Petition Demanding Alito, Thomas Recusal on Jan 6 and Trump Cases Passes 50k Signatures.

A petition demanding that Supreme Court Justices Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas recuse themselves from cases related to the January 6, 2021, riots at the U.S. Capitol has garnered 50,000 signatures. Far-left progressive activist group MoveOn initiated the petition after The New York Times reported Justice Alito displayed an upside-down American flag shortly before Joe Biden‘s inauguration as President.

According to Alito, his wife placed the flag upside down following a dispute with neighbors. The Supreme Court Justice has dismissed calls for his resignation from the high court and his recusal on cases relating to the Capitol riots or former President Donald J. Trump.

The New York Times story and MoveOn petition appear to be part of a larger left-wing public pressure campaign to force the recusal of several conservative Supreme Court Justices from two upcoming decisions. Both Fisher v. United States and Trump’s presidential immunity appeal could significantly impact the Biden government’s lawfare campaign against the incumbent Democrat’s 2024 presidential election opponent.

MoveOn contends that Alito’s association with the flag incident and Justice Thomas‘s wife Ginni’s communications regarding the Trump team’s efforts to expose voter fraud in 2020 undermine the court’s integrity. The petition also calls on Chief Justice John Roberts to take action if the Justices do not voluntarily recuse themselves.

Senator Dick Durbin (D-IL) has echoed the arguments made by MoveOn and urged for Alito’s recusal. Additionally, the Illinois Democrat is calling for a binding code of ethics for the court.

Trans Singer Calls for Biden’s Assassination Over Israel.

Transgender singer-songwriter Ethel Cain has seemingly called for the assassination of members of the Biden government and Joe Biden himself in a post on Instagram. Cain reposted an image graphic from Democracy Now regarding the Biden government’s $1 billion weapons sale to Israel, adding the comment: “We need to bring back assassinations.” He then posted a black square image while tagging Biden’s official government Instagram account with the message: “@joebiden bitch”

In a follow-up post, Cain became more irate, stating: “feel like i’m taking crazy pills living in america in this day and age. billionaires and politicians should be strung up in the street because what the hell is going on. and we can’t even have a revolution because our terroristic military would crush us in a heartbeat if we tried to revolt.”

The threats by Cain mark the latest escalation in progressive political criticism of Biden — dubbed ‘Genocide Joe‘ — and the ongoing conflict between Israel and the Hamas terrorist group in Gaza. Former President Donald J. Trump holds a significant polling lead in the 2024 presidential election over the 81-year-old Democrat incumbent. The Biden re-election campaign has struggled to shore up support among Arab American, Muslim, and progressive voters amidst his government’s ongoing aid and weapons sales to Israel.

According to 18 US Code § 871, making threats against the President of the United States is categorized as a Class E felony. Those found guilty of making threats could face a maximum sentence of five years in federal prison, a $250,000 fine, and three years of supervised release.

The National Pulse previously reported that earlier this month, the Peruvian government passed a resolution categorizing transgender, nonbinary, and intersex individuals as “mentally ill.”

Cartels Are Operating in All 50 States.

Mexican cartels are operating in all 50 states, flooding American cities with hard drugs and using violence to maintain control, according to a new U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) report.

The details: The DEA report found the extremely violent Jalisco and Sinaloa cartels are dominating the U.S. drug trade for meth and fentanyl, with thousands of cartel-linked foot soldiers operating within the 50 states. The report says:

  • “Together, the Sinaloa and Jalisco cartels have caused the worst drug crisis in U.S. history.”
  • The cartels have “effectively eliminated any competition in U.S. markets” and “dictate the flow of nearly all illicit drugs.”

The numbers: Nearly 38,000 fentanyl-related deaths occurred in the first half of 2023.

