Biden’s Press Sec Violated The Hatch Act, Officials Admit. Yet She Faces No Action.

Joe Biden’s White House Press Secretary, Karine Jean-Pierre, violated the Hatch Act by publicly disparaging Republicans using the apparatus of the government and official White House channels during the 2022 mid terms, the Office of Special Counsel (OSC) has found. But Jean-Pierre, 48, will not be punished.

“Because Ms. Jean‐Pierre made the statements while acting in her official capacity, she violated the Hatch Act prohibition against using her official authority or influence for the purpose of interfering with or affecting the result of an election,” wrote Ana Galindo‐Marrone, head of the Office of Special Counsel’s Hatch Act Unit, in a letter seen by NBC.

Jean-Pierre slammed “mega MAGA Republican officials who don’t believe in the rule of law” on November 2nd, accusing them of “fan[ning] the flames of political violence through what they praise and what they refuse to condemn,” amongst other comments.

Conservatives complained her behavior was inappropriate for someone working as a federal employee, not a political staffer.

Regardless, the Press Secretary will face no punishment for her lawbreaking, with the OSC confirming they have “decided to close this matter without further action”.

The penalty structure for violations of the Hatch Act includes removal from federal service, reduction in employee rank or grade, debarment from federal employment for a period not to exceed 5 years, suspension, reprimand, or a civil penalty not to exceed $1,000. Jean-Pierre received a “warning letter”.

DeSantis Approaches All Time Poll Low Amidst Trump Indictment Bump.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is polling in the teens again, approaching his all-time low in the Republican primary field, which originally came on May 13th 2023. That was a full month after the first Trump indictment, which suggests the effect of this second case against the former President may hamper DeSantis for weeks to come.

A Morning Consult tracker now sees Trump at 59 percent in the Republican primary, a full 40 points ahead of his nearest competitor, DeSantis (19). The rest of the field lags further behind, with Mike Pence on eight, Tim Scott on four, and the rest (Haley, Ramaswamy, Christie, Hutchinson, Bergum) pulling in 10 points, in total, between them.

Ron DeSantis has not gained any ground at all since his campaign launch, and is struggling to make his mark on the Republican Primary. A full 25 percent of the Republican likely voter base said they would not be willing to consider DeSantis as their nominee. Just 14 percent said the same for Trump.

At the beginning of 2023, DeSantis actually commanded a lead on the question “Who would you vote for, Joe Biden vs. DeSantis or Trump?” He outperformed Trump up until his campaign launch, and has lagged behind since.

While Trump also has the highest voter favorables according to Morning Consult, Chris Christie has the lowest.

The poll was conducted between June 9-11, surveying 3,419 potential Republican primary voters. The margin of error is between one and two points.

Fearful Comey Admits ‘Smarter Trump’ Will Be ‘Retribution President’.

Former Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) director James Comey confessed his fear that Donald Trump will be “smarter” and will seek retribution against the weaponized administrative state if he regains the White House in 2024.

Comey explained to BBC Radio 4 on Tuesday morning that the prospect of Trump being nominated as the Republican candidate for 2024 was “very concerning,” alleging the former president “represents a threat to fundamental aspects of the American republic.”

The prospect of Trump actually being reelected, Comey continued, was “deeply chilling, because he will be the ‘retribution president’… smarter than he was last time.”

Church Replaces Stained Glass with Depiction of Jesus as Illegal Migrant.

The Church of St Mary the Virgin is replacing stained glass windows of philanthropist Edward Colston with windows depicting Jesus Christ as a black, illegal migrant on a rubber boat, as well as re-imaginings of the Son of God as a 1960s race activist.

St Mary Redcliffe, as the Anglican church in England is known, moved to get rid of the Colston windows after a far-left mob tore down his statue amid the Black Lives Matter unrest of 2020, while police did nothing.

The new windows will depict Jesus as “multiple ethnicities” to “counter the Anglocentric narrative of ‘white Jesus’,” according to artist Ealish Swift.

In his day and for many years afterwards, Colston was hailed as an Andrew Carnegie-like philanthropist. He funded almshouses, hospitals, and schools, and represented Bristol in Britain’s Parliament in the early 1700s.

The many historic memorials to him became a lightning rod for the far left during the Black Lives Matter disorder of 2020.

The wealthy merchant had for a time been involved with the Royal African Company, which traded African goods and slaves – purchased from African slavers – resulting in him being reductively recast as a mere “slave trader”.

Swift claims the “first panel depicts a Bristol ship traversing the raging seas of the Middle Passage during the Transatlantic Slave Trade, and references the story of Jesus calming the storm,” while “the second panel celebrates the Bristol Bus Boycott, which paved the way for the Race Relations Act of 1965, with Jesus as a fellow protester and radical.” Thirdly, another “panel portrays the current refugee crisis, and Jesus as a child refugee fleeing to Egypt,” with the “final panel [showing] a diverse group of ‘neighbours’ facing the future in a display of hope and togetherness.”

Ricky Gervais is Getting Death Threats Following Anti-Woke Jokes.

Comedian Ricky Gervais has been forced to ramp up his personal security after a barrage of death threats from people furious about his anti-woke comedy.

Gervais – known for attacking most sides of the political and societal spectrum – has already taken security action with a ‘ring of steel‘ while traveling across the United States amid worries of being attacked or even shot. The comedian is now taking it one step further in preparation for his ‘Armageddon’ tour of the United Kingdom, set to begin Wednesday.

“Ricky has been made aware threats have been made to his life. His offices haven’t shown them to him, but have told him very disturbing letters have come in for him,” reports the British newspaper, The Sun. “Ricky is very aware of the dangers and he can afford whatever security he wants, so he thought it was a no-brainer,” the paper added.

