desantis donations

FEC Tells DeSantis 29% of His Donations Can’t Be Used in GOP Primary.

Ron DeSantis’s presidential campaign has been informed by the Federal Election Commission (FEC) that $2.6 million of his donations have been incorrectly labeled for use in the presidential primary, and must instead be only used for general election funds. This strips almost another 30 percent of campaign cash away from the Florida Governor’s coffers, already threatened by overspending and a drying up of donations.

The financial state of Ron DeSantis’s presidential campaign has many political observers wondering if the Florida Governor can even make it to the Iowa Caucuses in January.

According to FEC data, the DeSantis campaign had just over $9 million cash-on-hand at the beginning of July. However, the FEC letter detailing the incorrectly labeled donations also showed that actual cash-on-hand number was much lower, around $6.6 million – and there are some indications that the number may yet be even lower than that.

The lack of cash only compounds the set backs the DeSantis campaign has suffered over the past few weeks, culminating in the demotion of campaign manager Generra Peck on Tuesday, who is replaced by a 35-year-old Rubio-world lawyer who has never run a political campaign before.

Chelsea FC, With Millions of Young Fans, May Have PORN Shirt Sponsor Due to Govt Interference.

Chelsea Football Club – one of the largest soccer teams in the world with a fanbase of around 135 million people – may allow the OnlyFans-style porn website ‘My.Club’ to become the official sponsor of the team, even emblazoning the brand on the club’s t-shirt, in a £25 million ($31 million) per year deal.

The situation – which would see millions of young fans exposed to porn adverts emblazoned across the chests of their favorite players –  emerged as a result of the club’s ongoing crisis precipitated by the British government’s intervention in the team, with Putin-linked former owner Roman Abramovic being forced out at the beginning of the Russia-Ukraine war.

The club has since played under a special government licence, though it could not sell merchandise, was subject to a transfer ban, and could not initially offer players new contracts. The club reported losses of £145.6 million as a result, which left it in the hands of a large corporate takeover led by the American businessman, Todd Boehly, backed by board member and government lackey Lord Daniel Finkelstein.

The story became stranger after the club signed Ukrainian player Mykhailo Mudryk from Ukrainian-based Shakhtar Donetsk for the wildly overpriced free of around $108 million. The Ukrainian club then used $25 million of the fee to fund the war in Ukraine. Chelsea went on to have one of their worst seasons ever in the 2022/23 season, finishing in 12th. Now, they may have to resort to pornographic sponsors.

‘F**k Off to France’, UK Tells Migrants Who Don’t Like Their Free Housing.

Conservative (Tory) Party Deputy Chairman Lee Anderson suggested illegal migrants dissatisfied with the quality of the free accommodation they are receiving at taxpayers’ expense should “f*ck off” back to France,” where most of them were staying before paying criminal people-smugglers to bring them across the English Channel on small boats.

“If they don’t like barges then they should f**k off back to France,” he said, referring to a floating hotel where the government is attempting to house some adult male migrants as a slightly cheaper alternative t proper land-based hotels.

“These people come across the Channel in small boats… if they don’t like the conditions they are housed in here then they should go back to France, or better not come at all in the first place,” he added.

The Tories have always had a captive minority of politicians like Anderson who, like the party’s voters, are more socially conservative and hold stronger views on issues like immigration than the party leadership.

Anderson has only been given a higher profile in the party recently, as Prime Minister Rishi Sunak seeks to deflect from the fact the Tories have achieved nothing in terms of stopping the growing boats crisis while massively increasing legal mass migration.

Many of the migrants supposed to be sent to the barge have already gotten out of it as a result of activist lawyers, usually taxpayer-funded, lodging appeals complaining their clients are “severely afraid of water” – somewhat unconvincingly, considering how many arrived in Britain by sea.

segregated social media

‘Separate, But Equal’ – WaPo Wants Segregated Social Media for Black Americans.

The Washington Post is pushing for racially segregated social media use, suggesting Elon Musk’s takeover of ‘X’ (formerly Twitter) has given rise to a drastic increase in hate speech and racism directed at black Americans from so-called ‘right-wing and extremist accounts.’

