New Two-Tier Sentencing Guidelines Go Easy on Everyone Except White Male Christians.

The Sentencing Council for England and Wales has introduced “two-tier” guidelines for judges, instructing them to grant favorable treatment to “female” defendants and anyone “from an ethnic minority, cultural minority, and/or faith minority community”—that is, virtually anyone who is not a white, male Christian. The guidance, effective from April, specifies that courts should typically require a pre-sentence report before sentencing women, individuals from ethnic, cultural, or faith minorities, as well as other groups, such as young adults aged 18 to 25, people claiming to be transgender, and the disabled.

The Sentencing Council, sponsored by the Ministry of Justice, emphasized the “critical role” of pre-sentence reports in determining whether or not a defendant should be imprisoned. Shadow Justice Secretary Robert Jenrick, of the notionally right-wing Conservative Party, challenged the policy in Parliament, stating, “The new sentencing guidelines… will make a custodial sentence less likely for those ‘from an ethnic minority, cultural minority, and/or faith minority community.’ Why is the Justice Secretary enshrining this double standard, this two-tier approach to sentencing? It is an inversion of the rule of law. Conservative Members [of Parliament] believe in equality under the law; why does she not?”

Labour’s Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer is already accused of presiding over “two-tier” policing, with anti-immigration protesters facing a draconian crackdown after white girls were killed en masse by a black knifeman in the town of Southport, while Muslim counter-demonstrators were allowed to run amok.

Justice Secretary Shabana Mahmood, who is of Pakistani descent and was raised partly in Saudi Arabia, claims that there “will never be a two-tier sentencing approach under my watch or under this Labour Government.” She subsequently said she had written to the Sentencing Council requesting the language be removed. However, Jenrick accused her of playing “dumb,” insisting her representative to the council had not objected to the language when it was first proposed.

In any case, two-tier sentencing already exists in England, with the courts having ruled predators who target South Asian girls should be punished more severely than predators who target white girls, as white girls suffer less, in 2015—under the Conservatives. Then, in 2018, the Judicial College issued guidance for trainee judges stating explicitly that “True equal treatment may not… always mean treating everyone in the same way” when it comes to race, noting that “in order to treat some persons equally, we must treat them differently”—i.e., grant favorable treatment to ethnic and religious minorities.

King Charles’s Popularity Hits New Low.

According to a recent YouGov survey, King Charles III‘s approval rating has reached its lowest point since he acceded to the throne. The poll revealed that 59 percent of the British public still views the King positively, but 34 percent view him unfavorably.

This figure represents a decline from his net score in December and is the lowest rating YouGov has reported since Charles III became King.

The survey highlights generational differences in how Britons view the King. Among 18-to 24-year-olds, 50 percent of respondents have a negative view of King Charles, with only 33 percent expressing support. Conversely, in the over-65s demographic, 75 percent hold a favorable opinion.

King Charles’s approval is consistent with that of the monarchy as a whole and the Royal Family. However, he trails behind Prince William and his wife, who are the most popular royals.

The King has appeared sympathetic to Ukraine recently, which seems to have earned him some praise among the media after he met with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky last weekend. Some Royal Warrants to companies, which allow them to provide goods and services to the royal household, have also been removed after pressure from Ukrainian activists in recent months. The activists argued that the companies continued to operate in Russia despite the war.

Certain “woke” stunts by the King appear to be angering the conservative Britons most likely to support the monarchy as a traditional institution, however, such as making a show of packing dates for Muslims as Ramadan treats on social media.

English Channel Migrant Crossings Surge, Nearly 600 Arrivals in One Day.

Over the weekend, small boat migrant arrivals in the United Kingdom reached a new daily peak for the year, with nearly 600 migrants recorded crossing the English Channel from France and landing on British shores. According to data released by the Home Office—the British equivalent of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security—on Monday, 592 migrants arrived in Britain, aboard 11 vessels. This marks the highest single-day influx so far in 2025 bringing the cumulative number of arrivals so far this year to 2,716.

