Pornhub Parent Firm Arraigned, Admits to ‘Receiving Proceeds of Sex Trafficking’.

Aylo Holdings S.A.R.L. (formerly MindGeek S.A.R.L.), parent company to Pornhub.com, has been held “accountable for its role in hosting videos and accepting payments from criminal actors who coerced young women into engaging in sexual acts on videos that were posted without their consent” by the Justice Department.

“Motivated by profit, Aylo Holdings knowingly enriched itself by turning a blind eye to the concerns of victims who communicated to the company that they were deceived and coerced into participating in illicit sexual activity,” said Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Assistant Director-in-Charge James Smith.

Pornhub has accepted the charges against it, entering into a so-called deferred prosecution agreement which will involve the imposition of a monitor for three years and payments to both the U.S. government and “individuals adversely affected by the underlying sex trafficking.”

The payment to the government will be relatively light, at $1,844,952.83. The Justice Department did not disclose the sums to be paid to its victims.

Pressure to take action against the pornographer initially came from regular people, with over a million signing a petition to shut down the site for hosting footage of sex trafficking victims.

Russo-Chinese Trade Booms Due to Ukraine War, at The Expense of the West.

Trade between the Russian Federation and the People’s Republic of China is booming amid the Western sanctions war on Moscow, with cheap Russian energy making Chinese factories more profitable and Chinese vehicles rapidly replacing Western ones in the Russian market.

Commerce between the two countries has already cleared $200 billion for 2023. Reports indicate Russian chocolates, sausages, and other goods have become “plentiful” in Chinese stores, with Russia-linked locations becoming popular sites for Chinese social media influencers.

More significantly, the volume of Russian natural gas transferred to China through its Power of Siberia pipeline has increased, with negotiations to construct a second pipeline from gas fields that once supplied the European Union well underway.

As Chinese manufacturers reap the benefits of this cheap energy while their Western and especially European rivals struggle with high costs, exacerbated by self-inflicted green policies, they are also benefiting from Western manufacturers having cut themselves off from the Russian market. Chinese automakers, whose market share in Russia was just eight percent in 2021, now hold a dominating 55 percent share.

Western expectations of economic collapse in Russia have proved ill-founded, with the country continuing to source artillery shells, missiles, and other key equipment for its war more easily than Ukraine.

Illegal Migrant Already Deported 5 Times Rapes Disabled Woman, Says He Was Possessed by a Demon.

German Mathews, 40, an illegal immigrant who has been deported from the U.S. five times, has been sentenced to 19 years in prison. He pleaded guilty in Hamilton County Common Pleas Court to charges of rape, felonious assault, and kidnapping. Mathews was found on top of the victim by police, who were responding to a 911 call. He attempted to flee the scene but was promptly arrested. The victim, a developmentally disabled woman, endured head injuries and multiple facial fractures.

Police Sgt. Jackie Dreyer described the attack as one of the most brutal crimes she has investigated during her over 20-year career. The assault occurred on April 29, while the victim was on her way to a bus stop in Forest Park. Lawyer James Bogen reported that Mathews, intoxicated from stolen liquor, has no memory of the incident and felt “possessed by a demon” at the time of the attack, as told to authorities.

Mathews, also known as Hernan Mateos, first entered the U.S. illegally in 2005 and has been arrested multiple times since then. His convictions include driving without a valid license, disorderly intoxication, sexual battery, and false imprisonment. After a criminal complaint in July 2017, Mathews admitted to illegally crossing the Rio Grande into Texas and was fined $10. Bogen indicated that Mathews repeatedly returned to the U.S. to escape poverty.

TRUMP VICTORY: SCOTUS Denies Jack Smith Request to Expedite Presidential Immunity Case.

The United States Supreme Court has denied an expedited hearing regarding Donald’s ‘presidential immunity’ claim in relation to Jack Smith’s ongoing January 6th prosecution of the former President in Washington, D.C. The ruling comes as a major blow to special counsel Jack Smith who had asked the High Court to intervene so his prosecution could proceed to trial in early March. The Supreme Court did not issue any reasoning for its decision, nor did it indicate if there were any dissenting opinions – there is some speculation the ruling may have been unanimous.

Former President Donald Trump’s attorneys have argued Jack Smith’s prosecution in Washington, D.C. should be thrown out on the grounds his actions prior to the January 6th, 2021 riot were official acts of the chief executive to “ensure election integrity” and thus fall under presidential immunity. The Washington D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals has agreed to an expedited hearing on the matter set to begin on January 9th, 2024. U.S. District Court Judge Tanya Chutkan previously ruled immunity protections did not apply to Trump’s actions questioning the integrity fo the 2020 presidential election.

Even if the appeals court panel rules against former President Trump, his legal team can then move for an en banc hearing before the full D.C. federal appellate court –a move which would likely push any trial well past the early March target set by Jack Smith. Only after an en banc hearing and subsequent ruling would the appeal then move to the Supreme Court – something that likely would not happen until the late summer of 2024.

If the trial date slips past March, the likelihood of any proceedings happening prior to the 2024 presidential election are slim.

