12-Year-Old Arrested After Circulating Over 2000 Pieces of Jihadist Propaganda.

A French boy who collected and shared as many as 1,700 jihadi propaganda and execution videos on encrypted messaging apps has been found guilty of glorifying terrorism by a French court.

The 12-year-old boy, from the French commune of Sochaux, was found guilty on Wednesday, August 21, Montbéliard Public Prosecutor Paul-Edouard Lallois announced.

Since December 2023, the boy, described as having “significant vulnerabilities,” recorded over 1,700 videos related to jihadist propaganda and executions, which he then shared via encrypted messaging services.

During a nearly four-hour closed-door hearing, the boy admitted to exploring Islam and joining radical discussion channels on platforms like Discord and Telegram.

He acknowledged being recruited into these radical circles. Given his age, the court cannot impose judicial control; instead, he is under provisional educational measures while awaiting sentencing in seven months.

Currently separated from his family, the boy has been placed in a collective care facility where he receives support and educational attention.

His parents, who have been cleared of any involvement, were separated, and he lived with his mother and siblings. Known to be quiet and withdrawn, the boy had not been noticed at school or in his community.

France’s neighbor, the UK, has also seen several young people arrested in recent weeks on the other end of the political spectrum for taking part in anti-mass migration riots that were sparked by the murder of three young girls, allegedly by a teen born to Rwandan parents.

At least two 12-year-olds were arrested by British police, with one of the boys in Manchester pleading guilty to charges of violent behavior at two protests on July 31 and August 3.

Supreme Court Ruling on Proof-of-Citizenship for Elections is Not a ‘Victory.’ Here’s Why…

The United States Supreme Court has only partially reinstated a proof-of-citizenship election law in Arizona. First passed in 2022, the law requires documentary proof of citizenship using state or federal registration forms when registering to vote. In a 5-to-4 decision, the Supreme Court ordered Thursday that the law’s provision mandating proof-of-citizens on state-created forms be reinstated. However, the court did not permit the enforcement of rules mandating such proof for voting in presidential elections or by mail.

Already, 40,000 individuals are believed to have registered to vote in the state using federal forms without providing proof of citizenship. During the 2020 presidential election, Arizona was decided by just over 10,000 votes.

An emergency appeal by the Republican National Committee (RNC) and Arizona state lawmakers prompted the ruling. Initially taken up by Justice Elena Kagan, the full court issued its order on Thursday—partially overturning a federal district court order blocking the proof-of-citizenship requirements. While Arizona’s legislature can continue to set rules for its state election processes, the Supreme Court barred the state from determining eligibility requirements for registration to vote in federal races.

Justices Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, and Neil Gorsuch favored fully granting the RNC‘s request. Conversely, Justices Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan, Amy Coney Barrett, and Ketanji Brown Jackson supported a complete denial.

The Republicans had urged the Supreme Court to issue the stay by Thursday. According to the secretary of state, this deadline was essential for resolving litigation that would affect Arizona‘s ballot printing. Arizona’s HB 2492 law, enacted in 2022, mandates that individuals using a federal form for voter registration must provide documentary proof of citizenship. Without such proof, they are ineligible to vote in presidential elections or by mail.

The National Pulse has reported extensively on the issue of noncitizen voters. Loopholes and conflicts between state and federal election laws have likely allowed a statistically significant number of ineligible noncitizens to register as voters in U.S. elections. A federal investigation in North Carolina revealed that noncitizens overwhelming back Democratic Party candidates.

Amazon Cancels ‘Queer Fantasy’ Show Which Cast an English King as Black, Gay, and Disabled.

A woke Amazon Prime show featuring a black, gay, and disabled version of England’s  King Edward VI, sold as a “queer fantasy,” has been canceled after just one season due to a lack of interest. My Lady Jane was based on a series of young adult books from 2016 based on the brief reign of Lady Jane Grey, who historically ruled for just nine days following the death of the Protestant boy king Edward VI before the Catholic Mary I ousted her.

Edward VI appears as a black, disabled, homosexual man in the series, in a move that woke media reviewers lauded. However, despite reviews hailing the show as “perfect summer viewing,” audience numbers were so dismal that Amazon pulled the plug.

Emily Bader, who played Lady Jane Grey in the series, said the show was “camp and super self-aware,” calling it “insane and silly.”

