Democrat Governor Labels Republican Voters ‘Anti-American.’

Governor Kathy Hochul (D-NY) says she believes voters who support Republican candidates oppose American values. The New York Democrat made the claim during an interview over the weekend on MSNBC‘s PoliticsNation, hosted by Al Sharpton.

Seizing on a joke a comedian made about Puerto Rico during President Donald J. Trump‘s recent rally at Madison Square Garden, Hochul explained that she’s used the incident to target vulnerable Republican lawmakers in her state. “You do not think in this great country that we should have leaders who either say this themselves or will tolerate it at one of their rallies,” the New York Governor said. “I think this rally backfired on him,” she added.

“It gave me a chance to tie the Republicans running in these seats, the incumbents, closer to Donald Trump,” Hochul told Sharpton, claiming the joke gave her the opportunity to “…remind everybody, if you’re voting for these Republicans in New York, you are voting for someone who supports Donald Trump and you’re anti-woman, you’re anti-abortion, and basically you’re anti-American.”

Vice President Kamala Harris and other leaders in the Democratic Party have smeared Trump and his supporters in the closing days of the 2024 election as “fascists” and “Nazis.” President Joe Biden, referencing the Puerto Rico joke, went so far as to call Americans who are voting for Trump “garbage” during a recent Harris campaign event.

Responding to Hochul, former Congressman Lee Zeldin (R-NY) slammed the governor’s comments in a post on X (formerly Twitter). “Quite the closing message from the so called campaign of joy: If you don’t vote Democrat, you are Nazi, Hitler loving, anti-American garbage,” he wrote.

Soros-Funded Fake News Group Spent Millions Supporting Kamala on Facebook.

An alleged media organization funded by leftist billionaire George Soros spent $9 million on digital Facebook ads supporting Vice President Kamala Harris’s 2024 presidential campaign. Courier Newsroom, a Democrat dark money group that purports to be a network of local news outlets, is behind the ad campaign launched in August.

The ads primarily promote Democratic candidates, including Harris—though some also attack President Donald J. Trump over issues such as abortion and access to contraception. While Democrat and Republican political action committees (PACs) can run their own digital ads on Facebook, the social media platform labels the content as coming from a political organization and requires a disclaimer identifying the group behind the message.

However, Courier Newsroom is able to skirt this requirement by submitting its ads through a separate portal for media news outlets despite their clear partisan content. Additionally, while election and candidate PACs must disclose their donors publicly through the Federal Election Commission (FEC), Courier Newsroom is not subject to the same rules.

The Democratic dark money ad campaign has spent a total of $9.2 million since August 3, 2024, focused predominantly on the key battleground states of Arizona, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, and North Carolina. While the group’s spending may appear paltry compared to the hundreds of millions being spent on television advertising, digital ads are relatively cheap and can still reach large audiences online. In addition, Courier Newsroom appears to have used propriety data to micro-target its Facebook ads in an effort to influence young women.

In April, The National Pulse reported that Tara McGowan, founder of Courier Newsroom and its parent company Good Information Inc., had made almost 20 visits to the Biden-Harris White House. The meetings have raised concerns regarding potential election coordination.

Biden Campaign Calls Canceled After ‘Garbage’ Smear.

The White House reportedly canceled several campaign calls involving President Joe Biden following his comments labeling supporters of President Donald J. Trump as “garbage.” According to guidance released by the White House the Sunday before, Biden’s schedule for Thursday, October 31, initially included participation in campaign calls. However, Biden did not take part in these calls.

Last week, Biden made headlines after a call with Voto Latino last Tuesday, where he referred to Trump supporters as “garbage” following a GOP rally in Madison Square Garden. The 81-year-old Democrat later claimed he was referencing a joke by comedian Tony Hinchcliffe, in which the insult comic poked fun at Puerto Rico. Subsequently, the White House stealth-edited the official transcript of the call to support Biden’s narrative.

Despite Hinchcliffe’s joke, Trump has been endorsed by major politicians in Puerto Rico, and polls reveal that in Pennsylvania, the joke had no impact on Hispanic voting preferences.

In response to Biden’s comments, Trump incorporated a garbage truck and vest into a rally in Wisconsin, calling his supporters the “heart and soul of America.” Trump wore the vest during the rally, joking that people told him it made him look thinner.

No scheduled campaign events involving Vice President Kamala Harris are listed on Biden’s agenda before Election Day, tomorrow.

Earlier this month, at an event in New Hampshire, Biden made another contentious remark, suggesting he wanted to lock up Trump. The Trump campaign included Biden’s words in a legal filing calling for the dismissal of federal charges related to the 2020 election.

