MSNBC Ratings Plunge Nearly 50% in Post-Election Spiral.

MSNBC’s viewership continues to plummet following President-elect Donald J. Trump’s landslide victory in the 2024 presidential election. According to data from Nielsen, the network has now seen nearly 50 percent of its audience tune out. Even more concerning for the left-wing corporate news channel is that its audience among the advertiser-coveted 25-54 age demographic has entirely collapsed, standing at just 63,000 viewers.

In comparison, Fox News strengthened its position as the leading cable news network, reporting growth during the same period. While MSNBC attracted 644,000 viewers during primetime, Fox News’s viewership soared to 3.2 million, marking an 86 percent increase from the previous year. In the 25-54 demographic, Fox recorded a 147 percent rise, resulting in an average of 476,000 viewers.

MSNBC’s challenges extended to total-day ratings, where the network garnered 497,000 viewers and just 49,000 in the key demographic. This reflects ongoing issues for programming like Morning Joe, which experienced a 37 percent decline in viewership after co-hosts Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski met with President-elect Trump.

Several of MSNBC’s major programs, including The ReidOut and 11th Hour with Stephanie Ruhle, have reached low points in their viewership, particularly in the 25-54 category. In comparison, Fox News captured 62 percent of the cable news audience for total-day ratings throughout November.

CNN also experienced a decline, losing 33 percent of its audience; however, MSNBC’s downturn was more pronounced. MSNBC reported only 14 broadcasts exceeding two million viewers for the month, significantly lower than Fox News’s 248 telecasts reaching the same threshold.

Notably, billionaire technology and space exploration mogul Elon Musk has expressed interest in buying the failing MSNBC network from its parent company, Comcast. The National Pulse reported late last week that Musk indicated in a post on X (formerly Twitter) that he was seriously considering the move.

Germany is Preparing Nuclear Bunkers…

Bracing for a potential major war with Russia, Germany is reportedly looking to convert various properties into nuclear fallout shelters and bunkers. Authorities are considering underground parking lots and subway stations as viable options for emergency shelters.

Berlin has been actively supporting Ukraine since Russia’s invasion in February 2022, providing ongoing aid for the Ukrainian war effort. The increased tensions have prompted Germany to revisit its defense measures, involving the Office of Civil Protection and Disaster Assistance and other authorities.

Historically, Germany maintained about 2,000 operational bunkers during periods such as World War II and the Cold War. However, there are only 579 left. With a population of 84 million, the existing shelter capacity covers only 480,000 people.

Meanwhile, Germany’s armed forces are preparing businesses for a potential war as part of “Operational Plan Germany,” a secret 1,000-page document that outlines steps to defend critical infrastructure in case of a possible conflict.

A senior NATO military official, Admiral Rob Bauer, is also emphasizing the need for businesses in Europe and America to prepare for potential wartime scenarios and to adapt their production and distribution processes accordingly.

Valery Zaluzhny, Ukraine’s previous military chief and now envoy to the United Kingdom, has asserted that a global conflict has already commenced, with Ukraine now using Western-supplied long-range missiles to strike targets deep within Russian territory. Russia’s President Vladimir Putin previously stated that such actions would require direct support from NATO countries and would amount to a declaration of war against Russia.

So far, Russia has not targeted any NATO member territory, but it did debut a hypersonic intermediate ballistic missile with multiple warheads, claiming it could not be intercepted or stopped by any system NATO currently possesses.

Republicans Tell World Health Org to Disband Trans Activist Panel.

A group of congressional Republicans has called on the World Health Organization (WHO) to dissolve its Guideline Development Group (GDG) focused on transgenderism, citing biases towards transgender activist groups. In a letter addressed to WHO Director-General Tedros Ghebreyesus, the lawmakers, led by Rep. Rich McCormick of Georgia and Sen. Roger Marshall of Kansas, urged the group’s disbandment, citing its neglect of scientific evidence regarding transgender procedures.

The Republic lawmakers express concerns that the GDG prioritizes the LGBTQ agenda over scientific rigor. They insist that any health guidelines should be founded on proven scientific evidence, not ideology.

“The World Health Organization has abandoned its mission to cater to radical globalist activists; it is past time to stop its funding and cut our losses,” McCormick said. “The WHO’s ‘gender identity’ cult and its embrace of irreversible mutilation surgeries and psychologically harmful chemical therapies are just one of the many reasons the U.S. needs to walk away from this globalist organization.”