Recent busts: Last week, the DEA busted “Skittles Man” Roque Bustamante and six others in Florida for fentanyl distribution. It seized:

  • roughly 21 kilograms of pure fentanyl
  • 70,000 rainbow-colored fentanyl pills
  • 3,000 M30 blue fentanyl pills
  • 243 pounds of crystal meth
  • 2 kilos of cocaine
  • 24 guns

Biden’s border crisis: This is, of course, a dangerous symptom of Joe Biden’s immigration policies, which have allowed more than 10 million people to stream into the country illegally.

The solution: Donald Trump has pledged to take swift action to shut down the border by re-implementing successful policies from his first term, such as “Remain in Mexico” and Title 42. He has also threatened to deport 11 million illegals.

D.C. Police Captain Shot 5 Blocks From His Station.

A Washington, D.C., Metropolitan Police Department captain who oversees the 4th District Station in the nation’s capital was shot in the head while commuting to work on Monday afternoon. The incident occurred as part of an apparent carjacking attempt around 12:10 PM in the area of 7th Street and Oneida Place Northwest, just five blocks from the police station.

According to D.C. police Chief Pamela Smith, the officer was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, with the gunshot wound reportedly being superficial. The D.C. Metropolitan Police Department engaged in a car chase of the suspects. Two individuals were taken into custody in Prince George’s County after crashing and rolling the car they occupied.

“The vehicle crashed, and two suspects were taken into custody,” Smith said following the incident. She added: “We are grateful that our officer has not sustained any life-threatening injuries. He is at an area hospital with his family and our family support team.”

The 4th District Station captain was not in uniform and was on his way to work in a personal vehicle when he noticed a car driving erratically. After following the vehicle, its occupants came to a stop, with one exiting and firing gunshots at the police captain. The captain got a partial plate before heading to his district station for help.

Washington, D.C., has seen a concerning spike in violent crime and murders over the past two years. The National Pulse previously reported that D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser has refused to meet with a father and city resident who has lost three sons to violent crime.

Hunter Biden Cooks Up New Russia Conspiracy.

Hunter Biden is threatening to sue Fox News for allegedly conspiring with associates of former President Donald J. Trump and pro-Russia foreign nationals to defame him. The accusations leveled by Hunter Biden‘s attorney — and detailed in a letter sent to the news network three weeks ago — mark the newest evolution in the Russia collusion hoax peddled by national Democrats since 2015.

The letter demands that Fox News issue a bevy of retractions and apologies for several hundred articles and on-air reports. Hunter Biden discussed the accusations in an interview with the far-left website The Daily Beast. However, he did not provide any detail regarding the identities of the foreign nationals who have allegedly colluded with Fox News against him.

‘ADICT, ADICT, ADICT.’

While Hunter Biden claims any potential lawsuit would address alleged collusion between Fox News and unnamed foreign nationals associated with Russia, his interview with The Daily Beast reveals his real motivation is silencing negative coverage of his corrupt business practices and drug addiction.

“I’m not saying my addiction is an excuse for my bad behavior. What I’m saying is that my addiction is not an excuse for them to dehumanize me — and in doing so dehumanize everybody from the addict that you pass it on the street, to the one that you live with,” Biden told the far-left website. He continued: “That is the principal motivating factor. Addict, addict, addict, addict, you know. Crack addict, he’s a crack addict, smoking crack, addict.”

SILENCING FOX NEWS.

“Go back and look at the Tucker Carlson and Sean Hannity shows, look at what they’re doing as they’re talking about me and Ukraine, and Romania, and all the other total absolute bullshit that the ‘laptop’ does not prove in any way,” Hunter Biden said. He added: “But in the end, on the split-screen next to them is always a picture of me. Usually shirtless with a cigarette or a crack pipe in my mouth.”

In threatening the lawsuit, Hunter Biden and his attorneys also insinuated that they would use the discovery process to drag out more damaging information regarding Fox News and the successful Dominion Voting Systems lawsuit against the network. The threat appears tantamount to a frivolous legal fishing expedition to silence critical reporting about Biden as his father, Joe Biden, seeks re-election as President of the United States.

