WATCH: Now They Want Him to Sell It, Mar-a-Lago Is Suddenly Worth ‘Hundreds of Millions’ to CNN.

President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago property is suddenly worth “hundreds of millions of dollars” to CNN and its guests, especially now they want him to sell it to meet the court-mandated bond fee of $454 million as ordered by far-left judge Arthur Engoron.

Speaking to CNN’s Erin Burnett, guest Bess Freedman said: “Mar-a-Lago, potentially that could be something that could be sold quickly. I think the valuation is something in the hundreds of millions and I think there could be a buyer for something like that.”

She added: “…there could be plenty of international people who want to buy that property. I mean, there’s properties that are priced at $150, 200 million that are nearby that and Palm Beach… it’s just shot up like a rocket and people do want to live there.”

CNN Host Burnett then read out the Bloomberg valuation of Mar-a-Lago at $250 million. President Trump has recently asserted he feels the 1920s-era resort and home could go for over a billion. It has 62,000 sq ft on 17 acres of land and spans the street onto the beach. Judge Engoron and New York Attorney General Letitia James have listed the value of Mar-a-Lago as $18 million.

184 Law Enforcement Officers Die By Suicide Each Year.

An average of just under 184 law enforcement officers die by suicide each year, according to a new report. The report — from First HELP and CNA Corporation — found that 1,287 law enforcement suicides were recorded between 2016 and 2022. In 2022, 183 law enforcement suicides were recorded. 2019 saw a peak in law enforcement suicides with 234.

FBI data shows a significantly lower number than the First HELP report, indicating shortfalls in the breadth and depth of its current reporting processes. The FBI only recorded 32 suicides across 22 law enforcement agencies nationwide in 2022.

The report’s detailed breakdown suggests that half of the suicides involved officers from local police departments. Most occurred in departments with 100 or more full-time sworn officers. These findings contradict previous research that suggested smaller agencies may hold a higher suicide risk.

The data shows that most officers were on active duty at the time of their death. Seventeen percent were retired. Other key demographic findings include that the majority of officers were white males, aged around 40, typically in a relationship with children. Depression and PTSD were cited as the most common mental health challenges leading to these tragic outcomes.

The report emphasizes the dire need for a stronger and more accurate national database on law enforcement officer suicides, urging federal agencies to act. Suicide is reaching epidemic levels in America. It takes more soldiers’ lives than war. In 2022, the suicide rate in America reached an 80-year high.

Michael Cohen Won’t Be Sanctioned For Using AI To Invent Fake Legal Cases.

A federal judge decided Wednesday that disgraced lawyer Michael Cohen would not face sanctions for submitting an AI-generated legal filing that cited fake cases. Cohen’s ‘fake case’ filing was submitted during his prosecution for tax and campaign finance violations. He is currently under supervised release after pleading guilty to the charges in 2018 and serving one year in prison.

Judge Jesse Furman called Cohen’s use of AI — and the subsequent fake case citations — “embarrassing and certainly negligent.”

However, the U.S. District Court judge added that he believes Cohen’s excuse that he did not fully understand how AI language models function and that the fake case citations were not in “bad faith.” Cohen, once a lawyer for former President Donald Trump, used Google’s AI chatbot, formerly called ‘Bard,’ to generate the filing.

“The Court has no basis to question Cohen’s representation that he believed the cases to be real,” the judge wrote in his decision.

While Cohen avoided additional sanctions over the fake case citations, Judge Furman rejected the disgraced attorney’s plea to terminate his supervised release early. Cohen argued for the termination based on his testimony against Trump during the civil fraud prosecution brought by New York Attorney General Letitia James. The federal judge described Cohen’s attempt to use the  testimony as a means to end the conditions of his release as “perverse.” Further, the judge underscored that Cohen’s supervised release was to serve as further deterrence as the disgraced attorney has continued to evade responsibility for his crimes.

Sen. Tillis Reveals TikTok Death Threat: ‘I’ll Find You And Shoot You And Cut You Into Pieces.’.

Republican Sen. Thom Tillis of North Carolina revealed he received a death threat over legislation forcing ByteDance to divest from TikTok.

