‘It’s The Border, Stupid!’ – Voters Rank U.S. Security Higher than All Foreign Conflicts.

Polling shows American voters value border security far more highly than the Ukrainian or even the Israeli war effort, with almost 70 percent of respondents to a Morning Consult survey saying they approve of more funding for the U.S.-Mexico border.

Sixty-eight percent of respondents backed more money for border protection, compared to 61 percent who backed aid for Israel and 58 percent who backed aid for Ukraine. In terms of voters’ top issues going into the 2024 election, only the economy ranked higher than border security, ranking number one for three times as many people as the Israel-Hamas war.

The Joe Biden regime has this exactly backwards, however, and is currently pushing Congress to approve a funding package worth well in excess of $100 billion that would give over $60 billion to Ukraine, over $14.3 billion to Israel, and just $13.6 billion to the border – and this would funding to provide accommodation and services to migrants, not just deterrent measures.

Morning Consult found Donald Trump is more trusted than Joe Biden to handle the Israel-Hamas War, the Russia-Ukraine War, U.S.-China relations, and especially immigration.

FBI Seizes NY Mayor Eric Adams’s Phones.

Devices owned by Mayor Eric Adams were seized by FBI agents this week, as part of an ongoing investigation into potential corruption during his 2021 campaign. Two sources have disclosed the investigation centers on whether or not Mayor Adams’s campaign conspired with the Turkish government and others to move money around. After being approached on the street, Mayor Adams’s security detail was asked to step aside as agents took custody of two cellphones and an iPad, under the authority of a court-ordered warrant. The devices were returned to Mayor Adams a few days later.

This double-dealing investigation was made public on November 2nd, when the FBI conducted a search at the home of Brianna Suggs, Mayor Adams’ chief fundraiser, and seized several electronic devices along with a folder labeled “Eric Adams”. The federal warrant reportedly sought evidence of a conspiracy to violate campaign finance law between the mayor’s campaign, the Turkish government and Turkish nationals, and a Brooklyn-based developer, KSK Construction, whose owners are of Turkish origin. Investigators are also said to be looking into the mayor’s campaign’s use of New York City’s public matching program, a scheme that matches New York residents’ campaign donations.

Federal authorities are seeking to determine whether campaign members provided any form of benefits to Turkey or the construction company in exchange for donations. Beyond this, other individuals connected to Mayor Adams have faced legal scrutiny, including his former buildings commissioner and senior adviser, Eric Ulrich, who was indicted on multiple felony charges this September. Mayor Adams, a former police officer himself, has maintained that he has always urged his staff to stay within the bounds of law in their professional conduct. The mayor’s representatives and the law enforcement authorities declined to comment on the matter.

WATCH: Militarized FBI Engages in Disproportionate 48-Hour Manhunt for Jan 6 Protestor.

Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) agents in military-style garb have hunted down a man “wanted in connection with the January 6th attack on the U.S. Capitol” who fled into the woods after a SWAT team descended on his New Jersey home.

Forty-seven-year-old Gregory Yetman, who was a National Guard military police sergeant in 2021, is accused of assaulting, resisting, or impeding certain officers; obstruction of law enforcement during civil disorder; entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds; engaging in physical violence in a restricted building or grounds; and committing an act of physical violence in the Capitol grounds or buildings on Jan 6.

He had been on the run since Wednesday morning, and the FBI, which still raiding Jan 6 protestors years after the fact, offered a $10,000 reward for information leading to his capture. He ultimately surrendered voluntarily in Monroe Township.

Jan 6 defendants have been dealt with exceptionally harshly by the courts, with one man who was not even present at the Capitol on Jan 6 receiving a 22-year term – though this was not enough for Joe Biden’s Justice Department, and prosecutors are appealing for him and several others to have their sentences increased to as much as 33 years.

ANOTHER Poll Finds Trump Beating Biden In 5 of 6 Key Swing States.

Another poll has found Donald Trump dominating Joe Biden in five of the six key swing states, building on the resounding lead the former President has over the incumbent President with less than 12 months before the 2024 presidential election.

