WATCH: Bannon Blasts Nikki Haley, Ronna McDaniel at Turning Point’s RNC Counter-Convention.

LAS VEGAS, Nevada — Former Trump White House Advisor Stephen K. Bannon blasted Nimarata ‘Nikki’ Haley from the stage at the Turning Point ‘Restoring National Confidence’ Summit in Las Vegas on Tuesday. Addressing a raucous cadre of Trump supporters in the same Planet Hollywood ballroom that Trump himself burst to our attention from in 2015, Bannon also took aim at Ronna McDaniel’s RNC for allowing a damaging internecine primary against Trump.

“Did the DNC let Joe Biden be primaried?” He asked. “No. They said ‘not gonna happen’. He’s an incumbent president. Well Donald Trump is an incumbent president,” he remarked to applause.

The speech was the culmination of a three-day conference ostensibly organized by Turning Point USA to urge Republican National Committee delegates to push McDaniel out of her role as RNC chairman, which has been marred by lost elections, wasteful spending, and a GOP run almost entirely by establishment consultants.

McDaniel begins her own charm offensive to her delegates in Las Vegas on Wednesday when the RNC begins its ‘Winter Meeting.’

WATCH – London Cop Orders Christian to Stop Singing Hymns: ‘Not Allowed Outside Church.’

A recording of a police officer in Sadiq Khan’s London telling Gospel singer Harmonie London she was “not allowed to sing church songs outside of church grounds” has gone viral on social media.

Metropolitan Police volunteer officer Maya Hadzhipetkova, speaking with a thick foreign accent, can be seen insisting that Christian hymns cannot be sung “outside of church grounds unless you have, uh, unless you’re authorized by the church to do this kind of songs [sic],” which is untrue.

The footage then cuts to the policewoman and another officer walking away from the scene while being challenged on whether or not her false statements contradicted the Human Rights Act. The officer responds by sticking her tongue out at the camera.

The interaction generated significant backlash for the Metropolitan Police on X, formerly Twitter, with the force responding to users saying they were “working to understand the context in which these comments were made.”

The Metropolitan Police claimed the dispute centered on “a specific by-law related to busking.” Still, X users questioned this, as busking is an entirely separate issue from whether “church songs” can be sung “outside of church grounds.”

The force then flipped the script, complaining X users were making “personal and hurtful” comments about their officer and warning: “This is unacceptable.”

Despite TikTok’s Billion Dollar ‘Data Security Plan,’ American Info is Still Being Shared With China.

The Chinese-owned social media app TikTok claims it has spent $1.5 billion to build a firewall between its United States operations and its parent company, ByteDance, in China. Despite their guarantees, evidence shows the effort has been far less effective than purported, as U.S. user data continues to be accessed by Chinese employees of ByteDance.

Over the past several years, executives at the company promised lawmakers on Capitol Hill that they would effectively wall off American user data, assuaging concerns that the app is being used as a Chinese intelligence asset against American interests. Additionally, TikTok says it has enacted measures to ensure U.S. content is not subjected to censorship from the Chinese Communist Party.

TikTok Uses Back Channels To Share Data With China.

Employees at TikTok‘s Project Texas — a supposedly isolated unit that handles U.S. user data — have routinely been instructed to share files with other departments outside the unit and directly with ByteDance employees. Data sharing often occurs outside official channels, effectively working around the alleged “firewall.” The shared data includes user IP addresses, dates of birth, and email addresses. On top of the backchannel data-sharing, U.S. TikTok employees allege their Chinese counterparts make such frequent changes to the algorithm that they cannot determine if China is censoring U.S. users or accessing unauthorized data.

ByteDance’s U.S. Influence Operation.

The Chinese-based ByteDance has been engaged in a protected negotiation with the U.S. government’s Committee on Foreign Investment in the U.S. ever since former President Donald Trump moved to ban the TikTok app in 2020. A federal judge eventually stayed Trump’s executive order banning the social media app — President Joe Biden later abandoned the effort entirely.

Over the next three years, ByteDance ramped up its influence operations in the U.S. to head off a separate effort by lawmakers on Capitol Hill to ban TikTok or at least place restrictions on its use. In 2023, ByteDance spent $7.4 million lobbying efforts to influence U.S. politicians.

Satellite Data Suggests Nearly Half Of Gaza’s Buildings Have Been Destroyed.

New data indicates that over half of the buildings in Gaza have been damaged or destroyed since Israel launched its military response to the October 7, 2023, Hamas terror attack. Detailed drone footage provides a grim view of the destruction, with the city of Khan Younis bearing the brunt of the impact.

