Grooming Gang Members Sentenced to as Little as Three Years for Raping Children.

More South Asian heritage grooming gang rapists have been sentenced in Keighley, England, receiving terms of as little as three years for rape. Notably, convicts in England who receive non-life sentences are eligible for release on license anywhere from 40 percent to two-thirds of the way through their terms, making it unlikely any of the gang members will serve their relatively short sentences in full.

West Yorkshire Police, previously found responsible for “a serious systematic failure” to act against rape gangs, misleadingly boast that “Eight men have been given jail sentences of nearly 58 years for multiple sexual offenses against two children in Keighley,” despite the fact none of the groomers will serve anything close to 58 years.

The force lists the groomers, found guilty at trials on October 20, 2023, and December 13, 2024, as follows:

  • Amreaz Asghar, 47, of Keighley, was jailed for four and a half years for rape.
  • Perwaz Asghar, 50, of Nottingham, was jailed for six and a half years for two indecent assaults.
  • Mohammed Din, 47, of Keighley, was jailed for 14 years for 11 counts of rape.
  • Sajid Mahmood Khan, 45, of Keighley, was jailed for three years for rape.
  • Zehroon Razak, 47, of Keighley, was jailed for six and a half years for rape.
  • Fayaz Ahmed, 45, of Bingley, was sentenced to seven and a half years after being found guilty of two counts of rape.
  • Imtiaz Ahmed, 61, of Keighley, was sentenced to nine years after being found guilty of rape.
  • Ibrar Hussain, 47, of Keighley, was jailed for six and a half years after being found guilty of two counts of rape.

Fayaz Ahmed and Imtiaz Ahmed were tried and convicted in their absence. A ninth man, whom the police do not name, was deemed unfit to stand trial, but a so-called “trial of the facts” concluded he was guilty of rape.

“We welcome the sentences that have been handed down to these men,” said Detective Chief Inspector Vicky Greenbank for Bradford District Police, evidently taking no issue with their length despite acknowledging that “The abuse both girls endured robbed them of their childhood.”

Typically, for cases like these, the police statement does not refer to the migration background or religious faith of any of the groomers or the ethnicity of their victims. British police forces have often given so-called “community relations” primacy over bringing pedophiles to justice when tackling rape gangs.

Blow to UK Labour as Huge Majority Say Those Speaking Out on Grooming Gangs Are Motivated by Justice, Not Racism.

A vast majority of Britons disagree with Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer‘s insinuations that those calling for a national inquiry into predominantly Muslim, Pakistani-heritage grooming gangs are “racist and jumping on the bandwagon to cause division.” Only 18 percent of Britons polled by Friderichs Advisory Partners and J.L. Partners agree with these sentiments. In comparison, 64 percent believe “Those calling for a national inquiry are motivated by getting justice for the victims.”

These findings change little when only supporters of Starmer’s Labour Party are concerned, with 60 percent saying the calls are motivated by a desire for justice against only 24 percent who believe they are motivated by racism.

The public’s view on the grooming gangs scandal generally is clear: 46 percent believe it was the result of a cover-up, with only 14 percent holding a different opinion. This perception isn’t confined to any particular demographic; even Labour and “BAME” (Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic) voters predominantly see it as a result of a cover-up.

Sarah Champion, a Labour Member of Parliament (MP), has estimated up to a million girls may have been abused by the gangs nationwide. In her constituency (electoral district), the grooming gang hotspot of Rotherham, up to one in 73 Muslim men have been charged with offenses.

YEARS OF INACTION.

Reports of abuse date back to at least the 1980s, with police, social services, and other public authorities failing time and again to take action. Fears of being accused of racism drove much of the inaction, with police officers giving evidence to local authorities reporting they were  instructed to try to “get other ethnicities.” Some police forces suppressed reports on the situation because “the predominant offender profile of Pakistani Muslim males… combined with the predominant victim profile of white females has the potential to cause significant community tensions.”

In at least one case, police and prosecutors failed to act against a groomer rapist but took his underage victim to court when he falsely accused her of racially abusing him.

Among those who believe grooming gangs were covered up, 42 percent attribute this to corruption, and 38 percent blame political correctness.

Labour is resisting calls for a national inquiry into the scandal but is beginning to offer limited concessions as public pressure led by the likes of Nigel Farage and Elon Musk persists.

WATCH: London’s Sadiq Khan Pretends He Doesn’t Know What Grooming Gangs Are.