The survey, conducted by Emerson College, shows Donald Trump leading in Arizona with 43 points compared to Biden at 41, Georgia with 47 points compared to Biden’s 40, Nevada at 46 points compared to a miserly 39 for Biden, Pennsylvania at 46 points compared to 43, and Wisconsin with 44 to 43. Minnesota is the only exception, with Biden polling at 43 points compared to Trump’s 41.

Nearly half of Trump supporters – 44 percent – told pollsters their main priority going into the election next year was inflation, followed by the economy and jobs at 27 percent. Democrats are more divided, however, with 21 percent answering inflation, 16 percent threats to democracy, ten percent healthcare, and nine percent for abortion access, the environment, and gun control.

“Biden is generally underperforming his 2020 support with voters under 30, whereas Trump has locked in his support with middle-aged voters,” stated Executive Director of Emerson College Polling Spencer Kimball.

Emerson College’s results almost mirror those published by The New York Times/Siena College last week, which found that Trump would receive more than 300 Electoral College votes – way above the necessary 270 – if the results remain the same next year.

Elise Stefanik Files Judicial Complaint Against Judge Engoron for Anti-Trump Bias.

Representative Elise Stefanik, Chairwoman of the House Republican Conference, has filed an official judicial complaint against Judge Arthur Engoron, the Democrat donor judge overseeing Donald Trump’s civil fraud trial in New York. She accuses Engoron of “inappropriate bias and judicial intemperance in New York’s disgraceful lawsuit” against the former president and his business empire.

“This judge’s bizarre behavior has no place in our judicial system,” Rep. Stefanik wrote in her complaint to the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct, which she shared on X (formerly Twitter).

The Congresswoman highlighted incidents including Engoron’s statement in February 2022 that Trump was not being singled out by New York Attorney General Letitia James but is “just a bad guy,” and his recent courtroom tirades against the former president and his counsel, respectively, that “we are not here to listen to what you have to say” and “I am not here to hear what he has to say.”

Stefanik also questioned the judge’s donations to the Democrats, and the donations of his staff to the Democrats, alleging they broke judicial rules. She also said a gag order Engoron imposed on Trump to prevent commentary on his law clerk’s political bias is unlawful.

“To gag a defendant is un-American. It’s an illegal prior restraint on the defendant’s First Amendment rights, which even the progressive ACLU felt compelled to acknowledge,” Stefanik stressed.

23,000 Earthquakes in Just Weeks Raise Fears of Volcanic Eruption.

Iceland has recorded thousands of earthquakes, localized in the Reykjanes Peninsula, in recent days, with the Nordic country evacuating its famous Blue Lagoon geothermal spa amid fears of a possible volcanic eruption.

The effects of the recent earthquakes were felt as far as Borgarnes town, 51 kilometers (~32 miles) away from the peninsula. The Icelandic Meteorological Office (IMO) has documented more than 23,000 tremors since October, including an earthquake of magnitude 5.0 on November 2nd, the largest spike in activity since tremors began.

The Reykjanes Peninsula laid dormant for an estimated 800 years before an eruption in 2021. There are around 130 volcanoes across the island nation, most of which are active.

The country’s weather service says it is monitoring the situation, somewhat downplaying the activity by noting “the seismic activity… is an example of this episodic seismic activity that can be expected while magma accumulation is in progress,” and that larger earthquakes “[do] not necessarily mean an increased rate of magma accumulation.”

Trump Reacts to Manchin’s Refusal to Seek Re-Election.

Sen. Joe Manchin, the Democrat from West Virginia, made public on Thursday his decision not to pursue re-election to the U.S. Senate. In a video shared online, he stated, “After months of deliberation and long conversation with my family, I believe in my heart of hearts that I’ve accomplished what I set out to do for West Virginia.” Acknowledging the frequent contention his cross-aisle collaborations have invited, Sen. Manchin expressed his continued belief in the importance of unity and bipartisanship.

Further shedding light on future plans, Sen. Manchin announced his intention to travel across the nation to assess the potential for a “movement to mobilize the middle and bring Americans together.” This statement has sparked speculation about a possible independent or third-party bid for the presidency. He emphasized the need for overcoming the increasing divide between Democrats and Republicans, claiming that Americans are weary of persistent partisanship.