The analysis, conducted by researchers at City University of New York and Oregon State University, used satellite data to reveal the extent of damage across the Gaza Strip. It found that between 50 percent and 61 percent of buildings — approximately 144,000 to 175,000 — are now severely damaged or destroyed. Khan Younis, in particular, has seen 38,000 of its buildings, or more than 46 percent of its infrastructure, damaged.

The destruction has caused significant displacement, with nearly 1.7 million people, over 80 percent of Gaza’s population, fleeing their homes. Almost half of these individuals have taken refuge in the far southern end of the Gaza Strip, as recommended by Israel. These areas show evidence of extensive damage to farmland, and with the destruction of historically busy commercial centers and universities, tent cities have emerged to house the homeless population.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) defends the extent of the destruction, stating it is targeting Hamas fighters and “terror infrastructure,” yet structures reportedly under IDF control, such as Israa University in northern Gaza, have endured significant damage. Furthermore, the damages extend to Gaza’s agricultural production sector, previously a primary food source for the region. The damage is such that aid agencies are now warning that half of Gaza’s inhabitants are facing the threat of starvation. Numerous historic landmarks, like the al-Omari Mosque from the 7th century, have also been severely damaged.

Trump Leads Biden In ALL SEVEN Swing States.

Donald Trump now leads Joe Biden in all seven swing states by margins of up to ten points. Nationally, Trump leads the incumbent by six points, according to Morning Consult, with his lead increasing to nine points when third-party candidates are taken into account.

Trump’s strongest lead over Biden is in North Carolina, where he is ten points clear of the 81-year-old Democrat. He also holds strong eight-point leads over Biden in Nevada and Georgia, five-point leads in Wisconsin and Michigan, and three-point leads in Pennsylvania and Arizona.

Previous polling found Trump ahead of Biden by two points nationally, with a 12-point advantage among Independents. The new results suggest Biden is not improving his position.

The Democrat’s mismanagement of the southern border crisis appears to be particularly damaging for him, with six in ten respondents holding him responsible for the situation.

On Tuesday, House Republicans approved articles of impeachment against Biden’s Cuba-born Homeland Security Secretary, Alejandro Mayorkas, for failure to comply with the law and breach of public trust.

Pro-Life Activists Face 11 Years in Jail at Hands of Biden DOJ.

A Nashville grand jury charged six peaceful pro-life activists with violating the FACE Act and conspiracy against rights after the Biden Justice Department brought charges in 2022.

What is the FACE Act? It’s a 1994 law that prohibits threats, obstruction, and physical violence against patients and employees of abortion and reproduction health centers [this includes pro-life centers].

Back up: On March 5, 2021, pro-life activists held a peaceful protest outside a Tennessee abortion clinic, which the DOJ claims prevented a patient and employee from entering.

  • Livestream footage shows them praying, singing hymns, and urging women to reconsider their decision to seek an abortion.
  • The stream shows some protestors sitting in front of the clinic door and refusing to move when asked.

Penalty: All six defendants [Chet Gallagher, Coleman Boyd, Heather Idoni, Cal Zastrow, Paul Vaughn, and Dennis Green] – face up to 10.5 years in prison and fines of up to $260,000.

Disproportionate distribution of justice: The defendants argued that the Biden DOJ disproportionately seeks charges against pro-lifers while choosing not to use the FACE Act against abortionists who protest at pro-life centers and churches.

The numbers seem to back up their accusations. According to data compiled by the Progressive Anti-Abortion Uprising, the Biden regime has used the FACE Act:

  • 126 times to charge pro-life activists
  • 3 times to charge pro-abortion activists
The last word: Rep. Mike Lee summed it up on X, writing: “Bottom line: the Biden administration incarcerates people for praying at abortion clinics while ignoring violent acts at churches and pregnancy centers.”

POISONING THE BLOOD: Idaho AG Says State is ‘Held Hostage’ by Biden’s Border ‘Inaction.’

Idaho Attorney General Raúl Labrador says the Gem State is being “held hostage” by the Joe Biden regime’s failure to secure the border, with drug trafficking, in particular, having a deadly impact on Americans even in the Pacific Northwest.

”The last three years of the Biden Administration have been an absolute windfall to human traffickers, modern-day sex slavery, drug cartels, and foreign terrorist groups exploiting the lack of enforcement and flooding across our southern border,” said AG Labrador.

He stressed that “[e]very state, including Idaho, feels the impact from this lack of border enforcement,” noting that fentanyl deaths in his state tripled in 2021 and then doubled in 2022.

Overdose death estimates for 2023 are not yet available. Still, early indications are not good, with the state seizing tens of thousands of fentanyl pills from drug dealers, many with ties to Mexico.

“We are being held hostage to the Administration’s inaction,” Labrador complained.

Idaho Governor Brad Little has announced he is sending state troopers to assist Texas, which is currently locked in a fierce dispute with the federal government over border enforcement, to help secure the frontier.