Pakistani-heritage Muslim Sadiq Khan has refused to say if predominantly Pakistani-heritage Muslim grooming gangs currently operate in London during a Mayor’s Question Time meeting. London Assembly Member Susan Hall, for the Conservatives, asked Khan, of the Labour Party, “Just how many grooming gangs have we got in London?” However, Khan chose to act as though he did not understand the question.

Khan began talking about children being groomed into “county lines”—drug-running gangs—but Hall pressed him to address the issue of “rape gangs,” specifically.

“To avoid any misunderstanding, can she define what she means by that?” Khan asked the chairman of the meeting.

Hall clarified she was referring to gangs like the ones in the town of Rotherham, grooming underage girls for sex. “Well, uh, we know in London there are issues about exploitation of young people, but they’re not as defined by the member in her definition of what, uh, those types of gangs are,” Khan waffled.

Hall pressed Khan to confirm London does not have the same types of abusers as in Rotherham, Bradford, and other towns blighted by rape gangs, and Khan again feigned ignorance, saying, “Just so there’s no misunderstanding, what does she mean by that?”

Hall said Khan knew “full well” what she was talking about, but Khan again said, “Can she be clear what she means by that? I’m not clear what she means?” and again, later, “I’m unclear, chair, what is meant by the question, if she could spell it out, I can answer.”

No answer was forthcoming, despite several exchanges like this, with Khan returning to the issue of exploitation generally and “county lines” gangs.

Muslim grooming gangs have been a major issue in British politics for weeks as figures from Elon Musk to Reform Party leader Nigel Farage have highlighted the issue, critiquing the Labour government for initially refusing to launch a national inquiry investigation the scandal.

Farage Emerges as Most Popular UK Figure in Major New Poll on Grooming Gangs Inquiry.

A major new poll conducted by Friderichs Advisory Partners and J.L. Partners highlights widespread anger among Britons over the handling of the nation’s shameful grooming gangs scandal.

Nearly eight in ten believe public servants who covered up or failed to investigate these crimes should face prosecution. Among those, 66 percent support prison sentences. The scandal is widely seen as a result of corruption and political correctness, with 46 percent identifying these as the root causes.

Trust in media coverage of the scandal is abysmally low. Only 14 percent trust the BBC “a great deal” on the issue, and newspapers fare even worse. Forty-three percent of respondents believe political correctness prevented proper media reporting, a sentiment shared across all demographics, including Labour voters and ethnic minority voters.

Nigel Farage emerges as the most positively viewed political figure in Britain, with a 32 net positivity rating, far ahead of other prominent figures. The Conservative Party’s leader, Kemi Badenoch, has a net 24 rating, behind Prime Minister Sir Keir Stamer on 25 points. Elon Musk, who injected himself into the national discourse on grooming gangs, holds just a 21-point positivity rating.

Reform UK voters, in particular, give Farage a +77 rating, solidifying his position as the leader of the UK right. In comparison, 52 percent of Britons view Elon Musk negatively, making him the most disliked figure in the poll. Reform voters also showed little sympathy for Tommy Robinson – an early anti-grooming gangs activist but controversial figure – giving him a net negative rating of -5.

A NATIONAL INQUIRY.

The demand for a national inquiry into the scandal is overwhelming, with 73 percent supporting it, including 75 percent of ethnic minority voters and 73 percent of Labour supporters. The public also prioritizes justice over concerns about societal division, with only 20 percent seeing Islamophobia or social cohesion as bigger issues than the crimes themselves.

Public trust in government has suffered significantly, with 44 percent reporting decreased confidence due to the scandal. Emotional responses to the issue—shame, distress, and anger—are particularly strong among women, older voters, and Reform supporters. The broader sentiment about the state of the country is similarly bleak, with just 12 percent feeling proud or enthusiastic.

Reform UK has an opportunity to capitalize on this discontent, as 23 percent of the respondents trust them most to handle the issue of grooming gangs, narrowly ahead of Labour (22 percent) and well above the Conservatives (16 percent). However, skepticism remains about the enforcement of justice, as only 40 percent believe foreign nationals convicted of child rape would actually face deportation, despite 81 percent supporting such measures.

This poll underscores the public’s demand for accountability and justice in addressing one of the most damning failures of Britain’s institutions. Farage’s prominence reflects a broader shift towards leaders who confront these issues head-on without apology.

The survey, carried out between January 10th and 13th, 2025, sampled 2,002 GB adults using an online panel. Quotas ensured representation across gender, age, region, education, ethnicity, 2024 general election vote, and political attention, with data weighted to national targets. The poll has a margin of error of ±2.2%.

Pride Flags Permanently Removed from Tube Station Due to Vandalism.

