Haitian Sex Offender Arrested in Democrat Sanctuary City.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has arrested an alleged Haitian sex criminal in the sanctuary city of Boston, Massachusetts. The migrant, identified as Jefferson Jerome, was arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a person over 14 years of age on September 11 but released by the Dorchester District Court ahead of a trial. ICE detained him at the courthouse once he was out of from state custody.

“Jefferson Jerome stands accused of a horrific crime against a resident of our Massachusetts community,” said an ICE spokesman. The agency, which Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris has compared to the Ku Klux Klan, reports that Jerome is a repeat illegal border crosser. He was detained and returned to Mexico by the U.S. Border Patrol in 2021 but returned in late 2022. This time, he was released into the country by Biden-Harris officials with a notice to appear before an immigration judge at a later date.

Hundreds of thousands of migrants in Jerome’s situation have been granted a de facto amnesty under the Biden-Harris government, with over 350,000 asylum cases being terminated “without a decision on the merits of their asylum claim.” While this does not preclude deportation at a later date, it renders removal unlikely, given it resets the yearslong process of securing and executing a deportation order.

Jerome is far from the only Haitian accused of serious crimes in Massachusetts. In early September, The National Pulse reported that Akim Marc Desire faces charges of molesting a 10-year-old boy in the Bay State. In March, Cory Alvarez was charged with raping a 15-year-old girl in the Massachusetts town of Rockland.

Both were brought to the U.S. by the Biden-Harris government through its Cuban, Haitian, Nicaraguan, and Venezuelan (CHNV) program.

Investigation Finds Thousands of Dead People on Voter Rolls.

Concerns over the integrity of the electoral process in the U.S. territory of Puerto Rico have been highlighted by the Centro de Periodismo Investigativo (CPI). An investigation reveals that deceased individuals and non-residents are still registered as active voters, with their details being used to cast votes in recent elections.

Jessika Padilla Rivera, vice president of the Comisión Estatal de Elecciones (CEE), acknowledged delays in updating the registry due to a lack of data integration between the CEE and the Demographic Registry. The news comes as activists continue to push to have the territory recognized as an American state, along with the ability to vote in U.S. elections. Supporters of Puerto Rico statehood include Joe Biden, Barack Obama, Mitt Romney, as well as George and Jeb Bush.

While the Democrat platform does not officially endorse statehood, Senator Mitch McConnell (R-KY) recently revealed his belief that a potential President Kamala Harris would pursue such a course, given that she signed onto legislation supporting it while serving in the U.S. Senate.

Florencio Fernández Martínez, 95, who has lived in the Dominican Republic since 2010, and his wife Ana María Demorizi Castillo, who passed away in 2011, were found to have cast votes in 2020 and 2016. Their active status in the electoral registry suggests a systemic issue, corroborated by the CPI through the “Consulta del Elector” platform.

The CPI’s analysis uncovered almost 5,872 deceased individuals registered as active voters from 2015 to 2020 and around 2,865 centenarians, some allegedly born in the 1800s, still marked as active voters. There were 1,287,745 votes cast in the territory’s 2020 general election, with the margin of victory for winner Pedro Pierluisi standing at around 19,000 votes.

Electoral fraud mechanisms, identified by sources within various political parties and the CEE, include using deceased and elderly individuals’ personal data to cast fraudulent votes.

The CPI found that approximately 900,000 deceased individuals were listed in the electoral registry. This discrepancy raises questions about the alleged procedural implementations by the CEE, which has a historical backlog that impacts the accuracy of voter rolls. The CPI cited testimonies indicating systemic failures and fraudulent practices extending back over two decades.

Ex-Democrat Who Infiltrated GOP Blocks ‘Winner Takes All’ Election Change, Hurting Trump.

Nebraska Republican state Senator Mike McDonnell has opposed former President Donald J. Trump’s proposal to allocate the state’s electoral college votes on a winner-take-all basis.

Allies of Trump pushed for a special legislative session to change Nebraska’s system from awarding electoral votes by congressional district to a winner-take-all model.

“After deep consideration, it is clear to me that right now, 43 days from Election Day, is not the moment to make this change,” McDonnell wrote. State Sen. Loren Lippincott, who had introduced the bill, noted McDonnell’s stance prevents a special session this fall.

