CNN’s John Griffin Settles Lawsuit with 9-Year-Old Girl He Sexually Abused.

Former CNN producer John Griffin settled a lawsuit on Tuesday that had been filed on behalf of a girl who was sexually abused at his Vermont vacation home in 2020. The 45-year-old was recently sentenced to over nineteen years in prison after admitting to luring minors for sexual activity during a four-month period. Court records reveal the girl’s mother accepted a $3,500 offer from Griffin to bring her daughter to his home for lewd activity, including watching pornographic content and performing sexual acts. Images captured by a drone controlled by Griffin showed him in his underwear alongside the nude child.

The lawsuit seeking $15 million in damages was filed in 2022 by the Connecticut Superior Court on behalf of the now 11-year-old victim. Griffin’s attorney, Robert Berke, released a statement after the settlement stating, “we were able to resolve this state court civil case, and [Griffin] is glad to put this behind him,” although specifics about the settlement have not been disclosed.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District Vermont initially charged Griffin, a father of three, with three counts of using interstate commerce facilities to attempt to entice minors for unlawful sexual activity. He confessed to his crimes through a plea agreement in December 2020, which led the government to drop two additional charges of enticing a minor. The indictment stated Griffin utilized online messaging platforms such as Kik and Google Hangouts to contact parents with underage daughters, expressing the belief that “a woman is a woman regardless of her age.” As part of his conviction, Griffin is banned from contact with people under the age of 18 unless supervised by an approved adult and from locations that attract children. His wife has filed for divorce.

California State Bar Judge Finds Trump Lawyer Eastman ‘Culpable’ for Advice on 2020 Election Fraud.

The California State Bar Court has found Professor John Eastman, a former legal adviser to Donald Trump, preliminarily culpable of 11 charges related to advice he gave the former president on the 2020 election, and the steps he could take to dispute the result.

Eastman was accused of counts including “failure to support the Constitution and laws of the United States” and “moral turpitude” for advising President Trump that Vice President Mike Pence could, in his role as President of the Senate, decline to certify the 2020 election results in states where fraud was suspected, handing them back to their legislatures for further examination.

The State Bar of California moved to strip Eastman of his law license for these supposed offenses, and Judge Yvette Roland has issued “a preliminary finding of culpability,” with the hearing now considering supposedly aggravating factors in his actions.

The State Bar says it “intends to submit evidence of harm flowing from false claims that 2020 presidential election was ‘stolen’ and effected by outcome-determinative fraud, including harassment of specific election officials and undermined public trust in election results and the legitimacy of democratic institutions.”

Eastman, for his part, insists the proceedings against him undermine both his First Amendment rights and attorney-client privilege. He also says the evidence the Bar has presented has only strengthened his belief that changes to the conduct of the 2020 election were made without the necessary legislative approval, and the resulting “illegality opened the door to fraud”.

WATCH: DeSantis Tacks Left, Demands Trump Off the Ballot if Biased Judge Convicts.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis said the Republican Party should not nominate Donald Trump as its 2024 presidential candidate if the former President is convicted in one of the four politically motivated prosecutions against him. Speaking with MSNBC’s Morning Joe co-host Willie Geist, DeSantis said he believes a Trump conviction “…would be fatal in a general election. I don’t think the party should should nominate in that situation.”

DeSantis said he does not think someone convicted of attempting to ‘overturn’ the 2020 presidential election or ‘mishandling’ classified documents can win the 2024 presidential election against President Joe Biden, the Democrat incumbent. The Florida Governor’s comments add credibility to accusations he is only staying in the primary contest in the hopes that Democrat law-fare forces Trump to drop out.

The DeSantis campaign and its allies have a history trying to leverage the Democrat-driven political prosecutions of Trump against the former Republican President. Social media trolls closely aligned with DeSantis’s rapid response director, Christina Pushaw, celebrated the indictment of Donald Trump in Georgia and insinuated those they perceived to support the former President would be indicted next. Jeff Roe, chief strategist for pro-DeSantis SuperPAC Never Back Down, made light of the partisan witch-hunt against Trump while deflecting concerns over his candidate’s own struggling campaign, saying: “Well, I guess we’ll have as many restarts as they have indictments…”

Former President Trump currently faces 91 felony counts in four separate federal and state prosecutions. Department of Justice special counsel Jack Smith has secured indictments against Trump in Washington, D.C. for his alleged role in the January 6th riots and in Florida for allegedly mishandling classified documents. The former President also faces state prosecutions in Georgia and New York.

Judge Overturns Election After Trailing Democrat Magically Wins From ‘Absentee Ballots’.

