Intelligence officials who signed a pre-election letter in 2020 alleging that Hunter Biden’s “laptop from hell” scandal had “all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation” are standing by their claims, despite the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and Department of Justice (DOJ) confirming the device is authentic.
All 51 signatories have been contacted about the letter, but none have recanted. James Clapper, Barack Obama’s Director of National Intelligence, said “No” when asked if he regretted signing the letter, refusing to remove his name or accept he should have waited for more information before branding the laptop Russian disinformation.
Attorney Mark Zaid, representing several signatories, defended the letter, claiming that “even today its content is accurate.”
“It served as nothing more than a warning letter of what we have known for decades: certain foreign governments—including Russia—continue to try and actively interfere in our domestic affairs and our guard must remain vigilant. Every patriotic American should have signed that letter,” he insisted, despite the fact the laptop was not, in fact, a Russian hoax.
Zaid has ties to “many prominent ‘never Trump’ advocates” who claim they are considering fleeing the country if Donald Trump is reelected.
‘OLD NEWS.’
Greg Treverton, a former National Intelligence Council chair, tried to dismiss the letter as “very old news” and also insisted that “What we said was true, we were inferring from our experience, and it did look like a Russian operation.”
“We didn’t, and couldn’t of course say it was a Russian operation,” he added disingenuously.
The laptop letter was laundered through Natasha Bertrand, a then-POLITICO correspondent used by the “intelligence community” to plant stories in the media since her mid-twenties. The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) was involved in “fast-tracking” the letter, initiated by Joe Biden staffer Antony Blinken, now Secretary of State.

Donald Trump’s description of migrant crime as an emerging “new category of crime” continued to be vindicated over the last week, with The National Pulse finding many examples of illegal alien criminals and accused criminals victimizing Americans and eating into public resources.
WOULD-BE COP KILLER.
The highest-profile illegal alien to be criminally charged in recent days is Bernardo Raul Castro Mato, a 19-year-old Venezuelan accused of shooting two New York Police Department (NYPD) officers during a foot chase.
Mato allegedly shot NYPD Officer Christopher Abreu, 26, in the leg, and Officer Richard Yarusso, 26, in the chest, before being brought down by gunfire himself. The Venezuelan is a suspect in several scooter-borne robberies, often targeting women. He crossed the border illegally last summer, but the immigration case against him was closed.
MOST WANTED.
Texas has unveiled a ’10 Most Wanted Criminal Illegal Immigrants’ list, featuring nine at-large pedophiles and one captured murderer who had violated his parole conditions. The ten illegals are all described as ‘White (Hispanic),’ with the Lone Star State offering rewards of up to $5,000 for the top five and $3,000 for the remainder.
“When President Joe Biden took office, he dismantled every effective border policy his predecessor put into place,” commented Governor Greg Abbott. “As a result, we have seen record high levels of illegal immigration, including dangerous criminals and terrorists who are a threat to the public safety of our state and our nation,” he added.
U.S.-FUNDED TERRORIST.
A radical Islamic terrorist who fought with an effectively U.S.-backed al-Qaeda faction in Syria is due to be sentenced in California.
Mura Kurashev, originally from the Russian Federation’s Muslim-majority Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, near Chechnya, sent thousands of dollars to al-Qaeda after crossing the U.S. southern border with his family.
VICTIMIZING THE MOST VULNERABLE.
Rigberto Hoyos-Alban, a Colombian illegal, has been apprehended by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) after being charged with four counts of sexual assault and one count of assault against “a person with a severe mental handicap” in Rhode Island.
“This is not the type of individual we want walking the streets of our New England neighborhoods,” said ICE official Todd M. Lyons.
Hoyos-Alban crossed the border illegally in November. Like many of the illegals featured in The National Pulse’s migrant crime round-ups, he was let loose among the public by the local authorities after being charged despite ICE issuing a detainer request against him.
GUATEMALAN PEDOPHILE.
ICE announced it had detained Raul Calderon-Interiano, convicted of sexually abusing a Maryland minor, on Monday. As with Hoyos-Alban, he was set at liberty among the public in defiance of an ICE detainer despite the agency describing him as “a significant threat” to Maryland children.
Baltimore County Detention Center not only refused to honor the ICE detainer against the pedophile, they did not even inform ICE of the date they released him.
THE PACIFIC THEATER.
While the southern border is the main front in the ongoing illegal immigration crisis, other fronts are opening up—not only to the north and off the coast of Florida, but in the Pacific Ocean.
Fourteen Chinese nationals have been convicted of engaging in a conspiracy to transport, move, or attempt to transport or move illegal aliens to the U.S. territory of Guam by boat. However, only two were given prison sentences; short terms of 12 and eight months.
NEAR DEATH EXPERIENCE.
Seven suspected people-smugglers have been arrested after driving over two dozen illegals across the southern border packed into a secret trailer compartment.
The migrants were found in a “shack” outside San Antonio, Texas, suffering from heat exhaustion and dehydration. Eleven were hospitalized.
COVER-UP?
Following the shooting of NYPD officers Christopher Abreu and Richard Yarusso, described at the beginning of this round-up, Rep. Nicole Malliotakis “submitted a [Freedom of Information Law] request to see how many crimes are being committed in & around migrant shelters.”
She says city officials have “stonewalled [and] pushed their response time back from May 22 to August 19,” offering this as further “proof that Biden’s ‘innocent asylum seekers’ are NOT being vetted.”
“Are they purposely evading transparency to cover up the facts, or have there have been so many crimes committed by those residing in our city illegally that they need another three months to calculate the numbers?”
“We have a new category of crime. It’s called migrant crime, and it’s going to be worse than any other form of crime,” @realDonaldTrump told Laura Ingraham. pic.twitter.com/FrdQLSFKPB