The anonymous individual threatened to hurt Tillis should legislators proceed in ‘banning’ TikTok, citing loss of employment and entertainment options among her stated concerns. “Listen if you ban TikTok, I will find you and shoot you,” an unidentified woman said in a message to Tillis’s office. “That’s people’s jobs and that’s my only entertainment. And people make money off there too. Anyways, I’ll find you and shoot you and cut you into pieces. Bye,” she concluded.

Tillis said he reported the threat to law enforcement. He also accused TikTok of a “misinformation” campaign designed to trick people into believing that Congress seeks to ban TikTok. “TikTok’s misinformation campaign is pushing people to call their members of Congress, and callers like this who communicate threats against elected officials could be committing a federal crime,” Tillis posted on X (formerly Twitter). “The Communist-Chinese aligned company is proving just how dangerous their current ownership is,” he added.

In reality, the bill in question does not ban TikTok outright, nor is a ban the inevitable consequence should Joe Biden eventually sign the legislation into law. The bill gives ByteDance — TikTok’s parent company that has direct ties to the Chinese Communist Party — six months to divest from the popular app or see it banned in the U.S. Several parties, including former Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin, have expressed interest in purchasing TikTok should ByteDance divest.

BLM Agitators Disrupt Kyle Rittenhouse Event, Chant ‘F*** His A** Up!’

A scheduled appearance by Kyle Rittenhouse at a Turning Point USA chapter event at the University of Memphis was disrupted by Black Lives Matter (BLM) agitators chanting “lock his ass up!” and “f*** his ass up!”

Video footage of the demonstration shows BLM activists chanting “Kyle is a killer!” as well as cheering and even chasing people leaving the event after it finished.

Rittenhouse, 21, shot three men who attacked him during a riot at the height of the BLM disorder in 2020. All of them had criminal records, with the first man Rittenhouse shot, David Rosebaum, being a convicted pedophile.

TPUSA has accused University of Memphis administrators of actively sabotaging the Rittenhouse event by claiming their ticketing system had not been “equitable” and forcing them to redo it on short notice.

“Most shockingly, we have gathered credible information that school administrators have leaked the new ticketing information to protester groups so they can reserve large numbers of newly issued tickets and sabotage the event,” said TPUSA spokesman Andrew Kolvet.

962% Increase in ‘Missed’ Deportation Filings Since 2020.

Around 200,000 illegal aliens have avoided deportation because the Biden government failed to file the paperwork associated with their court dates and subsequent removals – with a stark 962 percent rise, in 2023, since the Trump administration’s final year in office (2020).

The details: According to a new report from the non-partisan Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse (TRAC), the Biden Department of Homeland Security (DHS) failed to file the required ‘Notice to Appear’ (NTA) paperwork before their court dates, resulting in the cases being thrown out.

What is a ‘Notice to Appear’? It’s the official document that starts removal proceedings against an illegal alien, requiring them to appear in immigration court — usually years after they’re apprehended.

The numbers: According to the TRAC report, under Biden, the total number of missed filings was:

  • 33,802 in 2021
  • 79,592 in 2022
  • 68,869 in 2023

For perspective: In President Donald Trump’s final year in office, 2020, there were just 6,482 missed filings.

Zoom out: Since Biden has taken office, more than 10 million illegal aliens have entered the United States.

The Biden regime is simply “forgetting” to file the paperwork doesn’t seem intentional at all… 👀

Biden Camp Has 2X More Cash on Hand Than Team Trump.

Joe Biden already has more than twice as much cash on hand as Donald Trump heading into the presidential election, as big capital lines up behind the Democrat and lawfare campaigns drain the coffers of the America First leader.

The Biden camp has boasted of bringing in $53 million in February alone, taking its war chest to $155 million.

Over the same month, the Trump team raised $39.3 million across its official campaign committee, the Republican National Committee, a supportive super PAC, and his leadership PAC, Save America.

An astonishing $53 million in legal expenses has been sapped from Trump’s war chest since early 2023, as the Biden-controlled Justice Department and various Democrat law officers and activists target him in a sweeping lawfare campaign.

Biden outspent Trump substantially in 2020, with the Democrat and his allies accounting for around 61 percent of the $2.74 billion spent on the presidential contest.