Thousands of Overseas Ballots Contested in Pennsylvania Election.

Election integrity advocates are challenging thousands of overseas votes in Pennsylvania, arguing people who are not residents of the state or members of the military are ineligible to cast ballots there under state law. However, federal law allows Americans overseas to vote in the last state where they were resident if they are unsure of when they will return to the U.S.

More than 4,000 overseas votes face challenges across 14 Pennsylvania counties, many by the Election Research Institute. The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) argues that these challenges are baseless, asserting that U.S. federal law overseas voting trumps Pennsylvania law requiring voters to be residents. ACLU lawyers have issued a letter to all 67 counties urging a summary rejection of such challenges.

Recent legal decisions by Pennsylvania’s state supreme court and the U.S. Supreme Court have led to additional stipulations regarding mail-in ballots, including requirements for correct dating and protective sleeves.

In October, five Republican Congressmen launched a legal challenge against overseas voting oversight in Pennsylvania, complaining the swing state’s officials are facilitating fraud by having “issued directives and guidance to county officials to exempt [Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act] applicants entirely from any verification requirements.”

Top State Election Official Has Referred HUNDREDS of Noncitizen Voters for Prosecution.

Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose (R) says he has referred hundreds of noncitizen voters for prosecution after they illegally cast ballots during elections in the state. The announcement comes in response to claims made by David Becker, a former senior attorney with the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) Civil Rights Division, during an interview with CBS News’s 60 Minutes.

During the interview, Becker was pressed by reporter Scott Pelley regarding what CBS News says are claims that illegal immigrants are voting by the millions. “That is one hundred percent false. Every single voter has to give a driver’s license number or social security number, which is matched against files, databases that are held to make sure the voter is who they say they are, and they’re eligible to vote,” Becker said in response. He continued: “And we also know that states who have gone looking for noncitizen voters have found shockingly few even potential noncitizen registrants.”

The former DOJ attorney, who worked in the Voting Section of the department’s Civil Rights Division, added: “Ohio just recently announced that in a period of time of over a decade, it had found six possible cases of noncitizens voting.”

Responding to Becker’s claim in a post on X (formerly Twitter), the Ohio Secretary of State called the assertion regarding noncitizen voters in the state “100% false.”

“Six noncitizens were only the latest to be indicted for illegal voting in Ohio. My office has referred HUNDREDS more for potential prosecution,” LaRose wrote, adding: “There could be many others, but the Biden-Harris admin is intentionally blocking access to citizenship records to keep states from finding them before the election. That’s why we’re suing.”

The National Pulse has previously reported that data shows a statistically significant number of noncitizens have voted in prior elections.

BREAKING: GA Supreme Court Rules Absentee Ballots Received After Election Day Will NOT Be Counted.

The Georgia Supreme Court has reversed a lower court decision to extend the state’s absentee ballot deadline from November 5 to November 8 after Cobb County election officials failed to send the ballots to around 3,000 voters in a timely manner. Last week, a Cobb County judge unilaterally extended the election date for impacted voters in contravention of state and federal law.

“Upon consideration of the Emergency Motion for Supersedeas of Appellants The Republican National Committee and Georgia Republican Party, Inc., as well as the briefs filed by the parties and the amicus curiae, Appellants’ emergency motion for supersedeas is GRANTED,” Georgia’s high court wrote in their decision. The court adds: “Consistent with OCGA § 21-2-386, the Cobb County Board of Elections and Registration (the “Board”) may count only those absentee ballots received by the statutory deadline of 7:00 p.m. on Election Day, November 5, 2024.”

The ruling directs Cobb County election officials to sequester any ballots received after the November 5 deadline, emphasizing that they are not to be included in the county. Pursuant to Georgia state election law, the ballots are to be preserved until the court orders them destroyed.

Republican National Committee co-chairman Michael Whatley hailed the decision as a win for election integrity. “HUGE election integrity victory in Georgia,” Whatley stated in a post on X (formerly Twitter). He continued: “Democrat-run Cobb County wanted to accept 3,000 absentee ballots AFTER the Election Day deadline. We took this case to the Georgia Supreme Court.”

“We just got word that we WON the case. Election Day is Election Day — not the week after,” he added.

NBC Grants Trump Campaign Airtime During NASCAR, NFL After Harris SNL Spot.

Broadcaster NBC has granted the campaign of President Donald J. Trump a 90-second ad spot amig allegations the surprise appearance of Kamala Harris on Saturday Night Live (SNL) violated FCC rules. Harris’s brief appearance on SNL was for one minute and 30 seconds, allowing other presidential campaigns to request equal airtime—about 90 seconds—per FCC regulations.

