TODAY: Trump Set to Testify in Person in New York Civil Fraud Trial.

Donald Trump will testify in New York Attorney General Letitia James’s civil fraud trial against him on Monday. In a case which has dragged since 2020, AG James alleges Trump and the Trump Organization, including sons Eric and Donald Jr., of fraudulently misrepresenting Trump’s wealth and property values to secure favorable loan and insurance terms.

Judge Arthur Engoron, who is accused of being politically motivated by the former president, has already decided Trump, his adult sons, and their organization, are liable for fraud. Trump says some of the Obama appointee’s determinations, including a valuation of his Mar-a-Lago estate at just $18 million, are outrageous, particularly as the asking price of a nearby patch of trees is some $150m.

Eric and Donald Trump Jr. testified last week. Ivanka Trump must testify on Wednesday, but claims against her have been dismissed under statute of limitations rules.

Trump was fined $10,000 on October 25th by Engoron for allegedly breaching a gag order, imposed after the former president noted the judge’s clerk has links to leading democrats including Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer.

SPLC Staff Sign Anti-Israel Letter Alleging ‘Eliminationist Assault’ on Palestinians.

Michael Edison Hayden and Hannah Gais, both of the George Soros-backed Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), have signed an open letter denouncing Israel as an “apartheid state” and “ethno-nationalist project” seeking an “eliminationist assault” against ordinary Palestinians.

Their pro-Hamas letter – published by Writers Against the War on Gaza – also criticized media organizations for describing recent Hamas attacks on Israel as ‘unprovoked.’ SPLC, which claims to be dedicated to monitoring “hate and anti-government extremist groups,” issued a statement accusing Israel of killing Palestinian civilians in airstrikes, which was edited later to say Palestinians were “killed” rather than “targeted.”

Hayden and Gais crashed the New York Young Republican Gala in 2022, penning bizarre fan-fiction about their evening in exchange for MSNBC coverage.

Gavin Wax, the President of the New York Young Republican Club told The National Pulse: “The SPLC’s embrace of terrorism on par with that which they fought in their foundational era underscores how far from its lofty ideals it has strayed. The SPLC and its on-hire goons have no place in adult functions; they must be relegated to the ivory tower, where consequences are muted and accountability nil.”

The open letter’s sentiments, signed by Hayden and Gais, may in fact match the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance’s definition of anti-Semitism. The letter supports an international boycott of Israel and has been signed by hundreds of far-left figures including Jazmine Hughes, a New York Times Magazine reporter who resigned after doing so. Her actions were criticized by her help as a violation of Times policy on public protest.

Zelensky Invites Trump to Ukraine for Brief Lecture on Why War Must Continue.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has called on Donald Trump to visit Ukraine after the former President claimed he would end the war between Ukraine and Russia within 24 hours of re-entering the White House in January 2025.

“Former President Trump said that [within] 24 hours he can manage it and finish the war, for me… he’s very welcome first of all… So I invite President Trump, if he can come here, I will need 24 minutes… not more, to explain to President Trump that he can’t manage this war,” the Ukrainian President explained.

“He can’t bring peace because of Putin if he’s not trying, if he’s not ready to give our territory to this terrible man,” Zelensky added before going on to emphasize the necessity of further U.S. aid and flagging the importance of the next year in combating Russian invasion. He argued that the cost of support would diminish following the upcoming year, assuming the conflict does not extend further.

Zelensky also praised President Biden for his visit in February on the first year anniversary of the conflict, while assuring that the country will not surrender its independence. Zelensky wrapped up his plea to the American public by saying: “Don’t send your soldiers…believe in democracy, believe in Ukraine”.

WATCH: Protesters Scream ‘ALLAH HU AKBAR’ While Scaling White House Fence.