Previously, the largest daily count was 260 arrivals, observed on January 13. The current year-to-date figures reflect a 20 percent rise compared to the same period last year, which saw 2,255 crossings.

With improving weather and sea conditions, officials anticipate a further rise in crossings. Over the past week, 823 individuals have sailed from France to England. On March 1, one boat carrying 68 migrants landed, and on February 25, 163 people arrived on three separate boats.

French authorities issued a statement regarding rescue efforts conducted overnight between March 1 and March 2. Assistance was requested by migrants on several vessels, including two individuals from one boat suspected of suffering from hypothermia.

In efforts to deter illegal crossings, the Home Office has announced new legislation. Investigators will have the authority to confiscate mobile phones from suspected traffickers, endangering lives at sea will become a criminal offense, and those involved in the distribution or handling of vessel parts potentially used in Channel crossings could face up to 14 years of imprisonment. However, one of the current Labour government’s first acts was to scrap plans to deport boat migrants to a third safe country, namely Rwanda, removing a potentially potent deterrent.

Since Prime Minister Keir Starmer took office, a total of 25,958 crossings have been logged.

Trump Compares Britain to China Over Demand to Weaken iCloud Privacy.

President Donald J. Trump has compared the United Kingdom to Communist China over demands made by their leftist government that Apple weaken its iCloud encryption and allow the state to spy on users worldwide. Trump criticized Labour Party Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer, saying, “We actually told [Starmer] … that’s incredible. That’s something, you know, that you hear about with China.”

The British government demanded that Apple allow them a backdoor to get around Apple’s Advanced Data Protection system in iCloud, an optional way for users to encrypt their data. Instead of complying, Apple removed the feature for users within the United Kingdom.

Many in America have expressed concern over the request, as it would, in theory, allow the British authorities to spy on users both within the Britain and across the globe, including Americans. Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard stated that the British demand was an “egregious violation” of privacy and said intelligence and legal teams were investigating the policy and its possible impact in the U.S.

The British demand comes as many into the United Kingdom are being arrested for speech crimes online, including those who expressed support for last year’s anti-mass migration protests and riots. The British authorities have also arrested citizens who have merely prayed silently in their heads near abortion clinics, raising questions about religious freedom.

BBC Forced to Apologize for Pro-Hamas Documentary Narrated by Son of Terrorist Group Leader.

The British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) is admitting a documentary on Gaza it aired was narrated by the son of a senior leader in the Hamas terrorist group, which perpetrated the barbaric October 7 terrorist attacks against Israel. Gaza: How To Survive A Warzone is narrated by Abdullah al-Yazouri, the son of Hamas’s Deputy Agriculture Minister Ayman al-Yazouri. It cost the BBC over £400,000 (~$503,000) to develop and was produced by Hoyo Films.

“BBC News has conducted an initial review on the programme ‘Gaza: How To Survive A Warzone’. Today the BBC Board was updated on that work. It has identified serious flaws in the making of this programme,” the public broadcaster said in a statement. “Some of these were made by the production company, and some by the BBC; all of them are unacceptable. BBC News takes full responsibility for these and the impact that these have had on the Corporation’s reputation. We apologise for this.”

According to the BBC, Abdullah al-Yazouri was paid a modest sum by Hoyo Films for his narration, though they insist that neither Hamas nor any other terrorist group profited from the production. Additionally, the BBC has pledged to “undertake a full audit of expenditure” for the film.

Shortly after the deadly October 7, 2023 terrorist attacks, the BBC was forced to remove six of its reporters over their pro-Hamas social media posts. BBC News Arabic reporters, including those reporting out of Egypt and Lebanon, appeared to back the Hamas terrorist group or criticize the Jewish state in posts they either tweeted or liked. One reporter liked a message that appeared to describe Hamas terrorists as “freedom fighters.”

UK Deportations Increase, But Overall Returns Remain Low.

British deportations have reached a six-year high—but this amounts to fewer than 9,000 people overall, and an increase in illegal immigration is substantially outpacing it. A total of 8,164 foreigners faced enforced returns last year, marking a 28 percent increase compared to the previous year. This figure represents the highest annual count since 2018, which saw 9,236 deportations.

