment, and Rep. Brandon Gill (R-TX) has filed articles to initiate this process.

American Oversight claims the administration flouted the Federal Records Act, which mandates preserving official government communications, in its Houthis discussion. The group points out that agencies typically require officials to save messages from apps like Signal by forwarding them to official systems—something they allege didn’t happen here. The suit targets Hegseth, Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Director John Ratcliffe, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, and Secretary of State Marco Rubio, alongside the National Archives.

White House officials deny the Signal chat was used for “war planning,” as some media have suggested. Testifying before the House Intelligence Committee on Wednesday, Gabbard stressed that no classified information was shared. Gabbard said the national security advisor has owned up to the slip, and the National Security Council is investigating.

While American Oversight purports to be nonpartisan, Influence Watch notes it “frequently appears explicitly partisan in its choice of investigative projects,” with conservatives arguing it was founded in 2017 with the express purpose of waging a lawfare campaign against the first Trump administration.

Several key leadership figures, including founder Austin Evers—a former senior counsel in the Obama administration—are tied to Democrats and Democratic super PACs.

This State Is Releasing Illegal Alien Rapists.

A review by CBS News discovered that Massachusetts has been releasing illegal aliens charged with violent crimes—including child rape—from courts and jails on low bail without allowing Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) the opportunity to intervene.

The details: The review of the ICE press releases conducted by CBS Boston found:

  • An illegal from Guatemala charged with three counts of aggravated child rape was released on $7,500 bail.
  • Another Guatemalan illegal was charged with aggravated child rape and released on $7,500 bail.
  • A Honduran illegal accused of attempted rape and armed robbery walked free on $0 bail.
  • Two child rape suspects in Worcester County were released on $500 bail.

Making matters worse: ICE issued a detainer in the first three instances mentioned above but was ignored.

The lawMassachusetts, per a 2017 court ruling, prohibits holding individuals solely on ICE detainers. And when judges set bail, they cannot use immigration status as a factor.

Good newsThis month, ICE and federal law enforcement apprehended 370 illegals in Massachusetts during an operation targeting organized crime, gangs, and other egregious offenders.

The last word goes to Border Czar Tom Homan, who last month took aim at Boston Police Commissioner Michael Cox for releasing violent illegals into the community, saying:

  • “You’re not a police commissioner. Take that badge off your chest. Put it in the desk drawer.”

Trump Praises Ashli Babbitt, Says He Is Considering Compensation for J6 Defendants.

President Donald J. Trump is actively considering providing financial relief to January 6 protesters. During a Tuesday night interview, Trump revealed, “A lot of the people that are in the government now talk about it because a lot of the people in government really like that group of people.”

The America First leader said he was “a big fan” of Ashli Babbitt—the unarmed U.S. Air Force who was slain by Capitol Police officer and known liar Michael Byrd. “Ashli Babbitt was a really good person who was a big MAGA fan, Trump fan. And she was innocently standing there, they even say trying to sort of hold back the crowd, and a man did something to her that was unthinkable when he shot her,” Trump said.

The National Pulse previously reported on video analysis showing Babbitt conversing with police and attempting to diffuse tensions between them and some of the rowdier demonstrators.

On whether Byrd, who still serves with the Capitol Police, could face sanctions, the President said he would “take a look at it.”

Raheem Kassam, Editor-in-Chief of The National Pulse, argued in December that justice for the January 6 defendants should not end with pardons and that they should be compensated and the January 6 Committee punished.

Ukrainian Politician Demands Trump Fire Special Envoy for Being Too Reasonable with Russia.

A Ukrainian politician and member of President Volodymyr Zelensky’s party has called on President Donald J. Trump to fire Special Envoy Steve Witkoff, complaining that Witkoff uses Russian narratives. Oleksandr Merezkho, a member of Zelensky’s Servant of the People Party, has even claimed that Witkoff may be an agent of Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Merezkho’s criticism comes after Witkoff participated in an interview with Tucker Carlson, asking if Witkoff’s comments on the Ukraine war were from “ignorance, naivety, unprofessionalism” or whether he may be an agent of Putin.

“Of course, we cannot dictate to our American friends who should represent them, but this person should be removed from this delegation; he should not be the President’s representative. Because he is either completely unprofessional or simply repeats Putin’s narratives,” the Ukrainian alleged.

Witkoff told Carlson that he wanted to put himself in Russia’s shoes to create a deal to end the conflict, saying, “A good deal has to work for everybody.” He also spoke of the referendums held in Ukrainian territory occupied by Russia, which has led to Russia claiming those areas as part of the Russian Federation, without criticism.

President Trump and President Putin agreed to partial ceasefire terms earlier this month, which included an agreement not to attack energy infrastructure. However, Russia claimed that Ukraine had broken the agreement just hours after it had been agreed upon.