The Miss Maryland USA beauty pageant has crowned Bailey Anne Kennedy as its first-ever transgender winner. Kennedy, a biological male who masquerades as a woman, will progress to the Miss USA competition scheduled for August 4 in Los Angeles.
Kennedy, who is married to a Marine, is also the first military officer’s spouse to win the title. Speaking to local news station WDCW, Kennedy described the experience as a “whirlwind” and oddly focused on targeting kids.
“I knew it was bigger than me. I knew that it was going to mean a lot for all the LGBTQ kids out there who might feel like they don’t belong in a box — like me growing up,” Kennedy said.
“This will open up some doors, open up some hearts for people to see that there are many aspects of the LGBT community out there, and I hope I can be a positive contribution to society in making a difference like the USO program that I’m working with,” Kennedy stated.
Kennedy has been actively engaged with the USO and other organizations supporting active-duty military members.
“For the longest time, I never had the need to tell anyone. Not because it’s a secret, but it’s none of anyone’s business. To those who matter to me, they don’t care. Those that care about knowing such private and personal details don’t matter,” Kennedy wrote.
The Miss USA pageant is no stranger to transgender contestants; in 2021, Kataluna Enriquez won Miss Nevada USA. The winner of the Miss USA pageant will compete in Miss Universe, which will take place on September 28 in Mexico.

A US, UK, and European government-backed Ukrainian publication called “Data Journalism Agency” (TEXTY) has released a new report labeling hundreds of Americans as adversaries due to their refusals to endorse more war and more funding for the Ukrainian government.
Titled “Roller Coaster: From Trumpists to Communists,” the report identifies top U.S. politicians, journalists, and social media influencers, claiming all the individuals and organizations in question are Russian propaganda tools. The list includes former President Donald J. Trump, the Real America’s Voice network, Laura Loomer, Jack Posobiec, Ben Shapiro, Ron DeSantis, Matt Gaetz, RFK Jr, Elon Musk, Vivek Ramaswamy, Tucker Carlson, J.D. Vance, Ron Paul, Alex Jones, Gavin Wax, and dozens more.
One of the founders of TEXTY, Anatoly Bondarenko, is involved in the U.S. State Department’s “TechCamp” project. The National Pulse has also archived evidence that the group is deeply involved with USAID, UKaid, the Eurasia Foundation, the European Union, and more:
TEXTY is an “Implementing Partner” of the USAID’s Transparency and Accountability in Public Administration and Services (TAPAS) Project.
Ukrainians have been known to compile lists of their so-called enemies, with the infamous “kill list” by the Mirotvorets Center in Kiev leading to some even being targeted and murdered, including journalist Daria Dugina. The revelation that tax dollars may help fund such efforts to create “hate lists” and “kill lists” of American citizens raises significant concerns about US support for Ukraine.