Lippincott mentioned that Governor Jim Pillen had stipulated he would only call a special session if assured of support from 33 senators. This threshold was not met.

Another Nebraska lawmaker, state Sen. Merv Riepe, highlighted that the change would only be meaningful if implemented now rather than in future elections.

Nebraska sees the Omaha area as a swing district that has trended toward the Democrats. Moving to a winner-take-all system would likely grant Trump all of the state’s electoral votes.

Senator McDonnell, representing the Omaha area, switched from the Democratic to the Republican Party in April. Trump’s reaction to McDonnell’s opposition was critical, labeling McDonnell a “Grandstander” on Truth Social. Maine remains the only other state using a similar district-based system.

Earlier this year, Nebraska legislators voted against a winner-takes-all motion after it was tacked on to an unrelated bill. Nebraska’s Republican Governor Jim Pillen has, however, stated he backs changing to a winner-take-all system.

Trump Cancels Springfield Visit After RINOs Complain It Would Cause ‘Strain.’

Reports claim former President Donald J. Trump is no longer planning to visit Springfield, Ohio, despite having pledged to do so at a rally last week, after Ohio Governor Mike DeWine (R) told local media a visit would “put a strain on the community.” Republican-in-name-only (RINO) state and local officials have been running covering for Haitian migrants in the city, denying reports by residents—repeated by Trump—that they have been harming animals and generally lowering the small city’s standard of living.

According to Newsweek, “two sources familiar with the matter have said Trump is not expected to visit the city in the near future.” At a rally in Long Island on September 18, the former president had announced his intention to visit Springfield within two weeks.

Governor DeWine previously said that Trump’s criticism of the influx of a reported 20,000 Haitians into Springfield was “very hurtful for these men and women who work very, very hard.” He also pressured state lawmakers to bend election rules to ensure that Biden would make the state’s ballots despite failing to follow the relevant laws.

Trump’s running mate, Senator J.D. Vance (R-OH), has also been critical of the situation in Springfield and reports his office has received reports of Haitians harming animals. Additionally, Vance has criticized the corporate media for taking official denials of such abuse at face value, asking at an Indiana rally recently, “Did you ever think about listening to people speak their truth instead of listening to some bureaucrat and assuming that everything they tell you is true?”

Other Towns Are Beginning to Complain About Their New, Haitian Migrants.

Haitians are arriving not only in Springfield, Ohio, where an influx of some 20,000 has caused considerable issues in the city but also in various small rural towns across the United States. For instance, Sylacauga, Alabama, saw a city meeting shut down by the City Council President, Tiffany Nix, earlier this month after several members of the public complained of busloads of Haitians arriving in the city, supposedly to work, and “sitting around outside… not working.”

“What’s wrong with that? I don’t see what the issue is,” Nix responded. “I want to welcome anyone that wants to come,” she said, implying residents are racist by saying, “We have no reason to… treat people differently because of how they look” and insisting, “There’s no reason for us to discuss this any further.”

In Charleroi, Pennsylvania, the migrant population is reportedly up 2,000 percent, driven in large part by a surge in Haitian immigration. Like Springfield, the Pennsylvania town has been referenced by former President Donald J. Trump, who notes that the demographic changes are resulting in “schools scrambling to hire translators for the influx of students who don’t speak English, costing local taxpayers hundreds of thousands of dollars.”

THE NATIONAL PICTURE.

According to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), over 485,000 Haitian illegal border crossers have been recorded since fiscal year 2021. Most of these crossings occurred this fiscal year, with nearly 216,000 Haitians reported.

From fiscal 2021 through August, nearly 262,000 of these Haitians were apprehended at the southwest border. Additionally, nearly 221,000 were apprehended across the wider country and close to 2,300 at the northern border.

Since July, 205,000 Haitians have been released through the Biden-Harris government’s Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans (CHNV) parole program. Haitians also constitute the top nationality among the over 765,000 illegal foreign nationals released into the country via the CBP One app.