The show is just one of many that have tried to change the ethnic backgrounds of figures from British history. In the show Bridgerton, for instance, many characters supposed to be English aristocrats are portrayed as black, including Queen Charlotte, the wife of King George III, who was historically not black.

The BBC’s flagship science fiction show Doctor Who has also been accused of trying to make historical Britain more diverse than it really was. Former showrunner Steven Moffat explained in 2016 that he did not mind lying to his audience about history to present a “better vision of the world.”

The latest incarnation of Doctor Who is played by a Rwandan migrant who is “openly queer.” This is also seeing dismal ratings.

Only One MAJOR Media Outlet Covered This Heinous New Scandal.

The corporate media largely ignored a Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) announcement that the Biden-Harris government created far fewer jobs than initially reported over the last 12 months. On Wednesday morning, the BLS—a government agency that provides detailed analysis of U.S. employment data—revised downward the number of jobs added to the U.S. economy by 818,000, the single largest revision in 15 years.

Despite the historic and economically concerning announcement, the news—considered damaging to Kamala Harris‘s 2024 presidential campaign—did not feature on two of the three major broadcast news networks’ evening programming. Among NBC, CBS, and ABC, only the last included the revision announcement in a brief mention during its World News Tonight program. Most broadcast networks opted to provide wall-to-wall coverage of the 2024 Democratic National Convention (DNC).

NINETEEN SECONDS OF COVERAGE.

ABC World News Tonight anchor David Muir‘s report—lasting just 19 seconds—stated: “Newly revised jobs data showing the jobs market hasn’t been as hot as it seemed. 818,000 fewer jobs were added during the 12 months that ended in March than previously reported. This puts more pressure on the Federal Reserve to cut interest rates, potentially by half a percentage point next month, which could, of course, lower car loans, mortgages, and credit card rates.”

Later in the evening, the BLS revisions were mentioned a second time on ABC News Live, the network’s free live-streaming channel. The Biden-Harris government’s Secretary of Commerce, Gina Raimondo, was asked if she believes the new jobs numbers “could be a liability” for the Democratic nominee after former President Donald J. Trump hammered Harris on the revisions earlier in the day.

“First of all, I don’t believe it because I’ve never heard Donald Trump say anything truthful,” Raimondo responded, with the exasperated reporter pushing back: “It is, though, from the Bureau of Labor.”

“I’m not familiar with that,” a visibly confused and flustered Raimdo replied.

Americans Need Not Apply: A Taxpayer-Funded Group In This State Is Subsidizing Non-Citizen Homebuyers Only.

A taxpayer-funded group is subsidizing noncitizens looking to purchase a home. The Hacienda Community Development Corporation (Hacienda CDC)—through its Camino a Casa program—is offering $30,000 for qualified homebuyers in Oregon, with the only catch being that they cannot be U.S. citizens.

A social media user named Oregon Citizen shared screenshots on X (formerly Twitter) of a Hacienda CDC fact sheet detailing the program. According to the screenshots, the $30,000 is available as a grant for first-time homebuyers with pre-approval for a mortgage loan in Oregon. Noncitizens can use the grant for a down payment, buy-downs of interest rates, or closing costs.

The fact sheet clearly states that the program is only for noncitizens, including illegal immigrants. “Eligible citizenship statuses: non-U.S. citizens, undocumented persons, DACA recipients, refugee asylees, immigrants, VAWA petitioners, ITIN holders, COFA individuals, TPS recipients,” the document reads.

Meanwhile, some Oregon lawmakers have expressed criticism of the program for excluding native-born and naturalized citizens. “Oregon has a severe housing shortage, and it’s troubling that taxpayer dollars are being restricted to specific groups while many American citizens struggle to find homes,” said Oregon State Representative Ed Diehl (R) in a recent interview.

DISCRIMINATORY PROGRAM.

Hacienda CDC’s funding partly comes from the Economic Equity Investment Program (EEIP), established by the Economic Equity Investment Act (SB 1579) enacted by the Oregon legislature in 2022. The EEIP initially received a $15 million allocation to support equity-based initiatives for home purchases, business creation, and building generational wealth. In 2024, an additional $8 million was allocated to organizations, including Hacienda CDC, providing culturally responsive services for economic stability and equity for supposedly disadvantaged individuals and communities.