A council in London, England, removed Pride flags in response to repeated vandalism. Between June and July, a vandal defaced the flags painted on the ground outside Forest Park station four times. Surveillance footage showed an unidentified individual defacing the flags with black, white, and red paint. A medical mask, hooded jacket, and gloves concealed his appearance.

“The Met takes all incidents of homophobic and transphobic hate crime, including criminal damage, extremely seriously,” the capital’s main police force, the Metropolitan Police said in a statement. They added, “A thorough investigation was held following four incidents in 2024 in which painted Pride flags were vandalized in Forest Gate”—despite the fact the city is being overtaken by a surge in knife crime, violent crime generally, and per capita crime—but “No suspects have been identified and the investigation has been closed.”

Initial reports of the vandalism date back to March 9. Subsequent vandalism occurred on June 23, June 26, and July 19. In August, authorities received a fifth report. However, they surmised that the person involved was attempting to restore the flag, not further vandalize it.

Newham Council removed the vandalized flags and substituted them with Pride wraps on street lights around the area.

Only 36.8 percent of London residents are White British—likely fewer, accounting for people who did not answer the census. It faces growing social issues, including the highest number of sexual orientation hate crime offenses in England. The fact that many Londoners have roots in countries with homophobic attitudes is likely a key factor in this.

UK Labour Bows to Trump, Will Not Give Away Strategic Islands Before Inauguration: Report.

Britain’s far-left Labour government will hold off on finalizing a deal with Mauritius regarding the British Indian Ocean Territory, including the British-American military base on Diego Garcia, until the deal receives President-elect Donald J. Trump’s blessing, sources close to the negotiations claim.

Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer had been attempting to ram through a controversial deal to surrender sovereignty over the Chagos Archipelago to Mauritius, which is aligned with China, before the America First leader’s inauguration. Critics have been baffled by the negotiations. Britain has agreed to give away the islands in exchange for nothing but a 99-year lease on Diego Garcia while paying Mauritius billions of pounds in reparations. However, Mauritius has never controlled the Chagos islands historically, and the native Chagossians—removed from the islands to make way for the military base—are overwhelmingly opposed to Mauritian sovereignty over the islands.

A change in government in Mauritius late last year saw the island nation attempt to extract more concessions from the British. Starmer seemingly willingly frontloaded £9 billion (~$11 billion) in agreed-upon annual payments to Mauritius in the interests of finalizing the transfer while Joe Biden is still in office. However, sources have now told the Financial Times that the British leader is resigned to pausing the deal until Trump signs off on it.

THREAT TO NATIONAL SECURITY.

Nigel Farage, a key ally of Trump, has warned his team is hostile to the deal because Mauritius could—as it has already demonstrated—attempt to alter the terms of the 99-year lease concerning Diego Garcia, or worse, lease another of the Chagos islands nearby to China.

Marco Rubio, Trump’s nominee for Secretary of State, and Mike Waltz, soon to be Trump’s National Security Adviser, are among those unhappy with the deal’s national security implications.

British Foreign Secretary David Lammy, a black identitarian who has attacked Trump as a “neo-Nazi sympathizing sociopath” and “tyrant” in the past, previously assured Parliament the deal has backing from the Pentagon, U.S. intelligence agencies, and others.

British Anti-Corruption Minister Resigns as Bangladesh Investigates Family for Corruption.

Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer‘s Economic Secretary and Anti-Corruption Minister, Tulip Siddiq, has resigned from the British government after being named in a corruption investigation in Bangladesh. Siddiq, born in London to Bangladeshi migrants, is the niece of Bangladesh’s ousted premier, Sheikh Hasina, and the granddaughter of its first president.

The new regime in Bangladesh accuses Siddiq’s family of embezzling billions of dollars from a nuclear power project. Siddiq allegedly helped organize meetings with the Kremlin, which financed much of the scheme. Siddiq lives in a multi-million pound home in London owned by a businessman said to be linked to her aunt’s party. She also owns a London apartment said to have been gifted to her by one of her aunt’s allies. Bangladesh’s new leader, Muhammad Yunus, wants Starmer to transfer the properties to the Bangladeshi government if it is proven they are the spoils of “plain robbery.”

Starmer resisted calls to sack Siddiq, and she claims an “independent review” has found “there is no evidence to suggest that I have acted improperly.” Nevertheless, she has tendered her resignation to avoid becoming a “distraction” for the government.

She remains a Member of Parliament (MP) for the governing Labour Party, with the executive and legislature being blended in the British constitutional system.

Farage’s Reform Goes Neck-and-Neck With UK Labour: DATA.