An “exodus” of black Twitter users allegedly began after Musk opened up freedom of expression on the platform and removed X’s former content moderation against “misinformation, hate speech, and other harmful content,” the Bezos-owned paper claims, parroting the argument of a BBC reporter who previously made unsubstantiated claims of “hate speech” on Twitter to Musk.

“What Elon’s purchase of Twitter has successfully done is create a hostile environment for [Black] folks who were meeting in good faith, to connect and find community,” told Meredith Clark, professor of associate journalism at Northeastern University, to the newspaper.

The result has been to make – what the WaPo terms – “Black Twitter” a “digital diaspora” that requires another social media platform to launch social movements, such as Black Lives Matter.

Some of the potential new platforms for Black Twitter include recently-launched Threads, left-wing journalist favorite Mastodon, the “safety focused” Spoutable, Fanbase, and Spill, which has gained more than 100,000 users and aims to moderate potentially harmful content to the black community by “people and by algorithms trained to pick up on keywords.”

Downgraded American Tanks Approved for Ukraine.

Joe Biden’s Pentagon has approved the transfer of a small batch of old M1A1 Abrams tanks to Ukraine, months after Volodymyr Zelensky requested them to strengthen his counter-offensive against Russian forces.

Reports indicate Biden had originally promised to send 31 of America’s newer M1A2 Abrams tanks to the Ukrainians, albeit stripped of the special uranium-reinforced armor which grants them superior protection, but this initial shipment will now be comprised of older M1A1 models, also stripped of their special armor.

“They are done,” Army Acquisition Chief Doug Bush said of the shipment. “Now they have to get to Europe, and then to Ukraine, along with all of the things that go with them. Ammunition, spare parts, fuel equipment, repair facilities. So you know, it’s not just the tanks, it’s the full package that goes with it. That’s still on track,” he added.

The American tanks are expected to arrive in Ukraine in September, likely too late to make any difference to Zelensky’s stalled counter-offensive. Western Challenger 2 and Leopard 2 heavy tanks supplied by European NATO members have already been in the field for months, with the latter sustaining significant losses.

tent city

NYC Considers 2,000-Strong Migrant Tent City Near Riker’s Island.

New York City Mayor Eric Adams will establish a tent city on Randall’s Island in the middle of the East River of Manhattan, in an attempt to accommodate (and isolate) some of the illegal migrants now pouring into his “sanctuary city”. The news comes a week after the idea of a modern day “Hooverville” in Central Park received pushback.

“As the number of asylum seekers in our care continues to grow by hundreds every day, stretching our system to its breaking point and beyond, it has become more and more of a Herculean effort to find enough beds every night,” complained Adams, who was a strong supporter of mass migration until illegal aliens began moving from conservative-voting border states to his own backyard.

The city is finding it increasingly difficult (and expensive) to host migrants in hotels, and has resorted to using unusual facilities including a cruise ship terminal, an old police academy, and even the parking lot of a psychiatric hospital to accommodate them.

The East River tent city is intended to play host to around 2,000 migrants – but over 57,000 have arrived in New York City in 2023 alone.

AI Can HEAR Your Password Being Typed With Near 100% Accuracy.

Artificial intelligence (AI) can identify computer passwords with almost 100 percent accuracy by listening to the sound of keyboard keys being pressed over conference call apps like Zoom, according to new research published by Cornell University.

Researchers programmed an AI computer system to listen to the sound MacBook Pro keys being pressed over a phone and Zoom call, wherein the system began to quickly recognize the individual sound of each key. Within a short time, the system could accurately identify the sound of each key 95 percent of the time over the phone and 93 percent over Zoom.

As a result, the authors of the study have highlighted the potential risk of cyber attacks using the technology. Co-author of the study, Dr. Ehsan Toreini, admitted: “I can only see the accuracy of such models, and such attacks, increasing.”

The sentiment was shared by Professor Feng Hao of Warwick University, who recommended that people no longer type “sensitive messages, including passwords, on a keyboard during a Zoom call.” He added: “Besides the sound, the visual images about the subtle movements of the shoulder and wrist can also reveal side-channel information about the keys being typed on the keyboard even though the keyboard is not visible from the camera.”