Announced in December 2023, the WHO’s GDG aims to create a framework addressing the health of transgender and “gender diverse” individuals. It promotes gender transitions and the legal recognition of a person’s gender identity based on “self-ID,” regardless of sex, and without the need for a gender dysphoria diagnosis by a medical professional.

McCormick, Marshall, and 27 other House Republicans argue that GDG associates have links to organizations like the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) and Global Action for Trans Equality, which are highly controversial activist organizations.

The National Pulse has previously reported that WPATH has collaborated with the Eunuch Archive, which has hosted “sadomasochistic erotica featuring the castration, sexual torture, and rape of children.”

Rudy Giuliani BLOCKED – by Democrat-Donor Who Trump Appointed as Judge – from Attending Inauguration.

Rudy Giuliani, an ally of President-elect Donald J. Trump and former New York City mayor, has been denied a request to reschedule an upcoming trial to attend Trump’s inauguration. U.S. District Judge Lewis Liman, a Democrat who was appointed by Trump in 2018, turned down Giuliani’s request during a hearing on Tuesday.

Giuliani is currently in a legal dispute for allegedly defaming two election workers from Georgia. His lawyer, Joseph M. Cammarata, argued Giuliani, an advisor to President-elect Trump, needs to be present at the inauguration on January 20.

Judge Liman dismissed the request, stating that Giuliani’s “social calendar” was not a sufficient reason for moving the trial date. The hearing became contentious when questions arose about Giuliani’s failure to provide the title for a car he must surrender as part of a $148 million defamation judgment. Giuliani refuted negligence claims, telling the judge, “The implication I’ve been not diligent about it is totally incorrect. The implication you make against me and every implication against me is wrong.”

Liman is a big Democrat donor, having contributed over $10,000 to the party and its candidates in recent years. Gifts include cash to Chuck Schumer, John Kerry, Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, and state parties across the country.

‘I DON’T HAVE CASH.’

Giuliani, dubbed ‘America’s Mayor’ for his leadership of New York City during the 9/11 terror attacks in 2001, explained, “I’m not impoverished. Everything I have is tied up. I don’t have a car. I don’t have a credit card. I don’t have cash. I can’t get to bank accounts that truly would be mine because they have put… stop orders on, for example, my Social Security account, which they have no right to do.”

The trial involves Giuliani’s ordered payment of $11 million in assets to Ruby Freeman and Wandrea Moss. He suggested they engaged in election fraud after the 2020 election. Assets he must relinquish include a vintage Mercedes and luxury watches. Efforts to protect additional belongings, like his Florida residence and sports memorabilia, continue under Judge Liman’s ruling.

The National Pulse has previously reported that the courts even want the 80-year-old to hand over four World Series rings, which he previously gifted to his son, from the New York Yankees’ championships in 1996, 1998, 1999, and 2000.

Lib Mag Rages That It May Be Cheaper to Drink American Beer Under Trump.

The far-left Esquire magazine and sports-writer-turned-political-columnist Charles P. Pierce want Americans to be upset it may be cheaper to drink domestic alcoholic beverages under President-elect Donald J. Trump. Pierce, who has a long track record running with outlandish allegations about the incoming America First president, claims that Trump’s 25 percent tariff on goods imported from Mexico will result in $40 six-packs of Corona beer.

“Now, this might be just huffing and puffing from a guy experiencing his semi-annual episode of tumescence, but I think we all learned the first time around that it is a capital mistake to assume everything he says is empty bluffing,” Pierce writes in his bloviating style. The sports writer, who moonlights as a Democratic Party propagandist, adds this far-fetched kicker: “So let us assume that we have entered the era of the $15 lemon, and forty bucks for a six-pack of Corona, and go to work from there.”

Notably, domestically produced beer and agricultural products would be unaffected and remain cheaper than those sourced in Mexico.

A MODEST TARIFF.

While Pierce’s readers may—unfortunately—take the former ESPN Grantland writer and NPR gameshow panelist for his word, there is little actual evidence the 25 percent tariff on Mexican goods will result in $15 dollar lemons or $40 six-packs of Corona beer. In fact, when a similar 25 percent tariff was enacted on Chinese goods in 2018 under Trump’s first presidential administration, there was no noticeable price increase above the baseline—and domestic prices actually fell. Additionally, over the course of 2018 through 2020, inflation remained relatively flat, falling just on either side of two percent each year.

