WATCH: AOC Staffer Assaults Reporter, Then She Lies on Camera About It.

A staffer for Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) repeatedly put his hands on and shoved independent journalist Nick Sortor as he tried to question the Democrat lawmaker on a woman being set on fire by a Guatemalan national who had entered the country illegally. Despite knowing the interaction is being filmed, Ocasio-Cortez proceeds to flagrantly lie on camera, claiming it was Sortor who “touched” her.

The interaction begins with the New York Congresswoman sarcastically waving in Sortor’s face and escalates from there. Subsequently, Ocasio-Cortez slips through a doorway in the basement of a Capitol office building. Her staffer attempts to block the independent journalist from continuing forward by stopping in the door frame. “Don’t touch me,” Sortor is heard saying on the video as the staffer collides with him.

“Hey, hey, hey, the stairs are slippery here,” Ocasio-Cortez’s staffer insists as they begin ascending steps to a second level, adding, “Watch yourself, buddy.”

At this point, Sortor is shoved against the wall towards the top of the steps. Consequently, he can heard shouting: “Dude, f***ing get your hands off me.” The staffer again insists: “You’re going to fall down the stairs, man!”

The video shows the two struggling briefly at the bottom of a second set of stairs, with Sortor again demanding the staffer stop touching him. As Ocasio-Cortez, her staffer, and Sortor reach the top of the second set of stairs, the Democratic Congresswoman puts her hand in Sortor’s face. She insists that he stop touching her—despite the video never showing any contact between the two. Her staffer then proceeds to forcefully shove Sorter away while the independent journalist exclaims, “Get off of me! What is wrong with you?”

Meanwhile, Ocasio-Cortez never does provide comment on the gruesome subway burning or the New York City migrant crisis.

Congressman Found in Dementia Care After Being Missing for Months.

Texas Republican Congresswoman Kay Granger, who has been absent from voting for the past six months, was recently found to be residing in a dementia care facility.

The 81-year-old, who was about to conclude nearly three decades in the House, reportedly has been living at a nursing home that charges $4,000 monthly. An investigation by the Dallas Express discovered her at the facility after she was found disoriented in her neighborhood.

This revelation has spurred widespread debate regarding the capability of older politicians to effectively serve amidst a broader scrutiny of America’s aging political leadership.

Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla, advocated on social media for cognitive assessments for elected officials. Commentator Meghan McCain expressed dismay over the lack of media coverage regarding Granger’s prolonged absence. Concerns similarly focus on other senior politicians, including Mitch McConnell, 82, and Nancy Pelosi, who have encountered health challenges.

Political consultant Ryan Girdusky indicated awareness of Granger’s condition among insiders.

On Sunday, Granger’s congressional office released a statement saying, “Kay Granger is not in Memory Care,” with a statement attributed to Granger herself claiming, “As many of my family, friends, and colleagues have known, I have been navigating some unforeseen health challenges over the past year.”

She accepted her “health challenges have progressed making frequent travel to Washington both difficult and unpredictable.”

The investigation gained momentum when Dallas Express reporter Carlos Turcios noted a lack of response from Granger’s office. Local GOP Chair Bo French commented on the significance of her absence given the congressional votes occurring, describing it as disenfranchising her constituents, who number around two million.

Granger is about to end her term in Congress, with Texas House Member Craig Goldman set to take over. Granger, until April this year, chaired the powerful House Appropriations Committee.

One in Five Tory Voters Defect to Nigel Farage’s Reform Party: Poll.

Polling suggests that more and more Conservative (Tory) Party voters are ready to back Brexit leader Nigel Farage and his populist Reform Party, with one in five Tories defecting. A Techne UK poll has highlighted the shift among voters.

The Conservative Party, led by Nigeria-raised Kemi Badenoch, has seen a slight increase in support, reaching 26 percent in the last week—just 1 percent behind the ruling Labour Party, which holds steady at 27 percent. However, 22 percent of voters who previously backed the Conservatives in the July election have now switched allegiance to Farage’s Reform Party.

Reform concludes the year with a 21 percent support level, showing a competitive position as it draws votes from the Tories. Previous polls have shown the party ahead of Labour.