The EEIP stipulates that recipients should not face discrimination based on protected class considerations. However, critics suggest that the program’s design inherently involves discriminatory practices by targeting noncitizens and specific racial groups. Andrew Quinio, an attorney at the Pacific Legal Foundation, noted concerns over the constitutionality of such programs in Oregon, suggesting that they could violate residents’ rights due to their racially discriminatory nature.

Oregon’s lack of affordable housing is at crisis levels, with only 19 percent of residents in the Portland metro area able to afford a median-priced home, according to recent data from the Oregon Office of Economic Analysis.

Judge Rules Transgender Male Can Join Girls’ Tennis Team.

A federal judge has ruled that a Virginia school district cannot prevent a transgender male from playing on a girls’ middle school tennis team while his lawsuit continues.

Judge M. Hannah Lauck of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia announced the decision on August 16 against Hanover County Public Schools. The preliminary injunction was issued in favor of the 11-year-old student, identified as “Janie Doe” in court documents.

Judge Lauck concluded that Janie is likely to succeed in his claim that the Hanover County School Board violated both Title IX and the Equal Protection Clause of the U.S. Constitution by barring him from playing on the girls’ tennis team for the 2024–2025 school year.

The ruling prevents the district from prohibiting Doe from trying out and participating in the girls’ tennis team while her lawsuit, filed by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), proceeds. The suit claims that Janie suffers from gender dysphoria and has identified as female since the age of seven.

In a unanimous vote, the school board had decided against allowing Janie to continue participating on the team. Judge Lauck stated that the board’s actions are contrary to the public interest in ensuring educational institutions are free from discrimination, including on the basis of gender identity.

Liberal judges in Virginia have a history of championing transgender causes, including in 2017, when a judge compared a transgender teen who sued the Virginia School Board over the right to use the girls’ bathroom to Martin Luther King Jr.

More recently, at the Paris Olympic Games, a male athlete who failed gender tests repeatedly was able to win a gold medal in women’s boxing.

Britain’s Establishment Attacked Farage for Attending the RNC. Now They’re All at the DNC.

Members of Parliament (MPs) for Britain’s ruling Labour Party have flocked to the Democratic National Convention (DNC) to court Kamala Harris. Unlike Nigel Farage, who was ruthlessly attacked for visiting Donald Trump at the Republican National Convention (RNC) after he was shot, they have not received similar media criticism for “abandoning” their voters.

Labour Party general secretary David Evans and several MPs, including Lucy Rigby and Mike Tapp, are part of a delegation that traveled to Chicago, allegedly to compare election strategies with the Democrats. In July, Reform Party leader Nigel Farage, the MP for Clacton-on-Sea, visited Milwaukee for the Republican National Convention (RNC), but unlike the Labour MPs at the DNC, he was blasted by British journalists for leaving the country.

For instance, Emily Maitlis, a former BBC host, questioned why Farage, a longtime ally of former President Donald J. Trump, was at the event. “At one point, you said you wouldn’t be running in Clacton because you wanted to give your time to the U.S., but now you are the new Clacton MP and are here in the U.S. just two weeks after being elected—because this feels more exciting?” she jeered.

Farage said he was there as Trump had been shot just days prior, explaining he was supporting his friend.

Corporate media and Labour supporters alike are also trying to paint the recent, sometimes violent anti-mass migration protests and counter-protests in Britain to Farage, despite him publicly condemning any violence.

Disgraced former British spy and Russia hoax dossier pusher Christopher Steele has said British spy agencies will be targeting both Farage and anti-mass migration activist Tommy Robinson following the protests.

UK Govt to Begin Reversing Brexit with Partial Restoration of Free Movement Migration.

Britain’s new Labour government will begin the process of reversing Brexit with a deal to partially restore the so-called Free Movement migration regime, with European Union (EU) citizens under 30 becoming free to work, study, and volunteer in the United Kingdom for up to three years. In practice, the Free Movement of Labor in the EU is not only for workers. For instance, judges ruled EU migrants could not be deported for turning up and becoming beggars.

“If we are serious about resetting relations with the EU, then we need to be prepared to give them some of the things that they want,” said a Labour government source. Britain has already repeatedly given way to EU demands on British payments into the EU budget, EU access to British fisheries, continued EU control over Northern Ireland, and more.