State attorneys general have filed lawsuits arguing that these programs are illegal. They are acknowledged to be rife with fraud, with the Biden-Harris government briefly pausing migrant flights. Multiple migrants imported by them have turned out to be dangerous, including multiple Haitian pedophiles.

Under current U.S. law, most Haitians being released into the country are technically inadmissible. Still, the Biden-Harris government has them issued with “notice to appear” documents for future immigration court hearings.

Man Claiming to Be Woman Attempts Abduction of 11-Year-Old.

Law enforcement in the State of Ohio have arrested Joshua Freyermuth, alleging the 39-year-old man—who identifies as a woman named “Vicky”—attempted to kidnap a child on Sunday morning. By late Sunday evening, Freyermuth—who is accused of trying to abduct an 11-year-old boy by luring him away from his dog and into his car in Stark County, Ohio—was apprehended Sunday evening in neighboring Columbiana.

The transgender suspect was unsuccessful in the abduction attempt. When police located Freyermuth in the neighboring county, a search of his vehicle also revealed he was in possession of methamphetamines. Freyermuth is currently in custody and awaits arraignment on both kidnapping and drug charges. According to police, the suspect is homeless and lives out of his vehicle.

Medical professionals have begun backing away from so-called gender transition treatments and are instead addressing transgenderism as a mental illness. In May this year, the Peruvian government passed a resolution categorizing transgender, nonbinary, and intersex individuals as mentally ill to ensure comprehensive mental health services.

The National Pulse reported in April that Adam Hetke, a transgender sex offender also known as Sabrina and a slew of other aliases, was convicted by a Wisconsin jury on two counts of sexual assault. Hetke—a self-described transgender female ‘vampire’—was released from prison early just a year prior, despite previous sex crime convictions. He is also under investigation for an alleged homicide.

In April, Solomon Galligan—a 33-year-old transgender registered sex offender—was apprehended by authorities after allegedly attempting a child abduction at Black Forest Hills Elementary School in Aurora, Colorado. The act was caught on the school’s surveillance video, where Galligan is seen approaching a group of students who reportedly scattered and began screaming “stranger danger” as Galligan allegedly tried to restrain one of the children.

Biden-Harris Secretary of State Faces Congressional Contempt Charge.

House Republicans are pushing to hold Secretary of State Antony Blinken in contempt of Congress and formally denounce other Biden–Harris officials over the disastrous August 2021 withdrawal from Afghanistan. The House Foreign Affairs Committee subpoenaed Blinken on September 3 to appear for testimony this Tuesday, but he did not attend.

Chairman Michael McCaul (R-TX) adjourned the meeting noting that Blinken was not in attendance and that he would be pursuing charges of contempt of Congress for defying a congressional subpoena. The Foreign Affairs Committee noted in its contempt resolution report, released Monday, that Blinken’s subpoena had been rescheduled once before to accommodate his travel plans.

Contempt of Congress can result in fines up to $100,000 and imprisonment ranging from one month to one year. However, if Congress votes to hold someone in contempt, the Biden-Harris Justice Department (DOJ) must generally decide on prosecution.

The Biden-Harris DOJ most recently used the law against former White House chief strategist Stephen K. Bannon. The Donald J. Trump ally was imprisoned for four months for defying a congressional subpoena demanding he testify at the corrupt January 6 hearings, arguing President Trump had invoked executive privilege.

Blinken played a pivotal role in the retreat from Afghanistan, being the “principal decisionmaker” during the withdrawal. He was also blamed for keeping the U.S. Embassy in Kabul open too long and delaying a Noncombatant Evacuation Operation (NEO) request until the Taliban seized the capital.

House Republicans are also considering a resolution to condemn senior Biden regime officials over the withdrawal that led to 13 U.S. service members’ deaths in an Islamic State-Khorasan (ISIS-K) suicide bombing on August 26, 2021. The resolution could censure President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Blinken, and Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, among others.

Failed Trump Assassin’s Son Arrested After Feds Find HUNDREDS of Files of Child Porn.

Authorities have arrested Oran Routh, whose father, Ryan Routh, is accused of targeting former President Donald J. Trump in a second assassination attempt earlier this month. Oran Routh faces charges for the receipt and possession of child pornography.