Another key finding in the latest poll is that Reform holds a lead among voters who chose to leave the European Union (EU) in the 2016 Brexit referendum, capturing 38 percent compared to the Conservatives’ 36 percent.

Farage and Reform have also attracted attention from businessmen in recent weeks, including billionaire Nick Candy. Candy recently announced he will donate a seven-figure sum to Reform and become the party’s treasurer in the new year.

Tech mogul Elon Musk has also expressed interest in and support for Reform, meeting with Farage and Candy at President-elect Donald J. Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Florida, this month.

In response, Labour Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer has threatened to change political finance rules to prevent Musk from financially supporting Farage.

How a Luxury Hotel Lined Nancy & Paul Pelosi’s Pockets with COVID Cash.

A Napa Valley, California luxury hotel that has for decades failed to turn much of a profit turned into a major windfall generator for former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and her husband, Paul, thanks to COVID-19 pandemic emergency relief programs. The Auberge du Soleil hotel, which the Pelosis own a significant stake in, received a $9 million U.S. taxpayer-funded bailout during the pandemic, according to RealClearInvestigations.

The COVID relief money disbursed to Auberge du Soleil corresponds with a 2021 ethics report in which former Speaker Pelosi reported that her family’s income generated from their stake in the hotel jumped from $1 million to $5 million. In most years, Auberge du Soleil has reported losses ranging in the tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of dollars.

In addition to the Auberge du Soleil, several other hotels and restaurants owned by Paul and Nancy Pelosi were recipients of taxpayer dollars through various pandemic relief programs, resulting in a $28 million windfall overall for the family. While other lawmakers also benefited from pandemic aid granted to their private businesses, the scale of the Pelosi family’s profit stands alone. The fact that the former Democrat House Speaker was one of the key negotiators in securing the passage of around $5.5 trillion in pandemic aid raises serious ethical questions regarding the level of profits she and her husband were able to draw from it.

The National Pulse previously reported that Nancy Pelosi’s net worth has hit a new record high, reaching upwards of $272 million—an exponential increase from her reported wealth just a decade ago. The 84-year-old Democrat and her husband have been prolific stock traders throughout 2024, with a reported trade volume of $137.48 million on just 171 trades.

Depraved Porn Giant Pulls Out of This American State.

Pornhub is set to block Florida residents from accessing its website, which hosts adult content, starting on January 1, 2025, when recently adopted age verification requirements in the state take effect. In March, Governor Ron DeSantis (R-FL) signed into law a mandate requiring pornographic websites to use third-party technology to anonymously verify an individual’s age before they are allowed to access adult content. The legislation is part of a broader effort to protect minors from explicit online content, requiring users to confirm they are over 18 before entering such sites.

An informational popup on Pornhub notified users in Florida this week about the impending restriction, attributing the change to the new statute. Pornhub criticized the measure, suggesting it jeopardizes privacy without effectively barring minors. However, anti-trafficking advocate Laila Mickelwait disputed this stance, pointing out ongoing concerns regarding Pornhub’s data practices, including a class-action lawsuit over alleged user data exploitation.

The Florida legislation is part of a broader trend, with similar laws causing Pornhub to cease operations in several states like Indiana, Idaho, and Kansas. These laws typically receive bipartisan support. A notable example is Arkansas, where both Republican and Democratic legislators unanimously supported age-verification measures.

Support for such legislation is high, with an RMG Research poll indicating that 83 percent of American voters favor federal age verification for online pornography access.

CatholicVote President Brian Burch—named on Friday by President-elect Donald J. Trump as the next Ambassador to the Holy See—emphasized Pornhub’s campaign against age-verification laws demonstrates their effectiveness. “We urge every state legislature in the country to take immediate action to protect children from accessing obscene and dangerous pornography,” Burch contends, noting: “We require age verification to smoke, to gamble, and to drink alcohol. Surely we can protect our kids from this monstrous industry.”

New Epstein-Linked UK Ambassador to USA Called Trump ‘Danger to the World.’

The United Kingdom‘s new ambassador to the United States has referred to President-elect Donald J. Trump as a “danger to the world” and claimed he was “little short of a white nationalist and a racist.” Lord Peter Mandelson, a three-time government minister for the far-left Labour Party under Tony Blair and Gordon Brown, was announced this week as Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer‘s pick for US ambassador.