Britain’s Home Office—roughly equivalent to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security—categorizes returns into three types: enforced returns managed directly by the agency, voluntary returns where individuals leave of their own volition, often with assistance, and port returns for those denied entry near the border. Last year, voluntary returns peaked at 25,186—the highest since 2016—while port returns saw a slight decline from the previous year to 23,009.

Four nationalities comprised nearly two-thirds of enforced returns in 2024, with Albanians leading at 32 percent, followed by Romanians, Brazilians, and Poles. Albanians make up a large percentage of those coming to Britain by boat from France.

The total number of illegals living in the United Kingdom was estimated to be as high as 1.2 million in 2017, with a study released last year suggesting that the country has the most illegal immigrants of any European country.

‘Trust in Allah’ Signs Blanket London as King Charles Hands Out Ramadan Treats.

Public lampposts in London, England, governed by Muslim Mayor Sadiq Khan, have been festooned with banners instructing viewers to ‘Trust in Allah’ and ‘Give Zakat’—a form of charitable donation mandated by Islam. The banners were produced by Islamic Relief, an Islamic charity likely hoping to benefit financially from such Zakat donations.

Images of the Islamic Relief banners went viral on social media after being flagged by Shahar Ali of the far-left Green Party, who argued, “These are public lampposts & public sphere must remain secular, without fear or favour to any particular religion or lack of faith.” Social conservatives agreed the banners were inappropriate but for different reasons, with Anglican minister Calvin Robinson arguing, “The United Kingdom is not a secular state. It is a Christian country… I have a problem with this level of religious advertising [because it] should be distinctly Christian in nature.”

Adding another layer of controversy to the situation, Islamic Relief has received millions of pounds in taxpayer funding through government grants and contracts in recent years. This is despite the fact the charity and its worldwide branches are frequently mired in controversy, with the U.S. State Department cutting ties in 2020 over the “anti-Semitism exhibited repeatedly by [its] leadership” and the German government accusing it of “significant connections” to the Muslim Brotherhood the same year.

In another sign of Islam’s growing influence over Britain’s national life, King Charles III and his wife, Queen Camilla, shared a video of themselves packing dates to be sent to Muslims as special treats during Ramadan, which they described as a “holy month” despite the King’s status as the Supreme Governor of the Church of England and his Coronation Oath to “maintain the Laws of God and the true profession of the Gospel” and “to the utmost of my power maintain in the United Kingdom the Protestant Reformed Religion established by law.”

Other forms of Islamic appeasement are more sinister, with a man who was stabbed by a Muslim man and kicked by a passing Muslim delivery driver during a Koran-burning demonstration in London being charged with religiously motivated harassment in recent weeks.

WATCH: Vance Calls Out UK PM for ‘Infringements on Free Speech’ to His Face.

Vice President J.D. Vance has called out Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer for the “infringements on free speech” in the United Kingdom to his face, as he pledged he would do in an exclusive interview with Raheem Kassam, Editor-in-Chief of The National Pulse, earlier this month.

“[W]e… know that there have been infringements of free speech that actually affect not just the British—of course, what the British do in their own country is up to them—but also affect American technology companies and by extension American citizens, so that is something that we’ll talk about today at lunch,” the Vice President said at a media event alongside Starmer and President Donald J. Trump.

“We’ve had free speech for a very, very long time in, in, the United Kingdom, and, uh, uh, it will last for a very, very long time,” Starmer stammers in response. “Certainly, we wouldn’t wanna reach across U.S. citizens, and we don’t, and that’s absolutely right,” he adds.

Britain does not, in fact, have free speech, with British citizens regularly being arrested, charged, and sometimes imprisoned for various speech crimes. These include sending “grossly offensive” messages and, in at least one case, simply sharing “a social media post containing inaccurate information.”

The country’s previous Conservative Party government explicitly rejected a petition for a Free Speech Act abolishing “hate speech” laws and bestowing First Amendment-style protections on British citizens, claiming that “The Government is committed to upholding free speech [but] this freedom cannot be an excuse to cause harm or spread hatred.”

