Rescuers Still Searching for Aircraft Lost Over Alaska.

A search is ongoing for a Bering Air plane carrying 10 people that vanished amid a severe winter storm in Alaska. The aircraft, a Cessna 208B Grand Caravan, was bound for Nome, best known for the famous Nome serum run of 1925, from Unalakleet. when it was reported missing at approximately 4 PM local time Thursday. According to the U.S. Coast Guard, the plane was about 12 miles offshore over Norton Sound when contact was lost.

The ongoing search is grappling with harsh weather conditions, including snow, strong winds, and fog leaving rescuers facing “zero visibility conditions. The alarming disappearance follows two recent deadly crashes that have heightened concerns about air safety. A mid-air collision in Washington, D.C., between an American Airlines plane and a U.S. military helicopter resulted in 67 fatalities last week. Additionally, a medical jet crash in Northeast Philadelphia claimed seven lives two days later.

Before the latest disappearance, the pilot of the missing Bering Air flight informed Anchorage’s air traffic control about plans to enter a holding pattern due to a runway closure at Nome. The total flight time from Unalakleet to Nome is typically about 55 minutes.

Efforts to find the missing plane continue with a focus on land searches due to the hazardous ice conditions in Norton Sound. A water landing for the aircraft is considered to be the worst-case scenario.

U.S. Attorney Announces Investigation Into Threats Against DOGE Staff, Theft of Government Property.

Ed Martin, United States Attorney for the District of Columbia, has announced an investigation into “individuals and networks” accused of stealing from the government and threatening staff at the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), helmed by tech mogul Elon Musk.

“Thank you for the referral of individuals and networks who appear to be stealing government property and/or threatening government employees,” Martin wrote in a letter to Elon Musk and Steve Davis at DOGE. “After your referral, as is my practice, I will begin an inquiry.”

Martin stressed that “if people are discovered to have broken the law or even acted simply unethically, we will investigate them and we will chase them to the end of the Earth to hold them accountable. We will not rest or cease in this. No one should abuse American taxpayer dollars nor American taxpayer workers. Noone is above the law.

Martin added that his office has already been assisting local law enforcement “in protecting DOGE workers and others over the past week or so.”

A post on Bluesky, a pedophile-infested liberal alternative to X (formerly Twitter), by Boston University worker Jared May sparked concerns recently, as it showed several members of the DOGE team described as “carrying out Musk’s coup” on a digital “WANTED FOR TREASON, DEAD OR ALIVE” poster.

EU Parliament Member Demands Investigation Into USAID Activity in Europe.

A German populist Member of the European Parliament (MEP) has demanded an investigation into the activities and influence of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), questioning if the agency engaged in illegal influence activity.

Alternative for Germany (AfD) MEP Petr Bystron called for an investigation this week, highlighting claims that USAID attempted to influence the 2024 European Elections in several EU member states, accusing the agency of funding disinformation campaigns.

Trump has done fantastic groundwork; now we must also swiftly and comprehensively uncover illegal election interference by foreign powers in Europe,” Bystron said. He also accuses USAID-funded media of allegedly targeting anti-globalist opposition parties and claims it may have attempted to orchestrate regime change globally as well as influence elections.

It has been revealed that USAID funded around 90 percent of the media in Ukraine, but it has also funded left-wing media in EU states like Bulgaria, Czechia, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, and First Lady Melania Trump’s native Slovenia.

Hungary’s Prime Minister Viktor Orban, a close ally of President Donald J. Trump, announced Friday, February 7, that his government would reveal all U.S. funding to media and NGOs and called for legal consequences.

“We don’t call them agents… but these are people and organizations paid from abroad whose job is to overthrow the Hungarian government,” Orban said.

USAID has spent millions of dollars of taxpayer money on bizarre projects, from a transgender opera in Colombia to poppy farming in Afghanistan and feeding al-Qaeda jihadists in Syria.

Earlier this week, it was announced that President Trump is ordering almost all USAID staff on leave, with only 294 staff out of 14,000 globally deemed essential.

WATCH: Democrat Lawmakers Try to Force Their Way Into Dept of Education.

A large group of Democrat Members of Congress attempted to force their way into the U.S. Department of Education on Friday despite not having a scheduled appointment with any official there. However, the lawmakers’ entry was blocked by a lone security officer who stood firm in front of the doors while Rep. Maxine Waters harassed him for his ID.