On Thursday, MSNBC host Joy Reid laughed as guest Elie Mystal, justice correspondent for The Nation, delivered a racially charged rant targeting Supreme Court Associate JusticeClarence Thomas and other black conservatives. During a segment, Reid referred to a report from Fix the Court, alleging that Thomas has received over $4 million in gifts during his Supreme Court tenure.
Mystal claimed that Justice Thomas, along with Senator Tim Scott (R-SC), Representative Byron Donalds (R-FL), and conservative commentator Candace Owens, held their views for monetary gain. “What they’re getting is what Byron Donalds wants. What they’re getting is Jim Crow,” Mystal said. The far-left writer for The Nation added: “What they’re getting is a guy like Clarence Thomas who, like Byron Donalds, believes that as long as [black people] don’t face extreme violence, they can rise above.”
Mystal continued, stating, “If you’re black and you tell white people that, they will give you money.” He claimed that Thomas had been rewarded for echoing the sentiments that white donors wanted to hear. According to Mystal, the Supreme Court Justice received significantly more in gifts compared to his colleagues, with the report suggesting $4 million in gifts over 20 years, while Justice Samuel Alito and the late Justice Antonin Scalia reportedly received around $200,000 each.
Donalds, considered a potential vice-presidential candidate for former President Donald J. Trump, had earlier on Thursday clashed with Reid regarding marital rates in black families. In response to Mystal’s remarks, which ended with a claim that black conservatives profit by reinforcing certain views, Reid commented, “It’s wild,” while shaking her head.
Mystal concluded by asserting that conservative black figures like Scott, Donalds, and Owens exist because “the grift is good.”

Podcast host Joe Rogan has argued that banning foreign-born citizens from becoming U.S. President is “Viking s**t,” and that Nigerians and Saudi Arabians should be able to serve as Commander-in-Chief as long as they think “America’s the s**t.”
“I’m one of those people that I don’t give a f**k where you’re born, as long as you’re not actually an undercover terrorist, you know?” Rogan said on a recent episode of The Joe Rogan Experience.
“If you’re, like, clearly a regular person that just happened to be born in Nigeria or happened to be born in Saudi Arabia, but now you’re here… You went to school here, you have friends here, you got family here, you love it here, [you think] America’s the s**t—you can be President,” he argued.
“Like, I don’t really think that you have to be born on a certain patch of dirt to run it. That seems like Viking shit. That seems like, that seems so old; that seems so dumb,” he concluded.
Article II Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution asserts: “No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen Years a resident within the United States.”
‘A TRUMP CHARACTER DOES MAKE A DIFFERENCE.’
Rogan had been discussing the U.S. elections with Tony Hinchcliffe of the KillTonycomedy podcast. The UFC commentator described the “30-second standing ovation” Trump received at a recent UFC event and joked about the former president being endorsed by “so many rappers” following his sham conviction in Manhattan.
Rogan said the Democrats and the Republicans often seem like “the same structure with a different face,” but that “a Trump character does make a difference… because he truly does not give a f**k, and especially now, after all they’ve done to him; all the things he’s survived.”
He arrived at the topic of presidential birthplace requirements after recalling Trump was “beloved, beloved, until he was about 70 years old” and ran for office, though he was “a little bit mocked” during the Barack Obama administration for questioning whether or not the Democrat was born in the United States.

Joe Biden apologized to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Friday for the delay in funneling him even more military aid. The Democrat tried to blame the delay on Republican lawmakers before pledging his unwavering support for the proxy war with Russia.
“I apologize for the weeks of not knowing what was going to pass, in terms of funding, because we had trouble getting the bill that we had to pass, that had the money in it,” Biden told Zelensky before a private meeting in Paris. Biden complained “very conservative members were holding it up” but emphasized that his government intends to continue supporting the Ukrainian war machine despite Ukrainian victory having become an increasingly dim prospect in the face of Russian advances.
Zelensky expressed gratitude for Biden’s “significant support,” drawing parallels with U.S. assistance for the European Allies in the 1940s.
“During World War II, the United States helped to save human lives, to save Europe. And we count on your continuing support and standing with us, shoulder to shoulder,” he said. Zelensky has frequently appeared more willing to trigger a Third World War than to negotiate a peace deal, recently demanding NATO warplanes begin flying missions against Russia inside Ukraine.
NO OFF RAMP.
The meeting, held during ceremonies marking the 80th anniversary of the D-Day landings, was the first face-to-face between Biden and Zelensky since December and follows Biden authorizing Ukraine to use U.S. weapons to strike Russia. The Kremlin alleges this has already resulted in deadly attacks on women and children on the Russian side of the border in Belgorod.
Among the Republicans reluctant to continue funding the war is vice presidential contender Senator J.D. Vance. He argues the U.S. military-industrial complex is incapable of supplying the Ukrainians with the shells they need and that nothing the U.S. does can replace its manpower losses.
“[B]oth American and Ukrainian leadership [need] to accept that Mr. Zelensky’s stated goals for the war—a return to 1991 boundaries—are fantastical,” the America First Congressman has said, stressing Biden “has no viable plan for the Ukrainians to win this war.”