The infamous globalist, closely linked to pedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein, has not been shy about his views on President-elect Trump in the past, criticizing the previous Conservative government for even trying to develop relations with the America First leader during his first term in office. He once stated that Trump should “never be viewed by people in Britain as a true embodiment of or spokesman for our values.”

“What Donald Trump represents and believes is anathema to mainstream British opinion, and the idea that as a result of Brexit, we have to kowtow to an American president who holds those views will outrage people in Britain,” he claimed.

In 2018, he wrote an opinion piece stating it was “necessary to recognize Mr. Trump’s behavior for what it is: he is a bully and a mercantilist who thinks the U.S. will gain in trade only when others are losing.”

Lord Mandelson, who had to resign from Blair’s government in disgrace, is one of several prominent Labour Party politicians who have expressed disdain for Trump in recent years. For instance, Foreign Secretary David Lammy once called Trump a “neo-Nazi sympathizing sociopath” and a  “tyrant.” Earlier this year, he refused to apologize for the comments but did praise Trump for arming Ukraine during his first term.

Members of the Labour Party even tried to cancel Trump’s state visit to the United Kingdom in 2019, claiming he promoted misogyny and xenophobia.

House Govt Funding Fight Unravels, What Happens Next?

Last night, a group of 38 House Republicans voted against a continuing resolution (CR) backed by President-elect Donald J. Trump, which cut the entirety of the extraneous add-ons from the first bill but did include several provisions for much-needed disaster relief for the victims of several recent hurricanes and healthcare extenders. Despite the compromise—a big win for conservative House members, with the bill shrinking from over 1,500 pages in its first iteration to just 116 pages in the second version—the CR again failed under a suspension vote, putting Congress back at square one on Friday morning. There are now just over 12 hours left until a partial government shutdown at 12:01 AM on Saturday morning.

Following the defeat of the second continuing resolution, Trump upped his ask of a two-year debt ceiling suspension to a four-year suspension. “Congress must get rid of, or extend out to, perhaps, 2029, the ridiculous Debt Ceiling,” he wrote on Truth Social early Friday morning. “Without this, we should never make a deal. Remember, the pressure is on whoever is President.”

Just hours later, though, the President-elect added in a second post: “If there is going to be a shutdown of government, let it begin now, under the Biden Administration, not after January 20th, under ‘TRUMP.’ This is a Biden problem to solve, but if Republicans can help solve it, they will!”

FREEDOM CAUCUS REVOLT.

At the center of the chaos is a group of House Freedom Caucus members who do not appear to have the appetite to vote for any continuing resolution—including one that delivers a win for the Republican Party. They appear to be led by Representatives Chip Roy (R-TX), Thomas Massie (R-KY), Andy Biggs (R-AZ), Bob Good (R-VA), Rich McCormick (R-GA), Ralph Norman (R-SC), and Matt Rosendale (R-MT).

Roy and Massie suggested they are unafraid of primary challenges for defying the Trump-backed CR. “It’s real for some people, but Chip Roy can survive it. I can survive it,” Rep. Massie told POLITICO after Trump slammed Roy on Truth Social. He added: “It’ll move the needle 20 points in a race. But if you were going to win 80-20 percent you can be okay.”

Unfortunately, as the fight drags out, it increasingly becomes a concern that House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) and his leadership team will get jammed with an unfavorable spending bill sent down by the Senate.

The other path House leadership could take would be cutting a deal with Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY), which would result in a continuing resolution somewhere between the 1,500-page first version and the 116-page second version—a strategic loss for conservatives watching to reduce spending.

Far-Left UK PM Vows to Change Donor Rules Now Musk May Fund Farage.

Britain’s Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer has vowed to modify campaign finance rules after tech billionaire Elon Musk expressed an interest in Nigel Farage’s Reform Party. Starmer’s spokesman said the ruling Labour Party government is committed to “strengthening the rules” around foreign nationals funding British political parties to “protect democracy.”

“The Electoral Commission has said voters should have confidence in the integrity of elections. Part of that is around strengthening the rules on donations, and that is why the government has committed to that in the manifesto,” the spokesman said.