Trump Stands By NatSec Advisor Waltz After Houthi Group Chat Inadvertently Included Reporter.

President Donald J. Trump is standing by his White House National Security Advisor Michael Waltz after The Atlantic‘s Jeffrey Goldberg was inadvertently added to an encrypted Signal group chat with top administration officials discussing military strikes against Houthi targets in Yemen. Following the revelation that Goldberg had been privy to the messages, some members of the national security community and Democrat lawmakers on Capitol Hill capitalized on the error and are pushing for Waltz to either be dismissed or resign.

“Michael Waltz has learned a lesson, and he’s a good man,” President Trump said on Tuesday. “It was the only glitch in two months, and it turned out not to be a serious one.” The America First leader went on to state that it was one of Waltz’s aides who added Golberg’s number to the Signal group.

In addition to President Trump, Waltz is seeing support from U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) and Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) chief Elon Musk.  “I agree with President [Donald Trump] [Mike Waltz] is an invaluable member of his national security team and that he should continue to serve the President and our country,” Sen. Graham wrote on X. Musk reposted Graham’s statement of support for Waltz, adding “Same.”

GOLDBERG’S ‘SENSATIONALIST SPIN.’

While the Trump White House says that no classified information or operational military plans were shared in the chat, contrary to Golberg’s claims, the National Security Council has launched an investigation into how the journalist was inadvertently added to the message group.

The National Pulse reported earlier on Tuesday that White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt emphatically denied that any “classified material” or “war plans” were discussed in the chat to which Goldberg was added. She added that The Atlantic editor has a history of writing “sensationalist spin” and stated that “The White House Counsel’s Office has provided guidance on a number of different platforms for President Trump’s top officials to communicate as safely and efficiently as possible.”

Texas Govt Investigating Alleged Pro-Sharia ‘Muslim City’ Project.

The Governor of Texas, Greg Abbott, has announced that multiple state agencies are investigating a project to create a “Muslim city” in the state, with some fearing that Sharia law may be applied within the settlement. The East Plano Islamic Center (EPIC) is behind the project, dubbed “EPIC City,” which plans to create a new city in Collin and Hunt Counties.

Governor Abbott stated on social media platform X that the project has “serious legal issues,” announcing: “A dozen state agencies are investigating it, the Attorney General will look into it, and legislators are considering laws to restrict it, as well as laws to prevent foreign adversaries from buying land in Texas.”

The project was initially announced in February, with the organizers arguing that while the settlement will be Muslim, it will be integrated. Governor Abbott reacted to the project by stating, “To be clear, Sharia law is not allowed in Texas. Nor are Sharia cities. Nor are ‘no go zones’ which this project seems to imply.”

Raheem Kassam, Editor-in-Chief of The National Pulse, warned that such areas would emerge in the U.S. and Europe as early as 2017. Muslim-majority cities and towns already exist in some parts of the United States, such as Hamtramck, Michigan. Hamtramck’s mayor infamously declared there would be “no peace” with Israel just days after the October 2023 massacres by Hamas in Israel.

Trump Moves to Declassify All FBI Files Relating to Crossfire Hurricane.

President Donald J. Trump is ordering the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to declassify all files related to its 2016 Crossfire Hurricane investigation into purported links between the Trump presidential campaign and Russia. According to the Department of Justice (DOJ), the counterintelligence operation was ostensibly tasked with determining “whether individuals associated with [Trump’s] presidential campaign were coordinating, wittingly or unwittingly, with the Russian government’s efforts to interfere in the 2016 U.S. presidential election.” However, the FBI investigators ultimately engaged in a gross abuse of power and helped perpetuate the Democratic Party’s Russia collusion hoax.

White House Staff Secretary Will Scharf explained that the presidential memorandum “requires the immediate declassification of all FBI files relating to the Crossfire Hurricane investigation.” Speaking to President Trump, Scharf added: “This was obviously one of the instances of the weaponization of law enforcement and powers of prosecution against you and others. We believe it is long past time for the American people to have a full and complete understanding of what exactly is in those files.”

President Trump noted that the memorandum will allow the media to review the documents and compare them to claims made by FBI officials and Democratic lawmakers on Capitol Hill. “You probably won’t bother, because you’re not going to like what you see,” Trump said confidently, adding: “This was total weaponization; it’s a disgrace, should never happen in this country. But now you’ll be able to see for yourselves. All declassified.”

A HOAX BUILT ON LIES.

Notably, Trump ally Carter Page was falsely targeted for surveillance by federal law enforcement after FBI attorney Kevin Clinesmith doctored emails from the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) to provide false evidence to attain a FISA warrant. A report released in 2019 by DOJ Inspector General Michael E. Horowitz found the FBI made 17 errors or omissions in its FISA warrant application against Page.