Recognized by a non-profit organization as the most bipartisan member of the Senate, Sen. Manchin has often had a strained relationship with his party, contributing to conjectures of him considering independent politics. This speculation was given further traction when he attended a “No Labels” event in New Hampshire this summer. Although Manchin quelled immediate concerning about third-party aspirations at the time, he stated he “never ruled out anything or [ruled] in anything.”

Former President Donald Trump reacted to the news on his Truth Social feed, stating: “Because I Endorsed Big Jim Justice of West Virginia for the U.S. Senate, and he has taken a commanding lead, Democrat Joe Manchin has decided not to seek re-election. Looking good for Big Jim!”

Bannon Appeals 4 Month Prison Term.

Former White House Chief Strategist and Senior Counsel to Donald Trump Steve Bannon‘s legal team are appearing in the Washington D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals on Thursday in an effort to overturn his four-month prison sentence after he refused to cooperate  with the House January 6 committee last year.

“The lower court erred by prohibiting Mr. Bannon from putting his defenses before the jury in this case, in violation of his rights under the 5th and 6th Amendments to the United States Constitution,” argued Bannon’s attorney, David Schoen, in a court brief earlier this year.

“Bannon was barred from putting on any evidence or argument that he believed he responded to the subpoena in the only way the law permitted once executive privilege was invoked, and that he acted in the manner his experienced lawyer directed him that he had to act as a matter of law,” Schoen further explained.

Bannon, the host of Bannon’s War Room, was handed a four-month prison sentence as well as a $6,500 fine in October 2022. Despite this, he continues to argue he should have been permitted executive privilege and other defenses before the trial’s jury. He further insists on his innocence because he relied on his attorney’s advice as well as legal opinions from within the Department of Justice.

His legal team will appear before a panel of three justices. Oral argument is scheduled for 2 p.m., with both Bannon and the prosecution allotted ten minutes.

Catholic Church Allows Trannies To Be Baptized.

The Vatican announced that transgender people can be baptized in the Catholic Church, witnesses at religious weddings, and become godparents on Wednesday, representing the continued liberalization of the Christian denomination under Pope Francis‘s premiership.

The decision, approved by the Pontiff on October 31, was announced in response to six questions sent to the Vatican by Brazilian Bishop Jose Negri of Santo Amaro, who sought clarification regarding LGBT involvement in the church.

“A transgender person, even if they have undergone hormone therapy and sex-reassignment surgery, can receive baptism under the same conditions as other faithful, if there are no situations in which there is a risk of generating a public scandal or disorientation among the faithful,” the Vatican stated.

However, priests may refuse to baptize a transgender person if “there is a danger of scandal, undue legitimisation or disorientation in the educational sphere of the church community.”

The church also now permits gay people to be witnesses at Catholic weddings but does not allow them to be godparents to baptized children.

The announcement comes soon after Pope Francis suggested he was open to blessing same-sex relationships on a case-by-case basis last month.

DOJ Busts Sex-Ring Frequented by Politicians, Military, & Pharma Execs.

The Department of Justice (DOJ) has arrested three men for running “sophisticated high-end brothels” servicing customers including “elected officials, high tech and pharmaceutical executives, doctors, military officers, government contractors that possess security clearances, professors, attorneys, scientists and accountants, among others.”

Per the DOJ, “[i]nterested sex buyers were allegedly required to provide employer information and references before booking appointments,” raising the possibility that the network was being utilized to gain “kompromat” on U.S. officials.

Han ‘Hana’ Lee, 41, and Junmyung Lee, 30, both of Massachusetts, and James Lee, 68, of California, have been charged with conspiracy to coerce and entice to travel to engage in illegal sexual activity for operating the brothels in greater Boston and eastern Virginia.

The network appears to have been highly lucrative, with rent for the locations it used running as high as $3,664 per month, and prostitutes being trafficked primarily from Asia.

The network’s so-called “verification process” for so-called “sex buyers,” required customers to “complete a form providing their full names, email address, phone number, employer and reference if they had one.”

None of the alleged “sex buyers” have had their identities disclosed as of the time of publication, however, despite many being high-status individuals with roles in government and access to sensitive information.