During a search of Oran Routh’s residence in Guilford County, North Carolina, on Saturday, investigators discovered child pornography files on Samsung Galaxy Note devices. Prosecutors detailed the findings in a criminal complaint, stating, “A review of the SD card located in Device-1 revealed that it contained hundreds of child pornography files.”

The complaint further noted that the files included videos from a known child pornography series produced outside the state of North Carolina.

Ryan Routh, Oran’s father, remains in custody under separate charges related to the assassination attempt against the former president. The discovery at Oran Routh’s residence occurred as part of the broader investigation pertaining to his father’s activities.

Law enforcement officials continue to examine the evidence collected from the search to ascertain the full extent of any criminal activities. The investigation remains ongoing, and no further details have been disclosed about potential additional charges or arrests.

Oran Routh is expected to appear in court soon to face the charges brought against him. His father’s case is progressing separately within the judicial system.

RNC Sues Over Mail-In Ballots in Red State Where Almost No One Uses Mail-In Ballots… But It COULD Be a Smart Move.

Republicans are contesting Mississippi’s mail-in ballot policies in a move that could affect similar practices across the country. The case is being heard by a panel of three judges on the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals—all appointed by former President Donald J. Trump. The Republican National Committee (RNC) and its allies argue that Mississippi’s policy of counting mail-in ballots received within five days post-Election Day violates federal law.

Mississippi’s voting rule mandates a firm reason for absentee voting, which means changes would affect a limited number of voters. In 2020’s general election, over 80 percent of Mississippi’s ballots were cast in person.

But the move could trigger challenges in other states where mail-in ballots matter far more.

Currently, around 20 others, including Nevada, Ohio, Virginia, Maryland, California, and New York, allow the counting of mail-in ballots received days after the election if they meet arbitrary postmark deadlines. The RNC’s move is a marked change from past election legal strategies—this time, it is suing in a state with a relatively friendly appellate division and potentially setting up a quick Supreme Court hearing before the November election.

Washington state, where all elections are conducted by mail, counted over 400,000 ballots that arrived post-Election Day during the 2022 midterms.

The Supreme Court generally dissuades judicial changes to voting rules close to elections, a principle known as the Purcell doctrine. However, inconsistencies in their application could leave the door open for a ruling. Should the 5th Circuit establish a precedent against Mississippi’s policy, Republicans might use it in future challenges to election regulations elsewhere.

The Biden-Harris Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Democratic National Committee (DNC) oppose the RNC, insisting that Congress has not legislated against post-Election Day ballot acceptance despite many states adopting such policies.

Harris Breaks 36-Year Tradition in Remarkable Snub to U.S. Catholics.

Kamala Harris has chosen not to attend the annual Al Smith Dinner, which significantly deviates from political tradition. The dinner, sponsored by the Archdiocese of New York, typically features lighthearted exchanges between presidential candidates. Former President Donald Trump has confirmed his attendance at the event scheduled for October 17, but Harris’s campaign stated she will focus on crucial battleground states as the election nears.

Some speculate that Harris’s move is due to the candidate’s fear of extemporaneous interactions, though the reality may be more that her campaign is worried that spending any time at all outside of critical swing states could see her lose on November 5th.

Joseph Zwilling, a spokesman for the Archdiocese of New York, expressed disappointment over Harris’s decision.

“We are disappointed that she will not be with us, as this is an evening of unity and putting aside political differences in support of a good cause of helping women and children in need regardless of race, creed, or background,” he said. The politically connected and powerful Timothy Cardinal Dolan—who serves as the Archbishop of the diocese—currently hosts the dinner.

Harris’s decision makes her the first presidential candidate to skip the event since Walter Mondale, who also started his campaign as a vice president, in 1984. This tradition began in 1960 with Richard Nixon and John F. Kennedy and is held to raise funds for New York City’s needy.

Trump last appeared at the dinner in person in 2016 along with then-Democratic Party nominee Hillary Clinton. The 2020 dinner, held virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic, saw Trump and Joe Biden make pre-recorded remarks. The annual event is named after former New York Governor Alfred E. Smith, the first Roman Catholic nominated for the U.S. presidency by a major party in 1928.