In a landmark decision on Wednesday, a Democratic primary race in a Connecticut town was overturned by a judge, following allegations that incumbent Mayor Joe Ganim had cheated. Superior Court Judge William Clark concluded due to a bulk of evidence that “the reliability of the result of the election is seriously in doubt.” This move comes after Ganim, who was trailing challenger John Gomes by 487 votes on election night, was reported to be leading by 251 votes the next day due to a sudden influx of absentee ballots.

Judge Clark’s ruling – wherein he expressed profound disturbance at the content of the videos, stating they were “shocking to the court and should be shocking to all the parties” – was based on the combination of data, which revealed an unusual number of absentee ballots cast in specific districts, and video evidence showing two Democratic officials stuffing ballot drop boxes. In the ensuing court proceedings, both accused officials, Wanda Geter-Pataky, vice chair of the Bridgeport Democratic Town Committee, and former city councilwoman Eneida Martinez, invoked their fifth amendment rights.

Despite Clark’s call for a new primary race to be organized because of the doubtful legitimacy of the primary election, plans for the general election on Tuesday remain on schedule. The ballot will list Ganim as the Democratic nominee and Gomes as an independent, per Associated Press reports. This is not Ganim’s first brush with controversy; he was previously found guilty of corruption during his initial tenure as Mayor, however, he was re-elected post his release from prison.

McConnell Threatens Republicans Who Want to Get Corporate Cash Out of Politics.

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell is threatening GOP senators not to support Senator Josh Hawley’s proposed Ending Corporate Influence on Elections Act, which would stop publicly traded corporations from running political ad campaigns and donating to super PACs.

McConnell, who has been leading the Senate Republican Conference for the better part of two decades, warned fellow senators they could face “incoming” from the so-called “center-right” if they backed Hawley’s initiative.

If it passed, Hawley’s bill would limit McConnell’s own power as a key player in the Senate Leadership Fund, a powerful super PAC that spent more money than any other group in key battleground states last year.

McConnell’s camp have hinted to colleagues that many of them, including Hawley himself, need the Senate Leadership Fund’s money to fight their campaigns, implying they could be left high and dry if they go against the 81-year-old Minority Leader.

Hawley, for his part, has said he does not want politicized corporations trying to “dictate voting laws in the states” or “dictate rules on biological men playing women’s sports,” or unduly influencing politicians who rely on them for financial support.

Speaker Johnson Hires Pfizer, Big Pharma Lobbyist.

Newly elected Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) has begun to fill critical positions in his leadership staff with former Republican Study Committee executive director Dan Ziegler tapped to serve as the Speaker’s policy director. While Ziegler’s tenure on Capitol Hill was fairly mundane, his post-Hill lobbying work will surely concern amongst conservatives.

Zielger, most recently a principal at the law firm and lobbyist group Williams and Jensen, has represented a bevy of bio-tech and pharmaceutical companies. Some of his most recognizable clients include the bio-tech firm Amgen, Pfizer, Eli Lilly, Merck, Ozempic maker Novo Nordisk, and PhRMA – the major pharmaceutical industry trade group. The lobbying work on behalf of Pfizer and PhRMA are especially concerning given the industry connections to the Democrat Party and anti-Trump, globalist causes.

Two months ago, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla appeared at the Clinton Foundation’s “Clinton Global Initiative” alongside former British Prime Minister Tony Blair, U.S. Secretary of the Interior Deb Haaland, and California Governor Gavin Newsom. The annual conference serves as a major spring-board for globalist policy initiatives aimed to “implement solutions to the world’s most pressing challenges, including climate change, inclusive economic growth, and health equity.”

Last year, Pfizer sponsored the Atlantic magazine festival in Washington, D.C. which featured a whose-who of globalist movers-and-shakers. COVID-19 obsessed Dr. Anthony Fauci appeared alongside Ibram X. Kendi, former White House Chief of Staff Ron Klain, and Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen. Among the subjects discussed at the event were critical race theory, diversity, Ukraine, censorship, climate change, and centralizing healthcare and pandemic response control. Bourla was among over 150 multinational corporate leaders to sign a statement demanding evidence of election fraud during the 2020 presidential election be ignored and Joe Biden be installed as President.

Federal election records show Zielger contributed $1,000 to Florida Governor Ron DeSantis’s 2024 presidential campaign.

Illegal Migrants Caught ‘With Explosives’ Crossing Southern Border.

United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agents have recently seized a number of illegal migrants carrying improvised explosives “tailor-made for terrorism” while attempting to cross the southern border.

Several Republican Senators, including John Barrasso (R-Wyo), Ted Cruz (R-Texas), John Cornyn (R-Texas), and Pete Ricketts (R-Neb), spoke openly at a press conference on Tuesday of the heightened risks of terrorism as a result of the unrelenting migrant influx as well as the frustration felt by Border Patrol agents, who argue they are powerless to stop it.