Nigel Farage’s Reform Party is just one point behind the governing Labour Party, according to YouGov polling, with the formerly governing Conservatives behind them. Labour, which won a substantial parliamentary majority on a historically low vote share due to a collapse in Conservative support in July 2024, is down to just 54 percent of its support in the election.

Polling shows the Conservatives, who squandered their largest parliamentary majority since the 1980s under Boris Johnson, Liz Truss, and Rishi Sunak from 2019 onwards, have lost a further 15 percent of their supporters to Reform under their latest leader, Olukemi “Kemi” Badenoch, who was raised in Nigeria.

YouGov also found Farage has the highest public approval rating of any party leader in Britain, at 30 percent. Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer is second, at 27 percent, and the Liberal Democrats’ Sir Ed Davey is third, at 26 percent. Badenoch is a distant fourth, at just 20 percent.

Farage’s party is now the most popular right-leaning party among 18—24-year-olds at 19 percent support—far ahead of the Conservatives, on just five percent. Reform is also ahead of the Conservatives among 25—49-year-olds and 50—64-year-olds, and is gaining among the establishment party among the over-65s demographic, with 30 percent support to their 35 percent support.

Reform is the most popular party among men overall, with 30 percent support, ahead of Labour at 27 percent and the Conservatives at 20 percent.

DATA: Britons Aren’t Keen on Elon’s Interventions.

New survey data reveals that tech billionaire Elon Musk‘s attempts to influence the United Kingdom’s politics are being met with disapproval among the British public. Musk, who recently blundered into public tiffs over Reform Party leader Nigel Farage, anti-grooming gang activist Tommy Robinson, and Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer, is viewed with skepticism by much of the public, who question the billionaire’s motives.

The poll, conducted by More in Common, suggests just 16 percent of Britons believe Musk’s comments on Britain’s grooming gangs scandal stem from a genuine desire for justice. Conversely, 44 percent suspect his actions are driven by a need for attention, with another 17 percent suggesting a motive of engaging in public disputes with Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer.

Substantive allegations that Pakistani men were and are involved in groups that groom and sexually assault young British girls have been known in Britain for decades. However, Musk has recently waded into the issue, drawing mixed reactions.

The National Pulse previously reported that a child victim of the grooming gangs, Gaia Cooper—who was raped and exploited by a grooming gang at just 14 years old—says Musk’s posts on his X (formerly Twitter) social media platform “weren’t helpful.”

Despite skepticism about Musk’s impact, the poll showed significant awareness of his remarks, with nearly two-thirds of respondents acknowledging familiarity with his comments on British politics. Furthermore, the survey reveals broader concerns regarding the United Kingdom’s handling of child sexual exploitation.

A notable 57 percent expressed distrust in the justice system’s ability to address allegations seriously, while 41 percent suspect a deliberate cover-up of gang activities. Thirty-six percent attribute investigative shortcomings to either incompetence or insufficient resources.

Over 50 UK Labour Party Members Have Been Arrested on Child Abuse Charges.

Over 50 members of the leftist Labour Party, which currently controls the British government, have been arrested for child abuse crimes, from child pornography offenses to rape. On Saturday, January 11, former Labour Member of Parliament (MP) and government minister Ivor Caplin became the latest to be arrested by police for allegedly engaging in sexual communications with a child online.

Caplin was arrested in Brighton, England, following a sting by online pedophile hunters, who filmed their encounter with the former MP. Caplin served in parliament from 1997 to 2005 and held the position of deputy Defence Minister from 2003 to 2005. He was also obsessed with LGBT issues, often posting lewd messages on social media.

However, Caplin is just one of at least 52 Labour members and elected officials who have been arrested in recent years for child sex offenses.

SORDID HISTORY.

In one case, former Lambeth councilor Toren Smith was arrested for possessing over 94,000 images and videos of abused children and was even looking at pornography when police raided his home. However, in 2011, he avoided prison, receiving only a two-year suspended sentence after pleading guilty to 24 counts of possessing and making indecent images of children.

Others, like former Welsh community councilor Iestyn Tudor Davis, were sentenced for raping children. Davis was found guilty in 2001 of raping a nine-year-old girl.

In 2002, a former Labour councilor in North Yorkshire, Raymond Coates, was also arrested for sexually assaulting young girls and was even accused of sexually abusing his own son.

Labour’s sordid history of child sex abuse among its members comes as the party refuses to launch a fresh inquiry into the grooming gangs who prey on children in Britain. The largely Muslim and Pakistani-heritage rape gangs have operated in the United Kingdom for decades, with substantive allegations that Labour politicians, council officials, and police were regularly covering up the extent of the abuse to avoid accusations of “racism” and preserve “community relations.”
