DHS Censored Social Media Posts Questioning Mail-In Voting.

The Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) censored social media users who expressed concerns over mail-in voting’s impact on election integrity. Documents released by America First Legal indicate that CISA knew of potential election integrity problems posed by mail-in ballots. Nevertheless, they were undeterred in censoring Americans who expressed similar concerns.

America First Legal alleges that CISA knew by September 2020 that in-person voting was unlikely to result in the mass spread of COVID-19. Yet the government agency perpetuated the narrative that mail-in-voting was necessary to mitigate a widespread illness outbreak.

The documents also reveal that CISA created “a chart specifying six significant fraud risks presented by mail-in voting.” Many of the risks listed were raised by average Americans who were subsequently censored on social media. The risks included the impact a “compressed timeline” would have on successfully implementing mail-in voting infrastructure, the high risk of “[i]ntegrity attacks on voter registration data and systems,” and confusion over the mail-in-voting process resulting in a high rate of rejection of ballots.

Despite the internal concerns at CISA, public-facing statements from CISA Director Chris Krebs insisted the process was accurate and secure. The agency contracted with Deloitte to flag and censor social media posts that raised concerns over the integrity of mail-in ballots.

“Common sense dictates that ballots submitted via mail are inherently less secure than verified, in-person voting by a citizen who shows identification before casting his or her ballot,” Gene Hamilton, Vice President and General Counsel of America First Legal, said in a statement.

He continued: “CISA received reporting and was aware of the risks associated with mass mail-in voting schemes, yet it simultaneously was engaged in an unprecedented censorship campaign to mislead the American people about the truth.”

Evidence Shows FBI ‘Invented Conspiracy’ and Entrapped ‘Terrorists.’

U.S. District Judge Colleen McMahon ordered the release of James Cromitie — imprisoned in 2010 over a plot to bomb a synagogue and shoot down military aircraft — after evidence showed the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) orchestrated the scheme.

“Nothing about the crimes of conviction was of defendants’ own making,” Judge McMahon wrote in her opinion. The “real lead conspirator” in the case “was the United States,” she continued.

FBI informant Shahed Hussain roped Cromitie and three other black Muslims, already released, into the plot.

“The FBI invented the conspiracy, identified the targets, manufactured the ordnance,” McMahon noted. The agency “federalized what would otherwise have been a state crime by driving three of the four men into Connecticut… and picked the day for the ‘mission,’” she wrote.

While McMahon branded Cromitie’s anti-Semitism and agreement to take part in terror attacks “heinous,” she stressed “he could never have dreamed up” the plot on his own.

Authorities have been accused of using similar tactics against right-wingers. Efforts to convict a group involved in a plot to kidnap Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer were dogged by mistrials and acquittals after defense lawyers argued federal informants enticed the defendants into the conspiracy.

Two years ago, a poll found 46 percent of Americans regard FBI leadership as “politicized thugs” using the agency “as Joe Biden’s personal Gestapo.”

Top EU Diplomat Wants to ‘Impose’ 2-State Solution in Middle East.

The European Union’s (EU) top diplomat, Josep Borrell, High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, said he believes a two-state solution between Israel and Palestine is the only way to achieve regional security in the Middle East — even if it has to be imposed on both sides.

“The actors are too opposed to reach an agreement autonomously,” Borrell said in a speech in Spain, adding, “If everyone is in favor of this solution, the international community will have to impose it.”

Efforts to reach an accord between Israel and Palestine that would include an independent Palestinian state have been all but dead following the barbaric Hamas terrorist attack against the Jewish state on October 7th, 2023.

Israel Says No.

Benjamin Netanyahu, prime minister of Israel, has resisted calls for a two-state solution unless Israel receives non-specified security guarantees. Netanyahu and the Israeli government have consistently stated the continued presence of the Muslim Brotherhood’s Hamas group in the Gaza Strip – part of the Palestinian Territories – was an unacceptable situation.

Israel has held to their goal of removing Hamas in Gaza and eliminating the terrorist group entirely. The Israeli government says it believes any concessions may be framed as a political victory for Hamas and undermine their efforts to destroy the group.

Joe.

President Joe Biden’s government in the United States has repeatedly held that a two-state solution is desirable. Responding to Netanyahu, State Department spokesman Matthew Miller said: “There is no way to solve [Israel’s] long-term challenges to provide lasting security, and there is no way to solve the short-term challenges of rebuilding Gaza, of establishing governance in Gaza and of providing security for Gaza, without the establishment of a Palestinian state.”

Hollywood Working to Remake, ‘Diversify’ It’s a Wonderful Life & The Wizard of Oz.