While Congress does have oversight power over the various executive branch government agencies, it is unusual for a lawmaker or lawmakers to just show up without an appointment or scheduled meeting. “We are not posing any threat here,” one of the Democrat lawmakers can be heard saying in the scrum of their predominantly elderly colleagues.

It is unclear what Democrats intended to do once they gained access to the building. One lawmaker can be heard pleading with the security officer that they just want to go “stand by the desk,” apparently admitting the political stunt was all for a photo opportunity. Notably, the U.S. Senate has yet to confirm President Donald J. Trump‘s nominee to serve as Secretary of Education, Linda McMahon. The current acting Secretary is Denise L. Carter, who normally serves as the principal deputy chief operating officer for Student Aid.

Trump Cuts Off Biden-Era Cash Flow to Legacy News Outlets.

The Trump White House is terminating federal agency contracts with expensive legacy media outlets after Elon Musk and the Department of Government Efficiency discovered “millions” in wasteful spending of taxpayer dollars.

The details: This week, DOGE discovered that the U.S. Agency for International Development had paid anti-Trump legacy media outlet POLITICO $8.4 million in fees in fiscal year 2024 alone. On Wednesday, White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt told the press:

  • “I can confirm that the more than $8 million taxpayer dollars that have gone to essentially subsidizing subscriptions to Politico on the American taxpayers’ dime will no longer be happening.”

Pretty penny: Annual subscriptions to Politico Pro typically cost between $12,000 and $15,000 for three users.

Spending ramped up under Biden: During Joe Biden’s term, government agencies spent $26 million on POLITICO subscriptions. For perspective, under Trump’s first term, they spent a total of $6.5 million.

President Trump responded to the news on Truth Social, writing:

  • “THE LEFT WING “RAG,” KNOWN AS “POLITICO,” SEEMS TO HAVE RECEIVED $8,000,000. Did the New York Times receive money??? Who else did??? THIS COULD BE THE BIGGEST SCANDAL OF THEM ALL, PERHAPS THE BIGGEST IN HISTORY! THE DEMOCRATS CAN’T HIDE FROM THIS ONE. TOO BIG, TOO DIRTY!”

Hold up: Claims have been repeated that $8.2 million came from USAID. This is incorrect. However, the cash flow still came from other areas of the federal government.

  • The misattribution, unfortunately, gave the press an opening to run countless “fact checks” on the story.

Politico responds: The company’s CEO and Editor-in-Chief put out a memo to staff that claimed the outlet “has never been a beneficiary of government programs or subsidies.”

Big picture: While the subscription payments are not technically “subsidies,” some rightfully view them as in-kind donations to a friendly media outlet. If it was revealed that the Trump administration was spending $8 million per year on subscriptions to Breitbart or The National Pulse, do you think the press would take issue with it?

As Eastern Defenses Crumble, Ukraine Intensifies Counter-Invasion of Russia.

Ukraine is reportedly ramping up its military operations in Russia’s Kursk region, although there has been no official confirmation from the Ukrainians. The Russian Defense Ministry has stated that Ukrainian troops attempted a counterattack in Kursk Oblast but were repelled by Russian military forces.

This situation follows an offensive launched by Ukraine in the Kursk region in August 2024, a move that reportedly startled both Russia’s President Vladimir Putin and Ukraine’s Western allies.

Since the initial operation, Ukraine has been able to maintain some positions in the region. However, reports indicate that Russia has regained control over approximately half of the territory initially captured by Kiev’s forces.

Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky has recently commented on the significance of operations in Kursk Oblast, suggesting their potential impact on future talks aimed at ending the conflict with Russia.

Earlier this week, Zelensky indicated for the first time that he would be willing to speak face-to-face with President Putin to discuss ending the conflict between Ukraine and Russia, but still referred to Putin as an “enemy.” However, he is still adamant that his country should join the NATO military alliance, going as far as repeatedly threatening to acquire nuclear weapons if Ukraine is not allowed to become a member.

Fani Willis, Jasmine Crockett Host ‘Ghetto’ Gala, $25K a Table.

Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) will serve as Mistress of Ceremonies at what social media users have dubbed a “ghetto gala” on behalf of District Attorney Fani Willis, the disgraced Democratic District Attorney who attempted to prosecute President Donald J. Trump in Fulton County, Georgia. The Tyler Perry Studios event is currently set for February 13, with attendees charged up to $25,000 a table.