Hundreds of pro-Palestinian and Hamas protesters gathered outside the White House over the weekend, attempting to force the gates open while chanting “Allah hu Akbar” (‘Allah is greater [than your God]’ in Arabic). Footage from Washington, D.C. on Saturday reveals protesters wearing keffiyehs – Palestinian scarves – and climbing on the gates in front of the home of the U.S. President, waving Palestinian flags, and screaming things such as “you stand with genocide” and “f*cking cowards.”

The protest drew tens of thousands of people from across the United States to the country’s capital, with many demanding the Biden government institute a ceasefire between Israel and Hamas under the threat of not voting for the Democrat Party in the 2024 presidential election. Others were seen holding signs reading, “Biden betrayed us.”

“[O]ur message is: No ceasefire, no votes… No votes in Michigan, no votes in Arizona, no votes in Georgia, no votes in Nevada, no votes in Wisconsin, no votes in Pennsylvania,” said Nihad Awad, national director at the Hamas-linked Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), which was an un-indicted co-conspirator in the 2007 trial of the Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development.

Protests were not merely limited to D.C., however, as mass pro-“Palestine” demos were held across the United States and Europe on Saturday. A number of Muslim men were seen igniting flares in the German capital of Berlin and attacking police officers in London‘s Trafalgar Square later in the evening.

Kim Reynolds is Endorsing DeSantis. Data Shows Her Support Won’t Move The Needle.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is likely to receive a polling bump of four percent or less – i.e. within the margin of error – on the back of Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds’s expected endorsement this week. Reynolds, who had originally pledged to remain “neutral” in the race, is being wheeled out as the Florida Governor continues to struggle in battleground states and indeed with his online operation spiraling out of control.

But Reynolds is one of the least liked Republican governors in the country right now, and pollster Tony Fabrizio has previously pointed out how an endorsement from Reynolds will mean very little to Iowans ahead of the caucuses in January. The same, Fabrizio notes, applies to New Hampshire Governor Chris Sununu, who DeSantis has spent months wooing.

“When Ron DeSantis finally realizes he can’t win Iowa or New Hampshire on his own merits, he’ll look to his fellow governors as a lifeline… However, what he doesn’t realize is that their endorsements do nothing to change his fortunes. DeSantis is in a house of mirrors, and the only way out is through the floor,” Fabrizio told The Messenger in September.

DeSantis has made numerous attempts to cozy up to both Governors, including suggesting he would nominate Reynolds as his Vice President and recently touring New Hampshire alongside Sununu.

Critics have also noted that there are two critical gubernatorial races on Tuesday – in Kentucky and Mississippi – yet Reynolds, who serves as the Chairman of the Republican Governor’s Association, will snub those races and instead campaign alongside Ron DeSantis.

ELECTABILITY: Trump Now Leads Biden In Five of Six Swing States.

President Donald J. Trump is storming ahead of Joe Biden in five of six key swing states just 12 months before the 2024 presidential election, with the 45th President predicted to obtain more than 300 Electoral College votes: way above the necessary 270 to win, new data shows.

Trump, despite his multiple deep-state indictments and attempts to inhibit his re-election run, is leading by 11 points in Nevada, six in Georgia, five in Arizona, five in Michigan, and four in Pennsylvania. Biden leads in Wisconsin by just two points. Across all six, Trump is averaging 48 percent to Biden’s 44.

The 45th President is also polling at unprecedented rates among ethnic minorities and young Americans. Voters under 30 prefer Biden by just one percentage point. Biden’s lead among Hispanics has dwindled to single digits, and almost one-quarter of black voters – 22 percent – intend to vote for Trump, which is “a level unseen in presidential politics for a Republican in modern times.”

Better still for the former President is almost twice as many voters are prioritizing the economy above social issues, such as abortion or guns. Among those economic prioritizers, 60 percent support Trump, just 32 percent support Biden. An overall 59 percent trust Trump over Biden on the economy. Only two percent of Americans told pollsters the economy was “excellent” under the Biden government.

“Discontent pulsates throughout the Times/Siena poll, with a majority of voters saying Mr. Biden’s policies have personally hurt them,” The New York Times admits.