Biden told The Daily Beast that Fox News should think back on the Dominion lawsuit and the potential damage that communications surrounding the network coverage of him could do. “If we ever got them, it would make Dominion look like fucking, in my opinion, you know, pattycakes,” he said.

Alec Baldwin Seeking Dismissal of Involuntary Manslaughter Charge.

A New Mexico judge is set to consider Alec Baldwin’s request to dismiss the grand jury indictment against him for involuntary manslaughter relating to the death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins. The hearing will be held on Friday. Hutchins was fatally shot during filming for the movie “Rust” on a film set near Santa Fe on October 21, 2021.

Baldwin, who served as lead actor and co-producer on the Western film, has pleaded not guilty. His legal team argues that the prosecution mishandled the grand jury process, neglecting to present exculpatory evidence and relevant witness testimonies. If convicted on the involuntary manslaughter charge, Baldwin could face up to one and a half years in prison.

The incident occurred during a rehearsal when Baldwin pointed a firearm at Hutchins. The revolver discharged, killing Hutchins and injuring the film’s director, Joel Souza. Baldwin maintains that he pulled back the hammer of the gun but did not pull the trigger. His legal team claims that the grand jury was misled by inaccurate and biased testimony regarding the condition of the firearm.

Prosecutors, however, contend proper protocols were followed during grand jury proceedings. Instead, they say that Baldwin’s motion to dismiss is a “shameless” attempt to escape responsibility for Hutchins’s death. The prosecutors point to contradictory statements made by the liberal actor to law enforcement, workplace safety regulators, and during media interviews in the aftermath of the shooting.

In April, the film’s weapons supervisor, Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, was sentenced to a year and a half in prison on an involuntary manslaughter conviction for the cinematographer’s death. Safety coordinator Dave Halls pleaded no contest to negligent handling of a firearm last year and was sentenced to six months of unsupervised probation.

Judge Cannon Just Blasted Biden’s Special Counsel Jack Smith. Here’s Why.

U.S. District Court Judge Aileen Cannon, presiding over the Florida-based federal classified documents prosecution of former President Donald J. Trump, blasted Department of Justice (DOJ) special counsel Jack Smith‘s inconsistent positions on the need to seal evidence in the case. The federal judge’s criticism comes as Smith’s office stated they had no objection to unsealing docket entries related to alleged prosecutorial misconduct, yet continued to argue elsewhere for the need to keep such details confidential.

“In two separate filings related to sealing, the special counsel stated, without qualification, that he had no objection to full unsealing of previously sealed docket entries related to allegations of prosecutorial misconduct,” Judge Cannon wrote in an order issued on Sunday. She added: “In light of that repeated representation, and in the absence of any defense objection, the court unsealed those materials consistent with the general presumption in favor of public access.”

The unsealed materials contained details of grand jury testimony that had previously not been made public. Cannon noted that the special counsel‘s acquiescence to making the material public contradicted assertions made in other filings that the documents should remain sealed. The judge demanded an explanation from Smith and his legal team.

“In response to those inquiries, counsel explained that the special counsel took the position on unsealing in order to publicly and transparently refute defense allegations of prosecutorial misconduct raised in pretrial motions,” her order unsealing the documents read. Addressing Smith directly, Cannon wrote: “The sealing and redaction rules should be applied consistently and fairly upon a sufficient factual and legal showing. And parties should not make requests that undermine any prior representations or positions except upon full disclosure to the court and appropriate briefing.”

Warmonger Victoria Nuland Wants U.S. to Help Ukraine Attack Russia.

Former Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland, the globalist architect of the Ukraine war, is calling for the U.S. to escalate the Russo-Ukrainian conflict by facilitating Ukrainian strikes inside Russia. Nuland issued her fervent call for increased American military support for Ukraine during an interview with ABC News’s Martha Raddatz on Sunday.