Britons’ theoretical right to free speech is based on the European Convention on Human Rights. Article 10 of the Convention bestows a theoretical right to “freedom of expression” but notes that this right can be abridged “in the interests of national security, territorial integrity or public safety, for the prevention of disorder or crime, for the protection of health or morals, for the protection of the reputation or rights of others, for preventing the disclosure of information received in confidence, or for maintaining the authority and impartiality of the judiciary.”

Contrary to Starmer’s claim that British speech restrictions do not extend to American citizens, England’s Director of Public Prosecutions, Stephen Parkinson, threatened to try to extradite foreign nationals for online speech crimes in 2024.

Rape Gang Hotspot Receives ‘Town of Culture’ Award.

Rochdale, a hotspot for Britain’s predominantly Muslim, Pakistani-heritage “grooming” gangs, comprised of pedophiles drugging, raping, pimping, and—occasionally—killing mostly white working-class victims, has been named Greater Manchester’s ‘Town of Culture’ for 2025 and 2026 by Greater Manchester Mayor Andy Burnham, of the far-left Labour Party.

The award was announced in the House of Commons by Paul Waugh, the Labour Member of Parliament (MP) for Rochdale, and welcomed by Leader of the House of Commons Lucy Powell on behalf of Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer‘s Labour government. “It’s got a fantastic cultural heritage,” Powell said of Rochdale.

Along with Rotherham, Rochdale is the most infamous rape gang epicenter in Britain, being one of the first locations where the scandal emerged into full view. Thousands of girls were abused by the gangs across the country over several decades, with the authorities, including police and child protective services, turning a blind eye to them due to a combination of contempt for the victims and fear of being accused of racism by the perpetrators. However, until the beginning of 2025, no public officials or former public officials were charged with misconduct in public office over any of the scandals, despite multiple official inquiries finding “institutional” failings.

Rochdale’s ‘Town of Culture’ status is not the first slap in the face to rape gang victims, with Rotherham previously being shortlisted for a ‘Social Worker of the Year’ award, despite the town’s social workers being heavily implicated in grooming gang failures.

British Foreign Sec. Confirms Trump CAN Veto Surrender of Strategic Island Base.

British Foreign Secretary David Lammy has confirmed that U.S. President Donald J. Trump can veto the British government’s plans to hand the British Indian Ocean Territory, or Chagos Islands, to Mauritius. The islands include Diego Garcia, home to a strategic U.S. base, and the proposal to transfer sovereignty to China-aligned Mauritius has proved highly contentious.

“On a military level and an intelligence level, we’re very intertwined with the United States,” Lammy told the British media, noting there have been changes of government in both Mauritius and the U.S. since his government, led by Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer, was first struck in 2024. “If President Trump doesn’t like the deal, the deal will not go forward, and the reason for that is we have a shared military and intelligence interest with the United States, and of course they’ve got to be happy with the deal, or there is no deal,” he added.

The Chagos deal has proved highly contentious in Britain, with the far-left Labour government agreeing to transfer the islands to Mauritius in deference to a non-binding International Court of Justice (ICJ) ruling. Britain would have paid Mauritius billions of pounds—not the other way around—to facilitate this transfer in exchange for a fragile 99-year lease for the Diego Garcia base. However, Mauritius could have rendered the base fairly redundant by leasing one of the other islands to China.

Moreover, the native Chagossians—relocated from their islands to make way for the base in the 1960s and ’70s—oppose the transfer to Mauritius, which is over 1,300 miles away, with little real connection to Chagos beyond the fact they were part of the same colony administratively under the British Empire.

The anti-British Empire Attorney General who negotiated the one-sided deal with Mauritius and the Mauritian negotiator are both friends and political supporters of Prime Minister Starmer, raising doubts about its incredibly disadvantageous terms.

Deferring to Trump on the question of the Chagos Islands will be a personal blow to Lammy, a black identitarian who has previously described the America First leader as a “neo-Nazi sympathizing sociopath” and “tyrant.”