Hillary Clinton also outspent Trump in 2016 by an even greater margin of almost two-to-one — but still ended up losing by a 77-vote landslide in the Electoral College.

WATCH: Kassam Says ‘MeidasTouch’ Is Eating Media Matters’ Lunch.

MeidasTouch, the former Democrat super PAC responsible for the “bloodbath” hoax, has rendered David Brock, Media Matters, and the old guard of the online left redundant, says Raheem Kassam, Editor-in-Chief of The National Pulse.

Speaking on Steve Bannon’s “War Room,” Kassam said “Media Matters and David Brock and all of these guys” are “old hat.” He described them as “yesterday’s man and yesterday’s way of doing” things.

“MeidasTouch is for the TikTok generation,” Kassam explained. He noted they are “quite open” about their underhanded way of doing things, urging people to read their quotes, as reported by The National Pulse on Wednesday.

“They don’t say, ‘Oh, we’re news reporters. We’re trying to be journalists. We’re trying to expose the truth.’ They say, ‘Hey, we’re clipping Donald Trump out of context three, four, five times a day, and these things are getting 25 million views,’” Kassam explained.

“Media Matters is slow, it takes them six hours to get a story up,” he continued. “This is not the way to reach people anymore. Sorry, Brocksters, you’re done. MeidasTouch has eaten your lunch. That’s what’s happening here, and that’s why these guys are so dangerous.”

Kassam stressed that MeidasTouch was “invited to a preview screening of the State of the Union inside the White House.” He described this as “collusion between the Biden White House and this Hollywood-funded, Reid Hoffman-funded, hit job institution.”

On the links to Hoffman, a major early donor to MeidasTouch, Kassam noted that the LinkedIn billionaire — and visitor to Epstein island — is “under the mattresses” of many operations against Donald Trump. These include E. Jean Carroll, Russia hoaxsters FusionGPS, and Nimarata ‘Nikki’ Haley.

“Reid Hoffman really is the lynchpin of Never Trumpism right now,” Kassam said.

Truth Social Stock Climbs as Trump Backers Buy to Aid President.

Stock in Donald Trump’s Truth Social platform has soared, valuing the company at around $6 billion as supporters rally behind the firm, expected to go public in the coming days.

Trump launched Truth Social as an alternative to Twitter — now X — after the platform banned him during his final days as President in a coordinated action with other Big Tech platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.

Now, with Democrat judges including Arthur Engoron and Lewis Kaplan hammering Tump with hundreds of millions of dollars in payouts and penalties as part of an ongoing lawfare campaign, the former president may be in line for a $3.5 billion cut when Truth goes public, as early as next week.

“There seems to be an unwritten agreement between tens of thousands of traders that the more political momentum Trump has, the more the stock should trade higher,” commented fund manager Julian Klymochko.

Trump continues to lead Joe Biden in America’s key “swing states” ahead of the November elections.

House Impeachment Inquiry Zeros In On Biden Family Selling Access to Joe.

House Republicans are set to open the next phase of their impeachment inquiry into Joe Biden with a new round of Congressional hearings. Wednesday’s hearing will focus on allegations that the Biden family made significant profits through selling access to Joe Biden. Several of Hunter Biden’s previous business partners will testify before the Congressional panel regarding their first-hand knowledge of the Biden family’s scheme.

The House Oversight Committee has spent extensive time gathering information and reviewing Biden family documents behind closed doors and is now preparing to present at least two witnesses who were previously Hunter Biden’s business associates. Both Tony Bobulinski and Jason Galanis will testify before the committee. Devon Archer also received a request to appear but is not expected to testify as of Wednesday morning.

“Evidence obtained in the House of Representatives’ impeachment inquiry reveals Joe Biden knew about, participated in, and benefited from his family cashing in on the Biden name. Multiple witnesses have testified Joe Biden allowed his family to sell him as ‘the brand’ around the world to enrich the Biden family,” Rep. James Comer (R-KY), who chairs the Oversight Committee, said in prepared remarks released before the hearing.

Despite an invitation to attend, Hunter Biden’s legal counsel has indicated he will not appear before the committee on Wednesday. In response to Biden’s absence, Reps. Andy Biggs (R-AZ) and Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) are pushing for a subpoena to compel his in-person testimony in future public hearings.