Two of Hollywood’s most classic films — ‘It’s A Wonderful Life’ and ‘Wizard of Oz’ are slated for modern reboots with “diverse characters.”

The details: Writer and director Kenya Barris recently told Variety magazine and late-night host Jimmy Fallon that he’s currently working on scripts for both modern adaptations that will re-tell the stories from a “different point of view.”

It’s A Wonderful Life: Harris’ plans for the 1946 classic include replacing Jimmy Stewart’s character with an actor who has “black or brown” skin. He added that the movie was “the perfect vehicle to tell that story from.”

The Wizard of Oz: The original movie takes place in Kansas, but Barris imagines his remake in Inglewood, California, adding: “and I want to do it with diverse characters.”

Who is Kenya Barris: He’s famous for many race-centric movies like, ‘Black-ish,’ ‘#BlackAF, and ‘You People.’

  • Barris has a track record of ruining classics. Last year, he released a remake of the classic 90s film White Men Can’t Jump. It has a 26 percent rating on Rotten Tomatoes. Roger Ebert called it “as unimaginative as it is corny.”

My two cents: I hear a lot about so-called cultural appropriation from the left. If you were to concede to such a notion, would this not be a perfect example of it?

‘The End of Politics!’ – Psaki, Maddow Cluck Over Trump & Orban.

MSNBC host and Russia hoaxer Rachel Maddow has claimed President Trump’s return to the White House would represent “the end of politics,” comparing the 45th President to Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban, implicitly suggesting the nation of Hungary has “no politics.”

Billing herself as an expert in authoritarianism, Maddow proffered, “On the Viktor Orban thing… that’s really what [Trump] is offering.”

She continued: “What he’s offering is….’If you pick me, that’ll be the end of politics, and you won’t have to deal with politics anymore. You won’t have to deal with contested elections, you won’t have to deal with contests or divisions when it comes to power. You’ll have a strongman leader and I’ll just do what I want, and won’t that be a lot simpler?'”

Former Biden spokesman Jen Psaki nodded her head in agreement throughout Maddow’s rant, flexing their shared geopolitical ignorance.

Hungary contests elections regularly, with “politics” and political debate as fierce as anywhere else in the world.

Under Orban — who has previously lost an election, departing office without resistance — the country regularly holds referendum-like “national consultations” on major issues, to discover whether the public backs government policies against LGBTQ content aimed at children, mass migration, and so on. Hungary is also a NATO ally and European Union member-state.

SCOTUS Says Biden Govt Can Take Down Texas’ Border Barrier.

In a high-stakes decision on Monday, the U.S. Supreme Court sided with the Biden government, permitting Border Patrol officers to remove concertina wire installed along Texas’s border with Mexico. Texas Governor Greg Abbott erected the fencing in response to the Biden administration’s lack of border security enforcement.

The makeshift barrier was part of Texas’s effort to impede the invasion of migrants crossing the border since Biden took office. The fencing measure and an order by Gov. Abbott to seize a public park situated on the border in Eagle Pass created an intensifying standoff between the federal agents and the state of Texas.

The Supreme Court’s decision was close, resulting in a 5-4 split in favor of the emergency appeal filed by the Biden government, which objected to a previous appellate ruling in favor of Texas. Chief Justice Roberts cast the critical vote that tipped the scales toward the majority. Justices Thomas, Alito, Gorsuch, and Kavanaugh all registered their dissent.

Rounding out the court’s vote count, Justice Amy Coney Barrett — a Trump appointee — sided with the majority. Both Roberts and Barrett appear to have been swayed by arguments favoring the federal government’s constitutional authority over the U.S. border.

Billionaire Fund Boss David Rubenstein Says Trump Is ‘Serious Political Force,’ Would Win Election Today.

David Rubenstein, co-chairman of one of the world’s largest private equity funds, believes Donald Trump would most likely be reelected if the U.S. elections were held right now.

“If the election were held today it would be hard to see how Trump would lose that election,” said the billionaire founder of the Carlyle Group, which until 2015 was the number one private equity multinational in the world.

Speaking at the World Economic Forum (WEF) summit in Davos, Switzerland, Rubenstein said he did not think the Democrat-led court cases against Trump are “likely to change his momentum.”

“People should recognize that he’s a serious political force and not discount the fact that he could well be elected again,” he warned, citing the MAGA kingpin’s lead in key swing states.

European Central Bank (ECB) chief Christine Lagarde, sharing a panel with Rubenstein, reportedly rolled her eyes at the mention of Trump’s name, painting his possible return to office in dire terms.

“The best defense, if that’s the way we want to look at it, is attack,” said Lagarde, a former International Monetary Fund (IMF) and French government minister. “To attack properly, you need to be strong at home,” she added, arguing for more integration of the European Union’s member-states.