CCP Newspaper

AOC, Bernie, Warren, & Malliotakis Paid Foreign Agent CCP Newspaper.

Democrat and Republican lawmakers have made payments to a Chinese Communist Party-controlled U.S. newspaper which is registered as a “foreign agent” of China. The payments date back over a decade, with Sing Tao US, with a presence in New York and California, receiving over $40,000 from powerful Democrats such as Anna Eshoo (D-CA), Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), and Nicole Malliotakis (R-NY).

Payments were also made by Rep. Kevin Mullin (D-CA), Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) Rep. Ed Royce (R-CA), and Sen. Elizabeth Warren, appearing to be for political advertising.

Michael Sobolik, an Indo-Pacific studies fellow at the American Foreign Policy Council think tank, said U.S. lawmakers should not be paying Chinese foreign agents to advertise, telling the Washington Examiner: “It smacks of political desperation and, rightly or wrongly, gives the impression of not caring about Beijing’s malign influence.”

In 2021, Sing Tao US filed with the U.S. Department of Justice as a registered foreign agent. The newspaper’s parent company is the Sing Tao News Corporation based in Hong-Kong in the communist People’s Republic of China. Sing Tao US‘s Hong-Kong affiliate, Sing Tao Daily, has long been suspected of being a mouthpiece for the Chinese Communist Party, pushing Beijing-approved media narratives.

Congresswoman Grace Meng (D-NY) has also come under fire for her association with a Chinese operative who was recently arrested by the FBI for operating an illegal overseas police station – a strategy used by Chinese communists to intimidate and threaten anti-Communist, Chinese nationals who live abroad. Democrat Congressman Eric Swalwell allegedly had a relationship with campaign fundraiser and supporter who was later revealed to be a Chinese spy, with U.S. Senator Diane Feinstein – a former Senate Intelligence Committee Chairwoman – employing a CCP spy on her payroll for two decades.

BREAKING: Ohio Voters Unable to Scan Ballots, Told to ‘Come Back Later’.

Reports suggest ballot scanners in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio are not working – leaving voters unable to securely scan their completed ballot during today’s state-wide plebiscite that decides whether or not to amend the Ohio constitution. The issues appear similar to those faced by Republican, Kari Lake voters in Arizona’s Maricopa County last year.

Today’s Ohio amendment, if passed by a majority of voters, would change the state constitution to require future ballot-initiated amendments garner 60 percent of the vote in an election.

Ohio Republicans worry that without increasing the amendment threshold, radical abortion activists will be able to enshrine baby-killing rights into the state constitution during the November 7th elections. A pro-abortion amendment would allow for abortions to be procured in the state up to the point of fetal viability – the definition of viability is left up to each individual doctor meaning in some instances late term abortions up to the moment of birth.

Cuyahoga Falls, a city nestled between Cleveland and Akron, is considered a bellwether locality in Ohio, as the city maintains a fairly even partisan divide. Voters who are unable to scan their ballots are being told to place their ballots in a designated bag where they will be scanned once the machines are working or to void their ballot and come back later.

Aging ballot printers, some in a state of total disrepair, resulted in ballot shortages and difficulties printing and tabulating ballots in Arizona in 2022. The chaotic election administration in Maricopa County led to several legal challenges.

U Chicago Runs Religious Course on ‘Queering God’

The University of Chicago, incorporated by Baptist Christians in the 19th century, is now running a course titled ‘Queering God’ from Dr. Olivia Bustion.

“Can God be an ally in queer worldmaking? Is God queer? What does queerness have to do with Judaism, Christianity, or Islam?” the introduction to the course on the University of Chicago website asks, promising to “[introduce] students to foundational concepts in queer and trans studies by focusing on queer Jewish, Christian, and Islamic theologies.”

The Center for the Study of Gender and Sexuality (CSGS) which hosts the ‘Queering God’ course hosts a dizzying array of similar courses, including one which claims the New Testament apocrypha “champion[s] a female, cross-dressing ascetic Christ-missionary,” and another which questions whether it is “ethical to have children” in light of climate change.

Such content extends well beyond the CSGS at the University of Chicago, which also runs a Critical Race Theory (CRT) course titled ‘The Problem of Whiteness’.