CANADA & MEXICO RESPOND.

Already, Mexico and Canada have signaled their willingness to negotiate on U.S. border security and a crackdown on the illegal drug trade flowing across both the southern and northern borders. Tuesday morning, less than 24 hours after Trump announced the tariff threat, Canada’s Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced: “I had a good call with Donald Trump. We talked about some of the challenges we can work on together. It was a good call; this is something we can do.”

Meanwhile, far-left Mexican leader Claudia Sheinbaum responded similarly, stating, “I have the vision that there will be an agreement with the U.S.” She added that her country would work to halt the illegal immigrant caravans heading towards the United States.

Lawmakers Vote to Ban Disposable Vapes.

A bill to ban disposable vapes has been passed by Members of Parliament (MPs) in Britain, marking a significant legislative step toward reducing youth vaping. The bill, presented as an urgent measure by Health Secretary Wes Streeting, of the Labour Party, secured the backing of 415 members, while 47 opposed it.

The legislation introduces several key provisions, such as limitations on vape packaging and a prohibition on vape flavors that are particularly attractive to children, for example, cotton candy. Furthermore, it suggests expanding the cigarette smoking ban to specific outdoor areas. Initially presented by Rishi Sunak’s Conservative government in January 2024, the measure has been revived by the current Labour government, which took power in July.

Among those voting against the bill were new Conservative leader Kemi Badenoch, former Home Secretary Suella Braverman, and 33 other Conservative MPs. “Surely we should be promoting the concept of freedom with responsibility and allowing people to make choices about their own lives?” argued the party’s Andrew Rosindell MP.

Additionally, seven Liberal Democrats and all four MPs from Nigel Farage‘s Reform Party also opposed the bill.

In Parliament, Streeting emphasized that the bill also aims to progressively raise the legal tobacco sale age annually, moving toward a smoke-free generation. The bill also extends an existing indoor smoking ban to various outdoor locations, subject to consultation. These include school and hospital premises and playgrounds.

Vaping in Britain has surged by 400 percent over the past decade, with approximately 9.1 percent of the population partaking.

Black Man Banned from Sport for ‘Racism’ Against Other Black Man Playing Sport.

A soccer fan has received a three-year ban from attending games over a social media post. Charles Ogunmilade, 28, posted the message on X, formerly Twitter, on April 21, 2023, after a Premier League match between Arsenal and Southampton ended in a 3-3 draw. The post referenced a missed shot by midfielder Thomas Partey, with Ogunmilade writing disparagingly about Partey using a racial slur.

Ogunmilade, who is of Nigerian descent himself, defended his post in City of London Magistrates’ Court, stating it was intended as a joke among friends rather than a racist attack. He claimed that the comment was a coping mechanism for dealing with actual racism that supposedly infests soccer. He added that his message was a “thoughtless joke” shared after a private conversation.

Prosecutor Suleman Hussain sought a “football banning order” due to concerns that the message could incite racial hatred and inspire further abuse towards Partey and other black football players. Magistrate Shaoni Myer sentenced Ogunmilade—who, again, is black—to a fine, considering his early guilty plea and previous good character, but emphasized the necessity of the banning order due to the public nature of the post.

As part of the banning order, Ogunmilade must surrender his passport when England plays abroad.

The court had been contacted by police nearly ten months post-incident. Ogunmilade pleaded guilty to using a public communication network to send an offensive message, admitting his social media action was inappropriate.

MSNBC Claims It Had No Idea Kamala Paid Al Sharpton $500K Before On-Air Interview.

MSNBC claims it was initially unaware of Vice President Kamala Harris’s campaign payments to network host Al Sharpton‘s National Action Network non-profit before his interview with the 2024 Democrat presidential nominee. The group received $500,000 through two payments from the Harris campaign on September 5 and October 1.

The donations were made public weeks before his interview with Harris on October 20. During the interview, which many have described as softball, Sharpton praised Harris and criticized now President-elect Donald J. Trump. The timing of the contributions has drawn criticism from journalists questioning the network’s journalistic integrity.

In the aftermath, MSNBC has faced backlash, including from the Society of Professional Journalists, which criticized the network for lacking transparency about potential conflicts of interest. The organization emphasized that this type of entanglement diminishes Sharpton’s and MSNBC’s credibility.