“They need to be able to stop these air attacks that are coming from bases inside Russia. So, I think there’s also a question of whether we, the United States and our allies, ought to give them more help in hitting Russian bases, which we’ve not been willing to do,” Nuland said.

Raddatz replied by pointing out the Biden regime’s belief that direct strikes on Russian bases would escalate the war and the U.S.’ involvement in it. “So, why do you think that’s a good idea?” she asked Nuland.

Nuland responded by making several bizarre statements, including that Russia has been escalating the war and that COVID isolation made Russian President Vladimir Putin “more and more paranoid.” She also claimed, without offering evidence, that Putin wishes to “restore the Soviet Union” and is “willing to sacrifice the future of Ukraine and the Russian people” for “crazy imperial ambition.”

However, the fact is that as a Russian victory in the war appears more and more likely, several NATO member countries are seeking to escalate the conflict, an escalation that risks dragging the U.S. into a full-blown war with Russia in Europe.

Michael Cohen Admits to STEALING From Donald Trump.

Disgraced and disbarred attorney Michael Cohen admitted that he stole tens of thousands of dollars from the Trump Organization during his ongoing cross-examination in former President Donald J. Trump‘s Manhattan-based hush money trial on Monday. Former President Trump’s defense attorney, Todd Blanche, entered into evidence invoices that showed Cohen overcharging vendor services and pocketing the difference. All-in-all, it appears Cohen stole $30,000 on top of the legal fee invoices for his hush money payments to Stormy Daniels.

Blanche asked Cohen, “You did steal from the Trump Organization, correct?” The serial perjurer and disgraced attorney responded, “Yes, sir.” The documents presented by Trump’s defense team show Cohen receiving $50,000 for a payment to a tech company called Red Finch. However, Cohen only paid the company $20,000 and pocketed the $30,000 difference.

Cohen testified that while the owner of Red Finch would have preferred his invoice to be paid in full, he was “placated for the time being” with the partial $20,000 payment. CNN legal analyst Elie Honig described the exchange as a “bomb dropped right in the middle of the prosecution‘s case.”

On Friday, Cohen was cornered by Blanche over the serial perjurer‘s alleged phone call with Trump confirming the Daniels hush money payment had been made. The National Pulse reported that Blanche revealed text messages showing that Cohen had called Trump’s bodyguard, Keith Schiller, not to speak with Trump but to discuss with Schiller a series of harassing phone calls he had received from a 14-year-old prankster.

Assange WINS in U.S. Extradition Appeal.

A United Kingdom court has ruled that Julian Assange can challenge his extradition to the United States. The decision came after a panel of London-based judges found that U.S. assurances regarding how Assange’s trial would be conducted were insufficient. An appeal hearing will likely happen in several months.

Assange, the founder of WikiLeaks, is wanted by U.S. government officials over allegations of espionage. The charges relate to the leaking and posting online of a trove of U.S. national security materials related to classified, confidential military and diplomatic documents pertaining to the U.S. wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. If convicted, Assange could face up to 175 years in prison.

The court fight over Assange‘s extraction has taken nearly a decade, beginning shortly after WikiLeaks’s publication of classified documents. In March, however, his extradition began to move forward with the Royal Courts of Justice in London ruling that the U.S. could pursue extradition if “satisfactory assurances” about the preservation of Assange’s rights at trial were met. Specifically, the U.K. court demanded that Assange be extended U.S. First Amendment rights at trial despite being an Australian citizen. In addition, the U.K. judges asked that the U.S. would exclude the death penalty for Assange.

On Monday, Edward Fitzgerald — the attorney representing Assange — argued that the U.S. government assurances regarding Assange’s rights at trial were “blatantly inadequate.” James Lewis, the U.S. legal representative, contented that any offered assurances could not bind U.S. courts but that the Biden government would try to implement the requested provisions as much as possible.