Subsequently, FISA court judge Rosemary Collyer—one of the four judges to approve the FBI’s FISA warrant application against Page—issued an order stating that the FBI had “provided false information to the National Security Division (NSD) of the Department of Justice, and withheld material information from NSD which was detrimental to the FBI’s case, in connection with four applications to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court for authority to conduct electronic surveillance of a U.S. citizen named Carter W. Page.”

Vice President Vance Will Join Wife on Visit to Greenland.

Vice President J.D. Vance revealed on Tuesday that he will join his wife Usha on a diplomatic trip to Greenland later this week. Usha Vance was initially slated to travel with several other Trump White House officials and attend the island’s annual dog sled race. However, with Vice President Vance now joining his wife, the couple is slated to meet with U.S. Space Force personnel stationed on the northwest coast of Greenland.

“Hey guys, it’s J.D. Vance, the Vice President, and you know, there was so much excitement around Usha’s visit to Greenland this Friday that I decided I didn’t want her to have all that fun by herself,” the Vice President said in a video posted to X (formerly Twitter). “So, I’m going to join her. I’m going to visit some of our Guardians in the Space Force on the northwest coast of Greenland and also just check out what’s going on with the security there of Greenland.”

GREENLAND’S STRATEGIC IMPORTANCE.

“As you know, it is really important; a lot of other countries have threatened Greenland, have threatened to use its territories and its waterways to threaten the United States, to threaten Canada, and of course to threaten the people of Greenland,” Vance added. “Speaking for President Trump, we want to reinvigorate the security of the people of Greenland because we think it’s important to protecting the security of the entire world.”

Greenland sits at a strategic point in the North Atlantic and Arctic Circle, with the potential to provide critical air defense stations and naval basing for U.S. military forces. Additionally, the massive island is rich in rare earth minerals, which are increasingly becoming critical to technological development and supply chain security. Both features of the island have been motivating factors in President Donald J. Trump’s overtures to bring the island into the U.S. fold.

Joe Rogan Skipping UFC Fight in Canada: ‘I’d Rather Go to Russia.’

Podcaster and Ultimate Fight Championship (UFC) commentator Joe Rogan says he won’t travel to Montreal, Canada, in May for UFC 315: Muhammad vs Della Maddalena, stating that he no longer visits America’s northern neighbor. Rogan, who often provides live commentary at UFC events, cited Canada‘s “terrible” liberal government as the reason he won’t attend the Montreal fight. However, he added that “the Canadian people are awesome.”

“I won’t be there. I don’t go to Canada anymore,” Rogan said, wryly adding: “I’d rather go to Russia.”

When one of Rogan’s guests joked that the podcaster would visit Canada once it becomes the 51st U.S. state, he quickly replied: “That’s never going to happen.”

“That’s so crazy that he asked them to be the 51st state,” Rogan said while laughing. He continued: “I had a conversation with Trump about it. He goes, ‘I started calling him calling him Governor Trudeau just for fun, then a lot of people started saying it’s a good idea… Maybe it is a good idea,” referring to former Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.

In February, Rogan accused Trudeau of pushing for “legitimate communism,” and in his most recent podcast episode he stated that current Prime Minister Mark Carney is “more of the same.”  Last July, the podcast host and fight commentator vowed he wouldn’t travel to Canada while Trudeau was still in charge, arguing the Canadian government had become a “tyranny” and imposed “ridiculous free speech laws.”

“They can come down on you for a lot of things. They seized up the bank accounts for people who were protesting, the truckers. People who were donating to the truckers, they seized their bank accounts,” Rogan said, referring to the 2022 Canadian trucker protests against the country’s COVID-19 vaccine mandates. He added: “It’s not a good place under this administration, at least.”

Rep. Crockett Brands Disabled Republican ‘Governor Hot Wheels’ at Human Rights Fundraiser.

Democrat Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) referred to Governor Greg Abbott (R-TX), who is disabled, as “Governor Hot Wheels” during a speech to a Human Rights Campaign dinner in Los Angeles, California, on Monday. “[W]e in these hot-ass Texas streets, honey,” she said, adding: “Y’all know we got Governor Hot Wheels down there, come on now!”

Crockett, 43, went on to say that “the only thing ‘hot’ about him is that he is a hot-ass mess, honey, so um, so, yes! Yes, yes, yes.”

Abbott, 67, has been paralyzed from the waist down since 1984 as a result of being crushed by a falling oak tree while jogging. The National Pulse has asked the Human Rights Campaign if it endorses Crockett’s language about the disabled but was yet to receive a response at the time of publication.

Crockett is often involved in scandals, insulting Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) as having a “bad built, butch body” during a congressional hearing in 2024, and assaulting a reporter from Loomer Unleashed in the Capitol more recently.