“There’s a direct tie between the loose southern border and the flood of deadly illegal drugs like fentanyl coming into Idaho communities. These drugs are taking the lives of our loved ones, family members, friends and neighbors,” Little said.

Donald Trump has also warned the border crisis is “poisoning the blood” of the country by facilitating the spread of drugs and disease.

UK Population Forecasted to Surge to Near 75 Million by 2036.

Britain’s Office for National Statistics (ONS) has revealed its population projections for 2036, predicting an increase from an estimated 67 million residents in mid-2021 to 73.7 million residents, driven overwhelmingly by mass migration.

The ONS projects 13.7 million long-term migrants will arrive in Britain over the period — equivalent to the combined population of Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, including their existing migrant populations, plus an additional three million people.

The government office projects 7.6 million people will emigrate from Britain over the same period, for a net influx of 6.1 million – still far in excess of the population of Scotland, which is currently estimated at 5.5 million.

Immigration, therefore, accounts for the lion’s share of the expected increase in population. Births over deaths, including the children of migrants, are expected to add only 541,000 people to the population.

The “Conservative” Party, which has been in office since 2010, pledged to reduce net immigration “from the hundreds of thousands to the tens of thousands” in three consecutive election campaigns. They never came close to achieving this, and the pledge was downgraded to a vaguer commitment to reduce immigration “overall” under Boris Johnson in 2019.

In fact, net immigration increased to 745,000 in 2022, far above the 184,000 arrivals in 2019.

‘Toy Story’ Origin Store in San Fran Closes After 86 Years Citing ‘Perils and Violence.’

Jeffrey’s Toys, an 86-year-old San Francisco institution credited with inspiring Toy Story, is closing its last store in the crime-ridden Californian city due to disorder downtown and crippling rent payments.

“The store has been struggling for a number of years, due to the perils and violence of the downtown environment, inflation, the decrease in consumer spending and the demise of retail,” explained Ken Sterling of Sterling Venture Law, an attorney for the Luhn family, which has managed the business for generations.

“The family is saddened it has come to this and we’ve explored all other options to try and keep the business going. The leadership of the City of San Francisco and the Downtown Association have their work cut out for them on how to revitalize what was once a vibrant and fun downtown experience,” Sterling added.

Michael Luhm, a former Toy Story and Simpsons animator who ran the store with his father, warned before Christmas that the business was doomed unless the Democrat-controlled city changed course.

“We’re putting our money in, we’re putting our hard work in, and we’re putting our love into it. But, in the relationship we have with the city, that’s not being returned,” Luhn lamented.

He said the store was $20,000 per month in rent and suffering losses due to the city’s failure to tackle theft and fencing. He even described losing an employee of five years after someone threw her into a wall and tried to stab her.

Jeffrey’s will be shuttered for the last time at the end of February.

TSA Plans Expansion of Facial Recognition to Over 400 Airports.

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is set to expand a pilot facial recognition program to more than 400 federally-run airports nationwide. Current generation Credential Authentication Technology devices — CAT-2 units — are currently deployed at around 30 U.S. airports as part of a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) pilot program. Meanwhile, privacy concerns have sparked increased scrutiny of the plan from lawmakers on Capitol Hill.

Scanners being used in the DHS pilot program use A.I. to compare government I.D. photos of passengers with those taken in real-time at the airport, bypassing the need for passengers to provide identification to a human TSA agent before proceeding through the security checkpoint. Currently, passengers can opt out of CAT-2 screenings and can still go through the standard TSA I.D. process instead.

How Does CAT-2 Facial Recognition Work?

“The CAT-2 units are currently deployed at nearly 30 airports nationwide and will expand to more than 400 federalized airports over the coming years,” a TSA spokesman said, adding that airports using the units have posted clear signage notifying passengers of the facial recognition device’s use and that they may opt out of the facial recognition program.

According to the TSA, the CAT-2 units use one-to-one verification — meaning the real-time passenger photo is compared to a single government-issued photo like those found on I.D.s instead of a larger database of images. Once the passenger is cleared, the scanner is supposed to delete the photo.

Opposition on Capitol Hill

Sens. John Kennedy (R-LA) and Jeff Merkley (D-OR) introduced legislation to ban the TSA from using facial recognition technology this past November. “It’s astonishing that the TSA is expanding its invasive facial recognition program in the face of congressional concern,” Sen. Kennedy said, addressing the expanded use of the CAT-2 scanners.

TSA Administrator David Pekoske told attendees at last year’s South by Southwest conference in Austin, Texas, that facial recognition and other biometric programs are inevitable. “Eventually we will get to the point where we will require biometrics across the board because it is much more effective and much more efficient,” Pekoske said.