“Wow that is going to be one GHETTO event!” commented one social media user. Rep. Crockett, 43, got into a verbal slanging match with Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene at a congressional hearing last year, accusing the Republican congresswoman of having a “bleach blonde, bad-built, butch body” and screaming, “Don’t tell me to calm down, because y’all talk noise and then you can’t take it, because if I come and talk s**t about her, y’all gonna have a problem” during the ensuing chaos.

Meanwhile, Willis was disqualified from her case against President Trump by a Georgia appeals court in December due to her having an undisclosed sexual relationship with one of the prosecutors she hired for the case, Nathan Wade.

WATCH: Rep. Brandon Gill Savages Ilhan Omar in Stunning Live Interview.

Representative Brandon Gill (R-TX) has stated that America would be “better off” if far-left congresswoman Ilhan Omar (D-MN) were deported, blasting the Democrats for allowing millions of illegals into the country. Gill clarified that he wasn’t calling for the deportation of Omar, who has acquired U.S. citizenship, but reiterated that the country would be better off if she returned to her native Somalia.

“My colleague Ilhan Omar was advising illegal alien Somalis on how to evade ICE detection. That is as un-American as you can possibly get. It’s unbecoming of a congressperson, and I absolutely think it is disgusting,” Gill said.

He added that Omar has a duty to the Americans who elected her and not to illegal aliens who happen to be from her native country. “To whom is she most loyal? Illegal alien Somalis or American citizens? I think that is a very legitimate question,” Gill said.

In 2019, The National Pulse Editor-in-Chief Raheem Kassam warned of Omar being an example of immigrants who move to the West but do not share Western values. He noted Omar’s connections with radical Marxism through her family in Somalia, who worked for dictator Siad Barre, the leader of the Revolutionary Socialist Party.

Ex-USAID Director Exposes Deep-Rooted Corruption and Waste.

The former director of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) has admitted the agency has been a hub of waste and corruption for years. Mark Moyar, who assumed the role of director in February 2018, appeared on Fox News to detail issues he found during his tenure, which was initiated by an orientation exercise he deemed unconventional.

The exercise, known as a “privilege walk,” assigned him the identity of a Scandinavian woman, highlighting perceived systemic privileges and disadvantages. Moyar recounted, “So you took a step forward if it applied, and if it didn’t. I ended up near the front, and the Indigenous woman with an unwanted pregnancy and the male prostitute was at the other end, and then we talked about our privileges.”

According to Moyar, USAID often rebranded initiatives to give the appearance of alignment with the priorities of the first Trump administration, citing an instance where a feminist women’s book club, started during the Obama administration, was reframed as a counter-terrorism effort.

“The first discouraging sign was I was told, ‘Most people here don’t want to report corruption.’ I was ultimately fired based on a bogus accusation, while those involved in corruption retained their positions,” Moyar said.

Earlier this week, it was revealed that USAID spent millions on woke projects, from transgender operas in Colombia to meals for al-Qaeda fighters in Syria.

President Donald J. Trump is set to order nearly all USAID federal employees worldwide to take administrative leave, with only a few exceptions. The agency’s surviving functions will be taken over by the State Department.

Judge Delays Deadline for President Trump’s Buyout Offer for Federal Employees.

U.S. District Court Judge George O’Toole Jr. issued an order Thursday afternoon pausing the deadline for federal employees to accept a buyout authorized by President Donald Trump that would see them voluntarily resign in exchange for eight months of pay and benefits. The order comes just hours before the offer expires at midnight.

The deadline pause will last until at least Monday when Judge O’Toole Jr. is set to hear arguments in a lawsuit brought by federal worker unions challenging the legality of the buyout. Should the Trump White House successfully defend the policy in court, the delay may prove beneficial. The National Pulse reported Thursday morning that approximately 40,000 federal employees had decided to take the buyout. However, by Thursday afternoon, that number had risen to 60,000.

In their court filing, the federal worker unions contend that the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) has not been clear as to whether they “can (or will) honor the financial commitment for agencies across government when Congress has appropriated no funds for this purpose, and the statutory basis and appropriation for this promise remain unclear.” In addition, the lawsuit alleges the measure “is also contrary to the law.”