“We do not need to do anything,” gloated another EU source, saying they “see the current arrangements”—negotiated to the EU’s advantage, largely by anti-Brexit former prime minister Theresa May—as “quite satisfactory.”

“Our understanding is that it is the UK which wants to benefit from some closer relationships. Here we, as is standard with any trading partner, have some well-known offensive interests in terms of gaining in return,” they threatened. Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer, an anti-Brexit politician who lobbied for a redo of the first Brexit referendum, is unlikely to drive a hard bargain with the EU despite claiming he will not try to return Britain to the bloc’s control.

Kamala Themes DNC Speech on Far-Left Legislation to Legalize Border Invasion.

Kamala Harris will theme her 2024 Democratic Party presidential nomination acceptance speech around a “New Way Forward”—a reference to far-left immigration legislation pushed by Representative Chuy García (D-IL). The radical immigration legislation would make it nearly impossible for federal officials to control the U.S. borders and could result in an exponential increase in illegal immigration.

The New Way Forward Act, first introduced by Rep. García in 2019 and in each subsequent Congress, contains provisions that would change penalties for illegally crossing U.S. borders from criminal to merely civil.

Additionally, the legislation—also backed by far-left progressives like Reps. Ayanna Pressley (D-MA) and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY)—prohibits local and state law enforcement from aiding in or participating with the transportation, apprehension, investigation, or detention of illegal immigrants.

The New Way Forward Act would also close privately-owned detention centers, leaving federal-owned facilities overwhelmed. This would force government officials to release tens of thousands of illegal immigrants who could otherwise have been housed at a private facility.

Even more concerning, the bill would allow violent criminals to file for asylum status, changing the law to bar only those with felony sentences of five years or more. Lastly, the New Way Forward Act would grant immigration judges unprecedented discretion in deportation cases and bar officials under the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) from basing an immigration status investigation on an individual’s proficiency in English, national origin, or race and ethnicity.

The New Way Forward Act also contains retroactive relief provisions, meaning dangerous criminals already removed from the U.S.—but who would qualify for asylum under the bill—can reapply. It even directs the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to fly many of these individuals back to America for their appeals.

FORESHADOWING.

By framing her acceptance of the Democratic Party’s nomination around Rep. García‘s legislation, Harris is signaling that she intends to align U.S. border policy with the goals of the far-left progressives on Capitol Hill. As a senator, she compared U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to the Ku Klux Klan (KKK).

Harris’s embrace of the New Way Forward theme indicates her White House would make a radical break with even the Biden government’s border policies—which have seen a record number of illegal border crossings.

The National Pulse previously reported that at least 12.5 million illegal immigrants—according to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP)—have entered the country under Biden’s watch.

While the actual number of illegal entries is likely much higher than this government estimate, under Harris‘s ‘New Way Forward’ immigration agenda the number of illegal immigrants crossing the border could reach unprecedented levels.

TX AG Paxton Launches Massive Election Fraud Raids.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton (R) ordered the execution of a series of search warrants across three counties in the state as part of a two-year investigation into allegations of voter fraud and ballot harvesting. According to Paxton’s office, the raids stem from several undercover operations aimed at an organization believed to be registering noncitizens to vote.

“I am launching an investigation into reports that organizations in Texas are illegally registering noncitizens to vote,” the Texas AG said in a post on X (formerly Twitter) after announcing the raids. “Texans are deeply troubled by the possibility that organizations purporting to assist with voter registration are illegally registering noncitizens to vote in our elections,” he added.

“My office is investigating every credible report we receive regarding potential criminal activity that could compromise the integrity of our elections,” Paxton continued. “The Biden-Harris Administration has intentionally flooded our country with illegal aliens, and without proper safeguards, foreign nationals can illegally influence elections at the local, state, and national level.”

The investigation found that several nonprofit groups had set up booths outside Texas Department of Public Safety Driver License offices, ostensibly offering to register voters. However, Paxton‘s office notes that Texas already offers voter registration when citizens file applications to obtain or renew a driver’s license.

Under Texas state law, lying about one’s citizenship status when registering to vote is a crime. Violators can receive up to two years in prison and be forced to pay up to a $10,000 fine. Additionally, it is illegal to aid a noncitizen in registering to vote, and those convicted of such an action can also be sentenced to up to 20 years in prison and be required to pay a $10,000 fine.