The Frenchwoman, convicted of negligence with public money in late 2016 but not punished, previously said Trump’s possible reelection “is clearly a threat” to the EU.

Other Davos attendees have been more measured, however. Jamie Dimon, CEO of JPMorgan Chase, conceded Trump had turned out to be “kind of right” on several important issues, citing China, NATO, immigration, and his tax reforms.

‘Woke’ Journalism Kills Sports Illustrated.

Sports Illustrated (SI) laid off its entire staff and the iconic sports brand could be headed to the graveyard after years of woke journalism and a recent artificial intelligence scandal.

The details: According to a letter to staff sent on Friday morning, Arena Group will lay off its SI staff, noting some employees would be terminated immediately and others would work through the next 90 days.

“Go woke, go broke”: In recent years, SI has allowed progressive narratives to creep into its journalism. For example:

  • Transgender: The 2021 and 2023 SI Swimsuit edition featured a transgender biological male [pictured above] on its cover.
  • Obesity: In recent years, SI featured obese women in runway shows and their swimsuit editions to promote ‘body positivity’ which is contradictory to a brand that’s supposed to be about athletics.
  • Gender pay gap: The brand wrote articles about closing the ‘gender pay gap’ in sports, a movement that ignores the reality that men’s sports bring in more revenue.

The AI scandal: Last year SI was caught using artificial intelligence-generated articles and posting them under the names of fake journalists. Making matters worse, SI tried to deny it.

Back up: The SI brand is owned by a company called Authentic Brands Group (ABG). ABG licenses SI to a company called the Arena Group for $15 million per year in exchange for the rights to publish in print and online.

Rent’s due: Arena Group missed a $3.75 million payment to ABG earlier this month.

What happens next? It’s too early to tell whether ABG will find a new licensee, work out a deal with Authentic Brands, or shutter the brand entirely.

Two Navy SEALs Dead After Mission Led By Bed-Ridden SecDef Lloyd Austin.

The U.S. military has declared that two missing U.S. Navy SEALs swept into the sea during a January 11 operation are now presumed dead. The incident took place off the coast of Somalia, where the SEALs were engaged in operations to seize Iranian-made weapons bound for the Houthis in Yemen.

The first SEAL was caught in turbulent seas during a night-time boarding of a boat where the weapons were discovered; the second SEAL jumped into the water to attempt a rescue, following protocol. Despite a substantial 10-day search over an expansive 21,000 square mile area by U.S., Japanese, and Spanish air and naval units assisted by oceanographers and meteorologists, the SEALs remain missing.

“We mourn the loss of our two Naval Special Warfare warriors,” said Gen. Michael Erik Kurilla, head of U.S. Central Command (Centcom). U.S. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin — who was hospitalized at the time of the mission — expressed condolences to the families of the “two brave Navy SEALs,” adding that “we are grateful to all who worked tirelessly to try to find and rescue them.”

The operation in which the two missing SEALs took part resulted in the seizure of warheads for Houthi medium-range ballistic missiles, anti-ship cruise missiles, and parts for air defense systems. Initial analysis indicated the components were for missiles recently used by the Iran-backed Houthis to target shipping in the Red Sea. The Houthis control Yemen’s north, its capital, Sanaa, and the Red Sea coastline.

Epstein’s Brother Says He Didn’t Kill Himself, Blasting ‘Bullsh*t’ DOJ Report.

Mark Epstein, brother of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, says he doesn’t believe the U.S. Department of Justice report stating his brother killed himself. He is demanding a new investigation into the disgraced financier’s death.

Jeffrey Epstein was arrested on charges of child sex crimes for a second time on July 6th, 2019 at Teterboro Airport in New Jersey. Just over a month later, he is alleged to have hanged himself in a New York prison.

“I would like a full investigation of his death,” Mark Epstein said in a recent interview, adding: “If you look at all the evidence, including the autopsy, the photographs of his body, the bullshit DOJ report that is filled with inaccuracies, you would never come up with the conclusion that this was a suicide — but based on what?”

While some hold other theories surrounding Epstein’s death, his brother Mark believes another prisoner was able to sneak into Jeffrey’s cell and murder him. According to the brother, not all of the cells on the tier that housed Jeffrey Epstein had been locked that night — giving potential opportunity to other inmates. Mark Epstein does still acknowledge, however, that someone may have had his brother killed on that night in August of 2017.

Mark Epstein also revealed that Jeffrey Epstein had no clue he would be arrested a second time. In 2007, the New York fancier struck a plea deal with federal prosecutors concerning charges he had had sex with minors. Mark Epstein claims Jeffrey Epstein believed that the deal shielded him from further federal prosecution.