One of the most “significant threats” Gervais received followed his so-called anti-trans jokes on his last stand-up special, SuperNature, which drew heavy criticism from LGBT activists.

Trump: I Don’t Want Blind Loyalty, But What’s Best for America.

Donald Trump puts a premium on loyalty, and has had harsh words for disloyal members of his administration like Bill Barr – but he does not expect blind loyalty, and wants people to have “their own ideas,” according to his latest interview with former advisor Roger Stone.

“…I don’t want loyalty like, you know, ‘Gee, I’m with Trump no matter what’ – I want [people] to have their own ideas, their own freedom,” Trump stressed, appearing to clarify the claims from his primary opponents that Trump expects them to agree with him, or side with him, at every turn.

“I want them to make a decision and make it right, and do the right thing for the country… but some of these people are stone-cold terrible,” he said.

Trump emphasized that there are “many great people” he feels he can count on, singling out Senator J. D. Vance, for example, and explaining that “when I talk about a slob like Bill Barr, a stupid person in a lot of ways, this is really not the standard.”

“We’ve had tremendously successful people, but some we haven’t, and we cannot afford to have cowards, we need strong people,” he concluded.

bradleys

15 Percent of U.S.-Made Bradleys Already Destroyed in Ukraine.

Almost 15 percent of the Bradley Infantry Fighting Vehicles (IFVs) sent to Ukraine by Joe Biden’s government have been destroyed, according to open-source intelligence analysts.

Oryx, a Netherlands-based operation which has been tracking materiel losses on both sides of the conflict through visual confirmation, puts the number of destroyed Bradleys at 16, per CNN.

The news comes as Zelensky has officially confirmed his forces have commenced major counter-offensive operations. Friendly news outlets are so far reporting only “small” gains, however, with four villages in the Donetsk region believed to have been captured as of the time of writing.

In addition to the American-made Bradleys, a number of European-made Leopard 2 main battle tanks also appear to have been lost.

In particular, Forbes reports that around half of Ukraine’s Leopard 2Rs, specialized for breaching enemy defenses, have been taken out.

DATA: Over 25% of Republicans Will NOT Consider DeSantis, Just 14% Say No to Trump.

Over one-quarter of Republican voters – 27 percent – will not consider voting for Governor of Florida Ron DeSantis in the upcoming Republican presidential nomination race. Comparably, just 14 percent of Republican voters say they would not consider supporting Donald J. Trump.

The data comes from CBS and YouGov, and sampled a hefty 2,480 U.S. adults between June 7-10th, with a 2.7 percent margin of error.

Though considered by many to be Trump’s toughest opponent, Trump and DeSantis are almost as far apart from each other as DeSantis and Senator Tim Scott, who is polling third, 15 points behind DeSantis, with 42 percent of Republican voters unwilling to consider him.

Indeed, DeSantis’s campaign has hitherto failed to get off the ground. Florida’s governor is yet to see his net approval rating increase since he declared his candidacy in the race.

Other Republican hopefuls lag far behind. In fourth is Vivek Ramaswamy, with 56 percent refusing to consider him, Nikki Haley at 57 percent, former Vice-President Mike Pence at 60 percent, Asa Hutchinson at 73 percent, Doug Burgum at 73 percent, and Chris Christie at 79 percent.

The full results can be read here.

Eric Holder Demands an Immediate, Third Impeachment if Trump Wins 2024.

Barack Obama’s Attorney General, Eric Holder, is demanding an immediate, third impeachment for Donald Trump if the former President is indicted but nevertheless wins the 2024 presidential election.

If Trump wins in 2024, it would be “inconsistent with our notion of fairness, of the rule of law, at that point I would hope that an impeachment proceeding might be… brought, and ultimately, he would be removed from office,” Holder claimed in an interview with MSNBC.

“The notion that a convicted felon would serve as President of the United States is absurd. It’s simply absurd,” Holder claimed, adding, “the likelihood that he’ll be able to survive this and win a general election, I think, is pretty small.”

Holder is perhaps best known for being the first Attorney General to be held in contempt of Congress, and for his involvement in the ‘Fast and Furious’ gun running scandal which armed Mexican cartels and created many of today’s problems on America’s southern border.

President Trump has vowed to the American public that he “will never stop” fighting, despite facing another criminal indictment on 37 different counts by the United States’s weaponized justice system. Trump is due to be arraigned in Florida on Tuesday, June 12.

Trump Urges Miami Indictment Protesters to Stay Peaceful.

Former President Donald Trump has urged supporters going to Miami protests against his indictment to ensure the demonstrations remain peaceful, so as to not hand any victories to the corporate media, federal authorities, or opposing political candidates.

Speaking exclusively to Roger Stone about protests planned at the Miami courthouse – where Trump is due to be arrested on Tuesday – the 45th President said the American people have “plenty” to protest about – and they should do so “peacefully”.

“We need strength in our country now. Our country is being taken away from us; our country’s going communist, it’s going Marxist… the people of our country aren’t that way, but the people running it are,” he lamented.

“We need strength at this point, and everyone’s afraid to do anything, they’re afraid to talk, and they have to go out and they have to protest peacefully.”

– Donald J. Trump, June 11, 2023

“Look, our country has to protest. We have plenty to protest, we’ve lost everything. We’ve lost our borders, we’ve lost our election integrity, we’ve lost respect all over the world,” he added.

Trump highlighted a previous peaceful protest against his separate, state-level indictment in New York City, which was led by Gavin Wax’s New York Young Republican Club, as an example for others.