Harris’s SNL sketch, featuring Maya Rudolph, concluded with both discussing the vice president’s campaign. The sketch, however, was criticized by FCC commissioner Brendan Carr, who stated before the show aired, “This is a clear and blatant effort to evade the FCC’s Equal Time rule.”

Carr also noted that SNL creator Lorne Michaels had previously stated in an interview last month that the show would not feature Harris or Trump because of the equal time rules.

Trump’s ad, meanwhile, appeared during Sunday’s NASCAR playoff broadcast. In it, Trump wore a red “Make America Great Again” cap and warned that electing Harris could lead to a “depression.” The ad urges viewers to vote.

Additionally, Trump received 60 extra seconds of airtime during NBC’s Sunday Night Football post-game coverage. The same ad from the NASCAR event aired after the game, closely following a paid campaign advertisement.

Tlaib Snubs Harris at Michigan Rally.

Democratic Representative Rashida Tlaib withheld her endorsement from Vice President Kamala Harris during a critical rally in Detroit, Michigan, a decision with potential electoral consequences for the Democratic candidate. The state is crucial to the so-called “blue wall” that Democrats need to secure in the 2024 presidential election. It is home to a sizeable Muslim population, typically inclined towards the Democrats—but the Biden-Harris government’s stance on Israel has soured many on the Vice President.

Tlaib, a prominent member of the progressive “Squad” in the House of Representatives, avoided Harris and Minnesota Governor Tim Walz at the United Auto Workers union rally. Tlaib has expressed discontent with the Biden-Harris government’s support for Israel, which she cites as a reason for her reluctance to endorse the ticket.

Missouri Sues Biden-Harris DOJ Over Election Interference.

Missouri’s Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft and Attorney General Andrew Bailey are suing the Biden-Harris Department of Justice (DOJ) over allegations that the federal government is interfering in the state’s election process. The lawsuit claims the DOJ is dispatching unauthorized monitors to polling locations in St. Louis in contravention of several federal statutes and the Supreme Court’s Shelby County v. Holder decision.

“To secure elections, Missouri exercised that traditional authority by enacting a law that strictly limits who, besides voters, can be present in a polling location,” the court filing states, adding: “Poll monitors employed by DOJ are not on that list. Yet without specifically citing any federal authority authorizing its actions, DOJ announced on Friday November 1 its intent to displace Missouri law and place unauthorized poll monitors in polling locations in the City of St. Louis.”

Ashcroft and Bailey note in the filing that the Biden-Harris DOJ attempted a similar move during the 2022 midterm elections. However, the DOJ reversed its decision after Ashcroft argued in a letter that they lacked statutory authority.

“No one is above the law,” the Missouri Secretary of State said in a statement on Monday. He added: “The law clearly and specifically limits who may be in polling places and this action by the DOJ is not allowed. Once again the federal government is attempting to illegally interfere in Missouri’s elections.”

“Two years ago, we met with the DOJ. We showed them the law and explained that they have no jurisdiction to interfere in Missouri elections. Now they are doing the same thing; trying to go through the back door by contacting local election officials and making false jurisdictional claims for access rather than contacting my office directly,” Ashcroft continued before concluding: “It would be highly inappropriate for federal agents to violate the law by intimidating Missouri voters and harassing poll workers.”

NY Man Attacked for Pro-Trump Hat.

A man in Bath, New York, was taken into custody on Friday after an alleged altercation with a man wearing a ‘Trump 2024’ hat at a local supermarket. The Bath Police Department has charged Robert Yott, 60, with felony second-degree assault and misdemeanor fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Authorities responded to a disturbance report at Tops Friendly Markets on West Morris Street at approximately 10 AM. Upon arrival, they found that Yott allegedly attacked a stranger for wearing a ‘Trump 2024’ cap.

Investigators revealed that Yott confronted the individual. In the ensuing altercation, he allegedly struck the victim multiple times, causing visible injuries, including broken teeth. The two men reportedly had no prior acquaintance. Yott is now in custody at the Steuben County Jail, awaiting arraignment.

Democrats and their media allies have consistently demonized former President Donald J. Trump and his supporters in recent months, with the Democratic nominee calling the former a “fascist” and President Joe Biden calling the latter “garbage.”

Trump has been subjected to two assassination attempts over the course of the campaign, with the first in Butler, Pennsylvania, resulting in him and three supporters being shot, one fatally. The America First leader blames the Democrats’ “highly inflammatory” rhetoric for inspiring “dangerous fools” to try to end his life.