Fox News Misleads Viewers AGAIN, Airing Incorrect Presidential Primary Poll Numbers.

Fox News is once again misleading its viewers, airing false 2024 Republican presidential primary poll results. The network’s mid-day news program America Reports, hosted by John Roberts and Sandra Smith, this week aired graphics that reversed recent New Hampshire and South Carolina primary polling results for Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley.

The false Fox News numbers showed DeSantis ahead of Haley in both a recent USA Today/Suffolk New Hampshire poll and a CNN South Carolina poll. Haley, according to the actual poll results, holds second place in both state primary contests – with her support at 19 percent and 22 percent respectively. Governor DeSantis has slipped to third place in both state primary contests.

This isn’t the first time that Fox’s cable news programming has aired incorrect presidential polls with the error benefiting Ron DeSantis’s presidential campaign. Last month, The National Pulse reported that Fox Business’s Varney & Co. appeared to have intentionally altered a graphic breaking down a Fox News presidential poll, giving the false impression that Donald Trump was running behind Democrat President Joe Biden 46 to 48 percent. The actual Fox News poll results showed the opposite with Trump running ahead of Biden.

Both Fox News and Fox Business are owned by anti-Trump billionaire Rupert Murdoch. The New York Post, another Murdoch owned media property, claimed in September Trump was ‘getting smoked‘ in the Republican primary, despite leading by historic margins.

Rubio Demands End to ‘Stupid’ Daylight Savings Adjustments.

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) has voiced his support for ending the biannual tradition of adjusting clocks by proposing the Sunshine Protection Act. In an op-ed published in USA Today on Friday, Rubio cites the American public’s overwhelming preference for ceasing these spring and autumn time changes. The Florida Senator also pointed out that the U.S. Senate had shown unanimous support in spring 2022 towards ending this “pointless tradition” amid an era marked by partisan division and gridlock.

Rubio views the practice of twice-yearly clock changes as antiquated and detrimental to public health and calls for the permanence of Daylight Saving Time. He emphasized the nations’ unity in opposing the time change, stating, “This ritual of changing time twice a year is stupid. Locking the clock has overwhelming bipartisan and popular support.”

Rubio noted that Arizona and Hawaii currently do not observe Daylight Saving Time and proposed that his act would establish Daylight Saving Time as the standard across the United States. He clarified that the act would not mandate this change on states, allowing them the option to opt-out freely without requiring Congressional approval. Rubio concluded his op-ed with optimism that both legislative bodies would pass the Sunshine Protection Act this year, as it introduces “a bit more common sense” into the country.

U.S. Air Force Raises Age Limit For Recruits After Missing 2023 Recruiting Target.

The U.S. Air Force is raising the age limit for recruits to 42 after experiencing its worst recruitment year since 1999. The age limit for recruits wishing to serve as pilots or in front-line roles will remain at 33 years old. Declining enthusiasm and lack of quality among new recruits has become a serious issue for the U.S. military. The National Pulse previously reported that nearly 70 percent of U.S. soldiers are considered overweight or obese.

Enacted on October 24th, the change in Air Force recruitment policy comes after the service branch announced it missed its 2023 fiscal year goal of adding 26,877 recruits by 10 percent. The lagging recruitment numbers are especially concerning as the Air Force has relaxed several service requirements over recent years in an effort to bolster its numbers. For the current fiscal year, the service branch has set a target of  25,900 recruits.

Brig. Gen. Christopher Amrhein, who heads the San Antonio-based Air Force Recruiting Service, brushed aside concerns that bolstering manpower with older Americans could have a negative impact on military readiness. “We are not lowering any of our standards. Someone who is 42 still has to meet the same accession requirements as younger applicants,” Gen. Armheim said regarding readiness concerns, adding the policy change “is about identifying opportunity for talent out there.”

In 2014, the Air Force raised the age limit for recruits from 27 to 39. The new 42 year old cut off is the highest among the armed services – the U.S. Navy’s age limit for recruits is 41. t