An MSNBC spokesman stated that the network was “unaware” of the donations to Sharpton’s non-profit. They declined to address whether any action would be taken against Sharpton, citing a policy of not commenting on personnel matters.

Former Congressman John Linder called the Harris-Sharpton MSNBC interview effectively a “campaign commercial.” Meanwhile, hedge fund manager Bill Ackman alleged the payments were attempts to  “manipulate the audience” when Sharpton interviewed Harris on MSNBC.

The controversy has sparked discussions about the ethical responsibilities of media organizations and their contributors. The network has previously taken similar actions, including suspending Joe Scarborough and Keith Olbermann in 2010 for making political donations.

MSNBC’s ratings collapsed after the 2024 election, with its flagship morning show, Morning Joe, losing nearly 20 percent of its audience. The flagging viewership has led parent company Comcast to consider selling the network, and Elon Musk has expressed interest in purchasing it.

Judge Rules U.S. Muslim Group Must Disclose Donors.

A U.S. magistrate judge has ordered the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) to disclose its financial records, which could reveal alleged foreign and terrorism-connected funding sources. This decision followed a defamation lawsuit that CAIR had initially filed against a former employee, Lori Saroya, but subsequently withdrew. Saroya then filed a counter-defamation suit against CAIR, leading to the recent court ruling by U.S. Magistrate Judge David Schultz.

In the original suit, CAIR accused Saroya of suggesting through social media and emails that the organization received funding from terrorist entities. However, CAIR abandoned this legal action amidst concerns that discovery could require them to reveal donor identities. In her suit, Saroya claims CAIR’s motivations were to intimidate her from speaking out, and now the discovery process could require CAIR to provide detailed financial disclosures.

Judge Schultz notes, “The thrust of CAIR’s allegations against Saroya in the 2021 complaint is that Saroya falsely implied CAIR received funding from foreign governments and terrorists when she stated CAIR accepted ‘international funding through their Washington Trust Foundation.’”

The judge acknowledges, “CAIR points to no public admission that it received funding from terrorists or that it received funding through the Washington Trust Foundation. ” However, the judge contends, “discovery into these matters is proportionate to the needs of the case.” Schultz concludes, “CAIR has not shown that the burden or expense of the proposed discovery outweighs its likely benefit or that it unwarrantedly taxes its resources.”

Jeffrey Robbins, Saroya’s legal counsel, described the ruling as a significant legal reversal for CAIR. The organization must present evidence regarding its fundraising practices, including any foreign funds, the management of donor money, and its treatment of employees related to harassment claims.

The National Pulse previously reported the Biden-Harris government was forced to distance itself from CAIR after its executive director, Nihad Awad, defended Hamas’s October 7 terrorist attacks against Israel. Awad wrote in social media posts following the deadly attacks that Palestinians have a “right to self-defense,” insinuating the acts of terrorism were justified. Additionally, Awad asserted that Israel is an “occupying power” and does not enjoy a similar right.

Trump Spox Denies Plan to Remove *ALL* Transgender Troops.

The Trump transition team has refuted a report from The Times, which claimed that President-elect Donald J. Trump is considering an executive order to remove transgender individuals from military service and bar new transgender recruits. The British newspaper cited unspecified defense sources, claiming that the order, which would be more extensive than previous policies, could be issued on Trump’s first day back in office.

Karoline Leavitt, a spokesman for the Trump transition team, responded to the claims, stating that the sources cited by The Times are not credible. She emphasized that no decisions have been made and that any confirmed policy would come directly from Trump or his official representatives.

President Barack Obama’s administration had permitted transgender troops to serve openly, access gender reassignment procedures, and update their gender in Pentagon records. Trump’s Defense Secretary nominee, Pete Hegseth, intends to eliminate policies related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) introduced over the past decade, beginning with the Obama administration.

During his first term in office, President Trump did announce he would be banning transgenders from serving in the U.S. military, noting the medical costs associated with sex change operations and hormone therapy. This policy was reversed under President Joe Biden within his first week in office.

Other Republicans have also pushed back against the transgender agenda since President Trump’s election victory as well, including Representative Nancy Mace (R-SC), who has introduced legislation to ban biological males from women’s bathrooms and other spaces.