In a new development in Trump’s Manhattan “hush money” case, Justice Merchan has communicated to the involved parties about an incident involving a comment left on the court system’s Facebook page. The comment, left on May 29, one day prior to Trump’s conviction, reads: “My cousin is a juror and says Trump is getting convicted 🎉 Thank you folks for all your hard work!!!! ❤️”
The fact that the judge has written to the involved parties may indicate truth to the inside knowledge of the poster. The letter from Justice Merchan reads, in full:
Today, the Court became aware of a comment that was posted on the Unified Court System’s public Facebook page and which I now bring to your attention. In the comment, the user, “Michael Anderson,” states:
The comment, now labeled as one week old, responded to a routine UCS notice, posted on May 29, 2024, regarding oral arguments in the Fourth Department of the Appellate Division unrelated to this proceeding. The posting, entitled “The Appellate Division, Fourth Department, will hear oral arguments this morning at \0,” and the comment are both viewable at https://www. facebook.com/NewYorkCourts/.
The comment was no longer visible when checked by The National Pulse.
Theoretically, if the comment is found to be true and a juror was discussing the verdict of the case with their cousin, Justice Merchan could rule a mistrial. Given his record of rulings against Trump and his daughter’s financial stake in the case, this is unlikely.

Left-wing activists and Democrats seeking to undermine the legitimacy of the U.S. Supreme Court have repeatedly attacked Justice Clarence Thomas over allegations that he received $4 million in gifts over the past 33 years on the bench. However, these activists are ignoring the lucrative secret incomes being raked by the more liberal wing of the court, including its newest and most progressive member, Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson.
As revealed in recent financial disclosures, U.S. Supreme Court justices reported a collective $1.5 million in book income last year. Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson was the highest earner from book advances, receiving $893,750 for her forthcoming memoir. That marks a nearly $1 million earning in a single year, compared to Justice Thomas, who has been under unrelenting pressure for $4 million in alternative earnings over a period of 33 years—or just over $100,000 per year.
Other valuable items and side income received by justices include concert tickets and royalties from voiceover work on children’s television programming. Justice Brett Kavanaugh reported $340,000 for what the court described as a “legal memoir.” Both Justices Neil Gorsuch and Sonia Sotomayor also reported minor earnings from book income.
Justice Jackson also reported receiving four concert tickets from singer Beyonce, valued at $3,712, and two artworks for her chambers valued at $12,500. Justice Samuel Alito, following his usual practice, obtained a 90-day extension to file his report.
Sotomayor reported earning $1,879 from Fred Rogers Productions for her voiceover work on the children’s animated show “Alma’s Way.” Additionally, three justices reported income from teaching engagements. Gorsuch earned $29,798 from George Mason University, followed by Kavanaugh with $25,000 from the University of Notre Dame Law School. Justice Amy Coney Barrett received $14,947 from Notre Dame Law School.

Documents obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request by Judicial Watch reveal that an FBI official communicated with House Democrat staffers ahead of a congressional hearing with FBI whistleblowers. “These troubling records show how the FBI colluded with Democrats hostile to FBI whistleblowers who were set to testify to Congress,” Tom Fitton, President of Judicial Watch, said in a statement.
The legal watchdog group initially sued Joe Biden‘s Department of Justice (DOJ) when it failed to respond to the FOIA request. Their request sought “all records of communication between any official or employee of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and any member of the House Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government, any staff member for the subcommittee, or any staff member for any subcommittee member between April 1, 2023, and the present.” Following the lawsuit, the Biden DOJ provided the requested documents.
These documents were released just as the House Judiciary Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government prepared for a significant hearing involving three FBI whistleblowers: Steve Friend, Garrett O’Boyle, and Marcus Allen. Prior to this hearing, the FBI had revoked the security clearances of the three agents. However, Marcus Allen’s clearance was eventually reinstated.
One of the released documents includes an email from Damon Marx, senior counsel in the office of Rep. DanGoldman (D-N.Y.), to an unidentified FBI Office of Congressional Affairs official. In the email, Marx references a previous conversation and thanks the official for providing documents that were reportedly beneficial to Rep. Goldman. “We would love to meet in person next time you have the chance. Please let us know when you’re available for coffee or just to swing by the office. And don’t hesitate to reach out on any other matters!” the email read.