“We have just returned from our southern border, and it is painfully clear that with Joe Biden’s open border policy, our country is really at an increased threat for [sic] a terrorist attack,” said Senator Barrasso, who added the explosive devices brought into the country were the “size of cannonballs.”

Senator Ricketts highlighted how authorities at the border have caught 180 people on the U.S. terrorist watchlist attempting to enter the country over the past two years. “To put this into perspective, in years past, that number was single digits,” he said, “We’re opening ourselves up for a terrorist attack.”

More than 10 million illegal migrants have poured into the country under the Biden government, representing the highest number on record. The number of “gotaways” – those who evade Border Patrol upon entry – although impossible to know exactly is at least 600,000, per the U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security, Alejandro Mayorkas.

Feds Raid NYC Mayor Adams’s Fundraising Chief in Spiraling Election Finance Case.

New York City Mayor Eric Adams is facing increasing scrutiny over a 2021 campaign finance scandal that saw a former police department colleague, a book keeper, and four construction executives indicted in July for using straw donors to make illegal contributions. Brothers Shahid and Yahya Mushtaq, two of the construction executives implicated in the illegal campaign finance scheme, pleaded guilty in late October to a single misdemeanor conspiracy charge and agreed to cooperate in a larger ongoing investigation.

The scheme intended to inflate the Adams campaign’s finances which would increase matching funds it received from the city. The construction executives and former police inspector Dwayne Montgomery – a friend of Adams – believed their efforts would earn them lucrative city contracts once Adams was elected.

Compounding the Mayor’s problems, the home of Brianna Suggs – Adams’s fundraising chief – was raided by the FBI earlier today.

Suggs is reported to have been questioned by agents from the New York FBI office’s public corruption division. A prolific fundraiser, Suggs has already raised $2.5 million for Adams’s 2025 re-elect, and is an integral member of Mayor Adams’s inner-circle.

In addition to the straw donor scheme and Suggs’s FBI raid, other contributions to Adams’s 2021 campaign are drawing the attention of federal investigators. At least three individuals who, according to campaign finance records, contributed $5,000 each to the mayor’s campaign claim they don’t recall ever making the donations.

Vito Pitta, a lawyer for the mayor’s campaign, claimed “the campaign followed every rule and best practice” when processing political contributions. The New York City Campaign Finance Board is in the process of auditing the contributions.

U.S. Suffered Biggest Infant Mortality Increase in 20 Years in 2022.

The United States experienced a sharp rise in infant mortality in 2022, according to U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) data, despite the figure having generally trended down for decades.

The three percent rise in deaths, especially prominent among Native American and white children, is the highest in 20 years, with infant deaths up by 610 compared to 2021 to over 20,500. Some states were hit unusually hard, with Texas accounting for 251 of these additional deaths.

The death rate in the general population was down by five percent in 2022, supposedly as a result of COVID-19 fatalities among the elderly declining, making the rise in infant deaths all the more concerning.

Public health experts claim the rise is currently inexplicable, with the lead author of the CDC’s infant mortality report, Danielle Ely, saying it is “hard to parse out exactly what places, policies or other factors are behind the national statistic.”

The two main drivers of inant mortality, bacterial meningitis and “maternal complications”, have increased significantly.

RFK Peels Off 3X as Many Trump Donors as Biden Donors.

Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has received large-dollar donations from over three times as many former Donald Trump campaign contributors as former Joe Biden campaign contributors, according to Federal Election Commission (FEC) filings.

While RFK Jr. originally ran against Joe Biden for the Democrat nomination – and received a great deal of negative press coverage as a result – America First conservatives suspect his run as an independent has been designed to help his former party retain power, drawing more anti-establishment votes away from Trump than disaffected Democrats from Biden.

FEC data appears to bear this out, showing 500 large-dollar Kenned donors gave to Trump in 2020, and over 160 donors have given to both Trump and Kennedy this cycle, while there is almost no overlap between Biden and Kennedy donors.

“It legitimately always felt like [RFK] was a Democrat plant to hurt [Trump],” said the former president’s son, Don Jr., recently, adding Kennedy “wouldn’t be there if the Democrats didn’t want him.”

Despite his vaccine skepticism and anti-corporate activism resonating with some Trump supporters, Kennedy is in most respects a standard or even far-left Democrat, endorsing Hillary Clinton in 2016, describing the National Rifle Association (NRA) as a “terror group”, and backing Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s calls for a top personal income tax rate of 70 percent, for example.

Kennedy has also openly stated he believe he will take “more votes from President Trump than President Biden,” suggesting he is well aware his run could hand the White House to the latter.