DeSantis PAC Cancels ALL 2024 Ads In Iowa and New Hampshire.

The embattled Never Back Down SuperPAC, supporting Florida Governor Ron DeSantis’s bid for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination, is cancelling the remainder of its 2024 airtime reservations in Iowa and New Hampshire. Reports indicate it had reserved about $2.5 million in airtime to run ads on behalf of DeSantis.

Never Back Down has experienced a spectacular collapse over the past month. Arguments over budgets and strategy erupted at the PAC’s board meeting last month, culminating a physical confrontation between the SuperPAC’s chief strategist Jeff Roe and long-time DeSantis fiend and confidant Scott Wagner. “You have a stick up your ass, Scott,” Roe is alleged to have shouted at Wagner, according to witnesses in the room, to which Wagner fired back, taunting, “Why don’t you come over here and get it?” Wagner also reportedly rose from his chair and had to be restrained by other board members.

The incident precipitated mass resignations from the Never Back Down SuperPAC, eventually leaving Wagner in charge. Chris Jankowski, the SuperPAC’s original CEO, resigned over Thanksgiving – as did Adam Laxalt who served a chairman of Never Back Down. Kristin Davison, an employee of Jeff Roe’s Axiom Strategies and protégé of Karl Rove, served only two-weeks as interim CEO before being forced out by Wagner and the SuperPAC’s board. The chaos at the SuperPAC reached its apex last week when chief strategist Jeff Roe resigned from his role.

With just three weeks to go before the Iowa Republicans gather for the state’s 2024 presidential caucus, the collapse of Never Back Down raises serious questions regarding the viability of Ron DeSantis’s candidacy. The Florida Governor’s presidential campaign committee has received little in terms of donor support, relying instead on Never Back Down to finance the primary campaign.

Never Back Down Chairman Scott Wagner told The National Pulse on Friday: “Never Back Down is laser focused on its core mission – running the most advanced grassroots and political caucus operation in this race and helping deliver the GOP nomination for Governor DeSantis who will deliver America from the disastrous policies of the Left. We are thrilled to have Fight Right and others covering the air for Governor DeSantis while we work the ground game in Iowa, New Hampshire, South Carolina and beyond.”

Fight Right is a new DeSantis-supporting PAC charged with placing more aggressive ads on TV, especially against Nimrata ‘Nikki’ Haley.

‘Republican’ Joins With Far Left, Demanding War Veterans Are Prosecuted in EU Courts.

Congressman Mike Lawler (R-NY), a member of the influential House Committee on Foreign Affairs, has written to the far-left Irish government urging them to take the British government to the European Court of Human Rights over its protection of war veterans. The Legacy and Reconciliation Act (2023) is aimed at limiting prosecutions against elderly UK veterans and retired police officers accused of wrongdoing decades ago, during the Provisional Irish Republican Army (IRA) terror campaign in Northern Ireland.

Lawler – a McCarthy ally who narrowly defeated Democrat Sean Patrick Maloney in 2022 – has called Britain’s refusal to prosecute veterans a “great injustice.” It is unclear what Lawler, a career political operative, is doing discussing UK-Ireland diplomacy outside of a cynical ploy to win New York’s Irish-American votes against his potential 2024 opponent. His position is equivalent to the U.S. being taken to a Middle Eastern court over its oft-discussed “war crimes” in Iraq and Afghanistan.

“[B]y providing amnesty for heinous crimes and shutting down historical criminal investigations, this Act is a clear violation of human rights for victims of the Troubles,” he alleged, placing himself on the side of the far-left Irish government and globalist European Union. “That is exactly why I urged the Irish government to strongly consider legal action against the UK at the European Court of Human Rights.”

The European Court of Human Rights is a supranational body, infamous for ruling in favor of pedophiles, foreign criminals, and illegal aliens. The GOP staunchly opposes the U.S. subjecting itself to any such international court.

The IRA did not only target members of the military and police officers. In 1988 they bombed a school bus, badly maiming a teenage girl. They set off a bomb at a war memorial during a Remembrance Sunday ceremony in 1987, murdering 12 mostly elderly people and wounding over 60, including many children. A car bomb they planted near a candy store killed a five-month-old baby in 1972.

Northern Irish residents voted overwhelmingly to remain in the United Kingdom in a 1973 referendum, and polls indicate they would do so again.

New York Establishes Commission for Slavery Reparations.

New York is establishing a commission to come up with an estimate for slavery reparations. Governor Kathy Hochul signed the bill creating the commission into law on Tuesday.

“In New York, we like to think we’re on the right side of this. Slavery was a product of the South, the Confederacy,” said Hochul, a Democrat. “What is hard to embrace is the fact that our state also flourished from that slavery. It’s not a beautiful story, but indeed it is the truth.”

New York, which abolished slavery in 1827, follows California, which entered the U.S. as a free state, in establishing its slavery task force.

State Senate Republican Leader Rob Ortt spoke out against the commission, noting the “reparations of slavery were paid with the blood and lives of hundreds of thousands of Americans who fought to end slavery during the Civil War.”