Currently, British political parties may only receive donations from British nationals on the electoral register or from companies registered in the United Kingdom. British politics has seen its fair share of foreign money, including large donations from Hungarian-American billionaire George Soros to far-left NGOs and anti-Brexit activist groups—but only now, when Farage may be in line to receive funding rather than establishment parties and causes, is Labour keen to take action.

Farage met with tech billionaire Elon Musk, a critic of Starmer, at President-elect Donald J. Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate in West Palm Beach, Florida, on Monday, December 16. The Brexit leader was joined by British billionaire Nick Candy, who is set to serve as Reform Party’s treasurer in the new year.

“We had a great meeting with Elon Musk for an hour yesterday. We learned a great deal about the Trump ground game and will have ongoing discussions on other areas,” the pair said in a statement following the meeting with Musk.

Prime Minister Starmer has personally accepted multiple donations from wealthy Labour Party businessman Lord Ali, born to migrant parents. The donations include tens of thousands of dollars worth of clothes, eyeglasses, and other items, earning him the nickname “Free Gear Keir.”

White House Staffers Knew of Biden’s Mental Decline from Start of His Term.

White House staffers and advisers to President Joe Biden were well aware of his mental decline for years, with staffers noting he had “good and bad days” as early as the spring of 2021. An investigation by the Wall Street Journal claims that in the spring of 2021, just months after Biden took office, a national security official rescheduled a meeting, telling another aide that Biden was having a “bad day.”

The report also notes how isolated Biden was in the White House as staffers limited their time with him during the COVID-19 pandemic, allegedly to make it less likely he would catch the virus.

Even after the pandemic, Biden’s inner circle remained small, and interactions between Biden and his cabinet were incredibly infrequent. One cabinet member claimed to have met Biden only twice in his first year in office.

Another cabinet member allegedly stopped trying to request calls with Biden, believing the requests were unwelcome. During his tenure, Biden held just nine full cabinet meetings compared to President-elect Donald J. Trump, who held 25.

During the presidential campaign earlier this year, Biden reportedly declined even further, needing to be told basic instructions by staffers, such as where to enter or exit the stage during events.

Since President-elect Trump’s victory over Kamala Harris in November, Biden has been largely absent from the public eye. Trump has almost entirely taken over as President in the public eye.

Trump traveled to Paris, France, earlier this month after being invited by President Emmanuel Macron to attend the re-opening of Notre Dame Cathedral. President Biden declined to attend, with his wife, Jill Biden, attending instead.

President Trump also attended the annual Army-Navy football game last week, receiving a huge applause from service members.

Thousands of Amazon Workers on Strike with Backing of the Teamsters.

Thousands of package delivery workers affiliated with seven Amazon facilities nationwide began strike actions on Thursday morning with backing from the International Brotherhood of Teamsters. While the union reported widespread participation, the exact number of employees involved remains unclear.

Despite the strike, Amazon stated its distribution centers are expected to maintain regular operations. However, striking workers have been able to disrupt the departure of delivery trucks. At a New York Amazon facility, trucks have only been allowed to leave every ten to 15 minutes.

The striking workers are employed by third-party companies contracted by Amazon for package deliveries. Amazon’s stance is that it is not required to engage in collective bargaining with these drivers, as they are not direct employees of the company. However, both the union and the participating workers argue that Amazon influences their working conditions sufficiently to necessitate negotiations.

The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) has undertaken investigations into these labor disputes. At least one complaint has been issued by the NLRB, designating the drivers as Amazon employees and alleging the company’s non-compliance with bargaining obligations is a legal violation.

Meanwhile, Amazon’s refusal to engage directly with workers echoes broader challenges within the gig economy, where worker classification has become a contentious issue.

Data shows that Teamsters members overwhelmingly backed President-elect Donald J. Trump during the 2024 presidential election. Trump’s incoming Department of Labor (DOL) could significantly impact the relations between the Teamsters and Amazon in the future.

Meanwhile, the massive online retailer faces other headwinds that could radically change its business. Amazon is currently fighting a federal antitrust lawsuit brought by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and several state and local lawsuits as well.