“A divisive commission to consider reparations in unworkable,” he argued, predicting an “astronomical cost” for a policy that “will only further divide our state.”

New York City is already facing enormous pressure on its budget due to the ongoing migrant crisis, with the Big Apple playing host to tens of thousands of migrants and Mayor Eric Adams predicting the influx will “destroy” the Big Apple if it continues.

DeSantis Refuses to Withdraw from CO Primary if Trump is Disqualified.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis said he will not remove his name form the Colorado ballot if the Colorado Supreme Court‘s order to remove former President Trump’s name is upheld. DeSantis’s fellow Republican presidential primary candidate, Vivek Ramaswamy, challenged DeSantis, Chris Christie, and Nikki Haley to join him removing his name should Trump’s appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court fail.

Ramaswamy stated, “I pledge to withdraw from the Colorado GOP primary ballot until Trump is also allowed to be on the ballot,” before adding, “I demand that Ron DeSantis, Chris Christie, and Nikki Haley do the same immediately.”

RON’S RESPONSE.

“No, I think that’s just playing in to the left,” DeSantis said in an interview on Newsmax earlier today. “I think the case will get overturned by the [U.S.] Supreme Court.” He continued: “I’ve qualified for all of the ballots, I’m competing in all of the states. And I’m going to accumulate the delegates necessary.” At no point did the Florida Governor actually condemn the judicial overreach and anti-democratic ruling by the Colorado justices.

Late last night in a post on X (formerly Twitter), DeSantis’s campaign account was slightly more forceful, stating: “The Left invokes ‘democracy’ to justify its use of power, even if it means abusing judicial power to remove a candidate from the ballot based on spurious legal grounds. SCOTUS should reverse.” Again, however, the Governor fell short of the vocal condemnations made by other Republican officials.

CHRISTIE’S COMMENTS.

Chris Christie, one of Trump’s harshest critics in the Republican primary, emphatically stated, “I do not believe Donald Trump should be prevented  from being President of the United States by any court.” He continued: “I don’t believe it is good for our country if he’s precluded from the ballot by a court.” Regarding the insurrection charge, Christie was blunt, stating there has been no trial convicting Trump of insurrection.

BIRDBRAIN’S BLUSTER.

Speaking to reporters in Iowa, former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley gave an equally feckless answer as DeSantis. “I will tell you that I don’t think Donald Trump needs to be president. I think I need to be president. I think that’s good for the country,” responded Haley. She added, “But I will beat him fair and square. We don’t need to have judges making these decisions, we need voters to make these decisions.”

16 States Have Colorado-Style Lawfare Campaigns to Remove Trump from The Ballot.

Colorado, where the state Supreme Court has narrowly decided to remove Donald Trump from the GOP primary ballot, is not alone in seeing efforts to stop the American people from deciding whether or not to reelect the 45th President. Sixteen states are now processing lawsuits seeking to use Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, designed to keep Confederates charged with insurrection and rebellion out of high office, to shut the MAGA kingpin out of the democratic process.

Michigan, Oregon, New Jersey, and Wisconsin, are dealing with 14th Amendment cases in their state courts. Alaska, Arizona, Nevada, New York, New Mexico, South Carolina, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wyoming have lawsuits pending in federal district courts.

Cases against the former president have already been dismissed in Arizona and Michigan, but are being appealed. A case in Maine will be heard by the Secretary of State in the coming days, due to quirks of state law.

California Lieutenant Governor Eleni Kounalakis has also instructed Secretary of State Shirley Weber to “explore every legal option” to stop Trump from appearing on the presidential primary ballot in the Golden State.

The Colorado ruling was controversial even among the exclusively Democrat-appointed justices of the Centennial State’s top court. Chief Justice Brian Boatright, Justice Maria Berkenkotter, and Justice Carlos Samour all voted against Trump’s removal from the ballot, with Justice Samour warning the former president had been denied a fair trial and due process.

Jill Biden Press Sec Fired After Taking Gay Hook Ups to President’s Secure Floor During NATO Summit.

Michael LaRosa, former Press Secretary to First Lady Jill Biden, was reportedly involved in security breaches during the 2022 NATO Summit in Madrid, Spain, insiders told DailyMail.com. LaRosa, 40, allegedly attempted twice during the same trip to bring dates to a secure hotel floor where the President was residing, triggering safety concerns. A Secret Service source has confirmed the incident as well, stating that LaRosa effectively forced his resignation the following month due to his actions.

LaRosa is now reportedly working with Ballard Partners. Despite publicly acknowledging his service at the White House at the time of his departure, sources claimed that his colleagues were eager for him to leave given his increasingly unpredictable behavior, including frequent outbursts and lack of judgment.

LaRosa has defended his actions, stating that he only attempted to bring one person to his room – a staffer from another country’s delegation. His former colleagues have criticized him for misrepresenting his role at the White House. They asserted that he was never privy to high-level strategy meetings, challenging his portrayal of himself as a high-level staffer with detailed knowledge of the Biden regime.
